"And then she asked me what we were. I don't know how to respond to that. I mean, I like her and I think she likes me. We aren't dating but are we talking? No we never established talking so then what are we?! Hell, I can't even answer the question myself, how am I supposed to answer it for amity", Luz said passing a puck back and forth with Boscha.
The huskies had a game later and the two wanted to get in some extra practice. "I don't know man, usually Willow is better with the whole girl talk thing", Boscha said. "You literally have a girlfriend", Luz replied. "Yeah but amity talked to me about Willow. That's their thing. Girl talk", Boscha said sliding the puck to Luz. "Maybe we should get good at girl talk idk", Luz suggested. The two shared a look and then started to laugh. "Yeah no we definitely not doing that", Boscha said.
Meanwhile in Amity's dorm
"Willow I really like Luz but I don't like being confused about what we have. I cant control how upset I feel when she's talking to some other girl. What if the Jessica thing comes back? Or this new Avery chick tries to take Luz? Should I just flat out tell her that I'm in love with her? Cause I think I am and I think she feels the same way and now I want her to answer this question but I don't even know either to be honest", amity ranted, pacing back and forth.
"Mhm okay so clearly you need to be open about your feelings to Luz because if you don't say anything then nothing will progress forward. You both clearly have something going on and I think it's time you establish it or at least both be on the same page about it", Willow replied. "You're right Willow. You always come through with the girl talk", amity said stopping her pacing. "I wonder if Luz and Boscha do girl talk?", Willow said.
The two looked at each other and then broke out into laughter. "Yeah no they definitely do not do that", amity said wiping fake tears from her eyes. Amity's phone rung and she answered the call. "Hello? What do you want? Wait they do? Oh okay we'll meet you guys there. Okay bye", she said hanging up the call afterwards. "Ed said that the police want to question us about the whole kidnapping situation". Willow looked surprised. "Why did they wait this long to ask for us?". Amity shrugged. "I don't know, maybe they didn't have any leads? It's not like we went to them, who knows what that guy would've done to us". Willow agreed and called her girlfriend to let her know.
"Absolutely not"
"Luz come on, we would be a lot of help", Boscha said. "Yeah and plus we've already agreed to speak to the police", Willow said. Luz couldn't deny that she was upset. They made these decisions and didn't even ask for her input. "Whatever, let's just go", she said walking towards the building.
When she got in she saw amity and her siblings sitting down in chairs. Luz and Amity made quick eye contact and looked away. The big question was still lingering in the air and neither of them knew how to answer it.
Just then a cop enters the room with a clipboard. "I'll be taking each of you individually to speak with one of our FBI members about the situation. You will answer truthfully and you will be recorded. Are we clear on that?". Ed raised his hand. "Actually me and my twin come in a pair, literally, so we will like to be together when answering the questions". "Fine", the cop sighed. "We'll have you two go first then". The twins stood up and followed him to the back.
~Investigations~
Ed and em enter the room and take a seat. They see the investigator sitting in the chair across from them.
Detective: I'm detective woods. I will be asking a couple questions about miss blight's kidnapping. I assume you're the older siblings
Ed: Yeah, the cool ones
Ed leans back in his chair, almost falling out of it
Em: Ed stop messing around. I'm sorry about him. We just wanna help in any way we can.
Woods: I would think so. Anyways, tell me your side of what happened
Em: Well Ed was asked to take out the trash by our father. But he didn't because he's scared of the dark
Ed: I am not!!!
Em: Sure. Anyways. Amity decided to take it out instead. Next thing you know she never came in the house. When we realized it we told our parents and they called the cops
Ed: We had figured that she was probably at her friends house. We got a call from them and they said she wasn't answering her phone, meaning she wasn't with them
Em: From there blah blah we followed prints, did some yelling, found a bunker and yeah!
Detective woods wrote all the things they told them down
Woods: Thank you. When you leave can you send in Miss Park?
Ed and Em: Sure can do!
Ed and Em leave the room and not to long after Willow comes in and sits down
Woods: I'm detective woods and-
Willow: You're gonna be asking me questions about Amity's kidnapping
Woods: Well yes. Anyways what is ur relationship with mis- Amity
Willow: We are very close friends. Back when we were younger we used to be best friends but things happen but we worked out our issues
Woods: Um okay, glad to hear that. Where was the bunker that she was as held in located?
Willow: Well, It wasn't that far from Blight Manor. It was deep in the woods though and if it weren't for the prints it probably would've been hard to find
Woods: Do you know anything about the people who took her?
Willow: Not from what Amity told us, Luz did get farther than we did, you should ask her
Woods writes the information Willow gave. It wasn't a lot but slightly useful.
Woods: Thank you, can you send them both in to me?
Willow nodded and left the room
Amity and Luz enter and sit in front of the detective. They slightly distance themselves from each other
Woods: Hello ladies, I'm detective woods. From what I gathered, you two have the most information about the kidnapping situation. I'm just gonna have you tell me what happened from your points of view
Amity: I'll start. So I was going to take out the trash. It was pretty dark but there's usually no one around since the manor is gated. Next thing you know I felt someone grab me and put a cloth to my face. I woke up and was tied to a chair in this room of a bunker. I don't know how but my friends came and saved me.
Woods writes what amity tells them
Woods: I'm sorry that you had to go through that. Woods looks at Luz. Now can you tell me what happened when you got inside the bunker?
