The flight back home was quite, Jimin's mind was busy, thinking what should he do. He knew he had to speak with Namjoon, there was no way around it. It just hurts so much, knowing that the person you love so much, doesn't love you as much as you thought he would. All of a sudden he questioned if Namjoon loved him at all. Or were they together out of convenience, because both were werewolves. Jimin closed his eyes, fighting his tears, he loved Namjoon and very much to be precise. That's why his heart was breaking and there was nothing he could do about.
Jin on the other hand was confused, how was it possible that Taehyung's kiss felt so similar to Jungkook's. It gave him the same tingle in his body. He wondered, was is it because of their eyes? Both, Jungkook's and Taehyung's eyes turned red. Their lips did feel different tho, both men had a strong grip but Jungkook's touch felt somehow softer. He shook his head, his brain yelled at him to stop thinking about Jungkook, for god's sake the man is getting married in few months.
As the private jet landed, three cars were waiting for them. Exiting the plane, Jin saw Namjoon and Jungkook leaning against a car, with them two other figures. His PA Chris was waiting for him next to his company car. Walking down the stairs Jin turned towards Jimin, who gasped seeing Namjoon and muttered, "what is he doing here? Taehyung probably told him." Jin stood in front of him to get his attention and asked, "will you be ok? You know you can drive with me home." Jimin smiled, remembering they do live in the same building. He averted his eyes towards Namjoon, who seemed to look tired and...sad.
"It's ok Jin, I'll have to speak with him, it's inevitable" said Jimin, giving him a forced smile. "Thank you for everything" he added as he hugged Jin tightly. "I will text you when I get home, maybe we can have dinner together, I don't think I want to be alone" said Jimin as Jin hugged him back. Breaking their hug, Jin said, "just come over, we'll order some food."
Jimin walked towards Namjoon and Jin went to his PA Chris, without acknowledging the others.
Jungkook ran behind him and grabbed his arm turning him around to face him but was surprised when Jin spoke, "take off your hands of me." Jungkook did as ordered and asked, "can I drive you home?" Jin said, "thank you but no, my PA is waiting for me." Jungkook stepped in front of him, blocking his way. Jin rolled his eyes and asked, "what do you want? You're getting married in what, 3 or 4 months? Just leave me alone. And if it makes you feel better, I regret ever kissing you." Jin took a step back and was about to walk around him but stopped, "oh, Yoongi asked me to accompany him to your wedding, as his date." Jungkook clenched his jaw, watching Jin walk away with his PA.
"Why are we here" asked a really pissed Jimin. Namjoon, still holding the door open for him to get out of the car, that was parked in front of the Kim mansion.
"Please Jimin, your parents are here too, they arrived two days ago."
"What?" Yelled Jimin, getting out of the car, glaring at Namjoon.
Entering the house, Jimin could see that more people were there, then just his parents. He walked into the living room and bowed to all of them. Namjoon guided him towards the couch. Sitting down, Namjoon right next to him, Jimin's mother came to his other side, a worried expression on her face.
Looking around, he saw two guards standing at the door, his father sitting next to Namjoon's mother and two elders from their pack next to them.
"What is this?" Asked a totally confused Jimin, who's guts were screaming to get out of there.
Feeling his mother's hands on his, he turned towards her, "baby what's wrong? Hmm, Namjoon said you.." Jimin didn't let her finish and stood up, "I need to use the bathroom" he said walking away. In the corner of his eyes, he saw one of the guards following him. He locked the bathroom door, his heart beating like crazy. That was not what he expected, he took out his phone and send a message to Jin.
Jin arrived in the office and received all the updates from his PA when his phone buzzed. He saw a message from Jimin, 'Jin help me, I'm at Namjoon's mansion, address xxx, I have a bad feeling, please get me out of here'.
Jin grabbed his keys and drove there. The gate was closed and a guard asked his name and if he had an appointment. Jin said, that Park Jimin is awaiting him. Another guard, who spoke on the phone turned to Jin, saying that Mr Park wasn't home yet and he should come later. Jin smirked at him and reversed the car. He stopped 5 meters away and put the gear-shifter into drive, then pushed the accelerator. The car sped up with full speed, braking the wooden gate and making the guards to jump to the side. Jin stopped in front of the house and honked.
The guards called Namjoon and ran after Jin. Everyone in the house heard the crushing noise from the outside, followed by a car honking. They all got up and followed Namjoon outside.
The two guards from the gate arrived too and tried to grab Jin. Unfortunately for them, they weren't a match to him. The first one who tried to grab Jin, got his arm twisted and a kick in his guts. The second one tried to punch Jin from the side but got his fist caught and forcefully smashed against his own face, braking his own nose.
Jimin wanted to run to Jin but two guards held him in place. Namjoon and the others couldn't believe that a human could physically do such harm to a werewolf. Namjoon stepped forward, looking at the two guards on the ground, he asked, "Kim Seokjin, what is all this about?" Jin's gaze moved from Jimin to Namjoon and then to the others standing behind them.
