Aera snuggled into her brother's pillow.
Right now, she is in his room, watching TV waiting for him.
She had promised to sleep with him tonight, but he had gone out and had not returned till now.
She was munching on her chips when she heard the door click open.
She saw him stumbling into the room.
He closed the door.
"Oppa?", She called out softly.
He looked at her with wide eyes.
He totally forgot about the night's plan and now he is totally drunk.
"B-babyyy?", He slurred.
He was leaning against the door for support.
"Oppa, what's wrong?", She asked sitting up in his bed.
"N-nothinnn'", he said with a hiccup.
He was slowly losing his senses.
He began to walk forward, almost tripping twice.
He lost balance and was about to fall down, when Aera wrapped her arms around him, supporting him.
"Oppa, are you okay?", She asked worried.
Tears already made its way to her eyes.
"Oooff course", he slurred.
She dragged him near the bed.
He sat down on the floor, leaning against the bed.
"Oppa, sit here", she said trying to lift him up.
"Wait, I'll bring Jin oppa", she said, but he caught her hand.
"No no no no, stay with me", he grinned pulling her beside him.
She sat beside him, analysing him.
She had seen him drunk, only a very few times.
But, today he was in his worst condition.
His suit was wet.
His hair is all messy.
His face was red and puffy.
His eyes almost had tears.
He was basically not in his senses.
He started laughing suddenly.
Her worry started to increase.
"Oppa", she whispered.
He threw up in the floor.
His suit got messier.
He closed his eyes leaning against the bed.
"Jiminie oppa", Aera mumbled again as her tears started flowing down.
She rushed to the washroom.
She returned with mop.
She cleaned the floor.
She undressed him.
She removed his button up shirt.
She gasped seeing the fresh tattoo.
Aera was written in bold cursive letter. Beneath it was written 'baby'.
Simple yet beautiful, it was written on his left chest where the heart is.
She traced her fingertips, causing him to open his eyes.
He smiled as he closed his eyes again.
"Oppa,Oppa, please sit up", she pleaded him.
He nodded his head ah he struggled to sit up. Aera helped him.
He unbuckled his pants and threw it across the room.
She brought a bowl of hot water and washcloth.
She wiped his body clean.
Inbetween she could hear him mumble, "How could she say that? Huh? My baby yy".
She didn't understand what he was trying to say.
He laid back in the bed, curling to a ball.
Aera smiled a little, he was cute.
She picked up his shirt, coat and the pants he threw.
She checked the pockets and threw the clothes in the laundry basket.
She brought a glass of water and sat beside him.
"Oppa, oppa get up oppa", she said shaking his shoulder.
He opened his glossy eyes.
He sat up a little, smiling at her.
He accepted the drink.
He laid down the next instant.
She cleaned the bed , switched off the lights and sat down beside him not knowing what to do.
The bed lamp was still on, which she didn't mind.
The alcohol smell was gone, so she wasn't uncomfortable.
She looked at him.
He was staring at the ceiling.
His eyes moved to her.
He stared at her for a good time.
She caressed his forehead not knowing what to do.
He motioned for her to come closer.
She scooted closer to him, leaning against the headboard.
He laid his head on her lap, burying his face in her stomach.
He couldn't control now.
He let his tears flow.
She could feel his body shaking as tears left her eyes too.
"Oppa, w-whats wrong, Oppa?", She asked caressing his unclothed back.
He wrapped his arms around her body, pulling her close to him.
He sat up slowly.
He took her face in his hands.
"No matter what, remember, I always love you. You are my baby. No one can or will ever change that. You understand?", He said as he looked at her with anger.
But Aera was not scared.
She knew this anger was not directed towards her.
She nodded her head.
She trusted him.
She trusted them.
"Yes oppa", she said.
Jimin couldn't accept the fact, that his sister is getting hated and humiliated for only one reason.
For being a girl.
From Aunt Seola, Uncle Choi to this bitchy grandma, everyone looked down at her.
For the first time, he couldn't do anything.
He decided to carve her name in him.
He had drunk till he was satisfied.
Though, all his brothers are as mad as him, they decided to cool it off in other ways, but he couldn't.
He pulled her in a tight hug, kissing her all over her face.
Aera smiled saying, "I love you, my cute Jiminie oppa".
He paused and smiled, "I love you too, my baby".
He was about to kiss her lips, but decided against it as he was aware of his alcoholic breath.
He don't want her uncomfortable in any way.
He had his senses right, when it comes to her.
"When you grow up and become a lovely woman, I want you to remember this. Whatever the time it is, whatever the place it is, whatever the situation it is, I want you to know that there are seven people who loves you whole heartedly and willing to do anything for you, even die for you. I want you to remember that your brothers will back you up, whether you are right or wrong. We don't care about morality. We care about you. Only you ",he said as he pulled her down on the bed with him, wrapping his arms and legs around her, closing his eyes.
She wiped her tears as she kissed his chest, as she could only reach there in his hold.
She closed her eyes feeling his warmth and comfort.
Drunken or not, he was her safe place.
