" so where are we going ? " you gestured to the him as you two walked past the city full of people

Muzan replies, as he absolutely had no idea where you two were going,
since he didn't arrive at his actual destination, there's nowhere left for him to attend to...
You two ended up walking around the city with you doing most of the talking
And for a mute person you sure do talk a lot...

" M..Muz..zan..n - s..sam...a " you spoke out in a hoarse voice like a baby saying it's first word
Your eyes shine brightly as you suddenly grabbed his the shoulder of his suit and shook it aggresively while pointing at a stuffed toy displayed at the store.
He wasn't that fazed anymore since you do that on almost every shop you see...
But it was more than shocking that you manage to speak.
" your speech is getting better Y/N, does your throat still hurt? "
You shook your head as a no, he smiles at you as you both then continue to roam the streets...
A simple hangout turned into a quite enjoyable playdate, and as much as Muzan hates to admit such a petty thing,
he did enjoy your company...
After that.... the demons were suprised especially the Upper Demons at how much time you and Muzan spend together, you two go out almost every night it's outrageous!
But they wouldn't dare investigate further if they want to keep their heads.

" Y/N..... do you like being with me? " Muzan suddenly asked out of the blue while you two were riding a carriage on the way home.
" Of course! Why wouldn't I? " you gestured looking confused as if he just asked such a stupid question.
He chuckles seeing your face then says " all right then..........

With no hesitation
you said " yes" in a clear voice, which made his body stiff and for some reason feel oddly warm and fuzzy inside, but tried to play it off.
" (Laughs) I don't think you understand what I meant... "
" well what do you mean, Muzan - sama? " you gestured dumbfounded
He simply laughs and replies
" Nevermind "
The ride became quiet again

" Hey! " an angry pinkhaired grinch yells at you as you were snapped out of trance
This is the 'first time' your seeing a fireworks display, it sounds very familiar which is why you were very excited for this event, hoping that it may somehow jog your memory.
"Sorry!" You say as you cling unto his arm to not get drowned by the wave of people who were there for the same reason.
" The hell are you doing? Let go! " Akaza grunts with an embarrased expression
" But I'll get lost! " you reply tightening your grip which made his face match the color of his hair
" wh- LOST?! WHAT ARE YOU 5?! LET GO! "
And so you did let go...
And you did get lost...
Which he had to find you after being swarmed by people, and it was much, much, much way longer than he anticipated.
In his mind it would have been easier to find you if he could've just killed the runts in his way too bad
he was babysitting at the time.
Akaza carried you up to the highest roof on the village to get a better view of the fireworks
" Thank you Akaza, but.... why didn't we just went up here in the first place? " you ask
" Oh wow, not even a thank you huh? " he grunts
" But I did say thank you! And...... I just said I wanted to see what a firework looks like I didn't ask to come here, so.... It's kind of on you... "
" You know what? it was much much better when you couldn't talk cause all I had to do is tie your hands or turn my face away from you and I'm good, NOW I got no choice but to, cause I can hear ya..."
"That's just mean." You crossed your arms
"Oh... sweetheart I can be much worse that just being 'mean' " he replies smirking as he sat down
" And why ask me to accompany you huh? Why not Douma? Or 'him'? Or literally anybody else? aren't you like.. closer? To them? "
" Well... I heard that you like fireworks, so I thought you might like it! " you say
" And who told told you that? "
" Secret..." you say as you sat beside him
" why is fireworks your favorite? Is it like a childhood thing Akaza-kun? " you ask
" alright, who the hell said I like fireworks? And.... I don't have a childhood. "
You tilt your head in a confused manner
" I mean.... I don't really have any memory of anything at all.... I woke up one day and... I was a demon serving Muzan... I get some flashes of like, memories here and there, but that's about it.... "
" oh! I have the same thing! I always have flashes of memories when I hear things that are familiar, and..and It's in like the tip of my tounge everytime but I just couldn't fully remember it and..... that's why I always want to go somewhere... cause that triggers up the memories, and........... I want to remember..."
