I am very aware this story is a lot like Breaking Dawn. Please do not comment that it is. I was just starting to write when I wrote this and had no idea how to write a vampire pregnancy and put my original ideas in it. I tried to make it my own but I couldn't. Thank you for reading.
*Aaliyah's POV*
Dread fills me as I look down at the white stick symbolizing what I already knew. As the third proof of the truth, it was unfortunately true. Pregnancy.
People would usually be happy with this news but fear and nervousness to tell my new husband. We have only been married for two weeks and was as happy as ever, but would this ruin our happiness?
"Aaliyah? Are you okay?" Niall's soft and worried voice comes through the door,"let me in, darling."
"Okay," I sigh and put the three tests in my make up bag. I unlock the door and open it, smiling at Niall as I do.
"Are you okay? You've been in here for almost thirty minutes."
"I'm fine, just not feeling too well," it wasn't a complete lie, I hadn't been feeling well because of the morning sickness,"I'm going shopping. I'll be back in a bit."
I walk past him and to my car. As soon as I get far enough I know he can't hear me, tears well in my eyes and I call Zayn.
"Hello?" He says when he picks up.
"Zayn, meet me at Taco Bell, please. Don't ask questions, just go." I don't give him a chance to answer, I hang up before he can.
Five minutes later, I pull into a parking space beside Zayn's familiar black Bentley Continental GT (internet. Correct? Idk.) and get out. Immediately I'm wrapped in a hug.
"Are you okay? Why are you crying?" He asks, pulling away and looking at me.
"He's going to hate me! He'll leave me! I need your help Zayn, please, I don't know what to do," I say with tears running down my face now.
"What? Why?"
"I-i'm pregnant."
Zayn's eyes widen and he sucks in a breath before he smiles. He pulls me into another hug,"that's great, Ali. Niall has been wanting a child for such a long time, he'll be so happy."
"What if its too soon though? We've been married for two weeks and I'm eighteen! Its barely even legal!"
"Its normal. Most soul mates have children at younger ages and your almost nineteen. Its a two and a half year difference," I raise my eyebrow at him and he rolls his eyes,"whatever. Just tell him, he won't be mad. Why would he?"
"If he doesn't accept it-"
"Have you not been listening to a word I've said? He. Wants. A. Child. Now, go home and tell him." Zayn says before getting in his car and driving away. I sigh and get into my car.
I make sure to go slow on the way home, trying to think of a way I was going to tell him. The house appears before I can and when I go in he's waiting for me.
"Zayn said you had something to tell me?" Niall says in a questioning manner.
"Uh, yeah...later."
