New characters so far since Midway reaction: (you can request)

Mikasa, Formidable, Fletcher, Avrora, Georgios Averof

Current requests to be accepted after the Epilogue:

- Battle of Guadalcanal

- Battle of Tarawa

- Bismarck Sabaton

- HMS Dreadnought

Chapter starts:

"Another shipgirl?" Avrora asks

"Yep, and the thing about her, is that she is a granny from her world too. From a different faction that doesn't exist in your world" The screen says

The shipgirls are surprised

"Can you tell us the name of this faction?" Soryu asks

"It's called Hellas Republic, and if you're wondering she is too both a flagship and a museum ship. She has quite the service record, and is lucky as well." The screen states

Avrora and Mikasa take note of this

(The question is.. is she granny material?) The granny's thought

"Sounds interesting" Shoukaku said, right after she said that, a portal opened up above

The shipgirl fell through as she landed at the floor, here's what she looks like

"Ughh, among all the things that happened in my life... that wasn't the most strangest...." She said dazed as she starts getting up. She notices the shipgirls around her, recognizing some of them, she is more confused.

"W-where am I? Did you all bring me here?!" She asks

"Calm down.. we were brought here as well. My name is Mikasa, your name?"

"Georgios Averof, you can call me George if you want, nice to meet you.." Georgios says nervously with distrust

"Can you all care to explain what's happening now?" Georgios asks

...

Mikasa and Avrora summarize everything as Georgios watches Avrora's video and she was stunned at this 'animation' and the fact that these video feed's really did have full color. If I had her react to the future ships, she wouldn't handle it. Georgios got to talk with the others as well.

30 minutes later

"So.. you're telling me... that we're going to react to different universes that are possibly our alternate futures..? In full color? With a screen that can speak in text?" Georgios says stunned

"Yes.." Avrora says

"..That's just.... wow" Georgios says

"Tell me about it, I'm still struggling to keep up with the modern times..." Mikasa says

"You and me both.." Georgios says, when she said that Avrora and Mikasa are now considering to invite her to the club of granny's

The granny's talk for a few more minutes about their worlds until they finally stop

"Are you girls ready now?" The screen asks

"Yep!" Fletcher says

The last video for the old warships plays

'Naval Legends: Mikasa'

The Naval Legends intro plays

(That is getting annoying) The shipgirls thought

Mikasa's ship is shown

"In this episode, battleship Mikasa, the flagship for the legendary Admiral Togo Heihachiro." The speaker says as we see Togo's picture and the insides of her ship is explored. We see the steering wheel, some guns, medals, and more.

Mikasa had a prideful face

"There is often between a connection between a ship and those who serve on it. A perfect example of this is the story of Admiral Togo Heihachiro and his battleship Mikasa. In the late 19th century, the Sakura Empire launched an ambitious shipbuilding program that intended to put a hundred and eleven warships into service over a period of ten years." The speaker says

The Eagle Union shipgirls are just shocked, the Royal Navy spit out their tea, and Iron Blood have a 'wow' reaction

"Ambitious.. is an understatement" Z23 says

"The new ships were meant to the best in the world, and remain up to date despite the rapid development of naval engineering." The speaker says as a few ships are shown with one of them firing its guns

"Mikasa became the last of four Sakura Empire, Shikishima class battleships built under that program." The speaker states as a new person appears

'Yoshimi Hat

SAKURA EMPIRE HISTORY RESEARCHER'

"The Shikishima class included Shikishima herself, Asahi, Hatsuse, and Mikasa. Mikasa here used a different type of armour than the other three which was more durable and stronger."

Mikasa smiled, remembering her older sisters. If only they were here..

"Battleship Mikasa was built at the Vicker shipyard in the Royal Navy starting from 1899 until 1902 at the cost of 15 million gems/yen"

(either gems or yen, up to you readers. If you guys pick gems.. oh boy Akashi...)

