Ash: Goh!! (He enters) I heard your next trial mission just came in
(Y/N): that's great!
Goh: (gloomy) yeah.
Ash: you could be happier, what's the matter Goh?
Goh: well, the thing is... this trial mission is supposed to test my skills in battling and cooperation.
Ash: isn't battling the best!
(Y/N): that's more our thing Ash, remember Goh loves and prefers catching more.
Ash: oh yeah.
Goh: no, the problem is he cooperation part.
Ash: problem?
(Y/N): how?
Goh: it seems my mission this time involves a raid battle.
Ash: against who?
Goh: the legendary Pokémon articuno.
Ash: wow that sure fired me up!
(Y/N): yeah I wanna try and catch it! I haven't caught an ice type in a while and what better than being my next ice type to be none other than articuno!
Goh: and how does that help me?
Ash: don't you remember? You were apart of the raid battle against Golurk right?
Goh: I was, that's true.
Ash: see? Plus I'll be there, you'll be fine.
(Y/N): me too, we've got your back all the way.
Goh: you know what, maybe I can do this.
Rotom phone: articuno, the freeze Pokémon, an ice/flying type. Articuno is a legendary Pokémon who can do trill ice, it's said to inhabit snowy mountains covered in permafrost.
Goh: mountains covered in permafrost where do I start to look?
(Y/N): (gets an idea) I got it!
Cerise/(Y/N): how about the seafoam islands?
Goh: seafoam islands?
Cerise: please Chrysa, main monitor please.
Chrysa: right (pulls up the monitor) the seafoam islands are located in the southern portion of the Kanto region, there are two large mountains there.
Ren: the mountains apparently are connected by caverns in the permafrost
Cerise: if you asked me I think articuno would be right at home there
Goh: true, thanks professor. The future is in the palm of my hand.
Ash: off to the seafoam islands!
(Y/N): this is gonna feel great, this is where I met and caught my jynx.
Ash/Goh/(Y/N): let's go! (They head out)
(They reach a cliff)
Goh: it's a cliff!
Ash: woah.
Goh: it looks like we can get across over there (they see a path)
Ash: wait where's (Y/N)?
Goh: huh?
(They see (Y/N) looking at them with back to edge as he gives them a cheeky and mischievous smile as he holds out his hands to the side and falls back over the edge and he begins falling)
Goh/Ash: (Y/N)!!!
Goh: what are you doing!!!
(They look over the edge as they see a blue flash as (Y/N) comes back up as we see he's flying on his corviknight and he lands and returns corviknight)
Ash: (angered) what was that about!
(Y/N): sorry, I couldn't help myself I'm just so excited so to get some of it out my system I thought I'd cause some mischief.
Goh: (has tears in his eyes) well please don't do that! You're one of the only few friends I have and I don't want to lose either of you two!
((Y/N) sees what he's done and how much he, Ash and Chloe mean to Goh)
(Y/N): I'm sorry Goh (we see tears beginning to form) ah man, this is starting to tear me up. (Wipes his tears away and smiles) alright no more dangerous and reckless antics like that one... for today (has a mischievous smile)
(They begin to cross the bridge as little bits of rock fall further reinforcing its unsteadiness)
Goh: we should take it slow and steady in this wind.
Ash: right with ya on that one.
(Y/N): uh guys. (They look to see a golbat fly right at them as they just move their head out the way in time since they can't move their bodies too much)
Ash: a golbat!
(However it comes at them constantly at a faster speed as they end up moving their bodies about a lot)
Ash: okay Pikachu now use-
Goh: alright my turn! Pokeball go! (He throws the pokeball which hits golbat and he catches the ball in his hand as it shakes three times and pings signalling he's caught it)
Rotom phone: golbat has been registered to your Pokédex.
Goh: yeah I did it!
(Y/N): not cool.
Goh: huh?
(Y/N): you totally cut in front of Ash, we're a team remember we're meant to work together
Goh: sorry, I just couldn't help myself.
(They get off the dodgy path and are at a cross in the path as is splits off in two directions)
Ash: which way do we go?
Goh: hmmm, I'm not sure (points) let's try there! (They head off in that direction)
Ash: right!
(Y/N): just as good a choice as the other way.
(They reach another fork in the road)
Ash: it's another fork in the road
Goh: it's like a maze.
Ash: which way do ya think?
