Flashback to when Tae crawled to Kook.
Kook watched Tae come closer to him and smirked seeing a pretty omega on his knees. Kook was now fighting hard to stay as Jungkook and not let JK take over. Kook crouched in front of Tae, who was looking at him with expectant eyes and tilted his head with a smirk, "You're absolutely beautiful" he whispered, gently touching the omega from the back of his hand.
V shut his eyes, feeling hopeful about having an alpha. Kook suddenly stopped and watched the omega with stern eyes, "Before anything, I know you're not Taehyung but his wolf. Let me talk to Taehyung and I promise I'll help you" Kook said and V whined at again being rejected but nonetheless agreed and let Tae come over. Kook quickly put the latern down that he held and caught Tae.
The omega was so tired that he could barely stay on his knees but luckily Kook caught him from falling on his face first. "Tae, are you okay?" The alpha worriedly asked but Tae just groaned, slightly pushing Kook away, "You shouldn't be here Jungkook." he said in a tired voice and Kook looked at him with pitiful eyes. "I want to help you" Kook whispered, looking at the omega in his arms.
Tae was surprised and looked at Kook with a frown, "What?" He whispered confused, unsure if he was hearing right and Kook nodded. "I want to help you with your heat but before that, I want to know if you give me permission to take care of you" He said seriously and Tae was completely taken aback, not even blinking in shock. Seeing Tae's shocked face, Kook continued speaking.
"I really like you, not romantically, yet but I believe your strong and an amazing person. I would be lucky to have you as my mate." Kook said with all honesty. "I don't want to see you hurting. I know this is all sudden but if you don't want it then I promise I'll leave right away and never talk about this. I just want to know if I have your consent" the alpha said softly and Tae was lost.
The pain was getting stronger, effects of having an alpha so close to him. Kook knew he wouldn't get more time with Taehyung and tried his best to keep his point out clear. "You want me? As a mate?" Tae asked in a whisper, his voice filled with shock and disbelief. Kook nodded with a small smile, "Anyone would be lucky to have you as a mate and I am one of those people" he replied.
Tae closed his eyes, a tear falling from his eye, unable to believe. Kook gently wiped his tear, waiting for Tae to respond. Tae loudly groaned at the sudden wave of pain in his stomach and looked at Kook with teary eyes, "Help me please" he said with pleading eyes but there was assurity in them. Kook looked into the omega's eyes and instantly knew it was Taehyung who spoke.
Mentally sighing in relief, Kook smiled lovingly at the omega, "I will take the best care of you" he replied and Tae let V come over, who moaned in pain. Kook gently picked Tae bridal style, releasing calming pheromones, to calm the omega. He looked around and found few pieces of clothes but no bed. Biting his lips, Jungkook thought about some way to make Tae feel comfortable.
But seeing the omega crying in pain, he decided that can wait and laid Tae on the piles of clothes, recognising them as Seokjin's. His thoughts were broken when V started tugging on Kook's clothes, asking for attention. Kook gently pried his hands and intertwined their fingers, telling Tae that he is not alone. That night, Kook tried to be gentle and careful as he could.
Despite JK being in control, both of them took utmost care of Taehyung, making it painless and comfortable. JK had marked V and also knotted, which was a little painful for the omega but it satiated the need and made V feel peaceful and complete. A contended smile adorned V's face after the knotting and JK felt their bond blooming in his chest, making him feel proud.
They both went for a few more rounds, just out of the new emotions of having each other as mates. JK looked at sleeping V and couldn't help but agree with Jungkook said, anyone would be lucky to have the precious omega as their mate and JK realised that he definitely was lucky to be mated to V. JK didn't let Jungkook take over wanting to take care of his mate for some time.
The wolves slept late, almost at the dawn, when they were sure that V's heat had passed. None of the two addressed the knotting at the moment, leaving it for later to worry but currently, they were at peace. They both slept in each other's embrace with JK having V on his chest, wanting him to be away from the hard cold ground. JK protectively held his mate on him, making sure he was sleeping well.
