Rod the eldest prince was starting to see how skilled and talented I was so he started a conversation with me which was very annoying.
"Hello Rae Taylor I have to say I've never met anyone like you before." Rod said
*Oh no what do I say to this man who was ruining my Claire time.* Rae thought to herself.
"Rod can't you see I'm not interested in talking to you." Rae said
"Oh no why is that Rae?" Rod asked
"I want to spend my time and talk with Claire so if you'll excuse me." Rae replied
"Wait can't you at least give me your answer?" Rod asked
"Huh what you mean Rod?" Rae asked
"Well there's going to be a Ball held at this school and I was wondering if you wanted to go to the dance with me?" Rod asked
"I'm sorry Rod but I won't be able to go to the dance that night." Rae replied
"Why not Rae?" Rod asked
"Well I've got extra homework to do." Rae replied
"Oh I see well Claire is going to be there with Thane of course."
Rod said trying to make Rae jealous.
"What Claire's going to the dance with Thane?" Rae asked
"Yes she is Rae." Rod replied
"O-Oh ok well I hope she has a good time with Thane." Rae said
"A-Are you serious you aren't the least bit worried or jealous?" Rod asked
"What me jealous? Oh please. Hi Yu and Thane." Rae replied
"Rae what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be in the dorm or library studying or doing your extra homework?" Misha asked
"Oh yeah I should definitely get on that Misha." Rae replied
"Yo Rod what were you and Rae talking about?" Yu asked
"Nothing of importance, stalker." Rod replied
"Did you talk about the upcoming dance?" Thane asked
"Yes I did." Rod replied
"So did you find anyone to take to the dance yet?" Yu asked
"No not yet. Although I was hoping Rae would go with me." Rod replied
"As if that Commoner deserves to be on the same dance floor as Claire."
One of Claire's minions said
"What is this about that Commoner not coming to the dance?"
Claire asked as she walked into the room.
"C-Claire when did you get here?"Thane asked
"Never mind that. I asked why that Commoner isn't coming to the dance." Claire replied
"What are so worried about Miss Claire you are going to the dance with Thane aren't you?"
Rod asked
"Even so it would be a shame for that Commoner not to show up at all." Claire replied
"Are you actually in love with Rae, Claire?" Rod asked
"W-What kind of nonsense is that? As if I'd have feelings for that Commoner." Claire replied
Rod and Claire's argument went on and on until the bell rang for their next class.