(Y/N): I don't remember this at the seafoam islands, there was this cave where I went further underground. This is completely new for me.
Goh: let's try left this time.
(They run down it to reveal a dead end)
Goh: alright then (they head right to reveal a clearing as something bursts out the ground and they see a geodude as the gang make a tactical retreat as they reach another dead end)
Ash: another dead end?
Goh: one more try.
(They rush and another geodude pops out as they retreat)
Goh: this way!
(They reach another clearing as another trainer is sat there with his typhlosion)
Ash: what's wrong? Are you okay?
Trainer: I've been lost in here forever
Goh: so you're with project mew too?
Trainer: yeah, I'm one of the challengers
Goh: so why don't we go together? I'm one of the challengers too.
Trainer: no way, after battling all those geodude my Pokémon are exhausted. (Returns typhlosion) they'd never last through a raid battle against articuno
Ash: so you're giving up?
Trainer: what else can I do?
(They continue their track to find articuno as they find another trainer who has given up, they avoid the geodude, they find another trainer, as they gloomily look about well Ash and Goh do anyway as (Y/N) is staying alert)
Ash: another fork?
Goh: oh not again.
(Suddenly loads more geodude appear and it catches them off guard)
Ash: let's get ready to run!
(Y/N): no wait.
Ash/Goh: huh?
(Y/N): someone's here.
(Suddenly a kabutops is here and uses liquidation hitting all the geodude as they fall to the ground defeated as they see someone jump down)
???: man these geodude are really weak, when can we get to articuno and have a real challenge already.
(Y/N): Zoro?
Zoro: huh? (Y/N)? (Grins) hey long time no see
(Y/N): what are you doing here?
Zoro: I'm here for this project mew thing.
Goh: do you wanna find and catch mew too?
Zoro: sorta, I mean I only joined so I could take on hard challenges and battle really strong Pokémon.
(Y/N): so you're training as always I'm just surprised you actually got here
Zoro: my sense of direction isn't that bad. Besides my team has added more new guys since you last saw me. Yeah I'm still training, after all I need to get stronger if I want to surpass and beat loads of powerful legendary Pokémon first of having a rematch and defeating the swords of justice but there's more powerful Pokémon such as mewtwo and mew and even a Pokémon named Zacian who wields a sword, I wish to defeat them all in battle with my Pokémon. (Returns kabutops)
(Suddenly Grookey hops of Goh's shoulder and taps it's stick against a rock with ice/permafrost on it (I'm not sure) as it makes a jingling sound)
Ash: what a nice sound
Goh: sure is.
(Y/N): quite soothing.
Goh: hey I'm wondering, could it come from... (he gets out a pokeball) inteleon go! (Sends out inteleon) good, now hit it one more time grookey (Grookey taps it now inteleon check the airborn vibrations and find us a way out of here. (Inteleon uses the fin on it's head to sense the vibrations and points)
Goh: yes!
(Grookey taps it again as they follow inteleon as we see inteleon points)
Goh: down there?
Ash: it's a long way in.
Goh: maybe this could be the entrance to the caverns
(Y/N): certainly not one I've seen
Zoro: who cares, let's do this.
(Y/N): you managed to follow us?
Zoro: shut up!
Goh: hey, thanks a lot inteleon. (They feel a gust of cold wind) grookey should stay in it's pokeball. (Returns both of his Pokémon as they all enter) somewhere inside these caverns... is articuno.
Zoro: this is getting more fun
(Y/N): agreed.
Ash: huh?
Goh: what is it?
(A graveler emerges from the ground as does a golem)
Goh: a graveler!
Zoro: (grins) and a golem too.
(They both go on the attack as Goh pushes Ash and (Y/N) out the way)
Goh: alright pokeball go!
Zoro: use rock smash! (He sends out this weird look back Pokémon that wields two axes as they glow orange and it strikes the golem and it flees as both Zoro and kleavor sense something)
Zoro: stone axe!
(Y/N): what is that? It's so big too. Even my rotom phone has no data on it.
Ash: woah.
(Ash and Goh look on in amazement at kleavor)
Zoro: (whispers to (Y/N)) it's a kleavor. I was walking about in Johto and this weird green thing took me back to this place called Hisui I think I'm not sure and yeah I encountered this big guy and managed to catch him. Not long after I was brought back to where I was originally in present time. I think someone said this was an alpha or something I'm not sure.