They both slept soundly and were unknown to the ritual happening outside of their hut at the breaking of the dawn. Being spent from the hardwork, none of them woke up when there was mantras being chanted. They didn't wake up when the others were talking loudly. They didn't wake up when someone entered their hut and gasped loudly in shock on seeing them sleeping naked.
The person who was in their hut, furiously walked to the sleeping pair and was about to wake Tae up but JK opened his eyes right in time, glaring at them. "What are you doing?" JK asked in his deep voice, making Tae stir a little but again fall asleep. "He is tired, let him rest" JK again said and the person scoffed rudely, gritting their teeth. "I want you to step out right now" they said and left.
JK frowned, not understanding the sudden rudeness from the person but Jungkook asked to let him take over. Kook knew it was going to be hard to explain others about previous night. He looked at sleeping Tae and smiled, not regretting anything that happened. Kook's eyes fell on his mark, his chest swelling with pride and happiness. He leaned down and left a sweet kiss on the mark.
Kook smiled, feeling happiness from the bond after leaving a kiss and realised it was coming from his sleeping mate. His happy bubble broke when he realised there were people waiting for him outside. Carefully standing up, Kook dressed himself and looked at Tae last time before stepping out. As soon as he step out, Kook put on a blank face, not showing any emotion, ready to face them.
Kook quickly looked around and found almost everyone there, except for Hoseok, looking at him confused. "Jungkook? What are you doing here?" Yoongi asked seriously and Kook looked at Jimin, since he was the one who walked in on them. He found the omega glaring at him with fury in his eyes. "You took advantage of my friend!" Jimin exclaimed accusingly.
Jimin's statement shocked everyone but Kook remained quite, not reacting to the accusation. Seeing Kook standing without responding, showed that he did and Jimin almost charged towards Kook but got stopped by Yoongi. He struggled to get away from the alpha but Yoongi was much stronger and stopped Jimin. Tired of struggling, Jimin moved away from Yoongi, huffing.
He was seething with fury and angrily punched the nearest tree, surprising others of his anger. Kook stood emotionless but he was worried for Jimin seeing his hand, "I mated him" he said breaking the thick silence and Seokjin gasped with wide eyes. "What?" He said in shock while the others all had the same emotion displayed on their faces which was turning in anger.
Namjoon, Yoongi and Jimin were furious at Kook while Seokjin was disappointed. He always taught Kook to be responsible but after what happened, he couldn't help but feel disappointed in his baby alpha. Soon Hoseok joined them and asked about what was happening and why was Jimin hurt to which only Jimin responded. The others weren't speaking, taking some time to process.
"Because he did!" Jimin said, glaring at Kook when Hoseok demanded for explanation. "He mated with Taehyung last night and marked him" Jimin said and Hoseok's eyes went wide. Kook could feel everyone's emotions but he wasn't going to speak when they weren't in calm mind to listen to him. "Jeon Jungkook, what did you do?" Hoseok exclaimed in anger, clenching his fists tight.
"Answer us, why did you mate with my brother? You said you wouldn't do it because Tae didn't consent to it. Then what changed?" Namjoon said, his voice calm but stern. Hearing everyone speaking so loudly, Tae woke up and looked around. He took a while to realise what happened and blushed, touching the aching the mark on his neck. A shy smile appeared on his face which soon vanished.
He didn't find Kook beside him and there was loud noises coming from outside. Frowning in confusion, Tae stood up on wobbly his feet and dressed up, before going out. He silently walked out and found everyone, glaring at his mate. "Kookie?" Tae called out for his mate in his confused sleepy voice and Kook snapped his neck towards the omega hearing his voice.
Kook was about to go to his mate but got stopped by Jimin, who blocked his way, "No. You will stay away from him" he whispered challengingly with gritted teeth and Kook forcefully nodded in defeat, respecting the elder. Seokjin sighed seeing Kook and walked to Tae, scooping the boy in his arms, "Let's get you cleaned up first, Tae. You can talk to him later" he sweetly said walking away.
