Kurapika knew that using a fake replica of the eyes would be bound to be of use, he knew she was out there and that she recognized the eyes, therefor she took them, so some part of her still connects with them whether it's her sub-conscience or not, the important thing is yes, she still associated herself with them.

He was wise to put a tracker on the replica as well.

He wanted to leave some space in between them, he wanted to examine her patterns, her constant whereabouts, her normal routine.

Perhaps a part of him was too terrified to see her after months of her disappearance, or maybe it was just an excuse to see if she'd lead him to the spider's nest.

Yet, as much as he wanted to justify not physically being able to muster up the courage to physically lay eyes on her, he knew that he would have to, eventually.

Perhaps she won't recognize him, perhaps she's brainwashed, who knows, he sure didn't and that could possibly be the thing that terrifies him the most.

No, not her remembering him, no, it was the fact that if she were brainwashed to the fact that she believed that she was under the impression that he was the enemy and that she actually 𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 him. That's the thought he couldn't bare.

In a world where her (e/c) eyes didn't sparkle at him, but in a world where her eyes glimmered bloodlust at him. It shook him, causing his hands to physically shake, causing his knees to tremble at the thought, he pauses as he leans on the brick wall of the building in the alleyway.

His warm back laid itself upon the cool brick of the building, yet it does nothing to soothe his anxiety.

His vision begins to have small black spots cloud his vision as he pulls his shakey hand to hold his slightly throbbing head.

He needs to control himself, he needs to get a grip on the reality at hand, this is pivotal. This wasn't a moment in time to show weakness or hesitation.

The blonde Kurta then removed the said hand from cupping his head, now looking at his wrist where a watch reflects itself, his vision seeing the little green dot that reads hardly ten meters away.

Removing his gray eyes from the small watch, he looks past the alleyway and sees a wooden door entrance to a brick building.

The Kurta then refocuses his attention back to himself, trying to breathe properly again, never had he ever been this worked up, hell, he has stared death in the face several times while being stoic and unmoving, yet him seeing his lover and facing this dilemma gives him the most nerve-wracking adrenaline he has ever received.

He needs to calm down for her.

Taking a deep breath the blonde adjusts his suit, in an attempt to calm himself further and perhaps momentarily distract himself as nothing but his heartbeat drums his ears.

Taking a step forward he walks the ten painful meters to the wooden door.

He decides to knock on the wooden door.

He waited and waited then knocked once more.

Seeing his teacher dressed in a skin-matching gown just seemed wrong, she looked like she could be a fairy in a forest with how stripped she was, and she didn't have any accessories to decorate her ethereal frame, not that she needed it anyhow.

Killua was more in awe than anything, she looked like a painting as she walked to the two of them.

He wondered why the sudden change of clothes. was it really decremental to the ceremony? Both Himawari and (Y/n)? The outfit Himawari wore seemed like it was stripped of her original personality and out of character for the spunky and upbeat personality of Himawari.

As (y/n) was approaching the younger teens, Himawari took the liberty and lifted a patterned blanket that was in the middle of the floor.

To Killua's surprise, there was a small pool of water underneath the fabric, revealing a pool of water in the ground of the room.

In the water, there were several leaves and other artifacts that Killua couldn't even begin to figure out what they were or even their purpose.

"Here, I've got the tea ready," Himawari then placed a combination of things tied in string into a mug before lifting the kettle and pouring the steaming water in, causing the water to instantly darken. Along with the tied items, the green-eyed girl also pulled a couple of glass vials and placed a few drops of different colored liquids, some were clear and others blue and even green.

"As we discussed, in this very fine brew, we have here is blue lotus extract, white peppermint leaf, folium viride, flos mentis rosea, in a tea brew, along with an extract from the moon flower found in the east garden in pleasia."

Himawari finished up as she then passed the liquid concoction over to (y/n) who accepted it and smelled it before drinking the bitter liquid.

The warmth of the liquid flow through her esophagus as she exhales a contented sigh.

Himawari offers her a hand as she then begins to step into the bath of water, her robe instantly getting wet as she lowers herself into a floating position, her hair flowing in the warm water.

"Hey, Killua could you pass me those jars over there?" Himawari asks Killua as he loses focus on his teacher and retrieves the jars of request.

Handing over the jars without much observation, It wasn't until Himawari opened the jars did he pay attention, still trying his best to understand what was going on here.

It sure was creepy, was his teacher in a cult? Is this a cult? Was he now a member of some cult?

Himawari dipped her hands into the jar and upon her hands coming out, her palms now a deep green as she dips them into the water, causing the water to change shade as well.

