It was the look on his face that
said it all. He was over it and fed up with me.
"Chris can we talk outside?"
He looked at the boys before nodding his head.
Once we got outside I followed him to his car.
"Where are we going?"
"To my car" he said opening my door.
"Thank you" I said before he slammed the door.
"Are you mad?"
"How can you ask that. Do you think Keri's
sorry ass apology is going to make everything go back to normal?"
"No but— Then this morning you don't want to talk and all of a sudden you want to talk me?"
I looked out of the window in frustration.
I hate when he gets angry like this.
"FUCK!"
"Calm down" I demanded looking at him.
"Did you like me more when I was just your secret?"
"Chris please, is this what your mad about?"
"It's a yes or no question"
"I DON'T KNOW!"
"What is that supposed to mean!?"
"I can't be yelling like this with you. I got a tour coming up and I need to rest my voice. So if you'll excuse me— No Toni your gonna stay in this car. You always walk away and expect me to stay for you"
"Do you want to go? You wanna leave?"
"Yes Toni I been ready!"
"Go! I don't need you!"
I rushed out of his car after giving him one last look.
On my way back to the house I felt my heart collapsing to my stomach. And as the tears ran down my face I felt Chris's arms come around my back.
He held me in his arms as I turned around.
I was balling into his chest.
"I'm not leaving you. Come on I think
the neighbors are watching" he said walking
me to the house.
Once we got in he picked me up and carried me like a baby to my room.
"Chris— It's okay" he said laying me on the bed.
Chris POV
"I'm staying" I said as I held her.
She fell asleep in my arms once she stopped crying.
I was trying not to wake her slowly pulled her off of my arm.
"Huh, where are you going?"
"Nowhere Toni, your cutting off my circulation"
I chuckled.
"What time is it?"
"It's three"
"Thanks for staying" she yawned.
"Of course you know I got you" I said
kissing her forehead before she pouted her lips.
"What's the matter?"
"You forgot a spot"she said poking her lips out.
As I went in to kiss her she pulled
me in kissing me passionately.
"We gotta fix this, fix us. Because your not my secret Chris. I thought you were over that?"
"I was but this just bought up old feelings"
"You wanna come on tour with me?"
Toni POV
He bursted out in laughter after my question.
"What's funny?"
"Oh your serious"
"Yes!"
"You want me to be there for just your U.S. shows?"
"No come with me to Japan and Europe.
Let's show them your not going anywhere.
I'm not hiding you no more if that's how you feel"
"It's not a bad idea I guess"
"No it's amazing. Tour sex?"
His face lit up as his smile grew even bigger before bitting his lips.
"You like that don't you?" I asked laughing
as he gripped my thigh.
As I laughed I felt his tongue gently lick my neck sending chills down my spine. My body arched as he sucked on my spot.
I felt his hand sliding down my shorts. I was anxiously waiting for him to touch me lower. I was so excited I felt myself getting wet.
"Mom! Deziel and I are leaving we're
going to the mall!"
Chris stopped as we heard Denim on the other side of the door.
"Shit" I whined looking at Chris.
"OKAY! KNOCK NEXT TIME" I yelled back.
Chris laughed at me but I wasn't smiling.
"They killed the mood" I said looking at Chris.
"I'm looking forward to that tour sex"
"Me too" I said before kissing him.
Chris POV
Toni and I have been in a really good place the past few months ever since Keri apologized.
No jealous mom, no jealous ex's.
Bringing me on tour was the best decision for us.
It's been stress free and I'm loving it.
Tonight is the last night of her tour and I'm really going to miss it. Toni's been working and I'm by her side. If she's not working we're at the hotel or going on little dates.
Both Towanda and Trina are always trying
to third wheel. It's starting to get annoying. But I know just want to spend time with they're sister.
Speaking of Towanda and Trina they're
late to sound check.
"Where are they!? Chris can you try
calling them again please?"
"Okay Tone" I said shaking my head.
I've been calling them all morning.
"What if they're still in the hotel asleep" Toni's manager Craig said pacing back and forth.
"I hope not Craig" Toni replied.
"I hope we won't have to bail out Trina for drunk driving. You know Trina" I chuckled.
