(We see the gang arrive in Kalos)
Ash: here we go!
Ash/Goh/(Y/N): Pokémon battle time!
Ash: I'm going to head over to the luminous city gym
(Y/N): I'll join ya.
Goh: after I catch a Pokémon I'll join you both.
Ash: right.
(They split off as Ash promised to meet up with Clemont and Bonnie)
(Y/N): I can't wait to meet this clement you were talking about, apparently he's not a robot?
Ash: (laughs) I've told you already no.
(They stop as they see a world coronation series battle happening on a tv as we see Drasna, one of the elite 4)
Announcer: it's the Pokémon world coronation series ultra class we'll bring you the 12th ranked competitor (we see her noivern, dragalge and druddigon) Drasna! And... (We then see Ash appear on the screen)
Ash agh it's me!
(Y/N): I'm so jealous, I've always wanted to battle Drasna!
Announcer: a rising star from Kanto who has been climbing his way up the ranks! (We see his Pikachu and gmax gengar) at number 15th Ash! (We see his mega Lucario)
(We cut to an interview)
Announcer: it's almost time, right Drasna?
Drasna: I believe Ash is extremely talented which makes me very happy to compete against him (we see she also has an altaria)
Announcer: well folks, you heard it here first. We've been speaking to Drasna, thanks again. (We cut to an advertisement of Diantha)
Ash: okay Pikachu if we beat Drasna then we'll be closer to battling Leon and catching up to you (looks at (Y/N))
(Y/N): (grins) bring it.
(We cut to Goh as he's at this lake area as grookey sees something)
Goh: whatcha see? (It emerges from the water and lands on a lily pad as we see it's a froakie) froakie! Pokeball let's go!
(He throws it but froakie hits it back into Goh's face as they're hit by it's frubbles as froakie laughs)
Goh: (he and grookey struggle to get the frubbles off) what is this stuff!
Bonnie: they're frubbles.
Goh: they're frubbles? (Manages to get it off his face)
Bonnie: yup, something only froakie know how to make.
Goh: yeah? Alright froakie here we go!
(At the gym)
Clemont: use wild charge. (His luxray uses wild charge as it hits the opposing trainer's lickylicky as it faints as a white flag is raised as we see it's Clembot who's referring)
Clembot: Lickylicky is unable to battle, luxray is the winner which means that gym leader Clemont is the victor.
Ash: clemont!
(Y/N): ah so that's the gym leader.
(Clemont looks to see Ash and (Y/N))
Clemont: Ash, Pikachu! Great to see you! (Pikachu and luxray shake paws as there's a little spark of electricity as their paws connect. Your next opponent really surprised me, your next opponent is THE Drasna of the elite 4.
Ash: uh huh. (Grins) and me and my Pokémon are so psyched.
Clemont: so for old times sake...
Ash/Clemont: everybody come on out! (They send out their Pokémon as we see all of Ash's journeys team as we see chespin and a diggersby as Dragonite rushes in and hugs Clemont)
Clemont: wow, it's Dragonite!
(We see Dracovish is chomping on Ash as Ash is laughing)
Clemont: who is that Pokémon?
Ash: (dangling from dracovish's mouth) it's name is dracovish, it was restored from fossils found in Galar, I think it's kinda rare.
Clemont: hi, nice to meet you.
(Dracovish is saying hello back as it's has Ash in it's mouth as Ash looks to see Pikachu and chespin playing on diggersby's ears)
Ash: diggersby?
Clemont: right, my bunnelby finally evolved.
Rotom phone: diggersby, the digging Pokémon, a normal/ground type. Diggersby can dig through hard rocks walls with the power of a construction excavator.
(We see Sirfetch'd training as it thrusts it's leek sword back and forth)
Clemont: and I've never seen that Pokémon either.
Ash: that's a Sirfetch'd, it evolved from a galarian farfetch'd.
Clemont: wow.
(We see Sirfetch'd has an orange aura from it as it's thrusting as they all watched on intrigued as Sirfetch'd's Leek sword as dracovish sees the glowing light and looks at the end of Sirfetch'd's leek sword but stops and then looks as dracovish has let go off Ash and is charging towrads Sirfetch'd and bites down on Sirfetch'd's leek sword surprising Sirfetch'd)
Ash/Clemont: now what?
(Sirfetch'd is nice annoyed and trying to shake dracovish off it's leek sword but to no avail)
Ash: it's stuck? (Tries to pull the leek with Sirfetch'd as dracovish let's go and sends them flying into a wall of the gym)
Clemont: oh no!
(Sirfetch'd gets up and walks past dracovish who just looks at it)
Ash: that was a surprise.
