I came to my parent's home about two weeks ago. Although my parents avoided me to go out for work, I had to go due to incomplete deadlines.
When I returned home, there was a glass of water kept on the table for me and some fruits.
It's such a tiny gesture but I was really emotional about it. It's about a year since I got married, yet when I returned home after office, I made sure to do the necessary chores first, and only then would sit and drink a bottle of water.
The ready glass of clear water gave me enough clarity to focus on the right things. Alhamdulillah.
