(Thirdperson)
The gang runs into basil's room and basil sits down on his bed.
"Anyone got plans of what were gonna do tonight?" Basil asks
"I dunno, but I wanna get sleeping situations sorted out." Aubrey adds
"Alright!" Basil smiles back "I think the air mattresses are in the closet. Want do go see if you can find them?"
"Aight" aubrey gets up
Aubrey walks out of the room and opens the door to what she think might be a closet. She opens the door to find some towels, cleaning stuff. And 1 air mattress
"Perfect." A smug look gleamed over her face
"Back" she bursts through the door, air mattress in hand
"OK, so ill take my bed, aubrey you can have the couch, andddd I only have one air mattress, soo, sunny and kel you could sleep together? Or sunny could have the living room if he needs"
(A.N: ik basil doesn't have a couch in his room i just like to think he does bc I hc him to have a mountain of stuffed animals from when he was a kid but he doesn't know where to put them so he has a couch for them :3)
"T-that sounds fine" sunny mutters, a light pink blush appears on his face as he looks over to kel, his cheeks pasted with a dark red blush
"OK! So sleeping is settled, sleepover starts!!" Aubrey yells
Kel runs over to grab his bag, breaking the awkward eye contact with sunny. He gets the cookies hero had made earlier, along with those he pulls out a bottle of lemon iced tea
"I brought cookies?" Kel smiles awkwardly
"SWEET I HAVENT HAD HEROS COOKIES IN AGES" Aubrey ran over to the bag and snagged one out
"Haha!! Yeah, he's gotten better at making them, so. Enjoy!"
Kel passed around the bag of cookies and everyone took one
"Thanks kel! Compliments to the chef himself!"
"Your welcome everyone!" Kel warmly smiles

Everyone ate their cookie with gleam, taking breaks to say how good they were, sunny sat on the floor, taking small bites of the cookie
"You alright?" Kel took a seat next to him.
"Hm-oh.. yeah I'm okay, just kinda tired." Sunny said quietly
"Do you need to take another nap? You've already had 2" kel said sarcastically
Sunny giggled slightly, it had been a while since he'd done that, kel felt proud he made sunny happy
"No!! I mean I'm exhausted, I've had enough naps!" Sunny lightly elbowed kel in the shoulder
Kel laughed with him, both of the boys blushing slightly

"Do you guys want to watch a movie?" Basil asked
"Im down! I just gotta go put on some comfy clothes." Aubrey says as she scoops up her bag and goes out the door into the bathroom to change.
"I should probably do the same" kel stands up from his seat beside sunny and grabs his bag
He grabs a shirt from the bag, it was a simple black t shirt with some cats on it.
Kel took off the current shirt he was wearing and replaced it with the t shirt
His eyes moved to sunny, his cheeks pasted with pink blush
"Did you need a spare shirt?" Kel asks
"H-huh?-" sunny regained his ability to speak and nodded silently
",alright!" Kel reaches into his bag and pulls out a shirt with a little cat on it, he threw the shirt towards sunny
"T-thank you, kel.." sunny said politely
"No problem!!" Kel smiled warmly at him, sunny smiled back
"Alright I'm changed!" Basil gleams, "do you need the closet, sunny?" He adds
Sunny nods and goes into the empty closet where basil had changed, he was out in a few minutes, his old clothes in hand. The shirt was big on him, he didn't care though.
"Back" aubrey bursts through the door, her hair was tied up and she was wearing a band tshirt and some sweat pants
"Movie time?" Basil asks
"Yeah, sure!!" Kel exclaims happily
"Aight" aubrey adds
Sunny nods and smiles
The gang scrolls on Netflix for a little bit till they agreed on a movie, Howls Moving Castle it was called
"This one sounds good!" Basil says, "its about a girl who gets cursed and finds a cool castle with demons!" He adds
"That sounds good!" Kel chimed
"Sounds good!" Aubrey replied
"Yeah, that sounds fun" sunny smiled lightly

(Kel pov)
The movie is almost done. it's great so far, sometimes when I look down I see sunny jump a little at the loud noises. We're at a part where its really eery. I don't think sunny or basil liked that part very much
"I can't belive howl got his heart stolen, how does that even happen!" Basil groaned. It sounded muffled because his head was buried in a plushie
"AH" sunny screams silently and wraps his arms around me
"You alright?" I stare down at him and chuckle
"Mhm" he says muffled back to me
I rub my hand against his hair, he settled down, he doesn't let go though. I put my hand on his shoulder. As I glance to my side I see aubrey, staring at us with a big smile.
"Thats....new" I think to myself
As the end credits for the movie finish
I hear basil yawn a bit
"You tired?, its only 9:30!" Aubrey groans
"Im kinda tired, I think ill last though!" Basil smiles
"Soooo,, what we gonna do?" Aubrey takes another cookie out of the bag and takes a sip of the drink kel bought for her.
"Wanna play truth or dare??" Aubrey suggested
"Alright!" Kel exclaims
"Sounds good" sunny lifted up his head from kel and smiled lightly
"Ook ill start because it was my idea" aubrey smiles proudly
"Okk. Truth or dare, sunny ." Aubrey pointed at sunny as she drank another sip of her drink
"Hmm... truth" sunny said
"Do you like anyone, like, love?" She asked
"OH yeah you don't have to answer if its like, too personal" she added
"Oh.. I.. suppose I do like someone." He replied back as he blushed
(A.N: I'm no math matition or anything but I think sunny likes kel 😋)
"Aight, your turn" aubrey smirked
(A.N: the equivalent of aubrey smirking is ">:3" )
"Truth or dare... basil" he asked and smiled at basil
"Dare" basil smiled
"I dare you too.......go eat dirt" sunny smiled
Basil got up from the bed, went over to one of his (many) potted plants, picked up a little bit of the soil, and ate it.
"EUH, THAT TASTES HORRIBLE" Basil spat the soil out and onto the ground
"What did It taste like?" Aubrey said, mid laughter
"I dunno. A bit like water and.. cardboard?" He spits the rest of the soil out
Everyone was laughing at this point, as everyone kinda stopped laughing kel looked down at sunny, sunny was laughing and smiling. He looked cute.
----------------- AFTER THEY PLAYED 4 A BIT---
Aubrey started to yawn as she checked her phone for the time. The clock gleamed at her face and the time read "1: 20 AM"
"Guys its one am" she said
Sunny yawned " we should probably go to bed, I'm tired myself."
Everyone gets settled into bed, basil fell asleep first. He was followed by aubrey
----------------------------- KEL POV---------------
I tossed and turned as I tried to put myself to sleep. I feel a small tug at my shirt
"I can't fall asleep." Someone whispers, it was sunny
I turn around and see sunny,
"Whats wrong" I whisper back to him
" I feel like if I go to sleep, I might dream of terrible things.. I don't want to go back to that" sunny frowns, his eyes watering up
I roll over more and hug him
"Shhh.. you'll be ok" I rub his hair
We hug for another minute or so and sunny ended up fall asleep. I reposition myself to get comfortable. Being careful not to wake him up. I feel myself falling asleep. I whisper one last thing to the sleeping boy in my arms,
"Goodnight, sunshine."
