Felix managed to wait two whole days. On Wednesday, Changbin, as usual, had a day off from their training routine. He was sitting with his friends at their dorm, studying when he received a message.
Felix,
Wanna come over today?
Changbin wasn't sure how to respond and turned to his friends for help. "Guys, emergency! I need your help!"
Jisung and Chan immediately turned their attention to him. "What's up?" Chan asked, curious about the situation.
Changbin explained, "Felix invited me to his place, like before. I don't know what to say."
Jisung jokingly suggested, "Just tell him you can't and ask him not to message you anymore."
Changbin frowned, "What? Why? I want to go!"
Jisung laughed, "I know! I was just helping you make a decision quickly."
Chan and Jisung exchanged high fives, pleased with their little joke. Changbin rolled his eyes but couldn't help but smile, grateful for his friends' lighthearted approach to the situation. With newfound confidence, he decided to respond to Felix's message, agreeing to meet up later that day.
Changbin,
I'll be there at 9pm
Felix was a bundle of nerves as he awaited Changbin's arrival. He wasn't sure how to act; on one hand, they had established a routine during their previous encounters, but on the other hand, they were now friends, which made things a bit strange. More importantly, Felix had developed feelings for Changbin and wanted to steer their relationship in a romantic direction. He paced around his house, unable to figure out how to approach the situation.
The doorbell rang, signaling Changbin's arrival. Felix took a deep breath and opened the door.
Felix said, "Hi. I missed you."
Though it wasn't part of his plan to be so direct, Felix's words were genuine, and he couldn't help but express his feelings. Changbin, taken aback by the confession, didn't say anything as he stepped inside.
Then, seemingly on impulse, Changbin reached out and took Felix's hand, pulling him closer. They stood like that for several moments, gazing into each other's eyes, before Changbin lifted his hand to gently touch Felix's cheek. Felix's eyes fluttered closed, and his lips parted in anticipation.
As if drawn by a magnetic force, Changbin leaned in and pressed his lips against Felix's in a tender, unhurried kiss. Gradually their kiss flared up, and Changbon's hands moved to Felix's hips and continued their way in his body. Felix's legs trembled, causing him to take a step back and lean against the wall for support. Changbin followed, their lips remaining locked in a sweet embrace.
Changbin pressed Felix against the wall, his hands cradling Felix's face and neck. Felix's hand rested on Changbin's neck, cherishing the sensation he had missed so much. He lowered his hands and ran them under Changbin's sweatshirt. After touching Changbin's abs for the first time, he moaned, so it felt good to touch him. As they pulled away from each other to breathe, Felix groaned against his lips, "I missed this so much."
Changbin's lips moved down his neck and Felix groaned, it was like a fairy tale. How did you even come up with the idea to give it up a month ago? He must have been out of his mind. Changbin's hands went down to his hips and lifted Felix up. Felix wanted him right here and now, but still he found the strength to say, "Bedroom, take me to the bedroom."
Changbin pulled away from Felix's neck, looked at him with a bleary eye, and nodded.

They lay in bed, still catching their breath. Changbin propped himself up on his elbow, looked at Felix, and said, "Bath?"
Felix replied, "Yes, but do you want to stay a bit?"
Changbin, confused, responded, "Stay? Do you want me to stay? Are you sick? Let me check your temperature."
Changbin attempted to make a joke to hide his confusion, but Felix didn't want to let him off the hook so easily. "I'm not sick, and you know that. We're kind of friends now, and I don't want to kick you out right after."
Changbin said, "You don't want to hurt my feelings? You won't do that. I'm okay with being kicked out."
Felix insisted, "But I'm not okay with that. I want to spend some time with you. You can stay the night, we can eat some food and watch movies."
Changbin remarked, "That sounds like boyfriend stuff."
Felix replied, playfully, "Is that scary?"
Changbin admitted, "Actually, yes. I'm not ready to be someone's boyfriend. I don't have the time, energy, or other resources right now."
Felix felt hurt but didn't show it, "So, let's not label it like that. We can spend time together without any obligations or labels. You don't have to be scared; I'm not going to push you to do something you don't want."
Changbin asked, "Why don't you leave everything the same as it was?"
Felix hadn't realized that Changbin would be so stubborn and difficult to convince. He said, "I just feel like this. Don't worry if you don't want to. I won't push you. And you can always say no and even choose not to come to me without any doubts. I just don't want to make it the same way as it was; it's uncomfortable since we're friends now."