(Y/N): so cool! You know it kind of reminds me of Scyther.
Zoro: yeah, I thought that too. Though I better return before too many people pry, I trust you enough to tell you. Return. (Returns kleavor)
(Meanwhile with the graveler it goes inside of Goh's pokeball which shakes three times and pings)
Rotom phone: graveller has been registered to your Pokédex.
Ash: that's your second Pokémon today
Goh: yeah and I'm feeling awesome. Next, I'm gonna catch articuno the same way.
(Y/N): I hope not, I want it to give us a good fight
Zoro: same.
(Ash and Pikachu approach and look down the hole)
Goh: what's up?
Ash: woah check it out.
(Y/N): it should be a way down.
Goh: let's check it out, go caterpie (sends out caterpie) string shot now.
(Caterpie fires string shot down the hole as they begin their descent as they hear a voice)
???: bayleef use vine whip! (Bayleef uses vine whip to hold a cloyster in place)
Goh: hey it's Horace! (Or Tokio whichever you prefer to call him)
Horace: it's Goh!
Ash: woah you know that guy?
Goh: long time no see! So chikorota evolved into bayleef?
Horace: yeah.
Goh: that's great! My raboot evolved too! (Sends out cinderace but closer fires ice shards at bayleef and bayleef retracts it's vines)
Goh: cinderace use pyro ball!
(Cinderace fires pyro ball hitting cloyster)
Goh: alright!
Horace: catch it Goh, this is your chance
Goh: great minds think alike (throws the pokeball and it hits cloyster and he catches it)
Rotom phone: cloyster has been registered to your Pokédex.
Goh: yeah I'm on a roll! My third catch today Horace thanks a lot.
HorCe: you're the one who helped me out. I would have had to quit without seeing articuno
Goh: hey wait, are you saying you're a project mew challenger too?
Horace: that's right, how about you?
Goh: you better believe I am.
Horace: I knew it!
Goh: but I thought you wanted to catch celebi didn't you?
Ash: catch celebi?
Goh: let me introduce you three. These are my friends, we work together as research fellows at the lab.
Ash: I'm Ash, this is Pikachu.
(Y/N): yo, the name's (Y/N).
Horace: I'm Horace, I met Goh a while back when I was travelling, this is bayleef.
Ash: nice to meet ya.
(Y/N): same here.
Horace: and same here (they all shake each other's hands)
Ash: you're a project mew challenger but you're after celebi?
Horace: right. Celebi is a psychic and grass type. If I can meet every psychic type, mew included, I figured that'd lead me to celebi.
Ash: hey that sounds like something Goh would do.
Zoro: research fellow? (Y/N) have you gave up battling? That's so unlike you.
(Y/N): of course I haven't. Oh I should introduce you three. Zoro, you know these guys since they've just introduced themselves but everyone, this is Zoro, he strives to be the strongest and best loads of legendary Pokémon in battle and his partner is kabutops, we met in Kanto a long time again.
Zoro: yo.
Horace: so you're only in project mew to battle strong Pokémon?
Zoro: to be the strongest you gotta battle the strongest Pokémon.
Ash: why don't you join the Pokémon world coronation series?
Zoro: I have but I'm only in the normal class, I can't ever seem to find people who are in the normal class. Besides legendary Pokémon feel more rewarding when you defeat them, I don't intend to catch them but since you tend to see legendary Pokémon more doing these project mew tasks I tend to do these tasks more.
Horace: well good luck to you
Zoro: you too (they shake hands as he shakes hands with Ash and Goh too as he turns back to Horace) it also seems I've encountered that said Pokémon you're after.
Horace: really, you've seen celebi!
Zoro: yeah.
Goh: let's work hard and become chasers together.
Horace: yeah!
Zoro: sounds good to me.
Ash: but first we need to go and find articuno
Goh/Horace: good idea.
Zoro: the hunt is on (he has a serious look as he has a sword)
(Y/N): oh did I mention he has a sword, he does constant sword fighting and training with his Pokémon so him and them can get more finesse and technique while also getting more physically stronger. It's a real sword too.
(We see the group walking)
Horace: I mega lot of challengers but they got lost in the maze, their Pokémon were too weak
Goh: we saw challengers like that too.
Horace: I wonder if there's anything we can do.
Goh: wait do about what?
Horace: you know what I mean, for the challengers that came all the way here only to get this close to see articuno.
