"Phi Pat!" I shout as I run towards him.
"Where are you going Phi Pat?" I ask curiously with my beaming smile.
"Why are you calling me Phi?" He asks.
"Because you are my Older Brother Phi." I reply confused. Isn't it normal for the younger brother to call his older brother Phi?
"But it was you who said you hated being my younger brother that you would never acknowledge me as your Phi even if you died."
Oh... He must have been hurt by those words. But it wasn't me who said those words but Pete. But still I own him an apology as I am currently residing in Pete's body.
"I am Sorry Phi." I say.
"I know that I must have hurt you a lot. It was just cause I hated the fact that you were the perfect older brother and that I was always being compared to you. But still it doesn't give me any right to behave badly. I am sincerely sorry Phi. I know you can't trust me yet but Could we start over?" I ask with tears in my eyes.
I know that Pat isn't my real Brother but I can't help but feel bad for him. I remember he was the one who gave up on his pride and begged Kinn to spare his brother. Pete didn't hate his Family either. It was just his way of asking for love. Being neglected by his Fathers and Brothers for work, He started behaving rudely hoping that at least then they would look at him, even if that look was full of hatred.
Pat's POV
This is the first time in my life that I have heard Pete apologizing. The arrogant stuck up younger brother saying sorry to me? I can't believe what I am hearing. I don't know why But I feel like trusting Pete. He truly have seemed to changed.
"It's partially my fault too. Perhaps If I took the efforts to know why you acted the way you did instead of acting like It was all fine then perhaps our relationship would have been much better."
"Can I hug you Phi?" Pete asks and I was taken back by that request.
Without answering I just walk forward and hug him tightly. I can feel him hugging me back. I am feeling so happy now.
"I love you Phi. Sorry for being a bad Nong."
I smile as I feel tears rolling down my cheeks. "I am sorry too Pete."
Pete's POV
I am glad I could sort out the misunderstandings with Pat. But I still couldn't talk about Kinn. I should think of an appropriate time and ask Phi Pat for the favor. But till then I should try improving my bond with them.
"Ple" I call my maidservant.
"Yes, Khun Pete."
"What are my brothers doing?"
"They must be having lunch in the Main Mansion with Khun Prem."
"Hmm.... Let's go then."