Tae pouted at not being able to talk to Kook. The said alpha glanced at Tae from the corner of his eyes, feeling sadness through the bond, making him mentally sigh in defeat. He looked away from Tae when he heard sniffles, facing Jimin. "I always believed you're were a good alpha and you respected omegas. But you crushed your image by your actions." Jimin said disappointed.
"You took advantage of my friend in a state where he couldn't even fight you. How could you?" Jimin said sounding sad more than angry. "You marked him, knotted him. Don't you know omegas are fertile during their heats?" Jimin asked with squinted accusing eyes glaring at the alpha and Kook looked at him confused, making the omega let out a bitter scoff, at the confused alpha.
"You have no idea that if you knot an omega during their heats, they would end up getting pregnant. Do you have any idea what you just did to my friend?" Jimin asked in fury with tears stinging in his eyes thinking about Tae. He knew Tae would not mind having kid but the judgement from the society was going be harsh and cruel and Tae would always be shamed and shunned.
Jimin was worried that Tae couldn't handle it, the cruelty of people, the disgusted looks from other. He was scared that his best friend would have a hard time with everything and he did not want Tae to go through that. He had seen enough of omegas facing it back in Onephilius and definitely did not want Tae to face it, Kook on the other hand was shocked.
Tae was going to be pregnant, he would become a father, he would have his own blood, a little one he made with Tae, he would have new responsibilities now. A warmth filled Kook's heart imagining his family, his mate with his child. His own sweet little family. Though his heart was filled with happiness and excitement, Kook still had a shocked face, like he hadn't thought about it.
Jimin cried out of sadness, mistaking Kook's silence. Namjoon was shocked as well, he knew about the knotting thing but the thought of having his little brother pregnant made him have mixed feelings. He would accept Tae and his child without any doubt but he was worried if Tae was ready for it. "Pregnant!" Kook whsiepred in shock and Jimin wiped his eyes.
He collected himself before nodding slowly. While silence fell upon all of them, there was confusion among Tae and Seokjin. Seokjin took Tae to the river to help him wash up. Tae was quiet, observing Seokjin, trying to understand if the elder was angry. "Are you angry, hyung?" Tae nervously asked and Seokjin shook his head, without looking at him.
"Are you ashamed of me?" Tae asked again and Seokjin frowned, looking at the younger. "Why would I be ashamed of you?" He asked confused and Tae blushed, "That I am mated with Jungkook?" He responded hesitantly and Seokjin sighed slowly, shaking his head, "I am not ashamed of you. I was infact urging Kook to mate with you" he admitted and Tae frowned, confused.
"Then why don't you look happy?" He innocently asked and Seokjin stopped washing the boy, sighing, "Because Kook refused earlier saying he needed your consent and wouldn't force you. I'm not mad that he went against his own words. I'm disappointed that he didn't talk about it to me or alpha first. It wouldn't have been bad if he told us about marking you without your consent" he explained.
Tae frowned, "But he asked me before anything" he said and Seokjin frowned, "huh?" He said confused and Tae explained about the conversation between him and Kook. Seokjin felt relieved and happy, listening to Tae. His baby alpha was indeed responsible and over that, he made sure to respect Tae's choices. He was happy. "Are you happy?" Seokjin asked Tae.
The sudden question made Tae blush to which Seokjin smiled sweetly at the younger. "I am. Jungkook is really nice and I know he will be a great mate. He was really good to me last night. I'm happy that he is my mate" Tae shyly said and Seokjin couldn't supress the relieved sigh, before engulfing the newly mated omega in his arms. "I'm really happy for you Tae" he whispered.
Tae thanked the elder and both of them finished washing up. Seokjin helped Tae dress up, glad that he had this conversation with Tae. They both returned back and found others with glum faces. Kook stood in a corner with a deep frown while Namjoon looked troubled. Yoongi was busy consoling crying Jimin and Hoseok was busy pacing around.
