(Sry for not uploading as much I just.... haven't felt like it.... nothing beyond that, I just had stuff I got distracted by or would rather do with my day...)
Ben is the first one to attack, throwing a punch at his double which connects causing him to stumble.
"Not even going to banter?" a coy Albedo questions delivering a counter attack knocking Ben off balance.
"I'm done with banter." Ben snarls as he throws dirt at Albedo, obscuring his vision allowing Ben to get a solid punch across his twins face, drawing blood from his lip.
"Fair enough." Albedo chuckles as he kicks Ben into the dirt.
Ben grapples his leg pulling him down to his level beating into him, the same voice ringing in his head coaxing him into finally finishing off the doppelganger.
the two wrestle on the ground employing dirty fight tactics.
this is far from some epic and climatic battle between a hero and Villain.
this would far more be akin to a pair of teenagers duking it out after school, no flair, no finesse, simply two children trying to draw blood.
"Sub...mit!" Albedo grunts jamming his fingers into Ben's face trying to blind him.
"Ladies... First!" Ben snaps back before biting Albedo's hand leaving teeth marks.
Albedo kicks Ben off holding his hand in pain
"Did you just fuckin' bite me?!" Albedo questions rubbing his palm. "What the hell is this? Preschool?!"
without a word Ben rushes Albedo throwing a jab at his face.
however this time Albedo seems to be putting more effort into the fight as he knocks Ben's arm away countering with a punch to the gut.
our hero steps back clutching his stomach.
"Toga taught me that one." Albedo smirks. "Though her version included a knife, but I thought I would improvise."
In response Ben simply dusts himself off wiping blood from his lip and returning to a fighting stance.
"You're not fun anymore?" Albedo sighs, matching Ben's stance. "at least give me something cheesy to play off of. What about a Captain Nemesis quote?"
a mocking Albedo strikes a pose calling out "VILLAINS BEWARE, YOUR NEMESIS IS HERE!!!" in a deep tone.
"I won't let you hurt my friends....." an unamused Ben growls.
Albedo appears to take offence to this as he drops his coy facade and rushes Ben.
our hero throws a right hook which Albedo takes with his forearm before sweeping Ben off his feet putting him on the ground again.
"And what about Mine?!" the villain roars beating into Ben. "Do they just not matter?! Did Twice not matter?"
Ben kicks his foot out knocking out Albedo's legs causing him to fall to the ground beside Ben.
Our hero elbows Albedo in the eye as they struggle on the ground again.
"Your friends do matter..." Ben coughs. "But you seem to have forgotten that you're literal terrorists."
Albedo frees himself scrambling back onto his feet.
"Titles are bestowed by history's victors." Albedo retorts dusting himself off. "You overthrow an Oppressive system you're a revolutionary, but if that system beats you down suddenly you're an Insurgence. It's a matter of opinion, words only have as much meaning as you give them."
"But you know what's the worse thing?" a semi-tearful Albedo asks. "Why I really hate you so much?"
"I remember every birthday cake Max made you, every time you did something stupid and Gwen called you out on it, Every.... single... IOTA of love you felt for everyone in your life. I remember all of it-- I FELT it all.... AND NONE OF IT IS MINE!"
he kicks Ben across the face splattering blood across the grass.
"And the moment I actually make a life for myself, get people I care about, feel love you don't. You 'HEROES' kick in the door and try to take it away!"
he beats into Ben kicking the hero while he's down.
Ben's vision gets hazy as he tries to cling to his focus grappling Albedo's leg causing him to lose balance
Albedo pauses as the two take some time to catch their breath.
Albedo sits up checking his wrist to see the Ultimatrix still recharging as he continues to speak.
"We could just give it a while...." Albedo proposes. "Probably less than a minute until recharge is complete, you're probably already recharged before me but we both know you like to play fair, you are the hero after--"
Refusing to speak Ben exploits the weakness and headbutts Albedo, causing blood to gush from his nose.
"Motherfu--" Albedo grumbles under his breath looking at the blood oozing down on his hand before socking Ben across the face.
the fight continues as the duo of boys beat into each other, trading blows.
Ben having trained across these couple months has developed more muscle mass than Albedo along with some fighting skill.
however Albedo is no slouch having also been working out, though the chili fries and smoothies haven't helped.
the scuffle is broken by the beep of Albedo's Ultimatrix signalling the recharge is complete.
Albedo grins as he gets free and backs up, pressing his Thumb down on the Ultimatrix, activating it.
"I wonder how Shigaraki will react to Gigantomachia AND way big coming to his side..." Albedo ponders as he dials through Aliens.
on the ground Ben tries to scramble to activate his Omnitrix.