Changbin said, "I don't know."
Felix said with a laugh, "Oh, come on! I'll order some really tasty food, and I have a big TV and a PlayStation. Plus, I have a massage chair, and did you see my little gym in the basement? It's right next to the entertainment room with a pool table, ping pong table, and karaoke machine. And I have a swimming pool, grill zone, and a small baseball court in the backyard. My home is an entertainment complex! How can you reject it?"
Changbin giggled, "I just don't want to make everything complicated, you know."
Felix said, "We won't make it complicated. No obligations, remember? Just friends with benefits."
Changbin said, "I'm not sure, but I guess we can try."
Felix smiled, "How did I get to this point in my life? I seduce a man to stay by enticing him with a big TV."
Changbin laughed, "Don't underestimate yourself. You mentioned the pool, gym, and entertainment room too."
Felix, "You're hard to get. And I'm still waiting for my bath."
After the bath, they sat in the living room in front of Felix's big TV. Felix brought blankets and snacks.
Felix asked, "What do you want to watch?"
Changbin said, "Let's watch some series. It's already 11pm, and I have to go home soon."
Felix asked, "Aren't you staying the night?"
Changbin answered, "I can't. We have a strict schedule now; I have to wake up tomorrow at 5,30 am as usual."
Felix said, "5,30? Are you crazy? Why do you need to wake up so early?"
Changbin said, "We have... kinda part-time work after school almost every day, and we do our studying in the morning."
Felix asked, "That sounds at least unhealthy."
Changbin said, "Yes, but we like what we do, and we have to manage it somehow."
Felix, "Still crazy. And what exactly do you do?"
Changbin said, "I'm sorry, that's a secret. I think I can tell you later. Let's watch a series?"
Felix said, "Okay. I want to watch a new anime that has short episodes. What do you think?"
Changbin said, "Yeah, let's watch anime."
Felix turned on the anime and asked Changbin, "Hey, cuddle me."
Changbin was confused, "Cuddle?"
Felix said, "Oh, come on, Changbin! We've had sex several times, and you think we're not close enough to cuddle?"
Changbin said, "No, I just wasn't ready for it."
Changbin cuddled Felix, and it was incredibly cozy. Felix felt excited; convincing Changbin was challenging, but he managed it. The most important thing was not to push or scare him too much. He had to be patient and slow. But it was worth it; now he felt amazing. He enjoyed sitting like this in Changbin's embrace. Ten minutes later, Felix noticed Changbin's breathing had changed; he had fallen asleep. He was so soft and cute; Felix took his time to admire him without the danger of being caught. Another ten minutes passed when the episode finished, and Felix nudged Changbin.
Felix said, "Changbin, wake up."
Changbin muttered something in his sleep.
Felix stood up, covered Changbin with a blanket, and gently shook him, "Let's go; I'll drive you home."
Changbin still wasn't fully awake, but he managed to say, "Don't worry, I can get home by myself."
Felix said, "Why are you so stubborn? Let's go."
Felix grabbed Changbin's shoes and jacket from the door in one hand, took Changbin's hand in the other, and led him to the garage door inside the house. He put Changbin in the car and sat in the driver's seat. Changbin walked with his eyes closed.
Felix said, "You have to take care of yourself. You're so sleepy you don't even realize we're already in the car. How can you get home by yourself?"
Felix drove Changbin to the dorm. During the drive, Changbin fell asleep again. When they stopped near the dorm entrance, Felix shook his shoulder to wake him up.
Felix said, "Hey, wake up."
Changbin opened his eyes.
Felix said, "We're at your dorm."
Changbin finally came to his senses, "Really? I fell asleep?"
Felix laughed, "Oh yeah, and you wanted to go home by yourself in that condition."
Changbin said, still sleepy, "Thanks, Felix, I should go."
Felix smiled and said, "Wait. Take your jacket and shoes from the backseat. You can return the slippers and blanket next time."
Changbin said, "Oh god, I'm wrapped in a blanket and wearing slippers. How low have I fallen?"
Felix joked, "Don't worry, I won't tell anyone."
Changbin said, "Okay, bye."
With that, Changbin left the car wrapped in the blanket and wearing slippers, grabbed his stuff from the backseat, and headed to the dorm door.
