One Month Later
I can't believe today makes a whole month since me and Roslyn have been dating. I know you're probably like. What a month, a month isn't that big of a deal. But for me it is. Like I said I never date. But being with Roslyn makes me feel like I am on top of the world no matter what.
Today is Friday. Which means game day. This one is actually the biggest one. If we lose tonight the season is over. If we win the season continues and we go to the championship. Of course I've been working hard to make Roslyn and my mom proud.
To find out Roslyn's brother school is playing us and he's on the team. Which is amazing.
Roslyn texted me this morning telling me she was coming to school early so I'll see her in first period. I make my way down the halls getting weird looks from everyone. I make it to first period to see Roslyn with her head down. I walk over and tap her shoulder.

"For fuck sakes Roslyn use that beautiful brain of yours. No Roslyn it isn't true. I only want to spend my life with you. Grow old together. Get married. Have two beautiful kids Roslyn. I want you only you can even ask my mom I was home all day yesterday." I say looking at her lips then back to her eyes
"Fine. I'll let you slide. But that bitch ain't gonna slide. Wait till the game." She says
"I think you would look cute in this." I say taking my jersey off putting it on her
"I'll give it back before the pep rally." She says

"Mr Riley and Ms Roslyn. I know you both love each other dearly but no making out in the middle of class." Mrs. Martinez says

It's fourth period now. Which we never do anything in here anyways I lay my head down to go to sleep then I can feel someone's eyes staring at me. I sit up and see Atia staring.
"What do you want." I say with an attitude

"He has told you so many times that he doesn't want you." I say
"He will want me again." She says
"Okay have fun trying to." I say rolling my eyes

One of Riley's friends start to walk over to me. I think his name is Adrian I don't even know to be honest.
"So what do you and Riley have planned after the game?" He asks
"I don't know, why?" I say
"Just asking since today is y'all one month anniversary." He says
"I don't know it's up to him." I say
"Well then okay Ros." He says walking away
These stupid ass nicknames. I kind of have an idea what Rileys is gonna do. A hour have passed so the pep rally starts soon I think. I walk out of class to find Riley and give him his jersey back.
I find him outside with all the cheerleaders trying to talk to him but he has his airpods in. He really does make it clear that he only wants me. Lord help this man.
I walk over to him. He quickly looks at me smiling. I take the jersey off handing it to him.
"Hope I give you good luck." I say going in for a quick kiss but he doesn't let go
"Riley what the fuck are you doing." I say while he's still kissing me
"The pep rally starts in thirty minutes." He says pulling away from this kiss pulling me towards his car
"Riley." I say
"Happy one month anniversary." He says unlocking his back door
He opens the door. I see pillows, and a blanket on on the seats. With no times he pushes me into the car locking the door after he gets in. Well this is gonna be fun.
