Sorry about the late chapter. This is one arc that I wanted to do before the Sports Festival arc. I hope you enjoy. Unlike normal fics, I want Boboiboy's development in this fanfiction.
So let's start the chapter.

With Boboiboy,
"Oh dear!" Boboiboy said in mock care. "I wonder if whoever was recording it fine. " He then turned innocently towards Kurogiri. "Right?"
However instead of answering the question Kurogiri spread himself wide. Boboiboy readied for an attack. However, instead of attacking Boboiboy heard the voice of clapping. Slow clapping.
The night was silent as wind started to blow. The cloud covering the full moon was pushed away.

From inside of Kurogiri came out a man. He was wearing a black suit with no visible notable features. However his face is looked somewhat deformed with scar tissue from his upper lip to the back of his head according to what he could see through the helmet of his. From the dark mist came out the Emperor of Darkness.
Now,
Boboiboy was tense. One thing was sure. This guy is strong. There can be two cases. Either Kurogiri was lying and this guy was not his benefactor and a replacement was sent at his place or this guy was really his benefactor. In either of these situations, the guy has to be strong to pull this off. Boboiboy's muscles tensed. Ready for even a small twitch in muscle or moment from this guy.
The scary thing about him wasn't the way he dressed or the fact that he was levitating. Neither his aura nor images of his own death were approaching him due to the help of Psychic. No. The scary thing about him was the way he was levitating. Unlike the villains he faced in TAPOPS, this guy was not like that. He was levitating in a weird way. His neck was shifted forward while his hands were free and relaxed, just like his legs. He was levitating like a hanged man. And that was the most scary part of him.
Boboiboy shook his head. Damn. Those thoughts are just wrong. He was looking down on him, literally. He slowly descended to ground, his feet didn't even make a single noise as he landed on the concrete floor gracefully. Boboiboy couldn't really look through the helmet of his although he can using the sub elemental power but he didn't really wanted to reveal it to him.
"I'm Kurogiri's benefactor." He introduced. Short and simple. Just to the point. He put his hand forward as a sign of handshake. Nope. Boboiboy wasn't doing it. Not a chance. Not even when he didn't knew this guy's power.
"Sorry. No offense." Boboiboy raised both of his hands up. "I don't shake hands with unknown individuals. Bad manners."
"Heh." He chuckled. But Boboiboy could feel it. The malicious and dark intent from him. The pressure he was permeating in the air. This wasn't some ordinary run off the mill villain. He was someone to be careful about. Every word out of his mouth was a lie. Boboiboy felt like he would puke. The sub elements were not at their full level yet and this was bad.
He was filled all over with dread. His knees were like jelly. Damn it. He clenched his fist so hard that blood started to flow. The pain was nice. It was helping him to snap out of the weird trance he was in. Unluckily, All for One noticed this and laughed out merrily.
"Oh my." His laugh was cruel. No sympathy or empathy whatsoever. It was like a cruel sick joke. "Never thought that the little boy who plays hide 'n seek with heroes is scared of little ol' me."
Boboiboy gulped whatever bile was rising out of his throat. He cannot afford to look weak in front of this......

......this
.......this monster. He clenched his fist hard. Pain was painful. Giving yourself pain was more painful however it helped. Boboiboy shook his head. Thankfully, Psychic was able to reign his control again.
Determined Boboiboy looked into the helmet. Something which had unending darkness on inside. "Who are You?"
He stretched his arms wide. "I'm merely a benefactor. I enjoy basking in darkness, people's unending fears are-" he gave out a cruel laugh. "Hahahahaha..... and here I thought you had only 1 quirk. Who knew you had multiple?!"
So he caught it.... It was actually Psychic. Boboiboy using his Psychic element was using subtle manipulation in this guy's brain to make him reveal about himself while he feels that it's natural. But looks like he caught it.
"I must admit I'm curious to know what other quirks you have because let me tell you, you're not the only one who tried that at me before."
Boboiboy raised his eyebrow a little. Good thing it was not visible in dark.
Why would someone try something like this with him? Is he a misunderstood individual?
Yes. I am.
Wahhh.... what are you doing in my mind?