"This was equal to six percent of the Sakura Empire government budget which was 260 million gems/yen. It was a very expensive project for the country at the time." Yoshimi says

(That was really expensive back in my day.. but now... holy gods) Mikasa thought

"The Sakura Empire government leaders acknowledged that the further development of the country was only possible through the adoption of advanced farm technologies. In the 19th century, the leading naval power in the world was the Royal Navy therefore it is hardly worth mentioning that the Sakura Empire Navy was based on Royal Navy traditions in technologies." The speaker says

The Royal Navy had prideful looks, they influenced on the reason on why the Sakura Empire is now a major naval power in Azur Lane.

A person from the Battle of the Tsushima video returns

'Yoichi Hiram

REAR ADMIRAL, SAKURA EMPIRE MARITIME SELF-DEFENSE FORCE VETERAN'

"The Royal Navy provided the Sakura Empire with a superb battleship equipped with state-of-the-art weaponry with engines and all. The Royal Navy kansens wondered 'why are we building such an advanced ship for the Sakura Empire? It is why more advanced than any of our current ships', but the Royal Navy used the experience they gained during the construction and built their next ship which was even more advanced and considerably less expensive than Mikasa" Yoichi states

The Royal Navy still had that prideful look

"However at the time of its construction, Mikasa was the most powerful ship in the world even more powerful than Royal Navy warships." Yoichi says

The Sakura Empire shipgirls have looks of pride like the Royal Navy, Mikasa couldn't have a prider face. Prider isn't even a word.

"The new battleship was worth her price tag, she was one of the most advanced warships in not only the Sakura Empire, but the whole world.

Total displacement: 15,140 tons

The second among all battleships in the world at that time.

Length: 432 feet

Beam: 76 feet

Draft: 27 feet

Armament: The primary armament of Mikasa complied with the ampplicable standards of that time.

- Two twin Barbet mounted Mark 9 guns by the Armstrong company.

- Caliber: 2 inches

- Medium Caliber: 14 QF Elswick Ordnance company guns. Caliber is 6 inches, 10 of these guns arranged in the common battery on the side gave Mikasa a great advantage in battle

- Secondary armament: 20 Elswick Pattern N guns. Caliber is 3 inches.

- Small caliber artillery: 12 Hotchkiss guns. Caliber is 2 inches.

- Torpedo tubes: 4 submerge beam torpedo tubes

- Armor: Has a Royal Navy design, it is compact in size and reliable in protecting vital parts of the ship

- Main Belt: 4-9 inches

- Upper Belt: 6 inches

- Main turrets: 8 to 10 inches

- Conning tower: 14 inches

The mechanical equipment also met the higher standards of that time.

- Powerplant: Two Vickers engines and 25 Belleville water-tube boilers

- Power: 15,000 horsepower

- Maximum speed: 18 knots

Her cruising range is about 4,000 nautical miles at a speed of 10 knots." The speaker says as he explains Mikasa's ship specifications

"Mikasa greatly both the further development of Sakura Empire naval artillery and tactics in sea battles. Back in those times, there was a popular opinion that a huge equipped with powerful guns guaranteed an easy victory." Yoichi says

Mikasa frowns a little, if only the glory days didn't end so fast

"Oh how both right and wrong that is now these days" Hiryu says

The scene changes back to Mikasa's ship near her main battery

"This is the main battery of battleship Mikasa, each shell weight 882 pounds. The effective range amounted to over 5 nautical miles." A person says as we see two shells beside him

"The shell on the right is a high explosive shell, this one on the left is an armor piercing shell. During the Parlia-Sakuranese war, high explosive shells were used often by our ships" The man says as we see clips of Sakura Empire battleships firing their guns

"In December 1903, Togo Heihachiro was appointed to command the combined fleet of the Sakura Empire navy which was established that year. He formed three squadrons and took the lead of the first squadron, choosing Mikasa as his flagship. He established his headquarters on the ship which became his home for two years." The speaker says as we see a room with pictures and cabinets

Mikasa had a smile on her face. It was a really big honor for Admiral Togo himself to live on her ship.