Opening the other jar, her wet hands retrieve a bundle of small flowers and sprinkle them across the body of water much like confetti.

"Alright (Y/n), the water is your exact body temperature, and the tea should be leaving its effects on you as we speak, are you ready?" Himawari asks, confirming the plans in place.

"I'm just ready to have my mind again," The girl loosely chuckles, attempting to lose doubt of any wrong which could happen.

"I'm not going to lie to you sweets, it's not going to be a fun experience, but remember no matter how long it feels like you're in there, it's only mere seconds out here, you go in there and get what you want, it's going to hurt but I know you've been through worse."

Himawari then winked at her friend as she then rubs her thumb across her friend's forehead, "I'll attempt to soften your third eye as you open it up, you'll hopefully be able to utilize it to its maximum potential."

From her forehead to the top of her head, Himawari then massages her scalp into the water.

Then she pushes her into the water, (Y/n)'s entire head dipped into the warm water, her body feels like slight tingles as the fabric tickles her skin as it floats around her in the nothingness of the water.

Holding her breath (Y/n) tries to think more resonant, tries to sink further than her physical self, scrunching her brows, she struggles to enter that part of her psyche, as she remembers that she can't take a breath, she moves her arms and opens her eye, attempting to get out of the water.

Upon thrashing her arms around, she was ultimately able to sit up in the body of water.

Gasping as the sound of water sounds around her in a pouring rushing fashion, she brings her hand to her aching chest, feeling her heart flutter deeply within her vibrating chest.

"Himawari, I couldn't, nothing happened." She tries to gasp out as she attempts to gather her barrings.

Bringing her left hand up towards her face she attempts to wipe the water away and clear her hair from her eyes.

"Hey, Hima-" The girl began but cut herself off as she opened her eyes, seeing that there was no Himawari, there were no Killua.

It was just her, in an endless body of shallow water in a dark space that surrounded her.

Shifting her head around, she looked for something, anything.

Standing up, she didn't feel any colder or warmer, she felt numb as if she had no feeling in her body whatsoever.

Looking around, her wet hair stuck to her skin as the water dripped from her naked body, which for the current moment, wasn't her first concern.

She turned around slowly, looking over her shoulder as her mind drew blanks as to what was going on.

Slowly coming around into a complete 360, a new object shows itself in her eyesight.

Lifting her chin up from her shoulder, she takes the first step towards the door, it was a white curved door with a black doorknob and a window that showed promises from outside.

Taking several steps further, the girl then realized that the water beneath her seemed much thicker and higher than she initially thought, causing her to struggle through the now murky water.

It was now that she realized that the water was getting higher, causing her to now run through the water, splashes sound as audible grunts echo in the dark void surrounding her.

With struggle apparent on her face, with one final leap, she was able to reach the black doorknob and turn it violently.

Upon the door opening and the Kurta stepping through the threshold, her (e/c) eyes had to adjust to the vivid brightness of the atmosphere change.

Once her (e/c) eyes adjusted and the slight stinging went away, she was quick to find herself in such a foreign location.

Her eyes landed on the wooden interior, her eyes glossing over the windows and the handmade artwork that decorated the wooden walls.

"(Y/N)!" A voice sounded, causing the girl's attention to shift from the setting to the present.

"It's time for Pairo to go home, would you mind assisting him?"

Hearing her name being called, the girl took another step away from the door frame, her feet walking themselves to the descending stairs, taking her with them absently.

She took the time to look at the stairs as she walked down them, seeing that she was now dressed in a white long-sleeved tabard with loose-fitting sleeves.

The fabric seemed familiar as it brushed against her ankles.

Once she got to the main floor of the house, she was able to smell the divine scent of her mother's cooking.

"(Y/n)- Oh there you are, did you hear me? Could you take Pairo home? He said his friend wasn't in town to take him home so could you be a dear and do it? I'm making your favorite?"

She couldn't help but smile.

It had been so long since she's heard her mother's voice, way too long.

"Sure mom, I've got it." She kindly stated.

Walking away from the kitchen, her feet take her to the living room.

Hearing the hushed whispers she then leans against the doorway, spying on the two kids not-so-subtly.

"Yeah and when he gets back he said he's going to bring me a cure for my blindness!" She heard the young and pitched voice of Pairo speak enthusiastically, bringing his hands up in emphasis.

"I can't wait to show you my pictures! I've drawn so many of you!" Her little sister Winry replied with just as much energy as what was given to her.

She couldn't help but giggle silently at their little interaction.

