Uday was disturbed due to Manyata's weird behaviour but he let it be for he knew she needed care . On the other hand Manyata was unable to comprehend this sudden change of feelings . Why was she behaving like that . Her actions had only one meaning which everyone else might have understood too that she was falling for her husband. The thought that her family witnessed her this side made her embarrassed. She was unable to keep her feelings in control and in her emotions she requested Uday to stay in their room . He agreed for her sake but she also knew he was confused because of this changed attitude of hers .
Manyata was lying down on her bed lost in her thoughts when she heard the bathroom door click. Uday had gone to take shower . He wanted to relax his mind from all kind of thoughts for a while . Manyata knew he would want her to answer some of his queries but she was not able to form any appropriate explanation for her changed behaviour . She just wanted him to stay beside her.
Jay Nandini's words had made her restless . But why was she thinking about this so much . Wasn't she the one who wouldn't forgive him and not the other way but her heart had already declared war against all those not so logical explanations her mind would give against him.
Manyata where are you lost . Hum kbse apse baat krhe hain
Uday snapped his finger infront of her to bring her out of her thinking zone.
Wo... hum nahi kuch nahi, what were you saying ?
She came back to reality only to see her husband giving her confused and worried glances .

He stopped midway as he could read her expressions stating that she did not like the idea.

He winked at her and her cheeks heated up instantly.

She stuttered as he moved closer to her
Uday cupped her face and moved away the hair disturbing his view of her pretty face. She shivered at his touch and clutched his shirt in her fist ,her eyes downcast. He smirked seeing his effect on her . He covered all the distance between them and kissed her cheeks one by one . Her heartbeats rose . He moved closer to her lips

He whispered against her lips
As his lips brushed against hers , a shiver ran through her spine and her hold on his shirt tightened. She closed her eyes tightly.This was the first time they were so close to each other . Uday realized their position . He was about to move back but her hold on him and her closed eyes captured his attention and he smiled at his innocent love. He kissed near the corner of her lips and moved back .
Open your eyes Princess
His soft voice brought her back to reality
As soon as she opened her eyes she immediately covered her face with her palms realizing what just happened. She was extremely shy. Uday chuckled and moved toward the couch . He started working on some presentation whereas Manyata sat still.
Manyata was once again lost in her thoughts. She thought that why did she not push him away . Why did she get carried away in the heat of moment. She had never let akash even hug her in a romantic way . Just side hugs that too very less . But with uday everything felt so different. She felt loved and cherished in his presence . He always made her feel good about herself . The moment she just had with her husband did not make her angry in any way infact she was feeling happy, shy and her heartbeats increased with his close proximity. Her chain of thoughts was broken by uday's voice
Manyata ap apne chehre se hath hata skti hain hum nahi dekheinge
He teased her
She blushed more and pulled the comforter over her face . She heard him laugh loudly

She remained quiet after that . Uday too focused on his presentation . After a long thought process. Manyata finally drifted off to sleep.
Uday slept while working on the couch itself . Manyata woke up in middle of night as she felt thirsty. She saw Uday sleeping on the couch and felt bad . She had no logic to explain her heart why was she not happy seeing him maintain distance from her. She sighed and went back to sleep .
Morning
Manyata's sleep was disturbed by a phone call. It was komal . She yawned and answered the call
Hello maa
Her tone was sleepy
Manyata beta kesi hain ap? Were you still sleeping ?
She heard the concerned voice of her mother.
Hum theek hain maa . Or shyd medicine ki wja se neend zyada arhi hai.
She assured her mother of her well being .
Kal apko rota hua dekha tou hum boht pareshan hogye thay beta . Kya hogya tha
Komal being her mother could very well understand Manyata and her unusual behaviour but still she wanted to confirm it with her .
Maa wo hum......
She wasn't able to form a proper excuse
I don't want excuses beta . Hum jante hain bss ap se suna chahte hain. Is it really what I am thinking it to be .
Komal asked almost directly this time.
I don't know maa. I don't understand.
Manyata sighed feeling defeated by her feelings. She was tired of running away from her feelings
Look Manyata beta I won't ever force you to accept anything but I want you to ask yourself , try to understand what you want . Beta you can't just keep running from your own wishes and feelings trying to live in delusions. I want my Manyata to embrace her happiness.
Her mother's loving advice made Manyata smile.

Komal spoke and cut the call
Manyata was about to dial uday's number as she noticed his absence when she woke up but the door clicked open revealing a smiling unnati
Good morning bhabisa. Had a good sleep
Unnati spoke with a teasing smile which made Manyata blush .
Unnati knew manveer stayed in separate rooms until yesterday so she made sure to tease Manyata on this and carefully noticed her reaction which much to her happiness was a blush and not a scoff or anger .
Good morning Unnati. I was about to call you
She lied to escape the teasing session
Hmm I can see whom were to about to call and by the way humein apke husband ne strict instructions diye hain to take care of you so Mrs Udayveer Singh while your breakfast comes you go freshen up.
Unnati finished with a smile
Okay but where is he ?
Manyata couldn't help but ask
He's busy with some important work bhabi but he told me to stay with you so you have princess unnati at your service
She said dramatically making Manyata giggle
Unnati helped Manyata walk towards the bathroom. After Manyata freshened up a nurse changed her feet's dressing and now she was sitting with a pout on her face as her eyes landed on her 'healthy' breakfast.
Unnati I don't want to eat this . I want some spicy aloo paratha and also I'm not sick , its just an injury on my feet which is much better now . Why can't I have my normal breakfast.
Manyata being a foodie whinned
Bhabisa you should be asking your husband about this . He ordered the staff to get you something healthy to eat and Bhabi its only for some days and after that you can go back to eating whatever you want.
Unnati tried to explain and Manyata just pouted but started eating .
After breakfast unnati gave her medicine which was another big task for poor unnati as manyata was more like a kid throwing tantrums . After that both friends had some good time talking about various things and teasing each other.
