(We start off with Ash who's asleep as Pikachu awakens and tries shaking Ash awake as we start off in the Galar region as it's the day after the battle between Ash and Marnie as they stayed in the Wyndon Pokémon center)
Ash: (waking up) morning Pikachu. (Sees the other two beds are empty) wait a minute, where's (Y/N) and Goh? (He sees a note as he picks it up and reads it as he sees it's from Goh)
"Ash, I tried to wake you but no success. I'm heading to the Motostoke riverbank. Come and find me when you wake up. (Y/N) said he'll stay behind and wait for you, he should be just outside the Pokémon center."
Ash: man, I promised Goh I'd get up early with him so then we could go and catch Pokémon together but I slept through it! Let's hurry and meet up with him. (Pikachu agrees)
(We see him get outside as he sees (Y/N))
(Y/N): hey there sleepyhead.
Ash: hey!
(They're now rushing to get a train)
Ash: okay, let's take the train from Motostoke to Motostoke riverbank then we should catch up.
(They see two boys running)
Boy: we've got to move! Leon's battle has already started!
Boy 2: yeah, I know!
Ash: huh? Leon's having a battle. Wait a second! Hang on!
(Y/N): oh no.
(They see both Ash and (Y/N) and they get excited)
Boy: you beat Marnie yesterday!
Boy 2: we saw it all, it was so cool! You're really strong!
Boy 2: and you beat that Tobias guy!
Boy: yeah I liked your Wispeon I've never seen a Pokémon like it before
Boy 2: and that you have raikou as a Pokémon!
(Y/N): I appreciate your compliments to my Pokémon, they're really the bestest friends I could ask for.
Ash: yeah thanks a lot but tell me about Leon.
Boy: Leon should be there.
Boy 2: at Wyndon stadium.
Ash: no way I gotta get there! (Rushes off)
(Y/N): wait! (Rushes after him)
(The two boys watch as they speed away)
Both boys: fast too.
(They are reaching Wyndon stadium)
Ash: please! Please! Don't let me be late!
(Y/N): wait up Ash! What about helping Goh!
(Ash doesn't hear him as they reach a TV screen)
Announcer: it's an all out brawl! Something you'd expect from a master lass battle!
(We see Leon's charizard use flamethrower on an infernape, Flint's infernape)
Announcer: will it be possible for 7th ranked Flint to take out 1st ranked Leon on Leon's home field!
(We see infernape using Mach punch hitting charizard)
Ash: woah! Leon's facing one of the Sinnoh's elite 4, Flint!
(He remembers back to when he battled against Flint and got destroyed)
Ash: We gotta hurry!
(They rush to he stands as they see the battle)
Leon: use dragon claw! (Leon's charizard flies in with dragon claw)
Flint: dodge it! (Infernape dodges it) now use flare blitz!
Leon: now this should be interesting. You too charizard flare blitz!
(Both Pokémon use flare blitz as it's a clash both Pokémon hitting each other trying to overpower the other)
Flint: circle around and use Mach punch!
(Infernape does just that )
Leon: use flamethrower!
(Charizard uses flamethrower hitting Infernape as the Mach punch misses)
Flint: oh no!
Leon: use dragon claw!
(Charizard uses dragon claw hitting Infernape to the ground and it's unable to battle)
Rotom drone: Infernape is unable to battle, charizard is the winner! Which means the victory goes to Leon! (Leon does his signature pose)
Announcer: he's not the monarch for nothing. Our champion Leon adds another entry into his unprecedented winning streak! (The crowd cheer and applaud)
(A/N): random question but given information we know in the masters tournament do you think it's just a 1 vs 1 battle or do you think of the battle we didn't see it was a 2 vs 2 or 3 vs 3 etc and Leon used gmax rillaboom in this battle? Considering we only see normal charizard in this battle against infernape because usually when charizard gigantamaxes it's implied no one can survive it and the battle is usually over.
Rotom drone: as a result of todays battle there has been a change in the world coronation series rankings effective immediately! (We see Flint has got knocked down to 8th)
Flint: you gave it your all Infernape. Return. (Returns Infernape as Leon has walked over and offers his hand to help him up) that's why you're the champion, thank you. (Takes his hand as he helps him up)
Leon: good battle, let's do it again. (He raises his arm in the air as the crowd cheer)
Ash: now that was awesome!
(Y/N): good sportsmanship you love to see it.
(Timeskip)
Ash: you gotta admit Leon is the absolute coolest. Wow, wish I could've seen it from the start.
(Y/N): true.