Goh: but this is a mission, the test is hard.
Horace: yeah but...
Ash: wow, you seem like a pretty nice guy
(Y/N): a good egg is always a great friend to have.
Horace: thanks but that wasn't the point
Goh: that sound, what is that?
(They reach an opening with running water and lots of permafrost and ice)
Goh: it's a waterfall!
Horace: let's go.
Goh: how deep is that?
Horace: I can't see where the end is.
(They descend down via caterpie's string shot)
Goh: look over there!
Horace: like a throne of ice.
Ash: that's one way of describing it.
Goh: and it's been lit up from the outside.
Zoro: (grins) it's definitely here.
Gary: oh for crying out loud. I never figured you'd show up.
Ash: it's Gary!
Goh: (irritated) what's the crying out loud for!
Gary: you get emotional about everything which is why the crying out loud makes sense. (Goh is steaming in anger)
Horace: do you know that guy?
(Y/N): a little, though Ash knows him best.
Ash: I certainly do. He's really not bad.
Gary: I'm Gary
Horace: I'm Horace and it's really nice to meet you (they shake hands) hey why don't you join out exploration?
Goh: you should ask the group before inviting others!
Horace: he took the time to wait for us didn't he?
Goh: only because you can't have afraid battle alone!
(Y/N): Goh, you do realise Gary's a researcher so he'd be able to make his own way there anyway right?
Gary: fair enough, for me, clearing the mission with flying colours is what it's all about.
(Gets something out his bag and throws it as it becomes a raft of sorts, an inflatable one)
Gary: what I think, articuno's over that way. Your choice, gonna come with me to investigate? Or not?
Zoro: count me in, you seem knowledgeable enough about these things.
Ash: hey Goh, come on.
Goh: hm (looks away)
Gary: I guess you could be scared
Goh: (irritated) of course I'm not okay I'll go with you and you're going to thank me for it!
(We see them all on the inflatable that has a motor as they travel across the icy cold waters as they reach land)
Ash: man it's cold
Zoro: that's a good sign.
Gary: agh! (Saw something) get back!
(Some ice breaks as articuno emerges)
Ash/Goh/Horace: it's articuno!
Zoro: at last.
Drone: for project mew, challengers are only allowed up to 3 Pokémon for the raid battle. A video recording shall begin.
(Articuno flies up and heads towards them)
Gary: here I've go, get ready!
Goh: yeah I know that!
Gary: go tyranitar!
Goh: darmanitan you're up!
Ash: Sirfetch'd I choose you!
(Y/N): corviknight you're up!
Horace: you too indeedee!
Zoro: slice and dice kartana!
(All 6 people send out their Pokémon as articuno sends an attack, blizzard to be exact their way as corviknight flies up but the rest are hit and down for the count)
(Y/N): we're still on it. Corviknight steel wing!
(Corviknight uses steel wing but articuno dodges it and launches another blizzard at corviknight and it's down for the count)
(Y/N): corviknight!
Gary: don't panic, next. (They all return their Pokémon and send out the next one) umbreon!
Goh: cinderace let's go!
Ash: now Lucario!
Horace: gardevoir!
Zoro: samurott!
(Y/N): Frogadier!
Gary: use confuse ray.
(The confuse ray hits articuno as it powers through and delivers a devastating ice attack which one hits umbreon)
Horace: was that just sheer cold! It only took one shot.
Gary: (returns umbreon) the Pokémon can't get too close.
Zoro: you can with the right amount of speed and agility, samurott use razor shell!
(Samurott stands on its hind legs with both its scalchops draw as it darts up to articuno catching the bird by surprise and delivers insanely fast strikes with razor shell knocking articuno into the wall as Samurott lands and sheathes its scalchops)
Ash: so fast!
(Y/N): I told you he was no joke.
Gary: spread out while battling! (The Pokémon hear and spread out as Samurott spreads out too)
(We see the confuse ray finally kick in)
Gary: confuse ray's got it confused, now's your chance to attack!
Goh: pyro ball!
Ash: use aura sphere!
(Y/N): power up punch!
(The three Pokémon attack and hit articuno as Frogadier lands and gets away from Lucario and cinderace as articuno snaps out of it)
Gary: it's alert again! Here it comes!
(It fires ice shards as they head towards cinderace)
Horace: use reflect!
Gary: very good choice.
