Tatyianna Marie Anderson
I was sitting at the table watching Malina take a deep breath.
"We..are Pregnant!" Lina said excitedly and My mom gasped. So did the boys. They all got up and hugged them and congratulated them while I sat in the chair. And glared at them. So close to leaving.
"Tatyianna honey? Aren't you happy, your going to have a niece or nephew!" Mrs.Davis said making everybody look at me. I stood up and went to the entry way of the dining room .
"Yeah excited" I said smiling fakely . After we had ate and stuff everyone sat in the living room while I sat outside by the pool with Kyrie. He had followed me outside and sat with me.
"Tati right?" Kyrie asked me
"Right, Kyrie?" I asked
"Yeah.." he said then after it followed a long silence. He spoke up again.
"What you plan on with life?"
"Mmm right now, I'm renovating a house, to move out of here, to get a fresh start I guess, but in like 5-7 months, and i want to start a jewelry business, and im working on that right now too, just haven't looked for a warehouse or none of that first, I'm just getting started, I gotta go to Jewelry school, and I'm gonna work on that after I move. " I said looking at him
"Guess you got it all planned out. I don't know what I wanna do right now" He said.
"You'll figure it out, you'll do something one day for fun or just to pass time. And you'll realize you like it, and you'll stick to it. You have to find it before it comes to you, remember that." I said chuckling.
"Yeah..mmm how you feel?" He asked
"Hm?"
"About that baby..I know you and Malina had a thought past and all.."
"Hmmm, I don't know how to feel about it. I forgive and all..-" I said getting cut off by Kyrie
"But you never forget..me either " Kyrie said smiling at me.
"What do you do?" I asked him pulling my knees towards my chest and wrapping my arms around them laying my head on them.
"Family business, I'm leaving soon tho because I play for the NFL, well I played for college football and they asked me to go pro, and how could I turn down such a offer. All at 24 years old. I leave in a year or less. And that's why my aunt and uncle can't really depend on me for the business , that's why they are depending on Ja and Malina to get married and expand it with your family with your brothers. " he said looking at the sky
"Married?" Why am I not shocked" I said giggling.
"Because they are made for eachother. Satan and his mistress" he said in a creepy voice making me laugh.
"They really are made for each other" I said giggling at what Kyrie just said.
"You got a boyfriend?" Kyrie asked
"No, do you got a girlfriend?"
"Nope, I'm good on girlfriends at the moment."
"Oh ok" I said as our conversation continued.
After about 10 minutes Malina opened the door and called out for us to come inside as they were about to leave .
"Hm well I enjoyed talking to you" Kyrie said as he stood up and helped me up.
"Me too" I said dusting off my butt.
"Can I get your number?" Kyrie asked and I nodded. He gave me his phone and put I put my number in. He smiled and gave me a hug before they all left. When they left I sat on the couch and called Mai to pick m up. After that I had went to the house and took off my shoes. I walked in and saw Kj and Emmie on the couch sleeping. I picked up Emmie and took her upstairs with me. And we got in bed and went to sleep.
The next morning I woke up and Emmie was still in my arms. I smiled and unhooked my arms around her and stood up. I changed out the dress from last night and out on some shorts. And wore my crop top. I yawned and went downstairs and Saw Kj still sleeping. I walked over to him and sat down. I slapped his forehead and laughed . He grabbed my wrist and pulled me next to him.
"Let gooo" I said trying to pull away from him
He the. Started tickling me. Omg .
I started laughing real loud and trying to squirm out of his grip.
"S-STAWPPPP" I managed to get out as I fell off the couch onto the floor. He stopped and got up.
"Stop hitting me" he said slapping my thighs real hard making me roll over.
OUCHHH!
I sat on the ground the next 5 minutes catching a breath. After I got up I had went into the pantry and got some chips and a water bottle while Kj was taking a shower and Emmie was still sleep. I grabbed the computer and sat at the counter. I was apartment and job hunting so that I could stop depending on my family for money. I narrowed it down to 2 . And I chose my favorite. I had to go in to look at it in 2 days and I wasn't even mad. Just omg I'm so excited.
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (only showed one) , laundry room, spacious kitchen, 1 story. And I liked it . Couldn't wait to see it in 2 days . It's Thursday and Kj is throwing a huge tomorrow to end his birthday week and he'll have the weekend to himself and Emmie. And I haven't told anyone that I was moving just Kyrie. I don't even what made me tell him. He was a nice looking dude . Very sweet . Just I don't know. Just as I was filling out a job application as a assistant Emmie grabbed onto my legs scaring me. I didn't even know she was awake .
