C: Honestly, I was just looking for a competitive environment so I could find out more about my writing strengths and weaknesses.
M: Okayy. So, how was the experience?
C: It was okay. Got what I was looking for in the end.
M: What's one thing you learned while you were still a contestant?
C: I guess I learned to pay more attention to detail. The judge was trying to tell me something about my punctuation but I didn't get it until it was too late. So I've also learned that editing my work is important.
M: Okayy. Niceee. How did leaving the house make you feel?
C: I was sad. Not too sad cause I kinda expected it after reading the reviews. But I was kinda down.

M: What do you think made you get evicted and how do you plan to improve?
C: Definitely the punctuations. Honestly I might take a break from writing for a while to pull myself together but I'll definitely take editing more seriously.

M: What were your last moments in the house?
C: I didn't really talk a lot there but my last moments were probably watching everyone talk about how hard the next stage might be.

C: At the time I felt useless— like my write juices we're flowing properly. I needed a challenge.

C: I was sad, no one likes loosing, but also kind of relieved. I have too much on my plate🥲

C: Definitely my lack of understanding themes. And I'll try to get my brain to understand what themes are.

Q: That’s good. Why did you choose to participate in the Project Pen writing contest?
A: I entered because I wanted the experience and I wanted to try something new.
M: That’s a good reason
C: Thanks.
Q: How was the experience?
A: It was “an experience”don’t know if that makes sense. Lol, but it was good overall. I learnt so many things. I’m happy I joined the competition.
M: I guess you mean it’s an experience that you’ll never forget. I’m glad you enjoyed it.
Q: What’s one thing you learnt while you were still a contestant?
A: Punctuations. That was a good lesson not gonna lie. It was very helpful. I wish we had more lessons. Also, I learned how to present my stories and how to stick to a particular tense when writing. It was good. Very helpful.
M: The Judge that made a note on punctuation really did her best, you would have read more on it on your own. In writing, research is very important. I’m glad you learnt all these from project pen, we really achieved the goal of helping writers become better.
Q: How did leaving the house make you feel?
A: Lol. This question. Honestly, I felt bad. I felt sad mostly because I knew where my failure was coming from. It’s normal to feel sad after eviction but I am good now and I am glad I know exactly why I was evicted.
M: The goal is to become better, next time you’ll do better. I’m glad you've gotten over it.
Q: How do you intend to improve on your writing skills?
A: I will do more research and read more books. I can also ask for help from other Writers.
