A MONTH LATER
The past weeks has past and Ophelia and Paul have gotten close he even told her that he was a shape shifter and the Quileute Tribe , she found it fascinating and she told him Esmeray was a vampire and apart if the Cullen Covern
He at first wasn't to found of it and told her about how wolfs and vampires are natural enemies and that Ophelia should leave her . And Ophelia being Ophelia got angry and yelled at him almost kicking him in the balls telling him she's mates with Esmeray and told him she won't be friends with someone who tells her what she must and must not do
He ofcourse was scared and immediately apologized and they talked it out he said he's happy for her and even confessed to her he had a crush on her but it doesn't matter anymore knowing she had a mate now , she felt bad but he reassured her that it was okay and he will soon someday find his mate
"So i was thinking" Ophelia started off as the two were at the library Ophelia worked at
"Oh no if you say that it's something bad" she scoffed throwing him with a book that he easily caught with a grin
"Shut up but anyways I wanted to ask you something" He put down the book turning to give his attention to her "Ask away"
"I know shape shifters have imprints and all but what if your imprint was a dude" Ophelia asked crossing her legs on the couch sipping her water
"Mm I never thought about that actually" he scratched his chin thinking for a moment before answering "But I don't have a problem with that actually guy or girl I'm fine with it plus I found dudes attractive too so that won't be an issue for me" he shrugged as Ophelia squealed clapping her hands
"Oh my god I knew it" she grinning widely making the man laugh
"Urgh finally I have a best friend who's bi" she grinned but paused "Wait are you bi" he gave her an amused look "If I were to label myself it would be Pansexual" She gasped
"Now way me too" the two squealed wiggling their fingers together
"Pan besties for life" Paul grinned as she nodded excitedly
As they talked Ophelia felt nauseous out of no where suddenly making her jump up running to the bathroom, opening the stall she kneeled down throwing up
"Lia you okay" She heard Paul spoke her head buried in the toilet pot
"I'm go-"
She cut herself off throwing up everything she ate today
"Okay I'm coming in" Paul walked in the girls bathroom going in the stall where the girl was groaning holding her head in her hands
"Is it something you ate" He asked rubbing her back as she groaned again
"I don't know" she whined and immediately threw up again with Paul holding her hair
"Come on let it all out" he rubbed her back looking at the girl in sympathy
After a few minutes she went to the sink rinsing out her mouth
"Let's get you home I'll tell Liza you're sick" Paul gave her a smile as he walked out leaving the shorter woman in the bathroom leaning her head on her hands
