Me and chris had just been chilling in my house watching movies, right now we were watching titanic
he speaks up and says something i can't understand because to movie is to loud, i grab the remote from beside me and pause it and look at him
"what did you say?" i ask while he's still staring at me
"never mind it doesn't matter it's stupid" he says
"no tell me" i whine
"no just play the movie kat"
"no, tell me" i say persistently
"you're gonna think i'm weird" he says shyly
"i won't chris, trust me you're my best friend i won't judge you"
he huffs
"well, just i want to have a girl like this you know? there such a cute couple and he literally died for her"
"chris... that's so even weird what are you on, literally me too i wish someone loved me as much as he loves her" i say
"kat, you know..."
"i love you"
i froze for a second as he looked at me nervously
"i love you too chris" i smile
be looks relieved and smiles back
his smile is so cute i think, but in a friend way right?
i couldn't help but think how much it looked like he meant what he said
i unpause the movie and get into a comfortable position with my head on his chest, he starts playing with my hair
i get butterflies
