Hello my dear readers, I know it has been two long months since I uploaded this ff, but what to do guys my health issues, the demise of my pet and my grandmother everything back to back in the two months gave me no strength to update but now as people say Good times are coming after any bad time and in the same way good times have started and everything is finally back to normal and I am back to the updates, and this time Ill try my best to be regular with the updates
Without further ado lets dive into the chapter

With Abir arriving, Mishti is brought down by Gayu , Naira Rose, Kuhu and Keerthi while Naksh helps Kartik get down the stairs. Mishti's gaze is down to the floor except for those few seconds of looking up at Abir who was watching her awestruck . A silent blush creeps on to Mishti on seeing Abir's hazel eyes totally lost in her while Abir too blushes hard on seeing his dream girl walking down dressed for their milestone occasion
Kunal: Sambhalke bhaiya....dil ki dhadkan yahan tak sunayi dhe rahi hai
Abir stares at Kunal through the corner of his eyes thus shutting him up. By then Mishti and everyone else come down. Mishti greets the Rajvansh's and the Birlas too greet everybody.
Kuhu: So Jijaji.....kaise lag rahi hai aap ki hone wali biwi?
Abir: Well...baat sirf itni si thi ki woh achi lagti thi par ab baat itni bad gayi hai ki uske siva koi acha nahi lagta
The crowd hoots on hearing this while Mishti's blush gets harder
Dadi: The auspicious muhurat is yet to come, lets do the ring exchange at that time
Abir's mother: Sure maaji....bachon ki kushi ki baat hai achi muhurat mein hi karlenge...tab tak saari guests bhi aajayenge
With that decided everyone get busy in receiving guests.
Kairav and Vansh who are playing with Krish notice Abhimanyu and run to him. They having already met Abhimanyu at Akshu's birthday easily bond with him and take him with them for playing while the elders get busy in their meet and greet and with the remaining arrangements for the rasam.
Some time passes and Naira is in the dining area looking after the dinner arrangements when she looks at her watch and gasps at the time
Naira to herself: Baap re Kartik ka dawai ki time hogaya hai...jake dena padega
She rushes inside and takes his medications bag and starts walking towards the main hall searching for Kartik but he is nowhere to be found.
Naira to herself: Mendak kahika pata nahi kahan chala gaya hai woh?Meri dawai ke baare mein janab ko sab yaad rehta hai par khud ki dawai nahi lega woh...Kahan ho tum Mendak? Kahi dard toh nahi ho rahi usko?
Ashi: Hey Naira...sorry yaar thodi late hogayi for the event to end, waise kisko dhoondh rahi ho
Naira (still zoned out searching for Kartik): Apni Mendak ko
Hearing it Aashi starts giggling
Aashi: Waise sahi naam diya hai tumne ...Mendak
Naira (jerking out of her trance): Arrey Aashi tum...kab aayi?
Aashi: Bas abhi abhi...waise Kartik ko dhoondhne ki zarurat kya hai? Dil se pukarogi toh woh tera saamne hoga ...itna gehra pyar haina aap dono ka
Before Naira could react Luv runs to her
Luv: Naira bhabhi ...Naira bhabhi
Seeing him panting hard Naira gets concerned
Naira: Kya hua hai Luv?
Luv: Bhabhi woh bhaiya....unko...unko
Naira: Kya hua hai Kartik ko?
Luv: Bhabhi bhaiya ko bohot dard ho raha hai....it's unbearable
Naira's legs tremble on hearing that her Kartik was in pain
Naira: Kahan hai woh?
Luv: Wahan kitchen ke paas wale room mein....
Naira: Mein jaake usko dekh thi hoon...tum Aashi ko lejao
Saying so Naira rushes to the room where Kartik is supposed to be. With every step she takes her heart beat races up by a million times. Rushing to the room the sight she has breaks her into pieces, there is Kartik on the couch his eyes closed and his face with a grim reaction
which makes her run to him
Naira: Kartik....Kartik
Hearing her he straightens himself when a whine escapes him, she stops him by throwing her hands around him
Naira (concerned): Kartik...kya kar rahe ho? Lie down...Tum teek hona?
She is about to make him lie down again when she feels his arms slithering around her waist, pulling her closer to him thus making her land on his lap.Startled at this response she looks up at him and finds him smirking at her
Kartik: Budhu banaya...chal bichaya...jhoot moot ka naatak karke paas bulaya...bada maza aaya
Thats when Naira understands his ploy
Naira: Tum bhi na (slaps him on his arm playfully)
Kartik: Aur kya karunga mein? Tumhe guests, khaana sab keliye time hai bas apna bimaar pati keliye time nahi hai
He gently locks her hair behind her ears and leans forward towards her , his lips gently brush against her cheek making blood rush up her neck to her face giving her face a tint of crimson
Naira: Kartik yeh kya kar rahe ho...koi aaja...
She was silenced as he places a kiss on her cheek
while his hand around her tightened pulling her more closer towards him, closing in the gap between them her back resting against his torso she could feel the thudding heart of him
Kartik: Kabhi kabhi itna kareeb aaya karo...mujhe teek karne keliye wahi kaafi hai
Naira: Aise karke apni dawai se bach nahi paoge tum
Kartik frowns as Naira turns to him and opens the bag to take the medicine
Naira: Ab ache bache ki tarah muh kholo
Kartik: Woh tablet dedho adjust karke kha lunga par woh syrup nahi woh bohot karwi hai
He says that with a cute pout but Naira is undeterred
Naira: Yeh ...yeh cute si pout banake mujh se bach nahi paoge saari dawai time pe leni hai warna teek kaise honge
Kartik: Naira
Just as he opens his mouth to reply she puts the tablet inside his mouth and gives him water from the glass that was on the side table
Kartik: Please na woh syrup mat dho...teri har baat maan lunga
Naira: Woh toh waise bhi maan na padega...ab chup chaap muh kholo
Kartik: Chup chaap muh kaise kholun?
Naira: Sach mein Kartik...aaj kal teri jokes na itne gandhe kyu hai?
Kartik: Sangat ka asar hai
Naira stares at him
Kartik: Arrey baba...mein tumhe nahi bol raha hoon woh kya haina jab tum nahi thi yahan ...I mean after your fall mein itni depressed mode mein tha aur ghar ka mauhal bhi itna sad tha ki kisi ko bhi achi sense of humour nahi thi...thats why my jokes are bad
Naira: Itna bada bashan dene keliye shukriya ab please dawa peelo
Kartik: Naira...pleash....pleash....
Naira: Kairav ki tarah behave mat karo Kartik...
Just then Swarna walks in seeing whom Naira jerks away from Kartik leaving a considerable distance between them
Swarna: Whats happening here?
Naira: Dekhiye na maa aapka beta dawai nahi pee raha hai
Swarna slaps her forehead and : Wahan beta badon ko function ko interesting kaise banana hai uska lecture de raha hai aur yahan baap bache ki tarah dawa peene se zidd kar raha hai....dawa peelo Kartik
Kartik shuts his mouth with both his palms and nods his head in affirmation
Swarna: Yeh nahi sudhrega Naira, tum apni Naira giri dikhau aur dawa pilake jaldi aana sab log tum logon ko pooch rahe hai
Naira: Aap jaayiye maa hum abhi aathe hai
Swarna nods and leaves smiling at Kartik's childishness
Naira: Kartik dawa pee lo warna mein tumhe soup banake pee jaungi (giving him an angry glare)
Kartik (pursing his lips): Fine pee raha hoon...but on one condition
Naira: Any condition is accepted please dawa pee lo please
Kartik: You should not deny in the end
Naira: I wont
Kartik finally drinks the medicine and makes a grumpy reaction due to its taste
Naira: Chalo good hum chaltein hai..everyone is searching for us
She gets up to leave while she feels a tug on her dupatta and turns to find him holding on to it
Naira: Kartik....
Kartik: Mera condition..usko pura kon karega
Naira: Tum na....(chuckles) batao kya karna hai
Kartik: Ek kiss....(pointing at his cheek)
Naira sighs : Tum bhi na dho bachon ka baap ho phir bhi Apni majnu wala behaviour nahi chodoge
Kartik: Jaaneman hum paida hi aise hue the aur marte dham tak aise hi rahenge..waise bhi aaj bhi tumko dekh khar wahi feel kar raha hoon jo saalon pehle feel karta tha..isiliye I can't help but get romantic with you
Shaking her head she kisses him on his cheek
before taking him with her to join everyone
Abir: Bhaiya bhabhi sab teek haina?
Kartik: Haan haan Abir
Abir: Was scared as you were gone for so long
Kartik: No need to get scared...aur aisi cheesein na shaadi ke baad samajh jayega
Kairav: Muma papa aap log aagaye ho...ab maza aayega
Naksh: Kairav wants dance and music to take place to give this function a vibe so what say?
Naira: Karte hai...for sure...music
Maahi ve maahi ve, that's the way maahi ve
Tere maathe jhumar damke
Tere kaanon baali chamke hai re

