The sound of car honking snaps me out of my thoughts and as I spin around , i find a man dressed in a white button-up shirt and black trousers. He looks like he is in his mind- forties.
"ciao sono il tuo autista piacere di conoscerti" he smiles at me sheepishly.
I look at him in bewildered. What he just said completely went over my head. He seemed to notice my confusion and further explained.
"I'm sorry I wasn't informed that you can't speak Italian. I just said that I'm your driver for the day and it's nice to meet you" he explained
"Oh. Okay. Um- hi it's nice t-to see you too. M-my name is N-Nitara and i love to eat pi-pizza. What is your name? And do y-you like pizza? If you do we c-can become b-besties" i ranted
He look at me amazed and chuckled as if it was funny
Oomph it isn't
"Of course I love pizza and we can be friends but first let's get you home yes?" He said.
He opened the car door for me and I thanked him for that. The car was so pretty if it wasn't for my mama I would've definitely stolen it.
Bad nitara
I watch the busy streets and for some reason this place was familiar to me. For what? I don't know i left this place 12 years back. 12 years since I had any contact with my father. And now I sit in his car as we drive towards his home.
Soon the car door opens and Mr. Denver helps me out of the car. I straighten out and steady my wobbly legs and as I look towards the place , I'm left awestruck. It's gorgeous . Prettier than the flight attendant

He shows me my way inside and it's so pretty I can't help but stare at everything. Mr. Denny helps me with my luggage and tells me the direction to my room.
Once I reach the room I unlock the door and jump into the cozy bed

Its me papa . I'm sorry i couldn't pick you up from the airport. I had some really urgent matters to attend. I couldn't miss it and I'll finish my work soon so that I can spend all my time with my daughter. Thankyou for giving me a chance my beautiful girl .

I can't stop the tears that roll out of my eyes . Why does he have to be so good? Why can't he be bad like Carl- no stop. Don't think about him.
I was lost in my thoughts when i heard the bedroom door open
"Ma'am Mr. Rosso is waiting for you downstairs" Mrs Mary said.
"Thank you miss I'll be down in a minute" i thanked her as she closed the door .
Once I changed my clothes i make my way downstairs towards my sperm donor that's what Emmy calls him

A man with his back towards me stands in the hallway. He is wearing a black tailored suits that fits him perfectly. I can see his muscles throw the material of the shirt and the tattoos on his neck from behind.

"Papa" I call out unsure of what to say
The older man turns on his heels . A beautiful smile spread across his face. His eyes looking hopeful and his arms waiting for his daughter to run upto him
" mia ragazza look at you my girl, all grown up and beautiful as ever. Come here and hug your old man nitara" he said sounding too excited
I gave him a hug and as I was about to pull out he tighted his grip and kept repeating I'm sorry . For what? I don't know .
"Papa he-hello. I um- nice t-to see you" god this is so awkward.
"Hello nitara , my child I'm sorry i couldn't pick you up I wanted to finish my meetings as early as possible because I wanted to spend all my time with you" he chuckled out almost sounding embarassed.
"Thank you , you didn't have to do it. I c-could wait y-you know" i explained
"I would never make you wait my child" be said
But you did, that too for 12 years
I shook my thoughts off and we went for dinner .
He told me about so many memories from my childhood. His wallpaper of me and mom smiling at the camera. I almost cried when i saw that picture. This whole mansion is filled with my pictures and mama's drawing. I love it already but I still want answers.
"Papa can I ask you something?"i rasp out
"Yes ofcourse my child . Is something bothering you? You don't like your room? I knew pink would look better we can always change it and also" - i cut him off.
"No everything is perfect thankyou. Its just why did you um l-leave mama and I a-and now you wa-want me b-back" I said almost embarassed at the thought of not being wanted
"I'm sorry my love, I'm so sorry for everything. But it wasn't safe for you or your mama . I love her so much but i couldn't keep her safe here . And you were so young i needed to protect you" he whispered
"From whom papa" i asked curiously
"I have alot of enemies Tara"
