"Where is she?" asked Rufus eying your father.
Your father, who sat on a bed with one of his sleeves pulled up, he glanced at Rufus. "I don't know. I remember going home but from then on I don't know." After looking back at his arm, he un-pulled his sleeve and stood up.
Rufus glanced at your father with that suspicious glance."Are you sure? You know my father wants the location of [Name]."
This time your father glared at Rufus."Don't you think I want to know? For God's sake, my daughter is gone and right at this moment all I want to know is where she is!" he gritted his teeth.
Rufus shook his head."[Name] was given to you as a mission. Do you remember that you wanted nothing to do with her when my father assigned her to you?" it seemed that his words hit a nerve on your father for the glare that Rufus was receiving was even colder.A sigh escaped Rufus' mouth."Look, I have no problem with you and [Name], but father...." he paused, " he wants her back. You know you can't play with them."
"I told you, I don't know. Right at this very moment I could be looking for her instead of wasting time." Your father responded getting up.
Rufus asked no more and left your father there. Soon he was behind a glass where he was watching your father. It was obvious that your father had no idea that he was being watched. "So, does he know something?" Rufus asked eyeing your father.
"No, he has no idea of her location."
Rufus straightened up and turned around to leave along with a woman at his side."Well, we'll have to investigate then." And he began to walk away but there was a solemn lookin in his eyes.
"Hey! You said that you'll let me go if I helped you!" The man struggled in the seat that he was tied to.
Rufus glanced at the man."I know Leon, but not right now." And with that he left Leon there struggling. After a few moments of struggling he couldn't help but think that they'll be after you. He was glad that your father didn't know about your location or he wouldn't know what he would have done. Sure he was kept there and he was told that if he cooperated, he would be left alone but you...you were innocent and just thinking about what could be done to you, a part of him was happy that he didn't have to tell them where you were.
Your father went straight home and once he was there, he was greeted with you mom who received him with a kiss and a hug. She asked him abut how work was and about how her day was.
"Sorry, I am afraid I have to go on a trip." Taking a suitcase, he looked around for a few things. Watching from her spot, your mother looked around and then decided to grab your dad's arm and pulled him to the bathroom.
Once there, she turned the water on."Don't go, you told me to not let you go and look for [Name]."
At this your father's eyebrows furrowed. "What?That's none-sense, I need to find her, for all I know something bad could happen to her."
She glanced behind."You told me to stop you if you searched for [Name]. Here," she pulled out a paper from her pocket."You gave me this the other day, you told me everything."
Taking the note from your mom's grasp, your dad took a look at it,'Do not search for [Name], she is safe.' He looked up at her."This is my writing."
"Yes, you gave me this and told me everything, about what you do."Your mom explained.
"I see."Glancing at the note, your father just was thinking of his next steps.

The bag that Rude had handed you was still on the table and once you were done eating, you took it. You opened it and there was a passport, ID, and other things but once you read the name on it, you realized that that was not your name. Surely, there was your photo but with another name, which only meant that these were fake papers. Placing that on the table, you looked at the rest of the contents and surely, there was a stack of money.
Now the thing was...how are you going to introduce yourself with a different name if you already did but with the real name? That will be tough. Sighting again, you rubbed your temples. If you had known earlier, you could have...the could have does not exist. What was done was done, you just needed to figure out something. Maybe you could change your last name but keep your name? Maybe that could work...
"Urgh, I can't belive it, what am I going to do right now?" You asked yourself with a growl. If only you had known that they would provide you with a fake name...If only...Hiding your things in your purse, you stood up and headed to your room to get yourself a bath. That would surely warm your nerves down.
After about an hour or so of relaxing, you wanted to go out and look around. It would be nice to get familiar with the place if you would be staying sometime here. Taking the keys in your hands, you headed out but not before you locked the door.
It was around 6 in the afternoon and it was getting a bit dark outside. Even so, you went out. From the looks of this town, it was calm.Most of the streets were nothing but mud and rocks, and a few houses looked a bit old but it seemed like a nice place. A few people passed by laughing and they would greet you, you doing the same. What you noticed too was that there weren't that many cars around, only a few went by and the lack of noise that those cars brought was nice. It was relaxing to be far from all that noise.
As you walked, you noticed a place with the lights on and it seemed like it was a restaurant since there were people going in with laughter. Making up your mind, you decided that you would just take a look at the place and if that was the restaurant that Tidus and Shuyin were talking about, it would be nice to thank their mother.
Walking towards the entrance, you opened the door and headed inside. The inside of this place gave you a feeling of comfort, and you liked it. Of course, it wasn't so modern but it was modest. Once you stepped inside, Tidus was attending a costumer, Shuying was doing the same. There was a booth empty so you decided to take a seat.
A lady with a soft smile on her face approached you with a note-pad in hand. As soon as she had a better look of you, her smile widened."Oh my, you are [Name]?" she asked once she stood close to your booth.
You nodded smiling back."Yes, that'll be me."
"Well, welcome to the town. It may not be as modern or anything, but I assure you'll like it here." Looking back at the people around, she grinned."They're all good people so if you need anything just ask."
If she talked about you, then you guessed this is Tidus and Shuyin's mother. She seemed like a nice woman."Thank you, and since you seem to know my name, then you must be Tidus' mother?" you asked, wanting to be correct.
She laughed."Sorry, the name's Rose."
You nodded."It's a pleasure meeting you M-" you were about to continue but she waved her hand.
"Please, call me Rose."
You nodded."Alright, pleasure meeting you Rose."There was a smile playing across your lips. This woman seemed so...gentle and kind."Oh, and thank you for the delicious food."
She laughed shaking her head."No need to thank me, it's a welcoming gift.By the way, what can I get you?It's on the house."
At this your eyes widened."Oh no, I couldn't. Besides, I am quite full right now."
"Don't worry about it, and if you're full, how about I bring you some cake then?" she asked but before you responded, she walked away with a smile, she knew you would argue.
Sitting there for a minute or so, you waited. Soon Shuyin walked towards your direction with a place in his hands. He hadn't taken notice of you, until he was about arriving. He smiled widely."Oh, [Name]! It's great that you came!" with and exited voice he said placing the plate on the table, taking a seat opposite you.
That exited voice somehow lifted your spirits up."Thanks, but I wanted to get a closer look of the town, and on my way I saw the restaurant."
That smile of his stayed glued to his face."That's great! Maybe I can-"
There was some coughing."I?" aksed a male's voice.
When you looked to your side, you noticed Tidus standing there staring at his brother with a raised eyebrow. Shuyin just glanced at Tidus and back at you, he scratched the back of his head and laughed."I meant WE can give you a tour of the town!"
Tidus rolled his eyes and pushed Shuying so he could seat next to his brother and in-front of you."So, what do you say?!" he asked grinning.
Having the two males grinning like that, you couldn't help but nod. It would be nice having someone showing you around."Great! We can-" and again, a costumer called someone to re-fill his cup of coffee, to which Tidus and Shuyin had to get up.They needed to attend their customers."Well, how about tomorrow morning?" he asked ready to go.
You smiled."Sure."
"Then that's settled.I-"he glanced at Tidus,"We'll see you tomorrow then. Enjoy your cake."And they left.
You sat there staring at them and decided to eat the cake, it looked quite delicious. Sighing a bit, you ate it.Unknown to you, Tidus' mother had seen you all and she had a content smile. Maybe, just maybe your father had giving you the life you wanted, a normal life.