"I sorry I didn't mean to scare you" she said in her sleepy voice . I rubbed her back while I was still in the chair and assured her . "I just didn't know you were awake , your ok" I picked her up and say her in my lap while she played on my phone in my arms as I continued my application . The job seemed easy, I could use that money to go to school afterwards and get a good job. I could probably do med school too just after 25. I wanna be sure it something I want to do. After I finished it told me Inwould receive a email . And I closed the computer and put Emmie down . I sat on the couch and ate the rest of the chips I had . "Mama I hungy " Emmie said as she stood up running into the kitchen. I followed her and I got out some eggs. I sat her on the counter and gave her my phone as I grabbed a pan. I took out the eggs and I grabbed a bowl and spoon.
I started cracking the eggs and putting them into the bowl and I put a little bit of black pepper in too and started mixing it. I turned the stove on and I put some butter into the pan. I let it melt and I poured the eggs in. Just as I started mixing it around my phone started ringing and Emmie answered.
"Hewo" .." "who you"... "she cooking my food"..."ok" Emmie took the phone away from her ear and handed it to me . I put it to my ear.
Kyrie: Tati?
Tati: Kyrie, hey.
Kyrie: I didn't know you had kids.
Tati: I don't..she's my god daughter. I'm cooking her breakfast and she always has my phone so.
Kyrie: Oh, she's smart tho.
Tati: Very
I said chuckiling . I continued mixing up her eggs while he continued talking .
Kyrie : what you doing today ?
Tati: Nothing exciting why, just gonna help Kj with these drinks and stuff for the party he's throwing tn.
Kyrie: Am I invited?
Tati: Anybody is invited
I continued as I grabbed a plate and poured some eggs onto it. I grabbed a fork and put it on the plate too and grabbed some syrup.
Kyrie: What time does it start?
Tati: Uhh like 10. I think.
Kyrie: send me the address?
Tati: Sure.
Kyrie: K then I'll see you tonight?
Tati: Yeah you will.
I started smiling .
Kyrie:Mm ok, Bye Tati
Tati: ok bye Kyrie .
I hung up and gave the phone back to Emmie as I pour syrup on her eggs and pushed the plate on the other side of the counter. I walked around and put her in the chair and I scooted her up.
"Thank you" Emmie said as she started eating.
"Mm your welcome " I said going upstairs. I went into the room and into the closet. Kj had came into the room a few minutes after with just a towel wrapped around his waist. I shook my head and continues looking for the outfit I was gonna wear today. I grabbed a yellow tie dye looking dress and I put my hair into a high ponytail.
After about a house everyone was bathed and it was like 1:00 I was gonna go to the store. I went outside and had Kj take my picture.
I smiled at it and I gave him a kiss on the cheek as I got into the car. I was by myself and god knows how I hate going places by myself. But it's whatever . I drove to the store. I went in and grabbed some food. Some plastic cups. Some shot glasses. Some trash bags , paper plates , plastic spoons and forks. Some air freshener. Some platters. I had a woman who was gone do all the food preparation and stuff and she was gone cook the food and make everything look nice and neat.
I had finished shopping and went to the cash register and I started paying with cash. I payed and I went to the car and starting putting everything in the car. I then drive back to the house and put everything on the counter. I had met the lady and paid her her money and I went upstairs to Emmie's room to get her dressed. I chose a yellow top and some blue Jean shorts . I found some bows and put them on her hair. And then I put her on here Yellow Jordan AF1's. I finished getting her ready and she ran into the other room where Kj was on the game.
"Hey Princess you look pretty" He said putting his controller down and picking her up and putting her on his lap.
"Thanks dada, mama did them for mwe" she said turning her head so she can show off her bows. "You look good, tell your mom I said hey, ok Princess?" He said and she nodded.
"Ok bye princess, dad loves you"
He gave her a kiss and she waved and went running down towards the stairs. I ran after her and grabbed her by her arm.
"Aht aht, stop running" I said I was holding her down the stairs. We reached the bottom and I greeted the lady and went out the door. I had let Emmie in the front seat since I was meeting Kayla at a gas station and she had the car seat since Emmie came back just for a night. I buckled her in first and then I buckled myself up.
We had went to the gas station and I played some music while Emmie danced in her seat. I unbuckled her and unbuckled myself and I pulled her out the car. I gently put her on the ground , grabbed her hand, and closed the car door , and we started walking towards the store. I walked in and was greeted by Alan the store cashier who I was sorta close too based from ever since I was 11. I waved at him and I took Em to the candy aisle. She picked up a juice, some chips and some skittles. I e went to the cash register and I sat her in the counter because everytime Alan sees her , he lets her scan her own snacks with the scanner.