"I-I can't wait to see you!" Pairo replied, his face dusting a bit pink as the room grew silent.

Feeling the awkwardness, the older girl decided to save Pairo from the embarrassment and pipe in.

"Hey kiddos, sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but It's time for me to take Pairo home now."

"Awww, really? Can't he just stay a little longer?"

"Sorry sis, mom said so." The girl shrugged her shoulders as she walked over to the two kids.

"How about," She began then crouched to their lower levels, "Tomorrow, I'll go out to town and get you, kids, something sweet, how does that sound?"

Her little sister gasped as she heard those words.

Despite how good Kurtan food was, there was something mouthwatering about the sweets that came from the outside, and (Y/n) knew this was the best bargaining chip she could use.

With a grin from Winry and an eager nod of her head, the younger Kurta simply agreed.

She turned to Pairo, now standing back up to her original height. "Alright kiddo, let's get going."

Walking away from the two kids, the female went to slide her shoes on, peeking back into the living room, she managed to see her kid sis Winry, leave a peck of a kiss on Parios already red face.

Before they could see her (specifically her kid sister) , she hid herself from their view.

Winry led Pario to her older sister, book in hand, ready to send her friend off for the night.

"See you in a bit, love you, sis." She simply bid her goodbye as she and Pairo leave the house.

The sky had already begun to darken, as the town began closing down after a regular day of business.

"So Pairo, you and my sister huh?" (Y/n) pressed on, giving him a goofy grin and a side eye knowing that he wouldn't be able to see it.

"What? Huh? Oh- She's just my friend.." Pairo wasn't as good as a liar as he was a storyteller.

"Mmhmm, Yeah, 'cause I totally kiss my friends on the cheek." She commented, sarcasm laced in her voice.

Pairo, now red in his face once again, decided that she wouldn't drop it, a trait that she shared with her younger sister.

With a sigh, he began to explain himself.

"I like her, and I-I think she likes me, but I want to be able to see her, see her facial expressions as she gets excited, see her face when I confess to her.."

The older Kurta's heart warmed up at this, here he was, a twelve-year-old who was hopelessly in love, it was cute, pure, and admirable, she was glad that her kid sister had a crush on such a sophisticated and capable boy.

"What about you (Y/n) are you in love with anybody?" Pairo asked, his gaze facing straight forward as the girl's cheeks warmed up a bit, feeling a bit embarrassed at the seemingly sudden question.

The girl's mind became blank for a moment before her shoulder was brushed suddenly, loosing her train of thought.

At the glimpse of the perpetrator, the girl saw blonde shoulder length hair, dressed in blue yet wasn't able to see the face of the person.

Stopping in her tracks, the girl turns around to her casual assaulter.

Blinking, she realised that the person who bumped into her had instead brown short hair dressed in red and white tabard.

Frozen briefly, it wasn't till Pairo questioned her whereabouts, "(Y/n), you still there?"

Looking back, her hair shifts as she sprints to the young Kurta who stopped walking a bit further than which she stopped.

"Yeah sorry, someone just rudely bumped into me without apologizing." The young girl stated as she looked back once more, this time not seeing anyone anymore.

"So are you?" Pairo persisted, returning to their former conversation.

Bringing a hand to the back of her cold neck, the girl awkwardly thinks of a decent response.

Love was an odd concept, she was very goal driven, perhaps a bit too much so perhaps that's why it caused her to think longer than it should have to answer this question.

Yet since 'No' wasn't her initial response, what was the cause of her hesitation?

"Sunshine!"

A voice called, a sweet honey laced voice that one could fall asleep to, a voice so heavenly, it caused the female Kurta to pause her pace once more, her head shifting to where she could have heard such a voice.

"There you are!"

The voice sounded again, this time instead of just hearing it, her body had a physical reaction to it. It first started with her back going hot and her neck going cold, from there her stomach had turned slightly, treading down to her knees, causing them to wobble slightly.

The voice sounded so familiar, so sweet and inviting.

Speak again, she begged, speak once more for her to fully grasp and appreciate the melodic song of this tranquility.

"I've missed you."

Whipping her head around to the left, the girl then caught another, much closer glimpse of blonde and blue, gray eyes mezmorise her, a single blur of red dangle from his ear as a smile raises on his features.

She was stunned, he was beautiful, who was he? Why is he so close?

"Come home soon, okay my dear?"

Her own voice was caught up in her throat as she was wanting to speak, wanting to reply with words she did not know, but all she knew is that she wanted to speak to him, just for him to speak to her again, greed painting her as she pleads silently.

