After visiting the "haunted house" and battling the Fairy Gym and deafening the Pokéball Factory from Team Flare, we see our heroes exit Route 15 and enter Dendemille Town a hail falls from the sky but enough of that lets get on with the meat and potatoes

(Y/n): bloody 'ell why is it hailing!! Not to mention we just came out of a forest!!!
Shauna: well let's get to the Pokémon Centre so we can get out of this hailstorm

???: well hello you three!
We turn to the voice and see Prof. Sycamore and Dexio walking towards us and Dexio speaks up
Dexio: how have you all been?
Serena: we've been doing well
Prof. Sycamore: and how's your journey going?
Shauna: it's been super fun Professor!
Prof. Sycamore: that's excellent to hear! You see, when I was younger, I visited many different regions as well. I met many kinds of Pokémon and noticed how each place has its own distinct flavours. So, I really came to enjoy new foods as I traveled. Because of my adventures, I'm an expert on the cafés all over Kalos
Dexio: um... Professor...
Prof. Sycamore: come now, Dexio. I'm going somewhere with this. Now do you three remember the Pokémon Lysandre mentioned at that café?
Serena: yeah
Prof. Sycamore: wonderful! I knew you would! Kalos's Legendary Pokémon are called... Yveltal!!
(Y/n); Yveltal?
Prof. Sycamore: according to material I've read, those who gaze upon it were so overwhelmed by its power, they were only able to say that this Pokémon resembled the letter Y. Apparently, this Pokémon will absorb energy. It's life span is said to be 1,000 years. When it reaches the end of it's life, it steals all of the spirits around it.
Dexio: wherever do you think a Pokémon that amazing could be now?
(Y/n): my question is why Arceus doesn't have this Pokémon on a stricter leash?
Prof. Sycamore: when Kalos's Legendary Pokémon loses all of its vitality, it goes to sleep in a secret place. I don't have a clue where it could be. The writings that mention it are also around a thousand years old, so they aren't much help
Dexio: it would be absolutely astonishing if one of you three found it. Maybe I'll look into the legend a little bit. If I find something, I'll let you know!
Prof. Sycamore: Ah ha ha! Oh, it would be a thrill if one of you three found it, indeed! But your journey is yours and your Pokémon's alone. I want you all to enjoy yourselves and do whatever you'd like! *Prof. Sycamore and Dexio head back to Lumiose City via Route 16*
Trevor: *runs towards the group* um... is the Professor gone already? I was hoping to have him have a look at my Pokédex in person
(Y/n): yeah, you just missed him
Trevor: oh well, I can still get my Pokédex evaluated at a Pokémon Centre's PC... anyway, I'm heading off to go look for Pokémon in the Frost Cavern and fill up more of my Pokédex!
(Y/n): there's probably some good training spots up north. Oi Trev I'll join you
Trevor: you will!!
Serena & Shauna: you will??
(Y/n): of course I will, plus there might be a few good training spots up there
Shauna: if you say so, just don't get hurt alright and we'll be at the Pokémon Centre if you need
I give Shauna a nod then head north passing a giant windmill and enter a snowy area and pass over a bridge until a Mamoswine cries out at a cavern up head startling it's Trainer
Ace Trainer: is something wrong in the Frost Cavern, Mamoswine?
Mamoswine: SWI SWI...
Ace Trainer: excuse me, are you headed to the Frost Cavern, Trainer?
(Y/n): you bet! *Trevor catches up to (Y/n)*
Ace Trainer: this Mamoswine here usually can't get enough of giving people rides on Route 17, but...
(Y/n): but?
Ace Trainer: these days, it seems to be too worried about something in the Frost Cavern to give rides
Trevor: Mamoswine is a Pokémon that loves cold climates. So, maybe it has sensed something amiss in the Frost Cavern *(Y/n) jumps in surprise of Trevor's voice and silently screams*
Ace Trainer: *faces Trevor* and you are?
Trevor: my name is Trevor. I'm researching the distribution of Pokémon in the Kalos region at Professor Sycamore's request
Ace Trainer: I see. So that's why you're walking clear out to the Frost Cavern, then. Mamoswine seems concerned about something over there, so please be careful
Trevor: I will. Thank you *faces (Y/n)* what are you going to do, (Y/n)? I'm going to prepare for my expedition
(Y/n): I'm going spelunking, something doesn't feel right *starts making her way towards the cavern*

