Emma was in the dojo sparing with April as the turtles were sparing each other. April throws some punches at the little girl who swiftly moves side to side avoiding it until April moves her fist making Emma yell dropping to the ground with her back turned from April whimpering a bit from pain.
"Oh my gosh! Emma I'm so sorry are you okay?" April cover her mouth in horror that she punched a six year old in the face, she walks over to see if Emma's okay but Emma quickly grabs April's wrist and flip onto her back making her grunt knocking the wind out of her.
Splinter walks over to them smiling proudly while putting a hand on top of Emma's head patting it "Good Job Emma."
"Yay!!" Emma cheers with her hands up
April rubs the back of her head as Emma kindly offers her a hand which April gratefully takes standing up "To learn the art of the kuniochi you must master the skill of surprise and swiftness, get inside your opponent's head and then strike."
"Yes Sensei." Emma and April nod understanding
They all turn to see Raph grabs onto Mikey. "Put me down! Enough! Uncle!" Mikey exclaims since he can't move his arms.
I don't see you tapping out," Raph answers.
"I can't move my arms," Mikey says, strained as Raph squeezes him tighter.
"Then tap your horrible, disgusting middle toe," Raph replies.
Mikey does as he is told and Raph lets go of him causing him to fall on the ground. "Don't worry, stubby. You're not as horrible as he says," Mikey comments shooting Raph a glare.
Splinter walks up to Mikey. "Michelangelo, why did you give up so easily?" Splinter asks.
"There was nothing I could do," Mikey answers.
"There's always something you can do," Splinter shakes his head looking at Raph gesturing with his head for him to come over to him ""Observe. Raphael, kannuki jime!" Splinter orders. Raph looks around nervously before grabbing Splinter and lifting him up, he grunts a bit from Splinters weight "The key is to unbalance your opponent,"
"But how?" Emma tilts her head
"However you can. For example," Splinter replies before licking Raph on the cheek, which grosses him out. Splinter then whips Raph with his tail, knocking Raph to the ground. "You see? There's always a way, Blech, and you need to take a bath," Splinter says, wiping his mouth looking at Raph with a smirk jokingly.
Emma giggles loudly, falling to the floor on her back while pointing to Raph. Splinter chuckles at this while walking to his room hearing Emma's continuous laughter
"Hahahah! Splinter said you stink!"
"Shut it Emma!!"

Emma lays on her stomach sticking her tongue out drawing on a piece on paper in the living room Leo turns around gesturing to the tv "Hey Em Space Heroes is back on!" Emma perks up teleporting over into Leo's lap bouncing happily watching the tv.
"The landing party is under attack by the digesters! We have to save them!"
"If we keep bailing them out, they'll never learn to take care of themselves."
"But this is their first mission, and they don't even have weapons!"
"Then they'd better learn fast."
A woman is eaten by an alien as I hear a scream, bones crunching, and belching.
"Say, Dr. MindStrong, weren't you in love with that one?"
"I...was, Captain."
"Well, it looks like you both learned a lesson today."
"Hey, guys. Guess what April and I have been up to," Donnie walks in from his lab wit a smile "Analyzing sewage," Donnie answers happily.
"Who says you don't know how to show a girl a good time?" Raph asks sarcastically.
Emma picks up her crayons and paper as Raph picks her up carrying her on his hip while they all walked to the lab
"April and I were going through some files on the Kraang storage device,"
"Ooh," Mikey replies.
April shakes her head. "We found out the Kraang are using a special process to change Earth's water into Kraang water. They've already started the process. We found a low concentration of Kraang chemicals in the sewage," April explains.
"Huh?" Emma tilts her head confused.
"It turns regular water into to icky water that could hurt your tummy if you drink it." Donnie wiggles his fingers scrunching up his nose, lightly poking Emma's stomach. Emma frowns sticking her tongue out "Ew!"
"And I take it that's a bad thing," Leo replies.