Her hearing goes deaf as nothing but ringing sounds, the beautiful blonde before her mouths something to her, yet she can't understand as she's not able to read his lips, her brows furrow as it suddenly feels as if there's a million hands on her, dragging her away from the gray-eyed blonde, her hands reach out as if she could hold him for dear life as she struggles to be freed of what was taking her back at such a miraculous speed.

The blonde disappears into the distance as shades of red and orange color her vision, now causing her to look to the setting, her mouth falls open.

All of the buildings are currently ablaze, the ground covered in debris and dark liquid.

Parting her eyes from the flaming scene, her eyes go towards the person carrying her, it looked to be a male. He had short blonde hair that waved in the wind at his incredible speed, she was what appeared to he over his shoulder as he carried her.

He also wore a tabard of sorts, his was a dark green that laid on top a darkened yellow, white sleeved donned his arms and legs.

Turning her head she could see the massive grin from his profile, that along with his bright green eyes that were just full of focus, but other than that, his facial expression remained aloof.

The man carrying her was fast and remarkably agile, he jumped over fallen debris and other obsticals that were nothing of a nuisance to him.

While her mind was distracted Pairo returned to her mind.

"Pairo!" She screamed out, her arm reaching the way in which she believed she was taken from, just moments ago beside Pairo.

She could feel the man carrying her cringe at her yelling.

"Hey, could you not do that? My ear is right here." The man's voice was a bit pitched, though his voice was void of any emotion yet oddly upbeat.

Ignoring the man, she continued to yell out "PAIRO!" She shouted louder. Now wiggling herself, trying to escape her kidnapper.

He cringed again, trying to hold the girl tightly as she attempted to loosen his grip on her. His smile disappeared yet he didn't say anything as he tried his best to run and not drop her.

If he did, the boss wouldn't be happy.

Now screaming, the girl then attempts to hit the blonde in the back, which ultimately didn't do much but earn her a small grunt.

"Let go of me!" She yelled as she thrashed once more, this time kneeing him in the stomach, which caused him to drop her roughly on the rough ground.

The girl rolled a bit before she was able to stand up, wobbling to here feet she saw the blonde before her stand, his breathing a bit heavy.

The sounds of a scream enter the girls hearing barrier, causing her cringe at such a throttled scream. Without taking her eyes off the blonde, she looks at the setting around him, the entire village was up in smoldering flames, the same shades of red and orange dance around her vision as she sizes up her new opponent.

He was older than her, had a bit of a round face but he was strong, she took notice of his left arm, where his sleeve was ripped, his biseps were visible as they rested against his side, where she also noticed something in his hand.

A cellphone?

She heard some more screams and heard a loud crash, which she could only assume the flames were finally breaking down the houses of her village, causing them to fall into the ground.

She saw blood on his shoes.

Her blood went hot.

Her eyes began to burn.

Her stance shifted, from an offense one to a defence one.

She wanted his blood on her shoes.

At this the blonde smiled, his mouth opening as he did so to further show his unknown joy.

"The boss was right! You are one of few with the red eyes!" He seemed to gleam at this confirmed fact.

Readying herself to cut herself to draw blood, her body was suddenly numb as an impact hit her shoulder, right between her collar bones, instantly loosing control over her limbs.

"It seems that you should have a bit more practice in sensing others before you challenge them, little bunny."

Her knees buckle as she kneels on them, her head lifting up, just enough to catch a glimpse of a pale tall man with long black hair stand behind her, his right hand raised at an angle.

Her eyes look into the obsidian ones of her assulter, silently wishing death to them as she fell further, the impact robbing the breath from her lungs from the rough impact.

"Good job Shalnark, for bringing her to me." The low yet soft voice of the man who had the obsidian eyes spoke to who she was forced to assume the blonde's identity.

"It was easy till the last bit, she really caused me some pain with that kick of hers." The blonde who she now knew as shalnark spoke, though sounded as if he was in pain a bit.

A harsh thump sounded as the ground shook from impact, the sudden and violent shake causes the girl to flinch inwardly.

"Yeah, the ones with the red eyes really do pack a punch don't they." A new, loud rough voice is heard, yet the still scarlet eyes of the girl couldn't match a body with the voice as he sounded as if he were behind her, each of his steps she was able to feel through the vibrations of the earth.

It sounded as if he cracked his neck before he spoke again.

"So did he find the bitch?" The gruff voice spoke again, this time walking closer to the other two.

"I don't think the boss would appreciate calling his bunny a bitch, Uvogin." A soft voice of a woman spoke, dark humor laced her words as the sound of heels sounded against the hard ground.