I must admit I'm a but curious.
Get out of my mind.
Now now.....Is that hypocrisy I hear when you can yourself delve deep inside anyone's mind.
I'm warning you, get out of my mind.
I'm unable to access any information from your brain. Not only that but it feels like I won't be able to squeeze out any information from your brain either.
That's right. Boboiboy thought to himself. TAPOPS training made him way too strong for physical, mental and emotional torture in case he gets caught.
TAPOPS, you say?
Oh!!! Boboiboy realised his mistake. He cannot think to even himself when this person is inside his mind.
Get out..... and with every ounce of force Boboiboy had, he pushed him out of his mind. When Boboiboy snapped back to reality, he might have seen the most dreadful thing because it might give him nightmares for sure.
All for One was just few centimeters away, his large palm away going to crush his face in his hands. Boboiboy's eyes widened as he quickly applied the self defense trick in that millisecond. Using his one palm to push the hand of All for One above and his left palm to glide his palm away from his face.
"Oh!" He chuckled as if amused. Boboiboy didn't really knew what happened after that. He just let his instincts guide him because All For One started to beat him up quick and he wasn't able to follow his moments at all.
Then he mercilessly inserted his palm vertically inside Boboiboy's chest as a definitive strike. Due to the sheer pressure of the nails and palm going through his skin Boboiboy coughed up blood and was thrown away with alot of pressure.
Ah!!! Boboiboy's back collided with a metal container as his back immediately straightened under intense pain as it felt like his spinal cord broke and someone poured hot lava on it.
The metal container had a large spider like crack on it. Such was the sheer intensity of force in a simple blow of All for One.
In this junkyard, at night no one would notice if he died. No one would help him. He would die writhing in pain, no one to hear his pleas for help.
"I like that expression." The monster said to him. "That expression of yours when you're in pain. When you're helpless and you're at my complete mercy." He gave a cruel laugh. "I just love that helpless expression of yours. It makes me excited." His tone was dripping with dread and greed.
Boboiboy didn't knew what terrified him more.
"Come here." He took a step forward.
Boboiboy tried to back away but to no avail. The big metal container was behind him. "Go away." Boboiboy shouted. He was never so fearful for his life. What was it about him that scared him?
But All for One didn't stop. Boboiboy was on the ground while All For One was standing above him. Without any second thought he brought down his foot directly above Boboiboy's knees and stomped it. Hard and Fast.
*Crack*
"Ahhhhhhhhhh.......!!!!!!" Boboiboy screamed. Saliva dripping out of his mouth with no one to hear it in the dark night. His feet were cold. His hand was numb. What was stopping All for One from removing the mask on his face. Nothing.
Boboiboy's breathing was ragged. Whatever he ate was coming out of his mouth now. He vomited. His stomach churned. He felt like he would never eat anything again if he would be alive after this.
What a worthless way to die..... Was this acceptance of the cruel fact that no one is there to see him off. No one to visit his grave. No one to help him. Ying, Yaya, Gopal, Fang, Tok Aba.....
He'll die all alone. His friends will be worried. His grandpa would be crying with no one to relief him. He won't be even able to see his grave.
All for One's hand reached towards his face. Boboiboy started to thrash around. Without any mercy he stomped his foot on Boboiboy's other knee.
*Crack*
Before Boboiboy could scream All for One used his hand to cover the poor boy's mouth not even allowing him to scream. Tears were coming out of Boboiboy's eyes. He never felt to so helpless.
He then spoke quietly near his ears as the moonlight appeared. "How does it feel to be completely helpless?" His tone sent shivers down Boboiboy's spine. Just what did he want.
He couldn't move. His legs were busted. This monster was a step away from uncovering his identity. "Be a good boy and don't resist." All for One clacked in glee. This power would finally be his. With the power of this boy even All Might cannot defeat him. No one would be able to stand up to him. Who knows how many quirks this boy had? Truly the powers were wasted on him. He would use the powers of this boy efficiently. This boy should be thankful.
He started using his quirk All for One to steal the quirk of this boy. He wasn't interested in his identity. He would already know his identity by tomorrow when the police discovers his corpse.