Donnie holds up a slice of pizza. "Watch what happens when I dip this slice of Mikey's shrimp and sardine pizza into pure Kraang water," Donnie tells us. He slowly puts the slice into the container of water. The slice dissolves.
Mikey screams quickly covering Emma's eye so she won't see the it. "How do you sleep at night? And I'm front of a child!" Mikey asks Donnie angrily.
"Presently, there's only a tiny bit in the water supply, but the concentration is increasing, which means-"
Mikey screams again. "Every slice of pizza in New York will be destroyed?" Mikey asks frantically.
April raises an eyebrow at him. "Along with anyone who uses water, which is practically every human being,"
"I don't want to live in a world without pizza," Mikey replies before he accidentally knocks over the cup of Kraang water.
It spills on April's arm. The others scream in horror. But nothing happens.
"Nothing happened to you," Donnie replies, shocked.
"Maybe it's cause she's not made of pizza," Mikey answers.
A scanner beeps from Donnie's computer. "The scanners located the Kraang facility transforming the water supply, which is right here. We gotta stop it!" Donnie explains, pointing to something. The turtles and April look at his computer and see he was pointing to the ocean.
"You coming April?" Leo looks over at the red head.
"Sounds like a blast, but unfortunately it's on the bottom of the east river. And equally unfortunately, I have an essay due." April grabs her backpack swinging it over her shoulder while shrugging her shoulders. Leo goes over to April whispering to her gesturing an eye over towards Emma who was laying on the ground going back to drawing "Hey April if it's not too much trouble are you able to take Emma with you, she's been cooped up in the lair since the Kraang Incident and she made need some fresh air."
April looks at him giving him a smile nodding "Yeah sure Leo." She crouches down to Emma's level giving the little girl a warm smile "hey Emma ya wanna hang out with me today? We can have a girls day just you and me." Emma looks up at her with a smile nodding walking over to April excited grabbing her hand "Plus I wouldn't mind a little human food."
"Pizza's human food," Mikey retorts. "Not the way you eat it," April answers before the girls start to walk away.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, you two are going topside?" Donnie knocks over some of his things. "You got your T-Phone, right and yours too Emma?"
"Mmhm!" Emma pulls out her phone showing it to him.
"You got Noddles?"
"Yes."
"Snacks for when you get hungry?"
"I can get those for her."
"Do you need to go potty before you leave?"
"Donnie don't worry she'll be safe with me I promise." April playfully rolls her eyes at the purple turtle's worries holding Emma's hand as the two girls walk away.

April and Emma walk hand and hand towards a park "Alright go play Emma I'll be write here if you need me." April gestures Emma to the other kids playing on the playground as she sits on the bench, Emma looks at the other kids giggling and playing unsure twisting the end of her sweatshirt. April sees the little girl's nervousness smiling gently patting her head "Don't worry I'll be right here if you need me I promise."
Emma smiles feeling better as she turns running away to plan with the other kids. April nods grabbing her notebook beginning to work on her school assignment.

April looks down writing on in her notebook, Emma walks up to her covered in a sticky yellow substance April cocks an eyebrow confused "Emma what is that all over you?"
"I don't know but it taste really good." Emma shrugs her shoulders licking her hands.
April hears a woman scream making her look up in concern, she could see people and kids running around swatting bees away in a panic
April's eyes widen as she realized
Emma was playing and broke a bee hive!!
April quickly grabs her stuff throwing it into the bag and quickly picking up Emma carrying her in front of her speed walking with a scared smile on her face "Oooookay Emma it's time to go.. now.. Quickly!!"

"Now what have we learned?" April cocks an eyebrow with a smile wiping Emma's face and hands with a wet wipe.
"Beehives are not for playing."
"Good Girl." April smiles ruffing Emma's hair making her giggle throwing the wet wipe in the trash. The girls walks up to a vending machine like machine, April pulls out coins from her pocket about to putting it in the slot but she feels a tug on her pant leg, she looks down seeing Emma reaching her arms up bouncing up and down "Eh Eh Eh!!"
