I woke up to the sound of Eddie's soft snoring. (You cannot tell me eddie wouldn't snore I bet that bitch sprawls out on his back with his mouth slightly open snoring away 💀)
But something was very different. The feeling of the bed was wrong. There was no blanket on us anymore. The room was dark like usual. But too kinda gloomy with a blueish tint. I lifted my head off of Eddie's chest and looked around noticing the windows were not boarded up. And everything outiside was still darker and had the same blueish tint. On no.
I got up so fast and ran over to the window seeing there wasn't even glass they we just open for anyone to go through. I glanced around noticing all the viney gross looking things. Fuck. We were in the upside down. This has to be one of those sick twisted dreams.
That is when I heard a noise behind me and turned around instantly to see the closet creaking open.
Y/n: "Henry?" I questioned annoyed.
I glanced at the bed noticing eddie still asleep. When I looked back at the closet it was wide open with a little note on the floor. I approached it quickly not trying to waste time.
The note:
Well well number 15. Back so soon? Didn't you just recently get out of my world? With that boyfriend of yours and those friends. This may be a surprise to you but, it's me Henry.
(I scoffed and rolled my eyes. This guy really thinks he's funny or something)
But I'm different here... But it's ok. I'm more powerful than ever! Call me vecna now.
(This hoe. Always pulling shit)
Now listen carefully. This is not a dream. Your really here. And now it's time for your test. See you soon!

Y/n: "this isn't a dream..?" I checked my wrist where the tattoo usually is and nothing. Like he said I'm not dreaming. Fuck.
I looked at eddie. I walked over and shook him.
Y/n: "eddie get up!" I said in a stern tone.
His eyes quickly opened and confusion spread across his face.
Eddie: "wha- y/n- what are you doing?" He questioned.
Y/n: "come on. We gotta get out of here."
Eddie: "o-ok-" he stumbled off the bed still processing and trying to wake up fully.
*outside*
We began walking down the street and eddie took this as an opportunity to question me.
Eddie: "why the fuck are we back here? No no screw that HOW are we back here?"
Y/n: "I don't know. It's a test."
Eddie: "what? A test? From who?"
Y/n: "henr- vecna."
Eddie: "vecna?" He furrowed his eyebrows.
Y/n: "His real name is Henry. He's been talking to me in my dreams. I don't quite know who he is. But he's a memory from my past. I'm remembering things I didn't even know existed."
Eddie: "and your telling all this to me now? Why haven't you said anything?" He said upset.
Y/n: "because I didn't and still don't know what it really is! Ok this shit is confusing for me!" I said annoyed. Woah. I just basically yelled at him. "I'm sorry."
Eddie: he looked at me. "It's ok. I get it. It's a lot?" He smiled.
Y/n: "yeah I just don't really know what all this is yet." I smiled.
Eddie: "well we will figure that out soon since this is a test."
Y/n: "yeah hopefully a quick test cause I am so eager to know what's going on."
We continued to walk not quiet sure where to go. He never really said much about this "test". We continued walking until eddie noticed something.
Eddie: "the- the stop sign." He stopped pointing towards it.
I stopped and looked up seeing it was red and in fact did not say stop.
The sign read:
"Where it all began."
Eddie looked confused but it instantly clicked in my mind.
Y/n: "wills house."
Eddie: "but will moved to California?"
Y/n: "his old house." I said beginning to walk.
Eddie quickly followed as we began our journey.
*at wills house*
Eddie: "this thing looks spooky as fuck."
Y/n: "come on" I said as I walked up to the already opened front door. The inside looked. Clean? Normal? What. We both looked around surprised as the lights suddenly turned on.
Then I saw an arrow pointing towards the living room. So I followed it and Eddie was right behind me. I looked around noticing the wall. The lights. Some of them were flickering but I noticed it was going in a pattern.
But it stopped.
Eddie: "what the fuck-"
That's when it started spelling something.
Y/n: "W, I, l, l, S, *it paused* H, I, D, E, O, U, T."
Eddie: "wills hideout? Where's that?"
Y/n: "the woods." I sighed. "Let's go."
Eddie: "great. More walking."
*in the woods*
Eddie: "fucking bullshit why is it such a long walk!"
Y/n: "it only feels long cause your slow ass legs have one speed! Walk faster!"
Eddie groaned in frustration as we finally reached the spot. Once we got there I bent down going inside only to be met face to face with 2 unconscious people.
Y/n: "WHAT THE FUCK DUSTIN? ROBIN?"
I rushed over to them seeing two papers on each of them. One read: "hurry" the other read: "up"
I quickly shook them awake.
Eddie: "what the fuck!" He shouted shaking dustin.
Both of they're eyes fluttered open and they both looked confused.
We pulled them up quickly rushing them out.
When we got out of the tent dustin and Robin began questioning Eddie I started walking away but I only got a few steps in when I noticed a peice of the tree was cut leaving a smooth surface and in ted paint was the writing: "the waters rising"
I thought for a moment and realized it meant the lake.
Dustin: "you brought us here DIDNT you!"
Robin: "that makes no sense dustin!"
Eddie: "we all woke up here then?"
Dustin: "as far as I know yes."
Eddie: "what were you guys doing before?"
Dustin: "I DONT FUCKING KNOW EDDIE!"
Y/n: "all of you shut the fuck up!" I said as I turned to them. They quieted down looking at me. "We will explain all the shit we know on the way let's go!" I said as they nodded and followed.
*the lake*
I watched In horror as an unknown kinda chunky watery substance fell from the sky in the middle of the lake. Ew. It was pouring out it was just randomly letting out chunks of all different sizes. Usually small but once in a while some bigger Ones.
Eddie: "that shit looks disgusting"
Robin: "it looks like... blood? Human body parts maybe?" She said eyes widened.
Y/n: "well sitting here doing nothing isn't helping us. Let's go."