"This is where Admiral Togo Heihachiro ate. This is the ship mess room, the decorations were also like this when Mikasa was the flagship." The speaker says as we see another room with a big table and some chairs, with windows, lights, windows and artillery nearby

"Next to the mess, there is the Admiral's private cabin. This spacious room was for meetings held by the officers of the ship, then Admiral Togo Heihachiro sat at the head of the table surrounded by his officers. They both ate and discussed plans in this room." Yoichi says as some of the room is explored

"Since its a mess room.. did they do other things? Maybe dirty things with Mikasa?~" Prinz Eugen says as Avrora snickers

"W-what?! No!!" Mikasa shouts with a red face

"Oh come on Mikasa~ you can deny you're old but don't deny this~" Avrora says, joining in on the fun

Mikasa tries to sink into her chair to no avail

(This is karma isn't it?) She thought

(At least I'm not suffering) Georgios thought

"Togo Heihachiro traveled a long and difficult path to become the head of the most powerful battleship at that time. In the Sakura Empire navy, he started from the very bottom of the career ladder and rapidly moved up the ranks constantly participating in sea battles. He felt the spirit of war with every fiber of his being, the future admiral of the Sakura Empire fleet studied math at cambridge, attended the Royal Naval Academy in Portsmouth, and Royal Naval College in Greenwich." The speaker states as we see a Royal Navy flag flying high as ships sail and Royal Navy troops march

(Maybe we influenced the Sakura Empire too much?) The Royal Navy shipgirls thought

"During his stay in the Royal Navy, he understood what had helped this country maintain its status as queen of the Seas, through naval knowledge, centuries of battle experience, and advanced shipbuilding technologies" The speaker says as the scene changes back to the man from earlier as he is in another room

"This is the only part of Mikasa where you can see the ship's original deck made of teak. During the battle, they would place a hoist system here to left shells to the upper decks. This deck is about 110 years old but is still in good condition. Teak is a very hard type of wood, and it doesn't rot as you can see" The man says as another room is shown

"This is the wheelhouse, various equipment for steering the ship was mounted here, these systems were used to control the propulsion system speeding up or slowing down. It's two shafts, some of this equipment is from another ship built by the same shipyard, but it's all identical to the systems that were installed on Mikasa. This is the steering wheel, the inscriptions on it are in English because Mikasa as built in the Royal Navy." The man states as the scene changes back to Yoichi

"Royal Navy standards in terms of height, size, and arrangement of guns were very different from those used in the Sakura Empire, so the sailors were forced to eat beef and drink milk to become taller and stronger. However many many members of the crew couldn't eat animal products due to their religion." Yoichi states

"Sorry about that" Queen Elizabeth says, the Royal Navy shipgirls are surprised. It was rare of the queen to apologize.

"It's fine" Mikasa says

"When the Navy began to insist that they eat meat and drink milk to become strong, the sailors refused to do that. They can find themselves to the lower deck and declared that they would not come out. The sailors were removed, and spent the next four years in prison, and Mikasa's crew was almost completely renewed." Yoichi states

Mikasa lowers her head

"Poor them.." Akagi says

"That way, absolutely breaking its age-old naval traditions, the Sakura Empire was building a new Navy, with Spartan conditions and Sakura Empire discipline. The nation was buildiong the fighting spirit of the sailors." The speaker says as we go into another weapon room with some hammocks

"This weapon was operated by about 10 men, in those times every sailor assigned to the gun would train, eat, and even rest here. The ones on duty would sleep on these hammocks. All these efforts were not in vain, by the beginning of the Parlia-Sakuranese war, the Sakura Empire Navy had become a formidable power." The speaker states as we see Mikasa

(We definitely influenced them) The Royal Navy shipgirls thought

"A warrior spirit, and good fortune became the decisive factors for Vice Admiral Togo and his flagship during the Parlia-Sakuranese war. Since its beginning, Mikasa was the primary target for the Northern Parliament Navy. The Battle of the Yellow Sea, the Battle of Tsushima, each time Mikasa's ship was showered with a hail of shells, but each time Mikasa managed to survive with honor." The speaker states as we see Mikasa firing her guns

Mikasa flinched a little, but she still had a face with pride.

