Like any normal classroom it felt like a circus Jay honestly felt like going back to his old uni the girls in the classroom were applying around 40 pounds of makeup the boys at the back were gaming as if they are about to save the world from an alien invasion the professor was giving an explanation which was being ignored by the students while Niki was looking out of the window which was a usual sight
Jay POV
"hi I'm Niki" the brat said with a huge smile extending his hand out what makes him think I'll even accept his handshake I just blankly stared at him and turned towards the professor
I felt a crumbled piece of paper hit me on my head so I turned around just to see some bitches waving at me they really should get a life instead of being interested in others and this asshole next to me is just sketching the view outside the window unbothered by everything
Niki POV
It's already 2 hours since Jay has been glaring at me if glares could kill you I would be dead by now what's his problem it's just that I asked him to pick up my pencil
"class that's all for today you can go for your lunch break" our professor said walking out of the classroom
The students walked up to Jay inviting him while he kept declining the offers until Jake and Sunghoon showed up
"Yo I'm Sunghoon and that's Jake over there wanna tag around with us?" Sunghoon asked pulling his hand for a fist bump
"Sure why not" Jay said accepting the offer
"Ki let's go for lunch" Lia said dragging Jisung behind her
"Lia my wrist hurts" poor Jisung mumbled rubbing his wrist while Lia mumbled an apology
"shouldn't we wait for Changha?" I asked confused
"he texted me saying that he is busy with his club today" Jisung said showing me the text
*why didn't he text us too?* I thought in my head he rarely update us anything but only to Jisung
"Niki come on" Lia yelled making Jay and the other students look at us
"I'm so sorry about her we will get going" I apologised with an awkward laugh dragging Lia and Jisung our of the classroom with me
"Lia that was freaking embarassing why'd you scream?" I half yelled at her
"I'm sorry I honestly didn't mean to" Lia mumbled turning red due to embarrassment
"It's okay just forget about it let's go to the cafeteria" I calmly stated
-At the cafeteria-
"I can't believe I was once invited to be in that group" I said looking at Sunghoon's table surrounded by fangirls
"if you could do it all over again would you accept it?" Jisung asked curiously
"No I wouldn't my friends always came first" I said looking at Lia who looked overjoyed
"how is Jay?" Jisung questioned
"rude and he is scary" I grumbled shoving the food inside my mouth
"rich people and their standards what can we say" Jisung mumbled
"as if you are not one of them" Lia eyed Jisung
"please don't argue over this okay?" I said knowing too well it always ended with an ugly fight
"fine, anyways Changha's club is organising another eSport tournament and this time architecture faculty is included too each faculty 10 teams" Jisung said displaying the poster to us
"registration is 100000 won for each team" Lia read out
"is he trying to rob us?" I questioned after I heard the amount for registration
"cash price 5 million won" Lia read out again
"sounds fair enough" Jisung said
"MVP 2 million won for each final team" Jisung read out after snatching the poster from Lia's hand
"where is the others anyways?" I asked Jisung
"Chenle said they won't attend classes today" Jisung simply said while I just nodded
Jay POV
The boys were finally done with their introduction honestly I really clicked well with these people especially Sunghoon
"what made you create Critax?" Sunoo questioned
"well it just popped in my mind when I was at the company observing the avatars" I honestly said full of confidence
"the character is so cool and it's skills are unbeatable" Jake exclaimed
"Guys I got news" Jungwon said running towards the table with a poster
"what's it?" I asked curiously looking at the poster
"Changha's club is hosting an eSport tournament again and the best part is architecture faculty is in the list" Jungwon said full of excitement
"quick question who is Changha?" I asked curious since I heard his name earlier in the classroom
"he's actually the president of music club and he's also Niki's best friend" Sunghoon said pointing at Niki who was talking with the people I saw earlier in the classroom with him
"who's in?" Jungwon asked
"us" Sunoo and Heeseung said in unison
"where is the other two players?" I asked confused since they will be disqualified if there are only 3 players
"Sunghoon and you" Jungwon said in a serious tone
"but I never said I'm in" I protested
"I know you are skilled for this Jake won't be able to participate and so we need you to be in our team" Heeseung said looking at me
"okay fine but who are we up against?" I asked since I knew it damn well it wasn't going to be easy
"we have tough competition actually" Sunoo said facing Niki's table
"well Niki over there he is an expert in every field especially MM and Critax is his best till now overall best MM user and Jisung Niki's friend he is Frix world no 1 for three consecutive years best assassin in our uni and we have Jeno, Chenle and Jaemin, Jaemin can control any mage he holds even Vitrixza the most complicated mage, Jeno fighter and jungler he have the highest kills in one match 79 kills with 54 assistance and lastly we have Chenle tank and MM holds both positions perfectly he stole all our puff last year their team is quite tricky" Jungwon said without even taking a moment to breath
"well Niki's got competition" I smirked quite impressed
"the highest kill someone ever had against him was 2 and it was by Sunghoon" Jungwon said
"we have never won against them throughout the years no matter how many plans we plotted Jay you got one?" Jake asked me
"until and unless I know which hero they are using I can't anonymously plan out our failure but give me sometime" I said since it was risky
"anyways the tournament is in 2 days" Jungwon said showing up the poster
"who's place this year?" Jake questioned
"it's not decided till now this time they have asked if anyone can provide their place for the game night" Sunghoon said wondering who will host it
"leave it up to me" i said looking up at them
"for real? bro you have enough PC's to provide each team?" Heeseung asked
"yeah don't worry" I said making them awestruck
"it's going to be hell of a match" Sunoo mumbled
If the tournament is placed at my place maybe I can hack their tools and hero's since I have the access it's game over for that brat