Fear overwhelms Ben's soul as the voice begins again
"He'll kill them..." it hisses. "You know he'd do worse...."
"First it'll be Endeavour and the heroes...."
"Then Midoriya and your friends...."
"Maybe Next Grandpa Max? "
"Then Gwen and Kevin...."
"All that death if you let him leave this time..."
"DON'T.... let... him... leave..."
Ben's body seems to move on its own as instead of reaching for the omnitrix he reaches for a rock and hurls it at his foe.
Albedo lets out a grunt of pain as he's stopped by the stone smashing into his head.
Knocked over Albedo nurses his forehead as red fills half his vision noticing the attack had left a small but deep gash over his left eye.
filled with rage Albedo disregards the Ultimatrix and rushes Ben.
the two clasp hands struggling to push the other over for the upper hand.
"This ends now!" Ben growls. "No Aliens, No retreating, No Mercy!"
"We both know what this is REALLY about..." Albedo coughs. "You're scared..."
"Oh yeah?" Ben humours. "Of what? losing my friends? Because yeah, I'd say that's a factor...."
"That's bullshit and we both know it." Albedo spits. "Don't lie to yourself.... It's unbecoming...."
"I know what terrifies you... What you're REALLY scared of, it isn't some cliche shonen protagonist crap.... You're afraid you're going to wake up one day and realize..... you're a GOD... and looking at me just reminds you of that."
the two continue to struggle.
"You see me and you see yourself, no limits." Albedo grunts. "I do whatever the Hell I want and I have the power to put down anyone who stands in my way. You envy me!"
"Oh I envy YOU?!" Ben snorts. "Mr. 'Boohoo, I want fwends but nobody will tolerate me besides homicidal maniacs'?! I doubt it!"
"I mean look at what you just did!" Albedo laughs. "Gigantomachia was literally made to be the strongest and you slapped him around like a ragdoll, you think Deku or All Might could have done that without a few battle scars?! On top of that you made him RUN AWAY! sure, if his master was in danger he would have fought to the death but regardless, you made him flee! the very creature that made the heroes piss their pants!"
the voice returns.
"You know he's right, there has to be something in this device that could wipe out the villains...."
"And after you take down Albedo, who's going to stop you from just taking down the rest?..."
"Way Big alone could probably take down whatever Animo turned Shigaraki into..."
Ben shakes off the voice as he focuses on Albedo.
"Animo, Darkstar, Charmcaster, Forever Knights, Zombozo, Zs'Skayr, Even Kevin...." Ben states ignoring Albedo's argument. "If you really have all my memories and feelings than you know just how much I hated when they monologue."
Ben overpowers Albedo managing to grab him in a headlock as they fall back to the ground.
Our hero tightens his grip in an attempt to choke his duplicate out.
Ben makes sure to put at least 4.4lb of pressure on his jugular like he learned in Biology.
again the voice speaks in Ben's head.
"End him..."
Albedo struggles digging his nails into Ben's arm.
"He's caused nothing but pain!..."
Albedo reaches for a stick, snapping it and stabbing both ends into Ben's biceps.
"and it's all YOUR fault..."
Ben grits his teeth in pain as he refuses to let go.
"Everyone Albedo's hurt or killed..."
blood flows as Albedo digs the sticks in further.
"It's all blood on YOUR hands..."
everything in Ben's body tells him to let go as the wood starts to reach bone.
"So do it!..."
Ben pushes through the pain, tears well in his eyes as mud and filth from the sticks mix with his blood.
"End it!.... End him!...."
Albedo's grip loosens as his eyelids get heavy.
"Kill him!...."
Albedo's body falls limp.
"Longer!...."
Ben impulsively continues to put pressure.
"A little longer....."
Ben finds himself continuing to latch onto Albedo's throat.
"Almost... Just--"
Suddenly Ben kicks himself off releasing Albedo.
the hero is quick to check his enemies pulse.
Luckily he's still alive, but unconscious.
Ben lets off grunts of pain as he rips the sticks out of his arms.
Ben lets off a sigh of relief as he falls back to the ground, hyperventilating.
as he does he notices something hard under his head.
sitting up he realizes it's Albedo's "Ultimate Matrix" the device Albedo made that turned his Omnitrix into the Ultimatrix.
it must have fallen off while Albedo struggled to get Ben off of him.
Ben admires it for a while before remembering Endeavour is still fighting an Alien powered Shigaraki.
our hero quickly pockets the device as he activates the Omnitrix and turns into Jetray.
"We came from the west, Right?" Jetray asks himself trying to remember where He and Albedo came from when they were fighting as XLR8.
Just as Jetray is about to take off he looks back at the unconscious Albedo.
"I guess I should probably take you to the heroes first..." Jetray grumbles.