What?! He thought. He wasn't able to steal his power. Heck he wasn't even able to feel his quirk. Was his quirk somehow protected just like his memories? If so then it would be a problem. He never encountered anything like this before. Maybe the doctor would help him. Was it some sort of new evolution? This very new question excited him.
He can steal his quirk later. Time to take him to laboratory. He grabbed his wrist and before anything could happen dark mist started to surround the boy.....
This is..... "Do you still want to show futile resistance?" He warned but Boboiboy didn't respond. Now that All for One looked at the boy. He fainted. He wasn't even conscious. So what does it mean?! Was his power some sort of entity?
And Boboiboy disappeared in a purple mist. All for One clicked his tongue. Looks like he escaped but he did gave him a research material. He looked at the bite mark of the boy and his vomiting.
"Clean it Kurogiri and send a sample to doctor for test."
Kurogiri did as expected and finally the night of horror was over but its aftereffects would scar Boboiboy mentally for sure.
With Boboiboy,
Boboiboy knows that he grew weaker. The elementals told him so. Every time he unlocks a power, the levels of his powers are reset. There's no stopping it. The cases may grow severe if the complete process is undone.
One of the greatest examples is the fight with Borara. He unlocked all the 2nd tier elementals however he did not complete the process which was to unlock every single first tier elements. Because of this Boboiboy lost his both abilities to use 2nd tier elements and the first tier elements he unlocked altogether.
That's why before joining TAPOPS, he had only the basic 3 elements and he had to complete the process again. After he unlocked every 1st tier element during the battle with Captain Vargoba, he unlocked the use of every 2nd tier elements however that caused his power levels to reset again. Mind you, we're not talking about transformations but rather power.
That's why during the first battle with Reta'ka, his solar beam which destroyed a literal black hole wasn't able to crack the walls of TAPOPS battleship and send him flying forever in space. Not only that but he discovered that splitting up decreases his power.
Thus the only way to negate every negative aftereffects of elemental would be to have Master Control. You can only have Master Control once you've unlocked every sub elementals. Now he has sub elementals however his power levels are reset again.
So now he has to aim for Master Control. But it wasn't that easy. Anyone who unlocks sub elemental and tries to gain mastery over them has to go through a trial where they have to remove the physical, emotional and mental limiter of their body. In case you fail, you'll succumb to the power of elementals and they'll immediately kill you. That's why Reta'ka was aiming for his watch. He wanted to gain Master Control as well.
Boboiboy didn't really pay attention to his surroundings as he was already fighting and dodging the blows of his opponents without even looking. Midnight-sensei started the daily spar of students.
She saw that Boboiboy was kind of distracted today. She didn't really know the reason for this behavior of his so she thought that maybe a spar could reignite the passion that always lingered in the eyes of her student. She even then observed that Boboiboy really wasn't paying attention to his surroundings. Not a word of greeting to his opponent, although it was their fault for bullying him anyways and neither his usual excited sparkling eyes.
Midnight must admit, Boboiboy became her favourite student in no time at all. Paying attention to every word she says, polite to everyone even those who bully him, ready to help anyone in need and never condescending towards others. Maybe she was getting too lax towards the boy however, she couldn't help it. He had a charisma of putting everyone at ease and make them smile. Today that charisma was absent. No. Rather Boboiboy looked totally lost today.
So in order to bring out the spark in him once again Midnight thought to pit him against his opponent in spar. Fight often brings out smile in boys or so what she heard.
However he looked totally dull today. Not even a bit of acknowledgment towards his opponent or his formal bow before any spar. However his instincts were great if it was anything to praise. It looked like he was dodging without even thinking something which came from years of experience.
Without even sparing a glance, Boboiboy was deflecting the blows of his opponents. Midnight observed that Boboiboy wasn't even trying to win, rather he was fighting as if he was distracted. He was just giving light taps to his opponent to make him realise that he broke his guard. Of course this was making the other student Toshio far more angry.
Suddenly he stretched his arm. Toshio's quirk was rubber. He could make any part of his body like rubber. The boy wasn't even able to recognize the potential of his quirk and said that it was unfair that he got a lame quirk. Not that it was anything new. Nowadays, everyone wanted flashy quirks to show off.