Kook sensed Tae's presence and looked up and without wasting any second, he walked to his mate, wrapped his arms around the omega, nuzzling in his mark, making Tae giggle. Seokjin smiled at the youngers and went to Namjoon, who was confused seeing Seokjin's relieved smile. "We need to talk. Let Kook and Tae get some rest first" Seokjin said slowly to Namjoon.
The true blood suspiciously looked at Seokjin before agreeing and nodded, trusting his mate. He asked the younger boys to leave and get some rest like Seokjin said. Jimin looked away without meeting Tae's eyes, who was surprised at the unusual coldness. Kook looked at Seokjin, who didn't glance at him and mentally sighed in sadness thinking that he had disappointed him.
The newly mated couple left from there, leaving Namjoon, Seokjin, Yoongi, Jimin and Hoseok alone. Seokjin finally explained them about what Tae said to him at the river and Jimin was the first to cry in relief. Everyone felt like a big boulder was lifted from their chest hearing Seokjin and heaved a relived sigh, thanking that everything was in control.
"Thank you, Moon goddess" Jimin cried and Yoongi smiled seeing Jimin. "I guess we should all apologize to Jungkook" Hoseok said with a guilty frown and Namjoon nodded, "Yes, we accused him and didn't even wait to listen to him. We all owe him a apology" he said, feeling guilty of acting so rude to the maknae. Seokjin pursed his lips, seeing guilty faces but knew Kook would understand them.
Kook and Tae returned to their hut, proudly holding hands. Tae had a small smile while Kook was worried about his hyungs. Kook stopped when they reached his hut, "Why don't you go in first?" He said to the omega, who's smile fell, "Where are you going?" Tae asked in a timid voice and Kook placed his hand on the omega's cheek, "I'm going to get you some food. I'll be back soon" he said.
Tae blushed and nodded, letting Kook go. He turned to see Kook's hut and walked in, breathing in his Alpha's scent. Though Tae's scent was gone being replaced by Kook's, he still couldn't help but want more of the new scent. Tae, still tired from last night, laid on Kook's bed and immediately fell asleep. Kook, who had left to get food for his mate returned back.
He had requested for a bigger place since he had mate now but made sure to not reveal the reason, wanting to do it later in front of everyone. After all, he was proud of having Tae as his mate. Kook walked into his hut and stopped seeing Tae asleep. A small sigh fell out his lips before smiling, "I guess you needed sleep more than food" he muttered and put the food away.
Smiling at his mate, Kook adjusted Tae lay comfortably before lying down next to him. Kook stared at Tae until his eyes got heavy and drifted off to dreamland, oblivious to all the elders coming to him. The hyungs walked to meet Kook, wanting to talk to him and also apologize. Seokjin went in first and stopped at the doorway confusing others.
A chuckle came from the eldest and Namjoon frowned, "Why are you laughing? Are they not inside?" He asked curiously but Seokjin quickly shushed him, nodding his head. Hoseok, being the curious one, went in and smiled before looking at the rest. "We should come back later. The boys are sleeping, we'll talk to them later" he said slowly and Namjoon nodded.
They all left the boys to rest, joining others. They also checked on Woozi, Jeoghan and Ami, on their way back. "Hyung" A new voice called and all of them turned around to see Dino coming towards them with bright smile. "Are you all going somewhere?" The younger asked excitedly and Seokjin smiled, "Not really" he replied and the boy smiled wider.
"Then can I show you something?" Dino asked excitedly, "You seem excited" Yoongi said with a frown and the boy nodded, "I am and I want to show you why" he said to which the elders all nodded and Dino gave a big smile before exhaling deeply and closed his eyes. They elder boys were all confused but patiently waited for the boy to show whatever he wanted to.
Suddenly Dino opened his eyes, which were glowing red and Seokjin's eyes went wide. "You presented!" He exclaimed and Dino's eyes went back to normal, before smiling at Seokjin. "Congratulations Dino!" Namjoon said and the boy blushed, thanking them. "It's cool, isn't it?" Seungcheol asked proudly, walking towards them and the others nodded at his comment.
