This is just a mixture of a doodle dump, and some random other artsy things!
I colored the foxalotl! Prismacolor colored pencils and a regular graphite pencil.
Tried out something new for my male human style, not completely sure if it works or not- I think it may not be masculine enough, but what do you think?
Just a girl laughing really hard- I attempted to work on emotion and extremity, so my art has more feeling to it. Don't want my humans to be looking like their dead inside- Unless that's what I'm going for-
In art, we decorated our sketchbooks! I went for the lotus and koi fish theme, since I just love the look. As usual, watercolor!
And in art, we are on a false taxidermy project! I chose the blue jay, since I really wanted to make a pretty birb. This photo was the time where I haven't attached the wings yet. Wingless birb-
Here's it just strewn out- I hated the wings after I added the black stripes- So I covered it up.
Here it is with the backboard and attached wings! My friend said the backboard looked like a chestnut-
It looked quite bland before, so I decided to add some paper flowers! Not completely finished yet.
Alright, onto the deliciousness! My sister and cousins assisted me in baking these. It was kinda a disaster. That's why I usually bake alone lol- They almost burned down the house- Literally I asked them okay I think it should be ready, you sure you did the right temperature? They nodded. I opened up the oven, and freaking smoke came out. The tarts were fine, don't worry. Kinda. They got patchy in darker spots- They tried icing it too, since they said they wanted to help, but it just turned out to be a glob of icing on the tart. I did the rest-
A close up! It was surprisingly yummy, considering the first batch of icing was a dark grey-
Here's the inside! A little glob of jam inside the flaky, crispy, slightly doughy outside.
That will be all for now! Thank you so so much for reading, and have a wonderful day/night and everything in between!