(They look to see a crowd)
Ash: what's up?
(They look closer to see it's Leon surrounded by people)
Ash: it's Leon!
(We see he's signing autographs for people and taking pictures with his fans)
Leon: thanks so much. It's all thanks to you.
Ash: Leon sure is popular. After all, he is the undefeated champion.
(Y/N): and it's mainly thanks to his undefeated ace Charizard. Even if Leon is still undefeated when I battle him his charizard sure as hell won't be, that's a promise.
Leon: I really hope you're looking forward to the next battle. See you then!
(He waves goodbye and leaves)
Ash: Leon!
(Y/N): yo!
Leon: oh well if it isn't Ash and (Y/N)! You came for my battle?
Ash: yup. I had my own battle here yesterday. (Giggles) and I won! (Shows he's ranked 15th)
(Y/N): I'm getting up there too! (Shows he's ranked 17th)
Leon: ranked 15th and 17th, the master class is well within your reach.
Ash/(Y/N): yeah!
Leon: I've got an idea, do you both have some time? I'm about to do some training, would you care to come along?
(Y/N): yes!
Ash: some training now? Just right after you had a battle?
Leon: charizard and I didn't quite get our fill during the match.
Ash: I'm in too!
(We cut to Goh who's with a bunch of gossifleur as they're playing with grookey)
Goh: (laughs) you're really having a ball.
(Grookey is having fun as a gossifleur goes on it's head and they're both enjoying it)
Goh: (has a pokeball out) right, here it goes. (He tosses the pokeball which hits gossifleur and it goes in and shakes three times and pings signalling he's caught it)
Rotom phone: gossifleur has been registered to your Pokédex.
Goh: wow, I just caught a gossifleur (he sends out gossifleur as the Pokémon continue to have fun) let's be friends.
Rotom phone: gossifleur, the flowering Pokémon, a grass type. When gossifleur sticks it's leg into the ground it sings a happy song which adds colour to its flower petals.
Goh: Ash and (Y/N) are late, really late. Especially considering (Y/N) is with Ash too and (Y/N) has pretty good navigation skills. I'm wondering what's going on Ash still can't be sleeping can he? (Goes on his phone) now calling (Y/N). Now calling (Y/N).
(Y/N): yo!
Goh: (Y/N) I've been waiting for you two all this time what have you two been up too!
(Y/N): (distance talking) yes? Okay ((Y/N) is now speaking to Goh) Ash said he forgot.
Goh: forgot? But you're with him.
(Y/N): yeah but we both got an opportunity and neither of us could pass it up, I'm really sorry. We're riding with Leon. We're going to do some training.
(We see in their end they're in a charizard themed car, well Ash and Leon are while (Y/N) is riding on Dragonite)
Goh: with Leon! How?
(Y/N): I'll spare you the details when we meet up for now let's just say one big mixup and Ash's excited personality and lack of anyone able to contain his indomitable spirit. Where do you want us to meet up later?
Goh: meet up at the Pokémon center we stayed at in three hours.
(Y/N): right! You got that Ash?
Ash: yeah!
Goh: (mumbles and pouting) I would have liked to see Leon too ya know. Don't worry we'll make up for it by catching lots and lots of rare Pokemon!
(He hears a car horn as we see is Sonia and her pink car)
Sonia: Goh is that you!
Goh: huh? Sonia!
(Timeskip: we see Sonia is out the car and looking about)
Goh: what are you doing here?
Sonia: doing fieldwork. I'm investigating power spots in the wild area. So Goh what are you doing out here in the woods?
Goh: I just thought I could capture some Galar region Pokémon.
Sonia: is that so? There's a place nearby here where tons of Pokémon appear. Wanna come with?
Goh: like you mean (scared) in your car? Well there's nothing like a good walk
(Tried to walk away but Sonia grabs him)
Sonia: now don't refuse me. Goh, we're already research friends so get inside. (Pushes him in)
Goh: wait but wait!
(A/N): does this count as kidnapping? Is this a crime? Goh didn't give consent. Plus in court if she used the term "research friends" I don't think she'll get very far in defending herself.
(On Ash and (Y/N)'s side we see (Y/N) getting chills down his spine and starts to feel sick at the thought of it but he is getting a feeling that Goh is talking with Sonia and he's feeling sick as trauma of the car ride echoes through his mind as he sense Goh and Sonia are driving but anyways he tunes back into the conversation)
Leon: if Goh's here too, then it might've been best to invite him along.