The girl tried to see the new voice, one that she couldn't help but assume was a woman, yet her limited eyesight cursed her of this privilege as she was only able to see in the direction in which her head landed against.

"Leave it Paku, boss knows I was just joking right?" It sounded as if he had a smartass-like grin plastered on his face as he said that.

There were a few more snide comments, till the sound of two more people overthrew the sounds of the bickering.

"All done. None left." A hush of a whisper sounded, which caused the rest of the murderers to silence up.

"Leave it to Fei to get the job done eh?" The gruff voice spoke again, almost seeming to praise the man with the soft voice.

"Here, I believe that all of them, we got all thirty-five pairs, all but hers."

A different female voice sounded this time, hers didn't sound as formal as the one from before, this one had a higher pitch laced with an attitude of some kind.

"Pakunoda, you're up." The voice of the one she knew homed black hair and obsidian eyes spoke, causing everyone else to silence up.

The heels of the woman grew closer, now eventually within the young Kurta's limited eyesight.

The woman in the black heels squated before her, letting her face now be able to be seen by the numb girl below her.

She was young, her eyes were bright scarlet, changing shades of crimson to shades of magenta.

She wasn't completely sure as to why Chrollo wanted 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 one specifically, yet she knew not to question her leader and her childhood friend whom she trusted with her very life.

She was merely hihs appendage for him to use at his own disposal, this was just one of the many requests he bestowed upon her to fulfill.

Placing her hand on the back of the teen girl, Pakunoda then began to recall all the recent memories, up to the point in Chrollo had specified a period of time ago.

An unknown feeling was taking over the young girl as her breath was seized in her very lungs, unable to move against this unexplainable feeling, her head throbbed as she felt as if someone was rummaging through her brain, scanning all of it's very contents, seizing all of her memories and attachments, robbing her of her foundations of her character and contracting them from her.

After a few moments of this suffering, it all stoped when the hand of the woman removed itself from the young teens back, leaving the girl a huffing mess as she tried to recouperate herself from the relief of the immense pain.

A few breaths later and the woman stood up, the only thing that the girl was able to focus on was the fact that she wasn't wearing heels, but wearing flats instead.

A new sound was heard and it was a deep click.

"𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒚 𝑩𝒐𝒎𝒃"

The girl gasps as her entire brain became blank, along with her vision which was ultimately cut off due to her own eyelids closing.

Pakunoda was able to use '𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒚 𝑩𝒐𝒎𝒃' on others with her own memory to transfer from her to others, yet another side of this was that if she was able to retrieve memores from a victim she could send those said memories right back to them, eradicating them from the victim, causing the memories to cancel echother out, ultimately erasing those said memories altogether.

With a gasp, the body of the girl shot up, the water flowing down her as she heavs, now being able to breath air again, her lungs begin to burn from the lack of this sate of matter.

Bringing her hands up to her eyes, she attempts to wipe away the water from her wet lids, desperately wanting to see her surroundings, wanting to see something new than what she had just seen mere seconds ago.

The pain in her head reminds her that she is, still very much in pain.

Bringing her hands to her head as if it would mute the pain, the girl let's out a gut wrenching scream as she also takes in all the sights she had seen, soaking in all of the trauma that she just now was able to remember.

Breathing heavy once more, her body leaed over the side of the inground body of water, wanting to have something to hold as she cringed in pain from her head, it felt as if she was splitting in half it was so painful, gripping her wet hair as it it would eliviate the pain she was currently expiriencing.

Her eyes opened as she was able to take in her surroundings, blinking a few times over, finally being able to see that she was back in the back room of Himawari's tea shop.

Coughing as she still hunched over the side of the pool, she coughed as she attempted to clear her airway from water and regain control over her breathing once again.

Her mouth hung open as she used her head to look around the room, seeing as she was completely alone.

Still breathing heavy with her mind still foggy, she coudln't seem to understand why she was alone. Where was Himawari? Where was Killua?

The female Kurta was still so out of it that she didn't pick up on the shouting that was just beyond the beaded curtain till the shouting grew louder and closer.

Her eyes darted to te sight of the beaded curtain being lifted up by a pale hand, not the shaded one of Himawari yet not the smaller one of Killua.

"Don't you know how to listen I said you can't go in there right now!" She was able to hear Himawari yelling, for some reason it gave the struggling girl some comfort hearing her voice, even if it were yelling.

The hand pushed trough revealing a suited male.

The female Kurta's stomach churned seeing the male as her vision shifted quickly to the one she seen before, the one with blonde hair wearing blue.
