Clearing my throat at the top of the stairs, man of the house can't get no sleep. Saying it loud enough so they could hear me.

The phone ringed a couple times before he answered

On another subject your tenants automatic withdrawal came back insufficient. This is the second month this happened. Then I tried to call her and you know she hung up on me. But that's okay she's being served papers today.
Zac: What you mean she's being served papers.
Fatima: She's late on her payment and she's been in violation multiples times. She has less than 30 days left so we have every right to evict her.
And I'm sure she's going to be calling an apologizing but it's too late. She gotta go, I been letting shit slide. Now that I'm pregnant and can't beat her ass like I want to she gotta go.

Fatima: Sure do now lets just see if she goes peacefully

Fatima: She has 48 hours to vacate the property if she's not out by then plan B will go into motion

The door bell rung I wasn't expecting no one and I know Fatima wasn't expecting company either. I looked out the blinds and it was Deja
Deja: Zac I see you looking through the blinds open the door
My big ass head couldn't move fast enough she caught me, opening the door

Deja: I know your little Pitbull put you up to this( holding the eviction letter in her hand)
Zac: That's what happens when you're 10 days late on your rent and your automatic withdrawals are bouncing back.

48 Hours Later
Fatima ass was on it Deja ass was coming and going like she didn't get served with eviction papers. I didn't see her bring any boxes back on either of her trips. Every time she seen me outside she flicked me off.
She called herself dropping off something from her lawyer but it looked like something she typed up herself.
Fatima had her crew on speed dial once Deja time was up they wasted no time pulling up in a big truck
Zac: You wasn't playing when you said she had 48hours
Fatima: Nope and I know she tried to get you to change your mind
Zac: How you know that
Fatima: Because I know people like Deja, I'm sure she said she would do whatever. I told you when you let her move in that it would come down to it one day she wouldn't have her rent money and she would try to sleep with you.
Zac: You did call it but what are you about to do with her stuff
Fatima: They are about to pack it up and if she doesn't come get it in a certain timeframe they will put everything up for auction
Zac: Can we do this?
Fatima: Yup, once she was severed the eviction notice whether she read it or not she had 48 hours to vacate the premises. Failure to do so we have the right to the property after she has failed to meet the 48 hours

Fatima: I'm not a lawyer for nothing baby, I got this

They had her stuff packed and on the truck within four hours. I was about to be sitting on the lawn with my popcorn watching the show because I know her ass was about to act a fool.
She pulled up around 8pm , she got out the car with her hands full of shopping bags and headed to the front door. She put the key in the lock but it didn't open the door. She looked confused making sure she had the right key she tried it again and nothing happened.
Deja: What the fuck is going on.
It finally dawned on her that the locks had been changed

She came banging on our door

Fatima: Because your 48 hours is up did you not read the letter
Deja: I gave ya'll a letter too and my lawyer said ya'll can't kick me out
Fatima: Well I don't know what type of lawyer you went to but your lawyer told you wrong
Deja: That's okay I'm taking ya'll asses to small claims court about this
Fatima: Good luck, it's funny how you can't pay your rent but you got money to go shopping. But yet you were willing to sleep with Zac just so you didn't have to pay your rent. That's low for you or maybe not your use to doing stuff like that.
Deja: Where is my shit?
Fatima: Well since you didn't vacate within the 48 hours your stuff is sitting at an auction. If you would have read the letter you would have that information
Deja: You really sent my stuff to an auction, you better hope and pray they don't sell any of my shit. I worked hard for my stuff
Fatima: That's not my problem but what you can do is get off my property.
Deja: I will I don't want to be bothered with ya'll anyway plus everything was breaking over there
Fatima: Bye Deja you better hurry up and go get your stuff
She threw the bags in the truck and sped off
Closing the door she is finally gone we don't have to worry about her no more.
Fatima: No more strippers next door, I don't want to have to knock someone head off
Zac: You don't have to tell me I've learned my lesson.