Ash: it's okay he's looking for Pokémon. By the way, where are you going to take us to train Leon?
Leon: the sea.
Ash: (laughs) the sea!
(We see them driving in a forest as they stop)
Ash: Leon, the sea... really?
(Leon checks his map before he puts it down)
Leon: okay Ash and (Y/N) today we're training in the mountains.
Ash: I thought we were going to the sea weren't we? You couldn't have gotten lost could ya?
(Y/N): oh great the world's strongest Pokémon trainer can't navigate (sighs) I wish this was either Kanto or Johto I can navigate those regions with so much ease like it's the back of my hand.
Leon: let's not sweat the small stuff, let's have fun!
Ash: uhh right.
(Y/N): (sarcastically) this can't go horribly wrong. (Returns Dragonite and walks with them)
(We see there walking in the forest as they stop)
Leon: this is the perfect place. Charizard! (Sends out charizard as he hops on charizard) come I'm Iida (Y/N) and Ash. (He helps Ash up but (Y/N) just sends Dragonite and corvisquire and drakloak out as he hops on Dragonite and corvisquire flies next to him as does drakloak)
Leon: (to Ash) now make sure you hold on tight. (Charizard flies up as does Dragonite both looking competitive) straight ahead charizard!
(It flies as it dodges a bunch of trees as does Dragonite and the other two Pokémon as they're laughing)
Leon: this kinda feels like Sonia's driving doesn't it.
(Y/N): yeah but this doesn't give me motion sickness!
(Meanwhile we see Sonia's car rocketing high into the air and slamming down onto the road driving as Goh rightfully screams for his life as it spins about and she dies donuts for days)
Sonia: so you're saying Leon and Ash and (Y/N) are hanging out right now?
Goh: yeah I guess you could say that! (In pain) they're training. (His head hits into the front window) together (falls back)
Sonia: really? Hm, I hope they haven't gone anywhere dangerous (for once in a lifetime Sonia is driving as safely as she's ever driven before for these few moments as Goh has a sigh of relief) truth is Leon has a frightening absent sense of direction
Goh: wait you mean that Leon?
(A/N): imagine Leon and Zoro got so lost he and Zoro managed to somehow swap shows or something and Leon becomes the strongest (and the only) Pokémon trainer in One Piece, (though Kaido had a decent chance of becoming and challenging him) and Zoro somehow finds the One Piece treasure without the crew in the world of Pokémon.
Sonia: he leads with all that confidence but he never does see, to get to where he's going.
Goh: really? But I always assumed Leon was the ultimate champion at everything.
Sonia: (giggles) his battling skills are amazing and he's undefeated as champion but... if you're imagining a worldwide hero figure or some perfect celebrity he's kinda the opposite.
Goh: amazing.
Sonia: here we are.
(Back with the trio)
Leon: use dragon claw!
(Charizard uses dragon claw breaking some rocks)
Ash: this is awesome!
((Y/N)'s Pokémon also break rocks, though apart from Dragonite, they don't demolish the rocks completely like charizard did)
Leon: good charizard here we go!
(Y/N): you too you three!
Leon: we're heading inside!
(They go in and ride up the waterfall as the other Pokémon follow as they're having fun)
Leon: that was the best! So Ash how do you like skydiving?
Ash: huh?
Leon: alright charizard return. (Returns charizard and they begin to fall) dragapult! (Sends out dragapult as they land on dragapult) that was a nice catch.
(We see drakloak get excited and fly around dragapult who seems happy to see it too)
Ash: do you train like this everyday?
Leon: yeah, fun isn't it.
Ash: totally awesome!
(They see a herd of wooloo)
Leon: look wooloo!
Ash: tons of them!
Leon: let's touch down dragapult.
(Dragapult flies down and lands on the ground as dragapult flies back in the air as Leon and Ash tumble and stop)
(Next the wooloo come and surround them and lick them as (Y/N) and co land on the ground as the wooloo gather and lick (Y/N) too who has sat down and is petting them)
Ash: (laughs) hey that tickles!
Leon: (laughing) I'd say we're all friends by now
(Y/N): (laughs) this is awesome!
(Cut back with Sonia and Goh)
Sonia: well? Doesn't this look like a place Pokémon would hide. Plus I'd like to help too so let's get catching (we hear Goh groaning) Goh? What's wrong?
Goh: it's nothing to worry about, I'll be just fine (we see he's rubbing his back)
Sonia: Goh, now straighten up. Hey, what do you say we find a bunch of Pokémon and then brag about it to Ash, (Y/N) and Leon.