He handed it to her and she giggled excitedly. She scanned then and clapped as I smiled. He bagged her snacks and handed them to her as I payed. We walked out of the store and then a black bmw pulled up. It was Kayla. I picked Emmie up and walked towards the car with her. Kayla got out and grabbed Emmie.
"Hi babe, I missed you, say bye bye Tati" she said she waved and put Emmie in her car seat. Kayla just left , I just shrugged and got in my car to go pick up my mom for our nail date. She wanted to have a talk about somethings. I didn't mind I needed my nails done anyways. I pulled up in my parents drive way and went and knocked on the door. Jordan answered.
"Hey Tati"
"Hi J, where's Mom? " I asked him
"Upstairs" he said as he moved out the way letting me in. I went through the living room and went upstairs to my parents room. I walked in and saw my mom at her dresser spraying on some perfume and my dad on his game.
"Hey Ma, hey dad" they both looked up and me and said hey.
"Hey baby" My mom said as she walked to me and gave me a kiss on my forehead.
She turned around and waved bye to my dad and we walked back down the stairs . We went back out to the car and she got in the drivers seat. I got in the passengers seat and put on my seatbelt. She pulled off and we were off toward the nail salon.
"So, how has Kj and Kayla Been?" My mom asked me
"They've been ok? I don't know, I dropped Emmie off to her a couple of minutes ago before I came here, you know his party is tonight and she wanted a reason to keep 'Em anyways so. I try no tot get involved with her business" i said sitting my phone in my lap.
"Well that girl is no good. She sneakier than Mikey when he was in high school. That boy was trouble." My mom said shaking her head.
"Yeah he was" I said agreeing
"Why you and Jace break up?"
"I don't know..I guess it just wasn't for us anymore" I said shrugging my shoulders,
"Mmm ok, why Teresa and Lani coming down here to stay in 4 months, like buying a house and everything" My mom said with aggravation in her voice
"Drama slip out they fingers" I said
"Mhmmm, remember when Lani had Teresa fighting that boy momma from St Louis? Al because Lani cheated on that damn boy being the lil hoe she is" my Ma said
"Yesss, then they always talking about people, drama follow them"
"Scratch that! They are the drama. Need to keep they messy asses away" My mom said making me laugh.
After we made it we gossiped and talked some more and after it was like 3:00 and we were getting food. Then at like 4:00 we went back home. She got dropped off and just like that I was back at home. I got out the car and went into the house. Kj was in the front room watching a show. I sat on the couch next to him.
"Hey boy" I said sitting next to him
"Boy? Hey lil girl " He said chuckling
"Wanna see my nails?" I said excitedly
"Lemme see"
I gave him my hand he studied my nails.
"That's wassup"
I glared at him
"I know you fucking lying"
"What?" He said scrunching up his face
"Mmm nun" I said standing up and about I walk away. He then grabbed me around my waist and pulled me back on the couch.
"I'm jus playing, I like em" he said making me
Smile.
"Yeah whatever" I said rolling my eyes
"I'm serious" He said looking at me with his soul pulling eyes. We made eye contact in silence. I gave in and looked away while smiling.
"Mm" he said as he gave me a kiss on the cheek and returned back to watching his movie. He still had his arm wrapped around her. She just got on her phone and scrolled on instagram. After a few minutes I turned off my phone and watched the movie too. Just after about 25 minutes there was a knock on the door. "Come in" Kj said laying down on my thighs. It was Lemark, Kj sat up and he stood up very fast to dab up Lemark . Like..he was hiding me or something? I don't know..even though we aren't together ..I mean..just. It's weird.
I shook my head as he sat down on the opposite end of the couch. I stood up and went upstairs to the room. I sat on the bed and played a decor game. After a couple of minutes Kj came into the room .
"What's wrong with you?" He asked as he went into the closet.
"What?" I asked
"When Mark came in you had a look on your face, you ok?" He asked just then I got a call. I swiped to answer.
Tati: Hello
Kyrie: Tati it's like almost 7:00 you should meet me at the mall.
Tati: mmm, idk.
Kyrie: No I actually need help picking out these shoes.
Tati: Boy , if you don't send me the shoes
Kyrie: Thank you
Kyrie said chuckling as he hung up the phone.
I looked back up at Kj.
"Who was that?" He asked
"Just a friend, Kj" I said shrugging as he left the room. I went downstairs to make sure everything was okay. I went into the backyard it had tables all around , one with cake and stuff, one with all the liquor and ice, one with all the food, it was still being cooked at the moment, they were grilling barbecue while there was somebody was cooking regular food. I sat at a table and crosses my legs while I got a notification from Kyrie.