Clemont: dracovish is really fast considering how big it is, incredible.
Ash: I haven't seen it do that before. Having it just suddenly do that to Sirfetch'd.
(Y/N): it ran fast under the water in the water race a while back and not to mention it's fast reflexes after some training with me and Dragonite, it's really playful but can be really serious on occasion.
Clement: so you're (Y/N), it's nice to meet you in person I'm Clemont, the lumiouse city gym leader (holds his hand out)
(Y/N): nice to meet you too, Ash has talked about how great you are (shakes his hand)
(We see Sirfetch'd training as dracovish and everyone is looking at it)
Ash: that again?
(We see dracovish is looking at the end of the leek sword where it's glowing as it's eyes shine as dracovish in a flahs has bit onto it again)
Ash: no dracovish!
Clemont: it's kind of like fishing.
Ash: hey dracovish let it go. (Sirfetch'd releases the energy as both it and dracovish launch into a wall and have the swirly eyes after the impact)
Ash: oh man.
Clemont: this just might be the development of a brand new attack move
Ash: you think?
(Y/N): interesting. (We see his Pokémon are out and are on the sidelines as we see Dragonite and bisharp training, Venusaur and gliscor are too as we see his gardevoir and rampardos are watching the training)
(We cut to Goh as he's sweating and panting as is the froakie he's trying to catch as froakie throws more frubbles as Goh dodges it)
Goh: pokeball go!
(He throws it as the froakie in the air freaks out as it gets hit and goes inside the pokeball as it shakes and pings signalling he's caught it)
Rotom phone: froakie has been registered to your Pokédex
Goh: yes, I've just caught a froakie.
Bonnie: nice job.
Rotom phone: froakie, the bubble frog Pokémon, a water type. Froakie protects its body with tiny bubbles. Although it may appear defenceless, it constantly checks its surroundings.
Goh: wow, that took longer than expected. Now the route from here to Lumiouse city gym.
Bonnie: I'm going to lumiouse city gym too!
Goh: really?
Bonnie: it's my brother's gym.
Goh: nice... your brother?!
Bonnie: yeah.
(Back at the gym)
(Y/N): wow you're pretty smart and good with technology.
Clemont: why, thank you.
(Y/N): I still can't believe I thought your good friend Clembot here was the actual gym leader, so any new information?
Clemont: that move is called meteor assault and it seems only Sirfetch'd is able to learn it.
Ash: it's called meteor assault?
Clemont: it looks like Sirfetch'd hasn't mastered it yet but it's amazing.
Ash: Sirfetch'd can master it. I'd love to use it battling against Drasna.
Clemont: (chuckles and rearranges his glasses) I thought you'd say that and so, the future is now thanks to science! Clemontic gear on!
(We see Sirfetch'd has tense orange things all over it as we see it shows up on a computer Clemont has)
Clemont: I thought we'd encounter a situation precisely like this one, my Pokémon motion capture 1!
Ash: so cool.
(Y/N): I agree
Bonnie: another name that says what it does
Ash: Bonnie? Goh?
(Y/N): glad to see you made it.
Goh: hey guys. Ash, I was surprised when she told me she knew you and she gave me some great advice to help me catch this (sends out his froakie)
Ash: woah, you caught a froakie? Awesome!
Goh: thanks.
(Y/N): it's a shame I left greninja at Cerise park since it wanted to train really badly.
Clemont: nice to meet you I'm Clemont, the lumiouse city gym leader (he holds his hand out to Goh too)
Goh: nice to meet you, my name is Goh, I've heard you're a genius inventor
Clemont: no, nothing special. I simply wanna make people and Pokémon happy with new inventions, that's all.
Goh: so is this robot yours?
Clembot: yes, nice to meet you, I'm Clembot.
Goh: that's so cool!
(Y/N): I said that too!
Bonnie: here Ash, some lumiouse deluxe, just for you (gives him the bag)
Ash: wow, thanks. How about we all have some later?
Goh: great idea!
(Bonnie sees dracovish and rushes over)
Bonnie: isn't it just the cutest thing! Goochy goochy goo. (We see she's tickling under dracovish's mouth as dracovish is laughing) Ash is this one of your Pokémon?
Ash: yeah and it's name is dracovish.
Clemont: Ash says it's an extremely rare Pokemon from the Galar region.
Bonnie: hi, nice to meet you, I'm Bonnie (starts tickling dracovish again)
Clembot: so Ash should we start?
Ash: alright Sirfetch'd let's do this.
Clemont: now Pokémon motion capture, capturing!