Goh: sure. (Remembers something) I need to ask you a question. A little while ago, you said Leon wasn't the person you'd imagine being a hero then what kind of guy is he?
Sonia: let me see. He can't sit still when he sees a Pokémon, kinda like a really big kid that loves all of them.
Goh: a kid who really loves Pokémon you know that sounds just like Ash.
(Back with the trio)
Ash: they're just so soft and puffy.
Leon: puffy just like a big cloud. Huh?
(They see the wooloo's woolly bodies getting bigger as loads of cotton spurts out from it as the three trainers laugh as a bunch of Dreepy float by)
Ash/Leon: dreepy!
Ash: hey wait up!
Leon: come and play with us!
(They chase after them)
(Back with Sonia and Goh)
Sonia: I'll tell ya Leon didn't have many friends when he was small.
Goh: huh? Really? Why is that?
Sonia: he was probably too busy taking care of his little brother or chores. Which didn't leave him much time to play with his classmates but I was his friend so he saw me every now and again but one day he befriended charmander and as he learned about Pokémon battles suddenly friends, rivals and all sorts of people surrounded him. I guess you could say Pokémon truly expanded Leon's world.
(Back with the trio as a big group of dreepy fly about in a circle as they are underneath them sitting on the grass having a picnic and eating food)
Ash: (mouthful of food) things taste great when you're hungry
Leon: (mouth full of food too) that is so true, what's fun day of training!
Ash: so that was all training?
Leon: battling may be training but so is playing. To me, they're one and the same. You get a great work out with your Pokémon and always remember to have fun.
Ash: I'm right with you on all of that.
(Y/N): I think I can get behind that.
Leon: (laughs) I thought you both might be. The sky is bright, the food is great and we're here with Pokémon. That says it all!
Ash/(Y/N): yeah!
(They hear noises as they look to see a group of corviknight heading their way, about 3 of them)
Ash: hey aren't those...
(Y/N): yeah, they're corviknight and they look ready to strike. Prepare yourselves.
Rotom phone: corviknight, the raven Pokémon, a flying/steel type. Corviknight has no rivals in the Galar region skies. It's shimmering black steel body daunts opponents and causes fear.
(The corviknight arrive and attack the dreepy)
Leon: they're acting strangely.
(We see the corviknight are also attacking the wooloo)
Ash: what did the dreepy and wooloo do?
Leon: those corviknight seem like they're extremely irritated. If we don't stop them someone will get hurt.
(We see one goes to attack drakloak and Dragonite as corvisquire steps in and attacks using drill peck hitting the corviknight as corviknight attacks back with steel wing hitting corvisquire and sending it to the ground hurt as drakloak sees corvisquire get hurt and the dreepy are in distress as it shouts out mad and fires a dragon pulse hitting the corviknight as it shrugs off the attack and goes on the offensive)
(Y/N): we really don't wanna hurt you, please tell us what's wrong.
(Corviknight instead attacks (Y/N) hitting him over and over again with steel wing as corvisquire sees this as its eyes widen before it gives a death glare towards the corviknight as corviknight looks at it as corvisquire's eyes turn completely crimson/blood red and it's coated in a blue light and evolves into corviknight)
Ash: it evolved!
Leon: it wants to protect its trainer and it's anger and passion to protect its trainer triggered it ot evolve. Awesome!
Corviknight moveset: drill peck, hone claws, steel wing, revenge
(Y/N): now use drill peck again!
(Corviknight uses drill peck powering through the opposing corviknight's steel wing as drakloak bites down on the corviknight but the corviknight gets drakloak off of it only for Dragonite to hit it with a dragon rush and it's on the ground unable to battle)
(A/N): I should also mention that now dreepy has evolved into drakloak (Y/N) has a free pokeball because the way I like to think about it is that drakloak took one of the dreepy and put it on it's head meaning one pokeball has them two and one has a dreepy and one pokeball has nothing in it now meaning he can use it to catch something else, it'll be the same thing when drakloak evolves into dragapult. (At least I think that makes sense rather Than a dreepy appearing from thin air like in the games, same reason why I had us catch a kangaskhan instead of having it hatch out of one of the 4 eggs like I was originally planning)
Leon: dragapult let's go! (Hops on dragapult)
Ash: you're gonna battle them?
Leon: if needs be. Alright let's get them to follow us!
(They fly around one)
Leon: hey come get me! (Flows by the other one) what are you waiting for! (The two remaking corviknight are on him) you're just itching for a fight aren't you guys, alright challenge accepted. Dragapult go!