Seungcheol ruffled Dino's hair, making him smile at him. "Our kid is finally grown up" he said and Dino sighed in defeat, "I don't know why you and Jeonghan hyung are obsessed on making me your kid" he muttered. "Boy, you will be our kid forever" Seungcheol said seriously and Dino just nodded in defeat, accepting it. Seungcheol sent the younger away and looked at Namjoon.
"I feel proud that Dino presented. He was getting worried about not presenting but now that he did, I feel like a proud father" he said with a wide proud smile and Namjoon nodded, understanding him. "You must really like the kid" Seokjin said and Seungcheol nodded. "I do! He is very smart and talented, he will be a great alpha. I can already feel it" he said sounding confident.
Seokjin hummed, "I know. I got the same feeling back when Jungkook presented. Damn, time really flies fast" he said with a nostalgic smile and Seungcheol's eyes widened. "Speaking about Jungkook, he looks different. Did something happen?" He asked curiously and the elders looked at each other. "Everything is fine." Namjoon answered and others nodded in agreement.
Seungcheol too believed him, dropping the topic. Namjoon, Yoongi and Hoseok parted their ways while Jimin stuck with Seokjin, wanting company and not be alone. "You know Jimin-ah, Tae is lucky" Seokjin said. Jimin looked at the elder confused and Seokjin continued, "Because he has all loving people around him. He has such a loving best friend and caring brothers" he said.
Jimin gave a small smile, "And now he has a loving mate. He is really lucky" he said and Seokjin nodded, "He is but he is more lucky that he has you. You protect him and love him and not to forget you fight for him" he said. "Are you trying to make me feel better?" Jimin asked with a small smirk and Seokjin winked, "Am I? I thought you should know the truth" he said and chuckled.
"Anyway, come on, let's get some breakfast now. We still haven't eaten" Seokjin said pulling Jimin with him. The whole day passed and none of the boys were able to meet Kook or Tae. Ami was the first to wake up among the 3 of the wizards. She woke up in a daze, slightly drowsy and got confused finding herself in a different hut. Her heart fluttered, realising the known place.
Ami looked around to find the owner of the hut and realised that she was alone. She thought someone must have mistaken it to be her's and was about to leave when Hoseok caught her right in time, telling that he himself carried her there so that she wouldn't be alone. Ami thanked the wolf and Hoseok just gave him sunshine smile, making her fall deeper for him.
Unable to stop her fluttering heart, she rushed back to her place and calmed down, not wanting to make a fool of out herself, oblivious to Hoseok finding her cute. As usual, they all gathered for dinner and finally Taekook came out of their hut, proudly holding hands. Tae still looked tired but Kook looked refreshed. Seeing Tae, all asked him if he was fine, warming the omega's heart.
"Wait! Is that a mating mark on your neck?" Bang Chan exclaimed in shock startling everyone, pointing at Tae and the said omega blushed, hiding the mark. Kook smiled at his mate and proudly announced that he was mated to Taehyung, getting lots and lots of love from everyone. Mingyu, Bambam, Minghao, Seokmin, Eunwoo all hugged Kook, happy that their friend was mated.
"I knew something was different when he came in the morning. I should have known" Seungcheol exclaimed loudly and others laughed. Kook looked at his hyungs from the corner of his eyes, who were smiling at them and it made Kook feel a bit better. He knew he still had a lot of explanation to do but seeing his hyungs smiling at him made him feel like he could finally breathe again.
Kook made Tae sit down beside his friends and left to talk to the hyungs. As he approached, Hoseok was the first to jump up and engulf Kook tightly in a bone crushing hug. "Good job Kookieeeeeee" Hoseok screamed in the younger's ear, making him wince a little. Yoongi shook his head but had a small smile on his lips. Jimin was also smiling at them.
The omega was so happy that his eyes turned into cute cresents. "Hyung, I need my ears" Kook groaned with a small smile and Hoseok broke the hug, cutely apologizing. Kook looked at Namjoon and Seokjin, who stood up to hug the boy. Seokjin's hug made Kook feel like his life was back. His hyung meant so much to him and Kook realised that Seokjin was most important to him.
