(Hunters POV)
I wake up to the sound of chirping. I open my eyes and look at my clock *8:37* "shit!..." I jolted out of bed, threw on my uniform and mask, and booked it out of my room to the throne room, being late at any other job would be a simple mistake but when you work for the emperor it's a different story it was now 8:43 and I also 45 mins late to my meeting with my uncle ' i am so dead ' i thought to myself,
when i made it to the throne room I push the doors open and kneel in front of the emperor. " I'm so sorry unc- I mean emperor Belos," I said scared of the punishment ahead of me "Don't let it happen again." he said, I nodded and stood back up eyes still pointed to the floor
"You will be staying at Blight Manor for the next few months you leave tomorrow. " he finished. "Yes sir. " I replied, "You will also be attending Hexside to keep an eye on the blight twins they seem to like trouble. Oh, and Hunter don't blow your cover" i nodded and ran back to my room to go pack questions filling my brain 'Why them? are they cute? no hunter focus we know you are sad and lonly but this is work not a dating app!'
I packed only the bare necessities some casual clothes the school uniform the guards had already prepared for me, a maroon dress shirt, black dress pants, and a black blazer.
after i finished packing i laid down on my bed and my palisman flapjack flew over to me "looks like we are going on an advencher flap!"