(Dragapult flies up as they give chase and they keep chasing)
Leon: I wonder if you can keep up with my dragapult!
Ash: what's Leon got up his sleeve?
(Y/N): I'm not sure.
Ash: why would those corviknight start attacking the dreepy.
(Y/N): let's find out and review the events for any clues.
Ash: (thinks back) it's like they were keeping them away from the cliffs.
(We cut back to Leon and dragapult flying as the corviknight are gaining ground but Leon and dragapult go underneath them and fly the opposite direction as they end running circles around the corviknight)
Leon: you're too slow!
(We see Ash, Pikachu, (Y/N) and his Pokémon approaching the cliff)
Ash: maybe something's up there. Okay. (Begins his climb as (Y/N) and his Pokémon attempt a stealthy flight up as we see the corviknight attempt to block and trap Leon via being in front of and behind dragapult)
Leon: trying to trap us? Dragapult let's break through to the front!
(The corviknight in front fired air slashes)
Leon: dodge it!
(Dragapult flies up causing the air slashes to miss)
Leon: dragapult return! (Returns dragapult and begins free falling as he lands on one of the corviknight and takes his shirt off and puts it over one of the corviknight's eyes as it begins shouting out) woah you're a lively one.
Ash: wow that's awesome.
(Y/N): and look that other corviknight is eating the berries I left it. (We see the defeated corviknight is weak and eating the oran berries (Y/N) left for it)
(Pikachu reminds them the task at hand)
Ash/(Y/N): oh right. (Continues the climb/flight up)
(Back with Leon)
Leon: I guess it's about time. (He takes his shirt off it's eyes as it looks around and seems much calmer) you calm now? Don't worry I'm your friend. Now let's fly!
(It flies as the other two corviknight follow as Ash and (Y/N) reach the top, oh I should've mentioned sooner (Y/N) was riding on his newly evolved corviknight as they look to see a bunch of Rookidee in a little nest)
Rotom phone: Rookidee, the tiny bird Pokémon, a flying type. Although Rookidee has a small body, it confronts Pokemon of any size. Corviknight is it's final evolved form.
(Y/N): it's a bunch of Rookidee. The corviknight must be protecting their young. But wait, why are their three corviknight?
Ash: we gotta tell Leon about this.
(They go to tell Leon until a dreepy flies near)
Ash: wait don't go near there!
(One of the corviknight sees and heads towards the nest)
Leon: what's going on? No don't!
(The two Corviknight fired air slashes towards the dreepy as the dreepy floats away after it's pushed out the way by drakloak who takes the hits and these strong winds causes Ash to cling on tight but the Rookidee are sent flying as Ash jumps and catches one)
Leon: Ash here! (He holds his hand out as Ash grabs it)
(Y/N): let's go!
(Him and his Pokémon move and go and successfully grab all the falling Rookidee as Leon pulls Ash onto the corviknight with him)
Ash: thanks Leon.
Leon: I get it. These corviknight are only trying to protect these little ones.
(Timeskip: we see Leon bandaging up one of the Rookidee who was injured)
Leon: good, that shoukd do it.
Ash: you take care. (Puts Rookidee on one of the corviknight's shoulder)
(Y/N): all of you (puts the other two Rookidee on the two other wild corviknight) also can I ask a question, why are there three of you.
(We see two of the corviknight look at one of them and blush and by a closer look of the things the two blushing corviknight are female)
(Y/N): oh wow, well good on you. (The three corviknight fly up and away as the two non injured Rookidee get off the two Corviknight's shoulders and fly with them)
Leon: you both did well.
(Y/N): hey Leon, I have a request.
Leon: what is it?
(Y/N): I'd like to have a sparring match 3 rounds with each one using a different Pokémon. I'd like to see how far the gap is between is currently before I come for your spot in the masters 8 (grins)
Leon: I'd be happy to oblige to that request. Bring it on!
(He gives Ash a fist bump first and then give (Y/N) a fist bump and then Ash and (Y/N) fist bump each other as the dreepy and wooloo are at peace once again as Pikachu is laid on top of one as we see both Leon and (Y/N) prepare to battle)
(Y/N): corviknight let's do this!
Leon: I choose you! (Sends out a rillaboom)
(Y/N): a rillaboom huh. Let's do this! Corviknight use steel wing!
Leon: alright Rillaboom use drum beating and catch it!
(Leon's rillaboom uses drum beating as it beats its drums and roots sprout up and head towards corviknight who is charging full force as it's hit and the vines wrap around it but it doesn't seem to slow corviknight down for long as it charges in clobbering rillaboom with steel wing)
(Y/N): drill peck!
