Annabeth just glared at them.
Percy and Grover were laughing remembering Annabeth's long rivalry with the goddess.
"You haven't told her?!" asked Annabeth
"Well, now I have" replied Percy
"How'd she take it?" asked Hazel
"She started crying then gave like the most suffocating hug ever"
"My question is, why'd you start with 'lol, funny story'?" asked Piper
"It's just my ✨pErSoNaLiTy✨" replied Percy
"Did you actually do this?" said Thalia in a disappointed and kind of impressed tone
"Yep" said Leo
"Thankfully, Piper was right about Percy being able to live" said Annaebeth
"No, I find that quite disappointing actually" deadpanned Nico
"Neeks!" exclaimed Will
"What? It was a joke" replied Nico and while Will shook his head he added, "Was it not funny?"
"We don't know Neeks" said Percy dramatically
"It will forever remain a mystery" continued Leo, just as dramatically
"I do wonder how Percy has survived this long" mused Grover "Especially with the situations he gets himself in"
"It's because of Annabeth" replied Thalia "To answer both your question and Nico's"
"Percy wouldn't be able to find his way of a paper bag without Annabeth" said Clarisse

"This is almost accurate" said Annabeth
"Yeah, my dad is trying to be better and doing a fairly good job considering that I lived with him for a few years" said Nico
"And my mom was only like that while the greeks and romans were colliding" added Annabeth
"The part about my dad is basically true" said Percy
"And mine" said Thalia
"If my dad were on there it would be like, hephaestus to leo: I don't do well with anything living but I like robots instead of skeletons like my uncle Hades" joked Leo
