Dead again?

They directed me to go to the waiting room (lobby) until further notice. I twiddled my thumbs in hope of fulfilling my boredom. I decided to leave the hospital for a couple hours. I walked out and made with small schedule for myself.
First I'll go to the mall to get Riley and Dan some stuff
Then I can visit the park to take some pictures
Perfect
Ill still have about 1 hour left if I wanna do anything else.
I left the hospital and hauled a taxi.
*Dan's pov (omf surprise, we haven't been here in awhile)
I was still in the pitch black room but there was one thing different
The door wasn't there this time
I sat down, with those, "midnight thoughts" in my head.

I woke up. Hearing muffled voices of people talking. The ily words I can make out were.
"Pass...needle...about...minutes...Daniel...leave"

I was still focusing on trying to figure out what the doctors were talking about. I tried really hard to figure it out.
"Two more minutes...what if...i dont know...Sonja...me...medicine...pills...after"
I had a major headache all of a sudden.
I grunted and groaned as I tried to deal with the pain.
I was transported to a white room suddenly.
No, this can't be.
Am I in heaven?
