my mood dropped as i walked behind jahseh. i definitely didn't miss this fucking school and by his expression, i could tell jahseh didn't either. i looked and seen that we were heading over to where ski and trippie were. i sighed, not in the mood for their rowdyness this early in the morning. ski saw me and raised his eyebrows.
"i'm surprised yo mean ass wanna be over here" i mentally rolled my eyes, i shoud just walk away right now.
"i'm being nice, i could literally walk away right now." i said with an attitude
"vro, you so much nicer when you high" he said and i pushed his head
"she just upset because she don't wanna be here." jahseh said laughing
"who tf does, this place is a fucking hellhole" i said and they all chuckled
i felt someone tap me on my shoulder and turned around to see bri. she had a confused look on her face. she pulled me to the side.
"so we just gon be hanging out with them now?" she asked and i nodded
"yea, what's wrong with that?" i asked
"becauseee, ski's been tryna talk to me" she said and my eyes widened
"awww he like you, you should go out with him" i said and she quickly shook her head
"hell noooo, he is NOT my type" she said quickly
"bri, wym? you literally go for darkskin dreadheads wit raspy voices...all the time" i said with my eyebrows furrowed. "either him or you can go for trippie" i said and she looked at me like i was crazy. i just laughed
"bitch you crazy if you think imma try that shit when ayleks all over that nigga, plus he too light for me" she said and i laughed
"look girl just come on, and you should give ski a chance, he's a good person." i said walking back over to where jahseh was and rapping my arms around him.
she walked over and i saw ski's eyes instanly move to her. they stared at each other for a second and she looked away. they gon date before the year's out, watch...
we sat in 3rd period waiting for class to start and i watched as jahseh and one of his other friends coolie threw paper balls at each other. the teacher walked in and they both stopped.
"alright class we have a new student. she's very polite so please treat her like your peers." she said
a girl walked in and i heard ski, who was sitting next to me, gasp. i looked over at him and he was turned around talking to trippie. i looked at jahseh, who was sitting on the other side of me, and he had a stunned but sad look on his face.
"go ahead, introdue yourself." the teacher said to the shy girl
"hi, I'm geneva..."
