Jake Kim was lying unconscious on the floor, along with Big Deal, while Johan Seong was standing over all of them. Johan had no remorse whatsoever on his face about what happened there. If anything, Johan was disappointed in his senior. He had expected Jake to be strong enough to make him get serious, but in the end, Jake proved to be a disappointment to Johan.
"Blood of the dragon, huh? That's bullshit," Johan said while looking at unconscious Jake. "Talent surpasses even genetics."
"I wonder if any crew head could give me as much joy as Gun did," Johan said to himself while standing in the Big Deal base. Johan soon caught his breath and was about to leave the place when he heard some footsteps and a voice saying, "This looks like a crime scene to me."
"Who's that?" Johan questioned, and he turned around to see a blonde man in an all-black suit and sunglasses standing there with a goofy smile on his face.
"What the?" Johan was surprised to see the blonde man in that place, and Goo looked interested in Johan. With a huge smile on his face, Goo asked, "Did you do this, man?" Johan nodded and said, "It was disappointing, to be honest with you."
"Man, that's so cool!" Goo said delightedly, extending his hand towards Johan. "Myself Joongoo Kim, would you like to be my secret friend?"
"Goo Kim?" Johan acted confused, pretending not to know who Goo was. Then Goo asked him, "Hey, are you the one who fought Gun a few days ago by any chance?"
"How do you know?" Johan acted surprised, and Goo's smile grew even bigger. He held Johan's both hands and said, "Man, you gotta be my friend now. I am not taking no for an answer. I can make you super rich if you accept my friendship."
Johan was confused about one thing in particular. Why was Goo there? Gun is the one in charge of four major crews, but why was Goo there? That was something Johan couldn't wrap his head around, so he outright asked Goo, "Why are you here? Where's Gun?"
Goo gave an annoyed look and said, "Why do you ask about him? I am cooler than him. I am here on Gun's behalf. He couldn't come here to collect the money himself."
"Is that why you're wearing his clothes and sunglasses?" Johan asked, and Goo laughed and tapped Johan's shoulder. "I just took his clothes to make him mad."
"That does sound like you," Johan thought to himself while Goo was laughing. Goo then asked, "What do you say? Would you like to be my secret friend?"
"What will I have to do for that?" Johan asked seriously, and Goo took his hand, and they both shook hands. Goo said, "I will let you know what you have to do. Anyway, friend, what's your name?"
Johan introduced himself, "I am Johan, Johan Seong."
"Johan Seong? I did hear about you from Gun, but he didn't know your name," Goo said, placing his hand across Johan's shoulder. "It's good that I came here myself, or Gun would have taken you on his team."
"What team?" Johan asked, and Goo laughed while saying, "It's nothing. We are just looking for someone to replace us."
"Hey, Johan, let's go somewhere and enjoy the day," Goo said, walking with Johan, and Goo took him with him for the day.
Johan wasn't stupid enough to fight Goo here because unlike Gun, Goo would actually kill him if he got angry.
Angering Goo meant instant death, and Johan didn't want to die so young. Plus, being Goo's secret friend wasn't bad at all.
Goo took Johan with him, and Johan got into Goo's Rolls Royce. Johan asked, "Where are we going?"
"Don't worry, we're going to enjoy ourselves," Goo said as he started the car and drove. But then Johan said, "Aren't you underage?"
Goo heard Johan but then burst out laughing and said, "You're so silly, man. Who cares about that?"
"I guess you're right," Johan agreed, and Goo drove him to a certain club, The Club ViVi.
But before going in, Goo looked at Johan and said, "We can't enjoy ourselves alone, right? Let me call my other friends too."
"Sure, go ahead," Johan said, and Goo pulled out his phone and called someone named Eugene.
Soon Eugene picked up the phone and said, "Mr. Goo?"
"Yo, Eugene."
"Hello, Mr. Goo. How do you remember me?"
"Hey, man. I made a new friend today, and I came to your club to enjoy myself with him, but we can't enjoy ourselves just between us. So, I'm inviting all my friends here."
Goo said, and Eugene wasn't expecting this. He said, "Mr. Goo, do you want me to come to the third affiliate?"
"What? You can't come? Are you busy to spend time with friends now?" Goo pouted. Eugene quickly corrected himself, "No, no, that's not what I meant. I will surely come if you invite me."
"Alright, Eugene. Bring others here too. Let's have a party today," Goo said, hanging up on Eugene. Goo then turned to Johan and said, "Let's go in, Johan."
"Ya, let's go," Johan replied, and both of them got out of the car and walked up to the entrance of Club ViVi.
Goo took out a black badge from his pocket and placed it on his coat. He smirked at the bouncer and said, "See this, loser? I'm a VVIP. You know what that means? I'm a very, very important person here." Goo was flexing on the bouncer with his black badge, and all the members of the club bowed down to the VVIP.
Meanwhile, Goo was laughing and said to Johan, "You see this? This is the power of Joongoo the Great. If you replace me, then you will have the same."
"Man, that's so cool," Johan said, and Goo smiled widely and said, "I know. I'm so much cooler than Gun."
Just like that, Goo and Johan walked into the club and were greeted by the director of the third affiliate, Xiaolong.
Xiaolong bowed down slightly towards Goo and asked, "How can I help you today, Mr. VVIP?"
"My other friends are on their way here. Just send them to me," Goo said, and he turned to Johan. "And he is my new friend. Don't be mean to him, Little Dragon," Goo said. Xiaolong nodded before leaving them alone, and Goo took Johan to the private party zone of the club on the penthouse.
Johan and Goo reached the penthouse and waited for a while before they started hearing some noises. Johan asked, "What's that?"
"That's my friends," Goo replied. They looked up and saw a helicopter in the air that landed on the helipad on the penthouse.
Soon, some people in white suits got out of the helicopter, and Johan recognized all of them. They were Eugene, Yousong, and Mandeok.
Eugene smiled while walking towards Goo, and Goo smiled back at him. "Greetings, Mr. Goo."
"Hello, Eugene," Goo replied.
Eugene looked at Johan and smiled. "I am Eugene. Nice to meet you."
"I am Johan Seong. It's a pleasure to meet you," Johan said and shook hands with Eugene, while Goo declared, "Now that you've shaken hands, you two are best friends."
Both Johan and Eugene looked at each other awkwardly because of Goo's announcement, but then Goo grabbed both of them and said, "Let's have some fun!"
Mandeok brought some juice for them because they were obviously underage.
After they had all been filled to the brim with juice, Eugene finally asked, "So Mr Goo, why did you call me here?"
At first, Goo had a goofy smile on his face, but then he narrowed his eyes at Eugene and said, "I got you a friend."
Eugene heard him and looked at Johan, saying, "I can see that."
"No, you don't. You are underestimating my friend Johan now, Eugene," Goo said. Eugene was confused and asked, "What do you mean, Mr Goo? I actually don't know much about Me Seong."
"You are smart yourself, Eugene. I will just leave Johan with you for now," Goo said, getting up from his place. "Take care of my friend, or be ready to face my wrath, okay?"
Goo was leaving after leaving both Johan and Eugene in an awkward place where they just stared at each other for a while before Eugene broke the silence. "How did you meet Mr Goo?"
"I was just beating up a big deal, and Goo saw me and dragged me here," Johan answered. Eugene smiled. "That does sound like him, but, however-"
"Mr Goo doesn't bring pushovers. You must be good" Eugene asked, narrowing his eyes. Johan smirked. "Now we're talking."
"Let's talk, then."