"Jimin is coming with me" he said in a very cold tone, eyes on the two men holding Jimin's arms, he added, "if you don't want me to break your arms, I suggest you to let Jimin go."
"Seokjin, I advise you to leave my property, before I call the police" said Namjoon in a very threatening tone. Jin chuckled, leaning against his car, he crossed his arms over his chest, "please do that. You can also explain to them why you're holding your ex fiancé here against his will." One of the guards, who was holding Jimin's arm let go of him and stepped next to Namjoon. Jin began walking towards Jimin and was about to pass Namjoon and the guard, when the man grabbed Jin's arm and tried to overpower him. But as the man grabbed Jin's arm, second later he fell unconscious to the ground. Everyone was shocked as they looked at Jin, whose eyes were now white and he kept walking towards Jimin. His eyes locked with one of the elders, whose eyes turned blue. Jin turned his gaze to the others and all their eyes turned to green, blue or red, except Jimin's were golden. They all looked down, couldn't understand why their eyes were changing while at the same time their abilities seemed to be blocked.
"Jimin" said Jin holding up his hand for him to take. As Jimin got into the car, Jin stopped next to Namjoon and said, "if you want to speak with your fiancé, come to my apartment, alone." He got into the car too and drove away.
Finally able to turn their eyes color back, Namjoon and the others were left shocked.
"What the fuck is he" yelled a frustrated Namjoon.
"Are you okay? Did they hurt you" asked a worried Jin. Jimin shook his head, he was still shaken about what happened. When Jin parked his car, Jimin finally spoke, "your car, I'm sorry, you will need to bring it to a workshop." Hearing that Jin chuckled, don't worry that's not my 'baby', that's just a company car." He leaned towards Jimin and whispered, "maybe one day I will show you my 'baby' and let you ride it." Jimin gasped, eyes widened and his cheeks turned red, making Jin chuckle. "Did you just flirt with me" asked a shy Jimin, "I'm the flirt expert, not you" he added. After giving Jimin a smug grin, he said, "hey, I'm talking about my car, why are you blushing and what's the talk about flirting?" Receiving a slight push from Jimin, he laughed out loud.
Sitting on the couch, Jimin observed the apartment's layout, it was the same as his. Jin came back from the kitchen, "here your tea."
"Thank you Jin, thank you so much" he said. Jin shrugged his shoulders, "it's just a simple tea, Minie."
Jimin rolled his eyes at Jin's behavior and said, "I mean, for getting me out of there." Jin laughed, "anytime."
Shortly after Jin's phone rang, he looked at the unfamiliar number, "ahhh, this might be your ex fiancé. Hello" he said, putting the phone on speaker.
"Jin, this is Namjoon, I would like to apologize. It wasn't my intention to hurt Jimin or you.." Jin rolled his eyes and interrupted him, "apology accepted, I'm not hurt but Jimin...you scared him." They could hear Namjoon's heavy breathing. "I would like to speak with him" he managed to say. Jin looked at Jimin, who nodded. "Tomorrow 10am, you can come over. For now, I think Jimin needs a good rest." "Okay, thank you for taking care of him and please tell him that I love him so much."
As Namjoon hang up the phone, he looked at Jungkook and Hoseok, who arrived just 10 minutes ago. A knock on the door made him yell, "come in." Yoongi entered Namjoon's study and saw Jungkook, Hoseok with two elders.
"What's this?" He asked, feeling already annoyed. No one answered, instead Namjoon gestured him to take a seat. He pushed a button on the remote and the big screen showed the surveillance video, the front of Namjoon's house. No one spoke as they all watched Jin, without big effort knocking out three guards. When it finished, Yoongi chuckled, "so what? Jin kicked your asses. I knew he's special." Receiving angry glares from the two elders, he scoffed, "what now? You thought we're the strongest ones walking on earth?" Shaking his head Yoongi continued, "no wonder our race is doomed. Your arrogance... thinking we're superior to the humans. Expelling your own people from their packs, because they fell in love. How dare they fall in love with 'mere humans'?" He mimicked the elders saying that and took a deep breath then continued more calmly, "do you know how many werewolves die without having any children? Why? Because they didn't fall in love with another werewolf. Not that they would have a big choice to pick." Looking around specifically at Jungkook, he continued, "Or even better, they accept arranged marriages and live 'unhappily ever after', having one or in very rear cases two children. Cause with time passing, they learn to tolerate each other, by developing a friendship kind of relationship or they divorce." Pausing, Yoongi closed his eyes. When he opened them they were a beautiful green color as he spoke, "We see that our way of life doesn't work. I have so many ideas how to progress, make our people live happily with their loved ones, how to increase our numbers...but you are not ready for a change." Saying that he looked back at the two elders, "so, I'm just gonna leave." Standing up, "you should be the smarter ones, with all your knowledge and life experience but all I see is stubborn old people, with wrinkles and weak bodies." The others in the room gasped and were shocked hearing Yoongi's disrespectful words towards the two elders. Before leaving the office and slamming the door, he turned towards Namjoon and said, "if you really are interested in saving our race call me, otherwise don't waist my time."
