as i sat on her bed and waited for her to come out, i thought a lot about if the test came out positive. would she keep it? o don't even know if i'm the right type of nigga to have a baby with.
"jahseh" her voice snapped me out of my thoughts.
she handed me the test and it read negative.
"so why tf you throwing up?" i asked and she shrugged
her mom walked in and we looked at her.
"what does it say?" she asked leaning against the door frame
"negative" we said in sync and her eyebrows furrowed
"so- nvm" she said walking away
i sighed laying back on the bed and mari looked at me.
"imagine if it was positve" she said laying on the bed next to me
"exactlyyyy" i said and she chuckled "would you keep it" i asked her
she looked at me with a soft look.
"yea maybe" she said and i raised my eyebrows
"imma keep that in mind for next time" i said and she just smile