April rolls her eyes amused picking Emma up holding her towards the machine "Now put the coins in that slot and push that button okay?" Emma does what she told putting the coin in the slot and pushes the button that was shaped like a pizza. Two little wooden pieces with pizzas on it comes from the bottom "What's this April?" Emma asked holding up the block curiously.
"That's how we order our food coming up I want you to meet someone." April smiles grabbing Emma's hand leading her inside the restaurant not noticing someone was watching them from the roof across the street like a hawk.
April opens the door as Emma happily bounces in making April laugh walking inside, Murakami chops up some onions on a chopping board he perks up when he hears April's voice "Hello Mr Murakami-san!"
"Ah April-Chan so good to see you," Murakami turns around with a smile he leans over to Emma's direction "Who is this little one with you?"
"This is the turtles little sister Emma, Emma this is Mister Murakami he's a friend."
Emma smiles waving at Murakami with a bright smile she frowns a bit at him turning to April whispering to her quietly "April why isn't he waving back, that's rude."
"Emma's he's blind."
"What does blind mean?"
"It means he can't see you with his eyes."
Emma's cheeks turn a little red that she judged a blind man, she looks up at Murakami pushing two fingers together looking at him somberly "Oh..s-sorry mister Murakami."
"It's alright little one you didn't know." Murakami smiles warmly patting her head making Emma shrink a bit at his kind touch. April helps Emma onto the stool before sitting down herself "What will you be having girls?" Murakami asked, April hands him the two wooden pieces as he takes them rubbing the wood against his finger before smiling brightly and knowingly "Ah! Pizza Gyōza I'll get that started for you."
April smiles with a nod before she hears squeaking and grunting, she turns to the side seeing Emma crossing her legs rocking back and forth whimpering a bit "Emma you okay?"
Emma turns to her puffing out her cheeks looking up at the teenage girl bouncing in her seat "I have to go potty."
April blinks a minute smiling at how cute Emma was even when she had to use the bathroom, she points to behind Murakami's station "Okay you see that door right there? It's gonna be right there."
Emma quickly hops down holding her hands between her legs running to the bathroom.
"Cute kid."
April perks up turning to her left seeing Karai luckily for her she's never meet her before so April didn't know who she was "Yeah she's my friends sister that I'm babysitting for the day."
Karai sits down next to her handing Murakami a wooden piece with a turtle on it. He takes it rubbing his thumb against it, he shivers a bit uneasy turning his back to making the food for the girls. "So what brings you to New York?" April asked curiously.
"I'm here with my dad he's here to close an old deal" Karai breaks her chopsticks apart.
"What's he do?"
"He's into kitchen utensils. Knifes mostly."
Murakami places the girls food in front of them while also handing April a spare plate with a smile "A plate for the little one."
Karai clasps her hands together blessing her food "Itadakimasu"
"Itadakimasu" April awkwardly repeats.
"Okay let's see what these pizza potstickers are all about." Karai smiles grabbing a pizza gyoza popping it in her mouth, she chews it before giving April a satisfying smile "Best Dumpling Ever!"
"I know right!" April chuckles, Karai pushes her bowl in front of her "Now you try mine." April looks down at the green soup curiously "What is it?" She grabs the spoon blowing on it to cool it down before she sipped it.
"Suppon."
April opens her mouth about to eat it
"Turtle Soup."
April's eyes widen as a cold shoved runs down her spine as a realization comes to her of who was sitting next to her "Karai"
Karai couldn't help but give the red haired girl a smirk "In person." April quickly stands up from her seat. She tries to scoot towards the bathroom where Emma was "I-I should go check up on Emma she's been in there for a while-" Karai stops her "Don't even think about it." She grabs the strap on April's bag. The bathroom door opens as Emma breathes heavily to herself with a sheepish smile rubbing the back of her head before noticing Karai in front of April "Sorry it took me so long April I really need to potty- Karai!"