The men Kartik, Naksh, Abir, Yash and Karan start dancing around their ladies. Naira tries persuading Kartik to not strain but he insists on dancing, with Harsh Birla giving an assurance for light movements the dance gets on in full swing

Kuhu pushes Mishti towards Abir and she slips stepping on her dress. Just before Mishti could fall Abir's hands grip her firmly. They get into an eyelock forgetting everything and everyone around

Tu chaand ka jaise tukda hai re

The sudden peppy dance of more people joining the dance floor bring Mishbir to reality and they move away too awkward and blushing hard while Kartik pulls Naira by her hand, with her ending up twirling towards him, and he gently rubs his nose against hers savouring their togetherness

Dil ki kharaabi rabba rabba tu soniye

Naira walks away from him to willingly to give into the surging emotions in front of everyone and she starts dancing on her own
Barse rangini kaliyaan hai maheki bheeni bheeni
Baje mann mein halke halke shehnaai re
Jitne hain taarein aanchal mein aa gaye saare
Dil ne jaise hi li angdaayi re
Kartik who clearly understands the reason behind Naira stepping away grins to himself and joins the men to dance
Hey, tu jo aayi sajke mehndi rachke. The girls too join them and everyone dance heartily especially Kaira
Chal bachke o soniye
Dil kitno ka khaaye dhajke o soniye
Jind maahi ve soni soni aaja maahi ve
Everybody say soni soni aaja maahi ve - 3
With everyone dancing their hearts out the muhurat for ring exchange arrives. Kunal takes Abir to stage while Kuhu takes Mishti.,the ring is brought and everyone cheer around when Abir holds Mishti's hand. Looking at her smiling he just loses a heartbeat
Abir: Zindagi mein problems nahi honge yeh waha toh nahi kar saktha hoon par har problem na you vs me nahi hoga sirf you and me vs the problem hi hoga yeh wada kar saktha hoon
Saying so he wears the ring in her finger.
Mishti: Ab se jahan bhi tum jaoge waha mein bhi tumhare saath chalungi...be it happiness or sadness saari cheeson mein saath doongi
She wears the ring in his finger and the party poppers crack marking the occasion of Mishbir Sagaai.