(Gardevoir uses reflect and sends it in front of cinderace blocking the ice shards)
Goh: thanks a lot Horace.
Gary: focus on the battle and ignore everything else! Arcanine! (Sends out arcanine)
Goh: now use pyro ball!
Ash: aura sphere!
Horace: use moonblast!
(Y/N): dark pulse!
Zoro: night slash!
(They all fire their attacks as Samurott darts up and delivers a powerful slash and jumps away as the four other ranged attacks hit articuno as articuno comes through and goes to attack with one of its feet (I think talons is the right word but nevertheless you know what I mean))
Horace: use reflect!
(Gardevoir uses reflect as it blocks the first and second kick but the third one breaks it and sends all the Pokémon launched backwards except for Frogadier who skids back hanging in there as does Samurott as the other Pokémon are panting)
Goh: what was that move?!
Horace: it was triple axel!
Gary: it's power was cut in half thanks to reflect.
(Articuno then launches a sheer cold hitting Samurott who tries to dodge as it is unable to battle as Zoro returns it)
Zoro: that damn sheer cold.
Gary: Get cinderace, Lucario and Frogadier to grab onto articuno!
Goh: who made you the boss!
(Y/N): great idea
Ash: Goh, let's do it.
(Goh looks irritated but does it)
Goh: cinderace grab articuno!
Ash: you too Lucario!
(Y/N): you can do it Frogadier!
(Frogadier nods and hops right to it as do the other two as Lucario grabs its tail but let's go and cinderace has climbed up as Frogadier grabs its legs)
Gary: flamethrower let's go! (Arcanine uses flamethrower hitting articuno)
Goh: now use blaze kick!
(Y/N): power up punch! (Both Pokémon connect their attacks)
Zoro: alright go! (Sends out a bisharp as Frogadier sees this he has wide eyes and freaks out and let's go)
(Y/N): Frogadier what's wrong! (Realises as his eyes widen and mumbles) you're still afraid of him... aren't you.
Ash: go Lucario! (Lucario uses steel beam hitting articuno as cinderace lands and is hurt)
Horace: use heal pulse. (Heal pulse heals cinderace)
Goh: thanks Horace.
Gary: stay focused!
Goh: hey I know that! Ash, (Y/N), how about you and I do a follow up?
Gary: stop! Articuno isn't that foolish!
Goh: now cinderace use blaze kick one more time!
Ash: Lucario use aura sphere!
(Y/N): no go, look. (They see Frogadier is terrified as it looks at bisharp)
Zoro: what's wrong with it?
(Y/N): let's say it's last trainer... wasn't very good and his main Pokémon was a bisharp.
Zoro: (gets the message) ah, I get it. Poor guy.
(Articuno comes flying in as Horace notices ready to use blizzard)
Horace: gardevoir use light screen!
(Gardevoir uses light screen as articuno uses blizzard and it begins to break through)
Zoro: bisharp get ready to endorse it if it manages to break through the light screen. (Bisharp nods as Frogadier is still terrified)
(Y/N): Frogadier look out!
Gary: arcanine use flamethrower!
(Arcanine uses flamethrower to try and counter the incoming blizzard but the blizzard is too strong and knocks all the Pokémon back as Frogadier looks away from bisharp as it's eyes widen as we can see the reflection of the incoming blizzard in it's eyes as it's hit and after the attack Lucario, cinderace, gardevoir and Frogadier are defeated)
Goh: cinderace! (Returns cinderace as Ash and Horace return their Pokémon too as (Y/N) walks over and picks up Frogadier and hugging it tightly before walking back to his spot)
Goh: boldore let's go!
Horace: you too bayleef!
Ash: Pikachu I choose you!
(Y/N): doublade go!
Horace: hey Goh, why don't we work as a team, not separately
Goh: I am, I already know that!
Horace: no, you don't! Gary's already working that way!
Gary: when you're in a raid battle, you must work together as a team! I didn't think I even needed to say that.
(Goh looks mad)
Gary: from now on, you'll follow my orders. Use bayleef's vine whip to hold down articuno then Pikachu, boldore, bisharp, doublade and arcanine can attack.
(Articuno comes flying in)
Horace: bayleef use vine whip!
(Bayleef uses vine whip as it struggles but it success limits articuno's movements)
Zoro: we've still got to finish the mission, bisharp use brick break!
Ash: thunderbolt!