Karai smirks at the little girl glaring at her before pulling April towards her grabbing her wrist with an evil smile "Sup half pint you and red head are coming with me my father would love to meet you both."
Emma growls her fangs at her running up to Karai punching her leg with her tiny fists trying to her to let April go "You leave April alone you ugly meanie!!"
Karai rolls her eyes grabbing Emma by the back of her shirt lifting her up to her face "You are so cute.. stupid but cute." She mockingly scrunches her nose at Emma wildly swings her fists at the teenage girl but misses.
Thankfully Murakami throws the hot soup onto Karai making her yell in pain dropping Emma onto her butt and letting go of April who falls to her knees, she quickly turns to see Emma reaching for the pizza Gyoza on the plate "Come on Emma we gotta go." April quickly goes over to Emma.
"But I didn't get to eat my dumplings yet!" Emma whines a bit with a pouted lip. April quickly scoops Emma up in her arms as Emma was able to grab two pizza gyoza stuffing one in her mouth while April runs out the door with her in her arms.
Karai quickly pushes Murakami out of the way sprinting out of the restaurant. She looks around until she sees April bolting away carrying Emma who's still chewing on her dumpling but accidentally drops one form bouncing in April's arms looking at it with a sad cute face while April calls Donnie on her T-Phone "Aww April I dropped one."
"April Hi! This is not a great time!!" Donnie screams on the phone in April's ear "Donnie Karai's after me and Emma!"
"What?! Is Emma okay?"
April hands Emma the phone huffing and puffing while Karai chased them, Emma puts the phone to her ear bouncing up and down on April's shoulder "Hi Donnie!"
"Emma! Are you okay?"
"Yeah I'm okay but I dropped one of my dumplings. Can you make me some later?"
"Yeah! Yeah yeah I'll make you as much as you want! C-Can you hand April the phone please?"
"Okay!" Emma chirps handing April back the phone "A-April I'm sorry we can't there but you worry you just stay calm. And Run! Run For Your Life!!" Donnie screams with worry and panic for his crush and little sister. April ends the call looking behind her seeing Karai gagging up on them "Oh no."
Emma looks back at April panicked expression and then at Karai getting closer. She looks down at the last dumpling in her hand, dramatically nuzzling it on her cheek "Goodbye my sweet." She gives it a kiss before chunking it at Karai's face hitting her square in the nose making her grunt in surprise.
"Thanks Emma." April turns around at Emma smiling at her, if she wasn't so focused on getting away from a kunoichi she'd give her a big hug.
She looks straight ahead to see a pizza delivery boy walking towards a brownstone with his red scooter "Hey is that pizza for April O'Neil?"
"Uh no it's for-"
Before he could finished April hops on his scooter with Emma in front of her giving the guy a somber smile "I'll bring it back I promise! Hold on tight Emma okay?"
Emma squeals with laughter enjoying the ride wearing the spare helmet.
Karai stops in her tracks slightly shaking her head walking over to the alley way, the pizza boy cocks an eyebrow confused until he scrambles to het out of the way of Karai's motorcycle chasing after the two girls.
April stops at a red light breathing a sigh of relief patting Emma's helmet covered head with a smile "Okay I think we're good." Emma turns to the side seeing Karai popping a wheelie towards them. April gasps starting the scooter up almost crashing into oncoming cars.
She grabs Emma's waist pulling her close to her so she won't fall off or get hurt. Karai pulls up next to them trying to swat and snatch at Emma but April pulls her away keeping her away from her.
In the process April turns to the right speeding off between a car and a large truck. Karai stops her motorcycle to a screeching halt glaring at the two girls
"Bye Bye crazy butt!" Emma turns around waving to Karai in a sweet teasing way.
Emma's phone rings as she picks up answering it with a chirping voice "Hi Donnie!"
"Hi peanut um let me talk to April for a second okay?" Donnie's voice sounded panicked at Emma who knows handing April the phone "April, what's your status?"
"Could be better!" April smiles sheepishly
"And Emma?"