"Multiple sailors and officers lost their lives, but Mikasa was still proudly carrying the flag. A lucky star was guiding the Sakura Empire commander in chief and his flagship through all the battles to victory." The speaker says as Mikasa fires her guns once more and it destroys a Northern Parliament battleship as it explodes, engulfs in flames, and sinks. The scene continues with multiple ships sinking while on fire.

"Admiral Togo stood on the bridge instead of the protected conning tower so he could see his ships better. Ready to fall in battle, Togo was observing the situation giving commands and he only received light wounds in his earlier engagements. The Battle of the Yellow Sea was a major engagement of the Parlia-Sakuranese War." The speaker states

"In the Battle of Tsushima, Mikasa sustained more hits than any other Sakura Empire ship. Despite this, Admiral Togo, his, and the kansen herself officers remained on the bridge, and never stepped away from it and they survived." Yoichi says

(She somehow cheats death too..) Avrora and Georgios thought

"The Battleof Tsushima became triumph for the Sakura Empire Navy and its commander in chief, three months later on September 5 the Parlia-Sakuranese War concluded with a peace treaty. The Sakura Empire Navy was getting ready to celebrate the victory with a grand naval parade in Tokyo Bay, so Admiral togo with Mikasa and his staff left the ship to report to the Emperor and took all his luck with him." The speaker states

"Just a month after the commanders flag was taken down on Mikasa, the battleship suffered a disaster on September 11th, 1905. A fire started in her magazines and caused an explosion. It took the lives of 250 men with over 300 injured" The speaker says as we see a clip of Mikasa's ship exploding

Mikasa flinches, she remembers that incident and she did not like it. Avrora pats her back

"The explosion created a huge breach in her hull, Mikasa immediately began to take on water and she sank on even keel to the bottom of the bay she was in. The battleships brilliant career came to an end. The Sakura Empire managed to lift and repair Mikasa, but the ship never managed to regain her glory."

The Sakura Empire shipgirls lower their heads for Mikasa's alters

Mikasa feels bad for her alters, but at least she can still serve here.

"In 1925, the battleship was taken to a custom-made dock in Yokosuka where she was covered with earth and concrete up to the waterline. The legendary ship, officially became a museum. The museum's opening ceremony was attended by Admiral Togo who passed away in 1934. Admiral Togo became a Sakura Empire national hero, and he received all the highest medals, awards, honor and glory possible."

Mikasa feels sad now, her Admiral was a really great commander. A lot of her fellow kansens in the Sakura Empire didn't get to know him, but some did like Akagi, Kaga, and Ayanami.

"Are you okay Lady Mikasa?" Kaga asks

"I-I'm fine, don't worry" Mikasa replies feeling slightly better as Kaga nods

"After World War 2, Mikasa was in ruin. All the guns and most of the systems were dismantled. There were proposals to sell the battleship as scrap metal but this fortunately didn't happen, then the Eagle Union Navy arranged a dance hall on the deck. Some young Royal Navy people once saw this, and wrote to the Sakura Empire 'What is wrong with this country? The Royal Navy has preserved HMS Victory, why can't the Sakura Empire do this for their ship?' The letter gathered a wide public response in the Sakura Empire and a movement began to restore Mikasa and reopen the ship as a museum." Yoichi states

The Sakura Empire shipgirls sigh in relief, they were a little insulted by the letter but the point is. What the hell, don't scrap Mikasa damn it.

"At least they didn't scrap her.." Nagato says, not wanting to see her friend and former Empress being scrapped. I mean sure they could use the steel, but not if it means they have to scrap a legend like Mikasa.

"You're really famous huh?" Avrora says as she nudges Mikasa playfully

"S-stop, I mean I knew I was famous but not t-that famous" Mikasa replies as Avrora and Georgios chuckle

"You and us both" Georgios says as she laughs a little as the shipgirls continue watching

"In order to restore the ship's historic image, most of her elements had to be recreated anew. Today, the exposition onboard Mikasa is dedicated to her victory in the Battle of Tsushuima and to Admiral Togo Heihachiro. While they're not alive, both the Admiral and Mikasa are together again in heaven." The speaker says as Mikasa's ship is shown again, and.. the video ends.

All right, that's it! I'm tired, and I did two chapters. Your welcome.