"Congratulations and good job baby alpha. You did the right thing" Seokjin sweetly said. Kook silently heaved a deep sigh, tightening the hug, glad that Seokjin wasn't angry at him. Kook hummed, relishing the warmth of his hyung and broke the hug when Jimin patted his back. Kook turned around to face the omega, who was looking at him with guilty eyes.
"Jungkook-ah, I'm sorry. I got angry at you and blamed you without giving you the chance to explain" the omega said but Kook shook his head. "Please don't apologise. I completely understand why you did that. If I was in your place, I would've done the same thing. In fact, I should be the one apologizing, for taking a big decision without you all knowing. I'm sorry" Kook said.
He spoke looking at Namjoon and Seokjin, who just gave him a tight lipped smile. "It's fine. As long as you both are happy, nothing matters" Namjoon said and Seokjin agreed with his mate. Kook gave a small smile, "And hyung, I will do my best to keep Taehyung happy. I promise you that I'll never hurt him" Kook said and Namjoon just patted his shoulder nodding.
He knew Kook was a responsible alpha and also a responsible male, he could trust him with his baby brother. "Awww, that's so sweet Jungkookie" a new voice spoke, all of a sudden. Everyone turned to see the source of the voice, only to see Suho and his companions standing. Namjoon rolled not to subtly his eyes at the Vampire's unannounced presence.
But he also knew Suho wouldn't harm them, at least he wouldn't dare to. Suho walked closer to Kook, placing hands at the Alpha's shoulders with a proud smile, "I'm happy for you and you better keep your promise. Namjoon's brother is like my brother and if anyone hurts my brother, I'll kill them" he said seriously, surprising others. "Hey, Kook doesn't hurt people, especially someone he adores" Hoseok argued.
Suho smiled, "I know but what kind of a brother would I be if I don't scare his mate?" He asked and Namjoon frowned, "Since when did you become his brother? Last time I checked, only I am his brother" he asked with a raised eyebrow and Suho rolled his eyes. "Chill out Namjoon, he likes Taehyung and is looking out for him" someone else spoke. All the wolves rolled their eyes but stayed silent.
Suho walked to Tae, who was surrounded by Kook's friend and smiled at the omega, who gave an innocent but small smile to him. "Congratulations Kiddo! I heard you're mated now. I can see you're happy, it suits you" he said sweetly and Tae just gave a shy smile, thanking him while all the other boys around Tae, suspiciously stared at Suho, not really trusting him.
Suho ruffled Tae's hair and turned to Namjoon, his smile still intact, "Because it is a great occasion, I want to celebrate it" he said and Namjoon strictly denied but Suho ignored him, "Like I said, Tae is like my brother and I'm going to celebrate. Besides, you can think of it as a peace treaty between us and maybe stop being such a dick to us" he said rolling his eyes at end.
Namjoon scoffed, "Well if you stop being such an asshole, I wouldn't be a dick to you" he retorted and Suho scowled, "Bitch! I'm elder to you." He said and Namjoon smirked, "But I'm taller than you" he said and Suho gasped offended, "I'm smarter than you" he said and Namjoon shook his head, "Try again. I'm not believing that" he said crossing his arms against his chest egoistically.
Yoongi watched the wolf and vampire bicker and frowned, "If nobody knew you both they could've mistaken you both to be best friends" he said, making both the leaders snap their necks towards him. Suho looked at Namjoon curiously, "Nah! My best friends are cool. I'll pass on Namjoon" he said and Namjoon scoffed, "Like I'm dying to make you my best friend" he said bitterly.
Seokjin looked at other vampires and found the amused looks on their faces. Mentally sighing, Seokjin shook his head, wondering how will the love-hate relationship between Namjoon and Suho turn out for everyone. But Seokjin was sure that the Vampires were sure going to be good friends with them and who wouldn't want a good friendship?

I'm now moving to other city and shifting their for a long time.
Now those of you all have done the moving thing must know how hectic and busy it makes you and I'm going to be the same.