April looks down at Emma holding onto her arm squealing with a bright smile on her face with her hands in the air letting wind blow in her short brown hair. "Um she's having.. fun."
"Don't worry, Okay, we're on our way. We'll be there soon!"
April then suddenly hears screams coming from the other side of the phone along with the guys scream in fear and terror, "Actually, there might be a slight delay."
Karai jumps from rooftop to rooftop following them with a determined glare. She pulls out a ninja star chucking it at the scooter, April gasps in surprise as the ninja star stabs into the mirror barley missing Emma's face by inches, Emma's eyes sparkles as she goes to grab it to keep for herself but April quickly grabs Emma's hand cautiously while the little girl pout "Emma no don't touch that." April pulls into an alley stopping the scooter. She quickly grabs Emma off the scooter lowering her on her feet "Okay Emma I need to teleport us underground to the sewers okay?"
"But if I can't? I still trying to learn how to control my powers I don't want you mad at me." Emma looks up at April with big eyes unsure poking two fingers together frowning. April softens her face putting a hand on her shoulders making Emma look at her. "Don't worry I won't be mad at you I promise I just don't you to get hurt okay? Just try to think really really hard."
Emma frowns nodding closing her eyes puffing out her cheeks clutching her fists to her chest trying to concentrate.
"That is a adorable."
Emma and April turn to see Karai at the end of the alley taking her helmet off smirking at them. April frown glaring at her gently putting Emma behind her in a fighting stance "Get behind me Emma."
"You've got guts; let's see if I can pound that out of you. Karai starts walking up to them cracking her knuckles.
Emma hisses her fangs at her in a threatening vampire like way with glowing turquoise eyes, Karai with a scoff looking at April with a cocked eyebrow "You need a six year to help you fight? And here I thought you couldn't get more pathetic."
April pulls out her tessen in front of her showing it off "A tessen, beautiful unassuming and very powerful.. in the right hands." Karai raises her eyebrows impressed with a slight hint of sarcasm. "It is in the right hands and those hands are cool and gonna kick your big butt!!" Emma growls at Karai pointing at her making April look down smiling a bit flattered.
"You talk too much kid, I'll be sure to punch ya in the lips so they swell up nice and tight."
April growls angrily from the threat charged at her as Karai tossed it to the side and it made a clanging sound. April suddenly ran forward with her fists raised, and aimed a punch at Karai's face but Karai blocked it. April tries to punch again the skilled kunoichi blocked another one, and another, and another. April spun around, raised her leg, kicking Karai in her face. Emma turns her head as cringes inhaling sharply. Karia pauses for a moment wiping a bit of blood from her lip then she smirked at April.
"Good one,"
"Glad you enjoyed it," April said angrily.
"Now it's my turn."
Karai swiftly raised her fists and spread her feet as she got into a fighting position. April ran forward as Karai swung her leg out and kicked April in the chest, sending her back to the ground. She barely had time to get up before Karai ran forward and kicked her again, this time sending her straight into the wall.
Emma snarls at her beating up her friend as she feels her eyes glowing running up kicking Karai in the back of her leg hard yelling angrily "Leave her alone you big bully!!" Karai turns around back handing Emma in the cheek sending her on her back onto the hard ground "Do yourself a favor kid and stay down," she said. "The big girls are playing now."
Emma looks up at her with widen eyes quivering a lip feeling tears in her eyes welling up quickly, Karai chuckles with a mean smile "Aww not so tough now are you? Are you gonna cry crybaby?"
April growls clutching her fists going to punch her but Karai turns around kicking April in the chest knocking her a few feet away, April slides away on the ground groaning in pain. "What makes you so special?" Karai demanded putting her foot on April's chest as she tries to sit up knocking back down on the ground. "You're the center of an alien conspiracy, protected by mutants, and trained by a great ninja master. Why?"