(Corviknight charges right back in with drill peck)
Leon: block it!
(Rillaboom raises it's drum shield and blocks it)
(Y/N): go!
(Corviknight then swerves to the side and hits rillaboom'smart and knocks it shield out of its hands)
Leon: acrobatics!
(Rillaboom uses acrobatics hitting Corviknight away as it flips and grabs its drum shield max dits ready)
(Y/N): it's all or nothing use hone claws!
(Corviknight uses hone claws and boosts its attack and accuracy as it looks at its opponent for any weak spot as is (Y/N) as they both have a plan)
(Y/N): go!
(Corviknight flies in)
Leon thoughts: what are they up to?
Leon: use drum beating!
(Rillaboom uses drum beating)
(Y/N): dodge it and use drill peck!
(Corviknight avoids the drum beating and uses drill peck)
Leon: get ready to block it rillaboom!
(Rillaboom gets in a blocking position but Corviknight drill pecks next to them and gets behind it catching the two off guard as it then drill pecks into rillaboom's back doing intense damage before it grabs Rillaboom's hair and throws it into the air and flies up as rillaboom flips around to face the incoming Corviknight)
(Y/N)/Leon: steel wing!/Acrobatics!
(Y/N)/Leon: let's go!
(The two Pokemon clash as they both try to overpower the other as they both land on the ground we see they're both heavily damaged and panting but unfortunately whilst rillaboom falls to a knee Corviknight falls down unable to battle)
(Y/N): dang, thanks Corviknight you were awesome.
Leon: thanks Rillaboom, return. (Rillaboom nods as it's returned to it's pokeball) your Corviknight is really good.
(Y/N): thank you, your rillaboom is really strong too.
Leon: thanks. Now let's get to round two, I choose you! (Sends out dragapult)
(Y/N): (gets a pokeball ready but drakloak jumps in and wants to battle) you wanna take this one drakloak? (Drakloak nods) alright I'll grant your request. Let's start this off with a double team!
(Drakloak uses double team and there's now multiple drakloak's everywhere)
Leon: dragon rush!
(Dragapult disappears as all the drakloak's uses dragon rush hitting and destroying all the clones in a matter of second)
(Y/N): dragon pulse!
(Drakloak fires dragon pulse)
Leon: dodge it!
(Dragapult dodges as the dragon pulse trails across the ground following it as it hits some rock which we see move a little afterwards)
Leon: now use dragon rush!
(Dragapult uses dragon rush)
(Y/N): catch it and use bite!
(Drakloak uses bite as it and Dragapult clash head on and whilst it successfully lands the bite and stops Dragapult one second later it's overpowered and slammed into the ground heavily hurt)
(Y/N): drakloak!
(We see drakloak is severely damaged is struggling to get up until the last dreepy pops mount the pokeball and starts cheering and shouting for drakloak to get up as drakloak hears and finds the strength to get up)
Leon: I love to see the bond between Pokémon.
(Y/N): there's nothing better. Now drakloak dragon pulse!
(Drakloak fires dragon pulse hitting dragapult as it takes the hit and seems just fine)
Leon: alright Dragapult dragon darts!
(Dragapult fires dragon darts as the dreepy are launched)
(Y/N): you can do this!
(Drakloak screams and charges as it's coated in a blue light as the last dreepy flies towards it as we see it's evolved into dragapult as both dreepy are locked and loaded as dragapult fires dragon darts too as the two sets of dreepy clash we see Leon's dragapult's dragon darts overpower the newer dragon darts as all 4 dreepy hit (Y/N)'s dragapult and it's unable to battle)
Dragapult moveset: quick attack, dragon pulse, dragon darts, bite
(Y/N): woah... your dragapult barely even has a scratch on it.
Leon: it's pulled through for me in tons of battles.
(Y/N): alright then round 3! Dragonite let's do this!
Leon: go on charizard! (Sends out charizard)
(Y/N): let's kick this off with a dual wingbeat!
(Dragonite flies in at fast speeds)
Leon: dragon pulse!
(Dragonite is in close range as charizard fired and hits a point blank dragon pulse as Dragonite launches back and hits the ground leaving a crater behind it as it gets back up)
(Y/N): good shot but it'll take way more than that to stop us! Dragon rush!
Leon: dragon pulse again!
