"You guys can do whatever you want with him. But, remember one thing, I want him alive, do you understand?" Seokjin seethed through his gritted teeth.
"Yes, hyung", he heard back.
He went out of the meeting room to Aera's room.
All his anger vanished, when he saw her sleeping peacefully.
He rubbed his face with his hands as he sat near her, on the edge of the bed.
He just mindlessly scrolled through his phone to pass some time.
He stayed at home, to look after her, especially because she was off since morning.
By evening, Aera woke up to see her Jin Oppa sleeping, leaning against the headboard.
She thought of not to wake him up.
She switched on the lights as she went to the washroom.
Even after the long nap, she didn't feel fresh at all.
It's worse than before.
She came back and sat on the bed and began to play some games in Jin's phone.
"Had a good sleep, princess?",a voice startled her.
"Yes, Oppa. Why are you sleeping like this, you can lay down beside me, Oppa", she said worried.
"It's fine, baby. I thought not to disturb you", he said smiling gently.
Actually, he was not sleeping.
He was just closing his eyes, hoping he would be asleep, but his messed up mind didn't like it.
"Come, let's eat. Since morning, you didn't eat anything", he said as he got up from her bed as she did the same.
She held his hand, swinging it back and forth as they were walking.
"What's for dinner, Oppa?", She asked looking up at him.
"I don't know, baby, let's see", he said as they descended the stairs.
They came to the dining room.
That's when Aera realized the eerie silence beside them.
"Oppa, where are others?",she asked looking around.
"They are gone for a meeting, baby",he said as he took a look at the foods placed.
"Then, I can wait for them", she said as she played with her fingers.
"No, babygirl. They will be late. We can eat. Look it's your favorite pasta. Come, I'll feed you", Jin said as he pulled her to sit down next to him.
She looked unsure.
He sighed and pulled her to his lap.
"Its really fine, baby", he said as he brought the spoon infront of her lips.
She ate quietly.
They finished their dinner.
"Come, let's watch something", Jin said as he pulled her to the living room.
They snuggled up against each other.
On the halfway through the movie, Jin noticed Aera was already sleeping.
She never sleeps this much.
His hands went inside her t-shirt, first on her back.
Her temperature was a little high, not that alarming.
Then his hands moved to her chest.
It's normal again.
He sighed.
He couldn't understand what's wrong with her.
He had some medical knowledge.
But, he couldn't understand the reason for her tiredness.
If it continues till tomorrow, then they need to visit the hospital.
He rubbed his face and picked her up in his arms.
He went to her room and sat her down on the bed.
"Aera, baby, wake up, honey", he said as he patted her cheeks.
She hummed in her sleep.
"You wanna change your clothes?",he asked gently.
She hummed again.
She was wearing a t-shirt and sweatpants.
He took off her sweatpants and t-shirt.
He wore her, her favourite hoodie.
He laid her down on the centre of the bed and kissed her forehead.
"Sleep well, babygirl. I want my baby normal", he said to himself.
He sat on her study desk and began to do his office work.
By 10 pm, his brothers returned home.
He closed Aera's door as he walked downstairs to see them in the living room.
"Hyung, you can go", Hobi said as soon as he saw him.
Jin just nodded his head.
"Look after my princess", he said as worry laced his voice.
Everyone's head jolted up.
"Is everything okay, hyung?", Namjoon asked.
He sighed.
"I don't know. But, something's definitely off her. Just look after her till I come back ", he said as he took his car keys and went out of the house.
He reached the warehouse as guards bowed down to him.
He went straight to the torture room.
He smiled seeing the pathetic man infront of him.
His brothers had done a very good job.
The disgusting man's left eye was taken out.
One of his ear was cutted off.
He was hanging naked.
His genitals were cut off.
Blood was oozing out everywhere from his body.
Looks like both his hands have been burned by acid.
There were so much marks on his body.
Hearing the foot steps, Choi Sungmin opened his eye.
He had no energy left to talk, but he managed to stutter something out.
"If y-yo-ur f-fa-th-er w-as h-", he was cutted off by Jin.
"If our dad was here, he would have killed you, the first time, you eyed her", he said with the cold stare.
"You know Choi, you shouldn't mess with Kim's especially our baby sister. But you have already surpassed your limits, Choi. I won't hold back, now", Jin said through gritted teeth.
He picked up the thorny rod as he walked towards him with a sinister smirk.
The brothers entered Aera's room to see her sleeping.
"Hyung, she wouldn't sleep this much", Jungkook mumbled.
"Yes, Kook. I think Jin hyung is so worried about her. Even, he didn't know what's wrong", Jimin said sadly.
"Shh, let's not disturb her. You guys can go. I'll stay with her", Namjoon said as he went near her bed.
Others obeyed him.
Everyone left, expect for one person.
Yoongi.
He was standing there looking at her.
He just wished Aera would be normal and cling on to him.
He wanted her smiling and giggling in his arms.
He wanted her to disturb him, not letting him sleep.
He wanted her to grab his cheeks and pull them, while smiling so bright.
"Hyung", Namjoon's voice broke him out of his trance.
He walked to the bed and caressed Aera's hair.
He kissed her forehead and cheeks.
"I want you back, kitten", he said as he left the room.
Namjoon sighed as he looked at her.
"Everyone needs you, little one", he said as he laid down beside her.
He laid her body on top of his, as she always likes to lay on his buff body.
He stroked her hair till her back.
"Sleep well, babygirl", he murmured as he kissed her forehead.
In the middle of the night, Namjoon woke up feeling his sister's body hot.
He opened his eyes to see her sweating very bad, as her temperature was alarming hot.
"Oh my god", he mumbled as he sat up straight with her, in his arms.
"Aera, little one, wake up, baby", he called her slapping her cheeks softly.
No response.
"Aera, love, open your eyes,honey", he called shaking her body.
She just stirred in her sleep.
Namjoon laid her down and rushed to Jin's room.
"Hyung, Aera's sick", he said barging in.
Jin who was getting ready to sleep, dashed out of his room to Aera's.
He saw her condition and said,"Namjoon-ah, tell the driver to get the car ready", he said as he wrapped a blanket around her body.
He picked her up in his arms and went downstairs, as Namjoon followed them with his phone on his hand.