(We see Sirfetch'd focusing it's energy as it's doing forward thrusts with it's leek sword building up energy into its blade as we see the motion capture machine doing its thing)
Clemont: that makes sense I see where the problem is now. Meteor assault collects bio energy and concentrates it into the highlighted area but it needs time to build up, that is step 1. In step 2, it takes the built up bio energy and sends it thigh the leek in a thrusting motion butt hats where the 3rd step comes in, normally it would attack it'd attack its opponent with all that built up energy but... (zooms in) Ash's Sirfetch'd is somewhat unsteady in its movement from build up to thrust. (We see it's leek sword isn't completely straight) as a result the energy can't sustain its cohesion at the end of the leek and it dissipates. To perfect the move, we need to eliminate that unsteadiness. Here's a simulation, stillness breathes movement, movement breathes stillness. Using this to form a stable energy flow metro assault should create a huge amount of force to attack with.
Ash: wow, science is so amazing!
Bonnie: but why is it unsteady anyway?
Clemont: (pulls up an image of Sirfetch'd and a galarian farfetch'd) according to the date, compared to when it was a farfetch'd the leek and shield Sirfetch'd carries are much heavier so it's my theory that the change is the cause of Sirfetch'd's steadiness.
Ash: but a few minuets ago it had the power to send dracovish flying into the gym wall.
Clemont: one more theory, it was dracovish biting the leek that stabilised Sirfetch'd's stance, allowing he energy to concentrate properly
Bonnie: wow, you're amazing dracovish
Ash: yeah, thanks a lot.
(Y/N): I've told you the potential is there with dracovish.
Goh: if only Sirfetch'd could better control its charged energy and thrusts.
Ash: alright, here's what we're gonna do. Time for some training! Clembot! (He rushes over) can I borrow these flags? Thanks a lot! (Rushes back over)
Clembot: you're welcome Ash.
Bonnie: alright, what's he gonna do?
Ash: you got it Sirfetch'd? Here's where you build up your energy and push it straight ahead. 1...2...3! Remember, the move forward is going to be the key then you'll be able to keep your leek steady (they start the special training)
Clembot: now that's Ash's kind of training.
Goh: yeah. They've been training a bunch since it was a farfetch'd, I'm sure it'll learn how to do this.
Ash: see, when I'm battling I always keep my eyes on my opponent! The energy concentrates, shoom, it's time like this o stop worrying about anything else.
Goh: I gotta admit Ash is amazing when he's focused
(Y/N): I'm surprised that he's not in the masters 8 yet.
Ash: one thing for sure, during battle, keep your eye on your battle. Concentrate and you'll totally forget about the weight of your leek and shield, know what I mean?
(They are interrupted as dracovish bites down on the leek again as Sirfetch'd begins channeling and building up the energy and it's coated in energy)
Ash: wow, again?
(We see Sirfetch'd use the move)
(However the energy begins to overload the Pokémon motion capture 1 as it then proceeds in typical fashion to spark with electricity and blows up)
Goh: why us?
(Y/N): I didn't realise it'd explode.
Bonnie: well, that always happens.
(We see Sirfetch'd sat on the floor as dracovish is jumping about happy as Larry)
Bonnie: it looks happy.
Clemont: I thought it would, dracovish helped secure the end of the leek which is joe Sirfetch'd concentrated it's energy.
Goh: I think I get what you're saying. Dracovish sort of acted like the training wheels on a bicycle, you ride easier because they're there and later when you take them off you'll still feel totally balanced when you ride.
Clemknt: now that's a good metaphor
Bonnie: uh you really think so?
Ash: awesome! Hey Sirfetch'd, thanks to dracovish your skill at concentrating energy is ramped way up! Face your opponent and concentrate and you'll win! You do that, you'll perfect meteor assault in no time. (We see Sirfetch'd is still not moving due to the after effects of the move as it finally gets back up as Ash nods)
Clemont: a battle problem solved by battling. How about a practice battle with me?
Ash: sure, let's have a double battle.
Clemont: huh? A double battle?
Ash: yeah, with dracovish's speed when it bites that leek along with the power of Sirfetch'd's attacks I can test them both out. (We see Sirfetch'd walk over as dracovish is still jumping about before stopping and looking confused and clueless behind that adorable head of its)
Goh: Drasna's a dragon type trainer, battling her with a dragon type? Seems right.
Clemont: perfect, that sounds like a great plan. You're up luxray, diggersby you too.
(Both his Pokémon look over as diggersby stops the little spar session it was having with Lucario)
Clembot: the practice battle between Ash vs Clemont will now begin. (They are both ready as the other humans and all the Pokémon apart from the four being used for the battle watch on the sidelines)
Clemont: luxray use wild charge on Sirfetch'd, diggersby use dig on dracovish.