(Charizard fires dragon pulse but Dragonite just roars out and flies in with dragon rush as it breaks through the dragon pulse as if it's not even effecting it and hits charizard slamming it into the ground as charisma makes a crater on impact too)
(Y/N): iron tail!
Leon: dragon claw!
(Charizard goes in with dragon claw)
(Y/N): dodge it!
(Dragonite dodges the dragon claws and then hits charizard with iron tail and then wrapping it's tail around charizard's neck and starts to choke for a little bit before releasing pressure but still has its tail wrapped around as it uses it to slam charizard back into the ground)
Leon: your Dragonite's good.
(Y/N): we've been training a lot, after all your charizard is undefeated in trainer battles
Leon: well we're not through yet. Charizard dragon claw!
(Charizard emerges and uses dragon claw but Dragonite just catches its hands and shakes it's head no)
(Y/N): dual wingbeat!
(Dragonite uses dual wingbeat but this time charizard blocks it with ease and shakes it's head no as Dragonite grins as we see both trainers grinning too)
Leon: flamethrower!
(Charizard hits a point blank flamethrower to Dragonite's face as the smoke settles we see Dragonite seems unfazed)
Leon: now use flare blitz charizard!
(Charizard charges in with flare blitz)
(Y/N): dragon rush!
(Both attacks clash as both Pokémon are hit and begin to fall but catch themselves and maintain flight at the same time)
(Y/N): dragon rush again!
Leon: flamethrower!
(Dragonite uses dragon rush as it manoeuvres and dodges around the flamethrower fired by charizard as the flamethrower hits a large pile of rocks but they don't break as they start to move and then there's a small earthquake as the trainers notice)
(Y/N): what's that?
Leon: that's not good.
(The ground breaks and emerges and comes out of hiding is two big feet as we see a stonejourner that's about the size of Goh's golurk emerge and it looks ready to fight)
Ash: is that a dynamaxed Pokémon?
(Y/N): no it's just really, really big and wants to battle
Leon: and very ticked off.
(The stonejourner fires a bunch of rocks as it uses rock slide as rocks fall down and you may ask how does stonejourner fire them? Well he summons them and then kicks them over towards them)
(However as the Pokémon get ready we see Dragonite taunting charizard and taunts it to take the attack which charizard obliges as Pikachu tries to talk them out of it but they both end up taunting Pikachu and joins in as the rock slide heads towards all three of them as they wait in anticipation as they get closer the Pokémon sweat more and more until they're straining their faces of trying not to flinch or move as all three get hit by the rocks)
Leon/(YN)/Ash: charizard!/dragonite!/pikachu!
(We see the three Pokémon get up and are fine)
Ash: what are you doing?!
(Y/N): this isn't a time for playing!
Leon: (laughs) looks they're good friends.
(A/N): some of you may be confused what's going on but Dragonite is pretty much Luffy in this case, charizard is Law/Kid in this case since it's usually pretty serious but when it's around Dragonite it acts just as childish and competitive and Pikachu is like Law/kid in this case. (You decide which one is which) Some of you will also know the scene this is based off too.
Ash: Pikachu use thunderbolt
(Y/N): Dragonite iron tail!
(The thunderbolt hits as stonejourner seems fine but before Dragonite hits the iron tail stonejourner is coated in fire as this weakens the damage iron tail would do as it then jumps and crashes down on charizard)
(Y/N): woah!
Leon: charizard!
(We see stonejourner has charizard under one of its huge feet)
Ash: Pikachu use iron tail!
(Y/N): dragon rush!
(Both Pokémon connect their attacks as stonejourner stumbles slightly but charizard manages to get free)
Leon: dragon claw!
(Charizard uses dragon claw hitting stonejourner but stonejourner then uses heavy slam and it connects with both Pikachu and Dragonite as they're both crushed and pinned underneath its feet)
(Y/N): Dragonite!
Ash: Pikachu!
Leon: charizard help them out and use dragon pulse!
(The dragon pulse ends up hitting stonejourner but it does not budge as it summons more rocks via rock slide as it moves back freeing Dragonite and Pikachu but they get clobbered by rocks as Charizard avoids the rocks falling its way we see that it's now got closer to stonejourner who hits it to the ground and then attacks with stone edge and charizard falls to the ground)
Ash: it's really strong.
(Y/N): and really smart.
Leon: it's learning and improving just from this battle alone. We need to give this 110% and take this seriously.
(Y/N): let's do this! We are doing damage look! (We do see stonejourner is damaged quite a bit)
(All three Pokémon get up and are ready)
(Y/N): alright dragon rush and aim for the leg!