Luz picked at the skin on her fingers
Luz: Um yeah. So me and the group split up because there were different tunnels. A lot of these guards with bird masks caught me so I had to...take care of them. I then found a room and...um
Woods: Take your time
Amity looked worryingly at Luz
Luz: I saw pictures of me, my mom and dad, and a newspaper article from when they died. Tears started to form in her eyes. From there I found a door which led to the room amity was in. I got her out, this guy lit the place on fire. While our friends carried amity out I went to go finish things. I found the man responsible for my parents death. He stabbed me and ran. I don't remember anything else after I got out the bunker. Not until the hospital
Amity and woods stared a Luz with sympathy
Woods: Do you know what the man looks like?
Luz shook her head
Luz: They were wearing masks
Woods: Well we found one of them. He looks like a teen at least. We found him dead, the cause was from a bullet
Luz and amity's eyes went wide
Woods: We identified him as hunter. We don't have many leads on the other man. We're assuming they are related in some way.
Luz: Wait, I remember him calling the man uncle
Woods writes that down
Woods: Thank you too very much for your help. We will update you guys if we need you and or update you on any leads we have. I'm sorry again that this happened to you guys
The two thanked the detective and left the room
~End of investigations~ (sorry Boscha)
Luz's POV:
"So what are we gonna do now?", I ask the group.
"I am hungry", Ed said. "You're always hungry", his twin replied. "Honestly food does sound good", I add. We all decided to go to a restaurant we saw when coming here. Amity rode with, Boscha, Willow, and I.
The ride was awkward. I wanna talk to her about the whole "what are we" thing but I don't know how. When we got to the restaurant we waited for them to seat us. The four of us sat in a booth. Willow and Boscha on one side, me and amity on the other. Great.
The waitress came and asked what we wanted to drink. She had her sleeve rolled up, rings, and a septum. Definitely gay. I swear I saw a minor undercut. I noticed how she kept glancing at amity. I don't know why she was doing that but she can kindly stop. I mean I don't care. When she left I sighed in relief.
I made eye contact with Boscha and we spoke with, facial expressions? I don't really know it's this thing we do so Willow doesn't know what we're talking about. It works most of the time. "Will you two cut that out", Willow spoke up. "You both know I hate when you do that" Amity looked confused. "What are they even doing?" "You don't even wanna know", Willow replied rolling her eyes.
The waitress soon came back with our drinks. "Thank you", amity said being polite. "Of course", the waitress said, adding a wink at the end. I know I'm not the only one who saw that. I saw amity smile in response. "You guys ready to order?", asked the waitress. I had to say something. "Yes we are". I looked at her name tag. "Iris". "I'll have chicken tenders with fries. Willow?". "I'll have the house chicken Alfredo and can you add broccoli?", Willow said. Boscha ordered a burger because it's Boscha. "How about you ams", I said getting closer to her. "Uhh I'll have shrimp tacos", she said blushing.
I saw Iris finish writing our orders down. She told us that she would be back with our food. "She seems nice", amity said. I rolled my eyes. "That's what she wants you to think". Boscha laughed and Willow shook her head. "Luz don't forget about our game tonight", Boscha reminded me. "Right, I think Avery is gonna be there", I said. "Of course she is", amity said. "What's that supposed to mean", I asked confused.
I thought amity liked Avery. "I thought u guys liked Avery", I said. "Yeah she's great. I know you think so", amity said backhanded. Boscha looked at me and shook her head trying to tell me something. I didn't care at the moment. Just then my phone vibrated. "Oh is your girlfriend texting you?", asked the blight. "She isn't my girlfriend", I replied. Why is she being like this? I clearly like her and she's acting all weird.
A little time went on and I didn't talk to amity much. Next thing I knew the rat came back with the food. I mean, Iris. "Here you guys go", she said setting the food down. I saw her slip amity a paper and then she walked away. "I need to use the bathroom", I said not wanting to be there right now.
Amity got up and let me out. Little did I know, she followed me into the bathroom. "Luz what is your deal?", she asked. "My deal? You're the one making assumptions", I replied. "I just, you never answered my question. I don't wanna be confused Luz", amity said turning away from me. "Can we just talk about it later? I'm sorry. I promise I'll answer it. Just not now and not like this", I said to her. She nodded and apologized. I smiled at her and then gave her a hug. We left the bathroom and went to finish our food. After that we paid and eventually went back to the school. Boscha and I got ready for our game.
Amity POV:
The huskies won, of course. I did see Avery there and I guess I was a little jealous. She seems very nice though. Luz was in the shower. I wish I was in th-.Woahh kidding. I'm kidding. Kinda. "Amity I'm done", Luz said coming out the bathroom. She was back in her classic sports bra and boxers. I was feeling something but I didn't know what is but it's pulling me towards her.

3rd person POV:
"Amity? What are you-?", Luz started before getting cut off. "Shhh", amity said. She walked up to Luz and looked in her eyes. "Do it", Luz said. Amity pulled Luz in and kissed her. Luz being Luz, she kissed her back. Letting herself take over she grabbed amity and pushed her into the nearest wall. "Wait, aren't we gonna talk about the thing?", amity asked breathing heavy. "Do you wanna stop?", Luz asked. Amity thought about it. "Nah, I'm good", she replied smirking.
This is gonna be a long night......