April stands up reaching up behind Karai, grab her hair and yank her back making Karai yell out in pain. "I don't know!" April screamed. "I'm flunking Trig, my friends are mutants, aliens got my dad...!" The two girls struggles as Karai grabbed April's arms and swung her around, forcing her to release her hair. She throws April onto the ground pinning her down by her arm.
Karai pauses. "What? You lost your mother?"
Remembering Splinter's lesson from earlier, April quickly kicks Karai off of her making her fall on her butt. She growls standing up holding her fist back about to punch her. April flinched covering her face getting ready for the hit but Karai suddenly lets out a scream of pain. April opens her eyes seeing Emma biting down on Karai's arm with her fanged sharped teeth hard with glowing angry eyes growling like an angry dog.
She lets go backing up towards April, Karai glares at them both raising her fist back but her eyes start to droop looking dizzy and woozy before falling down into the subway.
April looks at Emma holding her hands in her cheeks "Emma are you okay?"
Emma nods with assuring smile bouncing up and down on her heels at April "Yeah I'm okay. April you were awesome!"
April chuckles ruffing Emma's hair picking her up in her arms walking away. "Thanks kiddo come on let's get out of here and get you some more pizza gyoza."
"Yay!!!"
April grinned chuckling at the little as she reached into her pocket and pulled out her phone.
"It's Donnie!" she said, and she quickly pressed the answer button and then put it on speaker. "Hey Donnie."
"April! You're okay!" Donnie's voice cried. "You hear that guys? My sweet princess is alive!"
Emma giggles covering her mouth in her hands as April widens her eyes looking at her phone not expecting that response going slightly red in the face.
"Did I mute that?" Donnie asked quietly.
"Let's agree that you did," said April.
"You got it! Is Emma okay?"
"Yeah sure fine hold on." April takes the phone off speaker handing Emma the phone as she puts the phone to her ear "Hi Donnie!"
"Emma! Oh baby sis I was so worried about you also.. let's not discuss what I just said ever okay?" Donnie whispers to Emma a bit embarrassed.
"Discuss what?"
"I've taught you well I'm so proud."

"And when her guard was down, I flipped her down and Emma bit her! She fell down the subway steps and we bolted!" April finished, demonstrating with her hands how she had flipped Karai.
"That is awesome!"
"You rock!"
"Kick butt!"
"Whoa you've got a poison bite Em Em you're like a cool vampire!" Mikey grabs Emma's waist holding her up with a bright smile making Emma giggle jokingly clawing at Mikey like she was gonna eat him "Roar!" Mikey and Emma giggle to each other as he lightly gives her a noogie.
"Impressive, girls," said Master Splinter. "You used your training well, and you fulfilled the most important goal of the ninja; to come home alive."
"Thank you, Sensei," April and Emma said, bowing towards Splinter. "Looks like I can take care of myself after all." April put her hands on her hips with a smirk.
"Yes," said Sensei. "And no."
April stared up at him confused. "Huh?"
"Karai may have lost this time," he said. "But if Shredder wants you, he will stop at nothing to find you. And with the Kraang after you as well, the wisest decision is for you to remain here, in the sewer, with us."
"What?!" April gasped, clearly horrified.
"Yay! April's gonna live here! April's gonna live-" Emma cheers singing before Raph covers her mouth to stop her lightly glaring at her.
"Oh, that's great!" Donnie said cheerfully, and, spotting the glare April was throwing him, quickly added, "I mean... Oh, that's horrible! That, you know, your life, as you know it, is-is over, and, um... I'll shut up now..."
"I can't stay down here!" April said desperately. "I mean, what about school? My friends? Everything?!"
April suddenly lowered herself to the ground and sat with her knees tucked into her chest. She looked devastated.
"April, Master Splinter's right," Leo said. "Until we stop Shredder and the Kraang, this is the only place you're safe."
April sighed. "So, once we stop them, I can have my life back?" she asked.
"Yes," said Leo.
April glanced down for a second, then looked up at them with a serious expression.
"Let's get started.

"You can sleep in my room if you want."
"T-Thank you Emma."