Ash: you too Pikachu with iron tail!
(They both attack and hit the legs as stonejourner falls on it's back)
Leon: now Charizard flare blitz full power!
(It lands a devastating flare blitz right to its face as the stonejourner falls to the ground)
(Y/N): pokeball go! (We see him throw an ultra ball as it hits the stonejourner as his rotom phone says excellent as it goes into the ball and shakes three times and pings signalling he's caught it)
Rotom phone: stonejourner has been registered to your Pokédex
(Y/N): oh yeah.
Ash: you've got a real powerhouse there
Leon: yeah it was really strong, it was managing to take all 3 of us on.
(We see Dragonite, charizard and Pikachu fist bumping each other as we see Dragonite and charizard have more respect for one another)
Stonejourner moveset: heavy slam, heat crash, stone edge, rock slide
(Suddenly they hear a noise as they see a weird orange bird Pokémon as Pikachu is freaked out as it's right next to Pikachu as it uses thunderbolt as the bird then puts Pikachu in its mouth)
Ash: hey let go of Pikachu!
Leon: it's a cramorant but it looks different.
(The bird then fires Pikachu at Ash as Pikachu lands in Ash's arms and Ash gets electric shocked)
(Y/N): pokeball go! (He throws a dive ball hitting cramorant as it goes in and shakes once and pings as it's a critical capture)
Rotom phone: cramorant has been registered to your Pokédex.
(Y/N): that's two.
Ash: it's probably a good thing. We don't need to fight another really strong Pokémon.
Cramorant moveset: amnesia, dive, drill peck, air slash
(A/N): stonejourner, cramorant and eiscue are some of my favourite Pokémon from gen 8. As in if I had to rank them in a top 10 it'd be (this is based on design by the way)

(Timeskip: we see they're all back to chilling with the wooloo and dreepy who have returned after fleeing from the giant stonejourner as they reflect on these past few events)
(Y/N): I think that's enough battling and training for today.
Leon: yeah. (Looks at Ash) hey Ash, grabbing it midair was overdoing it a bit
Ash: huh? (Remembers him grabbing the Rookidee mid air) oh yeah but when it comes to Pokémon nothing else matters.
Leon: (chuckles) I would've done the same if I was in your shoes.
(Y/N): same.
Ash: (laughs) hey Leon, what's it like to be champion anyways?
Leon: (looks down) I'm scared all the time.
Ash/(Y/N): huh?
Leon: I've never lost a Pokémon battle before and that scares me a lot. I'm scared I've reached my limit and can't grow anymore, that I can't get any stronger than I am now. (Thinks back to the Darkest day) but when that happened...
(Flash back)
Ash: the sky!
Goh: could it be... Eternatus
(Y/N): what is THAT!
(We see the massive hand form of Eternatus)
Leon: (in the present) I tried but I couldn't even put a scratch on Eternatus.
(Flashback end as Leon stands up)
Leon: I was frustrated but excited at the same time. There are still many in this world that are much stronger than I am but I'm still chasing after them! I've got a lot of work to do to grow stronger! (He has his arms raised to the sky)
(Y/N): what a philosophical and psychological development but those aspirations are something I respect and why I can't wait to battle you for real.
Ash: Leon, you're cooler than I thought you know. Now there's no doubt I wanna battle against you and win.
Leon: (looks at the two and smiles) you two hurry up and climb those ranks
(They nod as they all grin and laugh)
Leon: now it's time we got back.
Ash: buddy let's get going! (Pikachu rushes back)
(Y/N): I'm all set.
Leon: by the way... do you have any idea where the car might be?
Ash: uhhh!
(Y/N): yeah I have a faint idea.
Leon: alright!
(With Goh and Sonia as they're waiting and the sun is setting as they hear a beep as they see charizard and Dragonite with (Y/N) riding on top and behind them a charizard themed car as charizard and Dragonite land and the car stops as Leon and Ash exit the vehicle)
Ash: sorry for the wait Goh
Goh: for crying out loud, your too late!
Ash: I'm sorry, I'm sorry!
Leon: well, I kinda got lost.
Sonia: I figured that was case.
(Y/N): you wouldn't believe what we had to do. First, we had to find the car and then get it out and stop whenever it got stuck and then trying to locate our way back without getting lost. But what I also know is after today's training I'm taking this momentum and knowledge I gained today in my upcoming battle against Marshal.
(After today the two trainer's love for training strengthens even more but will either of them battle Leon for the top spot and if one of them do, who will it be? Or will there be a swerve?)