KYRIEE💙: Yellow or green shoes?
TATYIANNA💕: Yellow, do the you'll match with me
KYRIEE💙: Ok see you inna few hours, I'll text you when I'm outside and stuff I just gotta take care of sum first

After a few hours it was 9:33 and I was upstairs freshening up. I just redid my edges added some perfume , the usual. As I was in the mirror Kj was coming out the closet wearing a black and white varsity jacket with some black jeans, white tee, and some black and white panda dunks. He had put his chain on. And he was putting on cologne I started taking mirror pictures. He came behind me and we took a few pictures. He laid his chin on my shoulder as he wrapped his arms around me. Gave me instant butterflies.
"Thank you Toot" he said as he gave me a kiss on my the cheek and left out the room. I just then got a call.
Saturn: Hey hoe, where you at, I'm about to pull up
Tati: Upstairs I'll meet you down there
Saturn: Alright I'll be there in about 10 minutes gotta pick up Mai
Tati: Alright
I hung up the phone and started applying some blush to to my makeup. I didn't really plan on drinking tonight so. After I finished I was applying some eyeliner. Just as I was finishing it was 9:52pm and I had got an call from Saturn. I didn't answer I just grabbed my phone and went downstairs. It was a couple of guys on the couch and stuff. I went past them and opened the door to go outside . I went into the driveway and it was almost full. Just then I saw Saturn's car pull in and I walked towards it. She got out of the car wearing a red pleated skirt with a red strapped no strap scrip top. She was wearing these red straps heels and had her hair in a Chinese bun with some red lipstick. Then Mai got out the car wearing a black dress with thin straps slightly showing her back. And some clear sandals. And she had her hair in a slick long ponytail.
"Ouu I see y'all" I said as they got out the car
"No girl we see you! Perioddd" Mai said as I hit a 360 and smiled. I gave them a hug and then as soon as we were about to walk in the house another car pulled up. It was a BMW M3. It pulled on the side of the road. We all turned to look at it. This was a nice ass car dude. Just then. A familiar lightskin got out the car.
I was shocked. Man was he FIONE. He stepped out the car and I could see Saturn and Mai jaw drop lightly. He walked towards me .
"Hey y'all, Hey Tati" He said giving me a hug and I hugged him back.
"Hi Kyrie, what happened to wearing yellow?" I asked him looking at home fit.
"Well, I couldn't find no yellow shoes, I probably could've if I tried tho. Oh My fault, I'm Kyrie, nice to meet y'all" He said shaking Mai and Saturn hand.
"I'm Saturn" Saturn said smiling
"I'm Mai nice to meet you" Mai said smiling also.
After they shook hands, Mai and Saturn Eyed eachother and turned around giggling. They're asked into the house. I rolled my eyes and turned back to Kyrie.
"You wanted to match? If you said that I would've tried harder" Kyrie said
"No your just fine, you suggested yellow and I chose yellow, and take off that damn mask " I said tugging at his hat a lil.
"I like yo fit, it's tuff" Kyrie said
"Thanks Kyrie" I said shaking my head
"Mhmmm, You gone go in with me or what?" He asked reaching out his hand. I nodded and I grabbed his hand. And I opened the door and led him in. It was a few people, all the other people were either pulling up and just arriving as well. I took him outside into the back where a lot people were. I slid open the door. The pool lights were changing colors. And their were a few tables not taken.
"You hungry rn? Or you want some liquor?" I asked him and he shrugged.
"Kyrieee, what do you want?" I asked him turning around to look at him.
"No comment" he said looking at me
I shook my head and rolled my eyes.
"You want to sit somewhere?" I asked him.
"Mhm" He said as we walked to a table. We sat down and he looked at me.
"What?" I asked him"is it something on my face?"
"No, it's nothing" He said
"Kyrie. Take off the maskkkk" I said pushing his head
"Okk dang" He said taking off hit hat and removing the mask. Plump lips. Nice smile. Nice eyes. And dreads😍. Just everything so fine about him. But let me be quiet. He put his hat back on and put the mask in his back pocket.
"There. " he said looking and me and then kicking his lips.
"Good" I said smiling.
Just then Kj walked over. And I got up to hug him.
"Who's your friend?" He asked as he eyed me.
"Kj this is Kyrie, Kyrie meet Kj" I said as they shook hands.
"Yo" Kyrie said
"Wassup wit it gang" KJ said
"Dope party fr" Kyrie said
"Hell yea hell yea, how y'all meet tho" Kj asked
I shook my head. Oh my god. His nosey ass.