Gary: arcanine flamethrower!
(Y/N): attack it's back with sacred sword!
(Both Pikachu and arcanine hit their attacks on articuno)
(Bisharp uses brick break and doublade both hit with their attacks on the back of articuno together making sure not to hit the spots where bayleef has it's vines wrapped around as Goh then attacks on his own)
Goh: boldore stone edge!
(Y/N): Goh no!
(However it's too late as boldore uses stone edge hitting articuno but also freeing it in the process as it uses sheer cold)
Gary: it's sheer cold up maybe up, spread out!
(Y/N): on it, in the air!
(Doublade flies high into the air and hides within the shadows of the roof)
Goh: but if it's blizzard we're finished, now gather behind boldore!
(They all do except for bisharp, doublade and arcanine as their trainers have a bad feeling as it's proven to be correct as articuno uses sheer cold)
Goh: (eyes widen and full of dread) wait is that sheer cold!?
Gary: arcanine!
(Arcanine charges in)
Zoro: it's heading your way bisharp!
(Arcanine and Pikachu are hit by it as but as bisharp tries to get away and sees it can't avoid it in time it hits bayleef out the way and bisharp is caught too and all three are unable to battle and boldore too as Ash picks up Pikachu, Gary returns arcanine and I'm assuming Goh returned boldore too)
Goh: Horace, you know Bayleef can't take on articuno by itself!
Horace: but I'll give it a shot.
(Y/N): plus he's not alone, now doublade use night slash!
(Doublade descends from the ceiling and uses night slash hitting articuno in the back as it then uses blizzard, essentially just a spit in the face to Goh without realising, as doublade falls to the ground frozen)
Horace: bayleef energy ball!
(Bayleef fires energy ball as articuno is unfazed as it fires ice shards)
(Y/N): doublade protect bayleef with iron defence!
(Doublade with sheer willpower breaks free and uses iron defence blocking the ice shards from hitting bayleef but articuno flies in close and uses triple axel hitting bayleef with the first, doublade with the second and both with the third with doublade taking most of the impact as both fall to the ground and bayleef is unable to battle and doublade is injured but shakily getting back up as articuno, just for good measure, fires ice shards)
(Y/N): iron defence!
(Doiblade weakly uses iron defence but the ice shards break through it and doublade falls to the ground unable to battle but the ice shards keep coming)
(Y/N): doublade return! (Returns doublade)
Horace: bayleef! (He rushes over to the fainted bayleef and puts himself over bayleef taking the ice shards as they stop and articuno flies away)
Drone: the raid battle with articuno has ended. Wait for contact from headquarters.
Ash: articuno was awesomely strong ya know.
Zoro: this just means more training for all my Pokémon.
Horace: I want to thank you for you and bisharp moving bayleef out the way of that sheer cold
Zoro: it was no problem but I don't deserve any of the credit, that all goes to bisharp and it's chivalrous nature since it knew it couldn't dodge in time. It's a real one alright.
Goh: (mumbles to himself) I wouldn't have been able to fight... if it wasn't for you guys.
Horace: that's not true, you put your Pokémon out in front which meant that mine could help out with defence and healing.
Gary: hm, how naive. Had he not strayed from the strategy we could've fought a whole lot longer.
(Their phones ping)
Gary: it's Quillon.
Quillon: we collected some final data on articuno thanks to you. As proof we cleared the mission, each will receive three tokens.
(They all receive three tokens)
Quillon: in addition Gary will receive one more token for leadership, Horace will receive one more for team support and Zoro will also receive one more for team support.
Goh: so Quillon, is cooperation really necessary in the search for mew?
Quillon:... I think you can answer that for yourself.
Danika: I'd like to say something. (She appears next to Quillon) there's a certain someone who in the past was bad at teamwork. He met the qualifications and is now a chaser.
Goh: huh?
Quillon: (not happy as Danika giggles) and out. (The screen goes off)
(We cut to land)
Horace: okay, I'll say goodbye here.
Goh: (gloomy) yeah.

(Y/N): well he's my next opponent, who's his main Pokémon and does he use anything like mega evolution?
Ash: yeah, his main partner is charizard and he uses mega evolution and it's this cool black charizard with blue flames and it's like roar! And fwoom and swoosh! Well, that's the last time I saw him I think he said something about finding his own mega stone since he didn't want to use the one that the Lysandre guy gave him or something.