And he launched his arm towards Boboiboy at breakneck speed. That was dangerous. It could seriously hurt Boboiboy. Midnight quickly got ready to use he quirk when she glanced at Boboiboy. There was no reaction. Normally she forbade use of quirks in order to maintain fairness of battle however today she allowed it. In order to see if Boboiboy was capable of fighting tactically with a handicap.
As soon as the hand came closer, time slowed down for Boboiboy. That hand just like his hand.....
It was approaching.....
Slowly.....
It'll kill him....
Suddenly his eyes widened as the hand was far too close to his face. His eyes widened as his tongue and mouth became dry. He started to breath heavily. No. Not that hand.
All for One genuinely terrified Boboiboy. It wasn't such a surprise considering that Boboiboy was a boy who started being a hero in this world few months ago while All For One is a veteran villain who ruled the underworld for years.
"No....." Boboiboy whispered as he took a step back as he nearly dodged the blow.
"No....." Boboiboy's voice was barely audible. He was trying to calm himself but that fear did a number on him. Midnight noticed the strange behavior.
What's up with him?
Boboiboy's breathing grew more ragged.
"No..... go away." Boboiboy said in a whisper like voice.
"What was that you freak?" His opponent said mocking him as he used his quirk again and this time it nearly hit Boboiboy. "When I use my quirk you're a weakling. Ha ha ha ha ha...." and the class joined in the laugh except Midnight and his friend Shinso.
"Go away....." he said genuinely terrified now. He wasn't seeing Toshio rather he was looking at All for One mocking him. He was weak. He was powerless. He was gonna die.
"Ooohhhhh.....! Look at that-" Toshio knocked Boboiboy to the ground. "-the pretty boy is scared." Midnight saw the behavior. This wasn't normal. There was something which was terrifying Boboiboy.
Boboiboy was still trying to go away but Toshio closed the distance as he was now on the top of the boy. "What did you say, you freak? Say it loud and clear." And he kicked Boboiboy in the face.
"Go away." Boboiboy shouted.
And the class started to laugh.
Slam
Midnight slammed her whip to the ground as the whole class went quiet. No one wanted to be at the other end of her whip.
"Oh yeah....!" His smile turned cruel. "Make me." As soon as he reached Boboiboy, his blood started to boil. Boboiboy felt unimaginable rage flowing through his veins. His turned red for a second as he looked at Toshio who suddenly took a small step back. He was terrified now.
I'm going to die.... Toshio thought looking for his breath. He wasn't able to breath at all. And I can't do anything about it.....
Boboiboy angrily stood up and dusted off his clothes. With a single tap he sent Toshio sprawling over the ground. "I told you...." with each syllable Boboiboy's voice was getting heavier. "..... leave me ALONE!" Every student fell to his knee and Toshio started to shout. "Stay away murderer."
And thus a powerful gas in pink colour knocked out both of them.
I will not forgive Nezu. Midnight thought as she bit her lower lip. She gently touched Boboiboy's face. What happened to you to go through such a panic attack? I don't know the reason but it was my failure as your teacher.
Midnight looked at the gentle face that released such a potent killing intent sleeping innocently. Are you really a villain or a misguided soul?
And Midnight called for medics to take care of the two boys.
She has to be ready for the shit that will go down the drain now.
Hey there guys. I'm so terribly sorry for the late chapter. So here might be the answer of some questions you might have.
Remember that All for One is a veteran while Boboiboy is a boy who started being a hero when he was 12-years old. So it's not that big deal that he lost.
The elementals become stronger with different user as we saw in Boboiboy Movie 2 with Reta'ka so that's why Boboiboy isn't strong enough to use the full potential of his power.
Also remember that it's somewhat realistic fic so you can't expect that after a good night sleep Boboiboy will completely recover from trauma.
For those who wonder how Boboiboy's arms and legs were healed, it was the work of his time elemental reversing the damage.
Now be on the edge of your seats as All for One already has DNA of Boboiboy who transformed into Dark. In case he gets original Boboiboy's DNA, he'll be sure that Boboiboy and Dark are the same person.
A small arc and then we'll move towards the SPORTS FESTIVAL.