Ash: Sirfetch'd use meteor assault on luxray, dracovish use fishious rend on diggersby
(Diggersby digs underground as luxray charges in with wild charge while Sirfetch'd charges meteor assault and dracovish goes to use fishious rend but gets distracted by the light at the end of Sirfetch'd's stick and goes to bite down to help it)
Ash: no don't do it dracovish!
(We see diggersby hit dracovish with dig and it's then hit by wild charge but it's till standing)
Ash: you okay dracovish?
(With Sirfetch'd as it remembers Ash's words)
Ash:"during battle, keep your eye on your opponent, concentrate and you'll forget about the weight of your leek and shield)
(Back to the present as it's done building up the energy)
Ash: perfect stance. Let a rip!
(Sirfetch'd uses meteor assault on luxray sending it the wall of the gym and we see luxray is unable to battle as Sirfetch'd jumps back)
Ash: that's it, Meteor assault!
(Y/N): way to go Sirfetch'd!
Goh: training wheels off.
Bonnie: (points) dracovish looks so happy!
(We see dracovish dancing happily as it saw Sirfetch'd pulled off the move)
Ash: great Sirfetch'd, you did it!
(We see Sirfetch'd fall on to a knee)
Goh: the kick back must have staggered it
(Dracovish then stares down diggersby and takes Sirfetch'd's training and applies it to itself as it gets into a perfect running stance and builds up energy as it's coated in a blue aura)
Ash: huh?
Bonnie: what's going on?
Clemont: it's boosting its power!
Ash: woah, dracovish.
(We see (Y/N)'s Dragonite is impressed as (Y/N) is surprised)
(Y//N): I know what it's using.
(Dracovish finishes charging)
Clemont: diggersby use hammer arm on dracovish!
(Diggersby uses hammer arm as dracovish runs at diggersby using dragon rush as they clash but diggersby is sent flying back and hits the gym wall too and is unable to battle as Clemont looks and smiles as Clembot nods)
Clembot: this practice battle is now complete!
(Ash and Clemont fist bump)
Ash: thanks Clemont
Clemont: no,problem, glad I was able to help. That move it just did was dragon rush wasn't it?
Ash: wait dragon rush?
(Y/N): it certainly was (they look at (Y/N)) me and Dragonite have been trying to get dracovish to learn dragon rush but we were unable to too with nit much success. But you, you went through your typical crazy training and not only taught Sirfetch'd a new move but the knowledge and practice you did with Sirfetch'd of building energy and stuff was picked up by dracovish and it applied that to itself and was able to perfect dragon rush, you really are amazing Ash, and Sirfetch'd and dracovish just keep proving the potential they have.
Bonnie: dracovish is so cool!
Ash: no way!
Goh: is that even possible?
Ash: well, what do you know. Dracovish you powered up too huh. (Dracovish nibbles on ash's head again as Ash laughs)
(As Sirfetch'd is building up energy and thrusting forwards it and dracovish's eyes connect as it smiles and shakes the end of it's leek sword for dracovish to bite on as dracovish rushes and bites on the end of Sirfetch'd's leek)
Bonnie: look at that, now here friendly.
Goh: if it keeps going on like that
Clemont: tomorrow's looking good.
Ash: right! (Gets up and rushes to his two Galar Pokémon) Sirfetch'd, Dracovish, tomorrow I choose you!
(We cut to Drasna who we see is training with Wikstrom as she's chuckling)
Wikstrom: excavalier use fury cutter
Drasna: use breaking swipe.
(The two Pokemon clash)
Drasna: (chuckling) just the cutting edge I would expect, great Wikstrom.
Wikstrom: I return your words of praise. I'll never lower my guard.
(Excavalier hits altaria)
Wikstrom: now's my chance, now fell stinger!
(Excavalier uses fell stinger)
Drasna: now use heat wave.
(Altaria uses heat wave hitting and knocking Excavalier back)
Wikstrom: splendid. Your bold attacks got the best of me. You and altaria truly move as one.
(Drasna chuckles as altaria lands next to her)
Drasna: thank you Wikstrom. What do you say we all show young Ash the power of the Kalos elite 4.
(She chuckles as there's this sinister like aura coming from her as we see her surrounded by her dragon type Pokémon, alataria, noivern, druddigon and dragalge and we see a hydreigon and a salamence)
(A/N): I just thought I'd add hydreigon and salamence since I feel like they fit her with the sinister like aura and just her intimidating presence and I feel like if she's trying to get in the masters 8 she should have 6 Pokémon. Though not like it matters since she won't be using them.