After exploring the cavern and battling a couple of Trainers and once (Y/n) made it into a small clearing and see some Team Flare members
(Y/n): Team Flare? What are they doing here?
Trevor: *walks up to (Y/n)* it's really cold in here, isn't it, (Y/n)?
(Y/n): *faces Trevor* I've been in colder weather, Snowpoint is lovely during the summer
Trevor: *looks past (Y/n)* is there something going on up ahead?
(Y/n): yeah, Team Flare. Stay close to me
(Y/n) and Trevor slowly make their way towards Team Flare until they can over hear them talking
???: this Abomasnow is a fine specimen! It's absolutely brimming with energy. The more we agitate it, the stronger it's Snow Warning Ability becomes, making the snow fall even more furiously. Let's catch it and get out of here
Flare grunt#33: yes Commander Mable!
Abomasnow: snowww...
Trevor: hey! *completely blows the element of surprise* hey, you Pokéball thieves! What are you doing here?!
Mable: *faces the two Trainers* what does it look like? We're catching Pokémon. Why else would we grabbed all of those Pokéballs? *turns back to the Abomasnow* it was all so we could catch powerful Pokémon like this Abomasnow. It's full of potent energy!
(Y/n): if N caught wind of this, I think Team Flare would seize to exist
Trevor: energy?
Mable: you're not the brightest one, are you? Whoever has the most Pokémon and the most energy will come out on top! Lazy people who just wait for things to be handed to them don't get to have these resources!
Trevor: but why is Team Flare amassing Pokémon, energy and money? To put it another way, why is Team Flare always trying to take everything for itself?
Mable: allow me to spell it out for you! It's so Team Flare- -and only Team Flare- -can survive! After all, why should we care about saving people who aren't on our side? Anyway, I don't mind a healthy curiosity, but I'm afraid I just don't have any more time for you
Trevor: (Y/n)... did they say only Team Flare will survive? These people have a few screws loose...
Mable: you two- -hurry up and send these kids packing!
Flare grunt#33 & #34: right away!/ yes, ma'am!
Flare grunt#34: LET'S GO! TEAM FLARE! THIS IS THE TRADEMARK POSE OF TEAM FLARE! IT'S THE VERY DEFINITION OF FASHIONABLE!
(Y/n): Trevor, don't let your guard down!
Trevor: right!
(Y/n) faces one of the Flare grunts whom brings out their Golbat and (Y/n) brings out Greninja and (Y/n) gives the first command
(Y/n): Greninja use extrasensory!
Flare grunt#34: dodge then use poison fang!
Greninja eyes glow gold and it releases a rainbow-colored beam from his mouth at the Golbat whom didn't move quick enough and gets hit full force making the Pokémon faint and making (Y/n) smirk and returns Grininja
Flare grunt#34: don't get cocky brat! Go Manectric!
(Y/n): go Gabite!
With both Pokémon out and ready to battle as the Flare grunt gives the first command
Flare grunt#34: Manectric! Use bite!
Manectric rushes Gabite and bites down on Gabite making the Cave Pokémon flinch from the contact
(Y/n): use dig!
Gabite flies into the air and dives into the ground. Seconds later, it comes back up and attacks Manectric and once Gabite is out of the ground she charges at Manectric and slashes the Discharge Pokémon with dragon claw until it faints
Flare grunt#34: hmm... how do you think I could reverse time to the point before I lost?
(Y/n): not in your dreams
Flare grunt#34: I may have lost... I may have lost, but... isn't this winter wonderland beautiful? Almost as beautiful as the Team Flare pose...
(Y/n): whatever *faces Mabel* now, it's your turn
Mabel: hmm... you're more powerful then you look. I wonder how much energy is inside of you
(Y/n): ...creep
Mabel sends out Houndoom and (Y/n) brings out Greninja
(Y/n): Greninja use hydro pump!
Mabel: use thunder fang!
Greninja releases a powerful stream of water from its mouth at Houndoom which hits the Dark Pokémon at full force leaving it barely standing, it then dashes at Greninja as Houndoom's fangs glow yellow and sparks of yellow electricity surround them. Houndoom then bites down on Greninja badly hurting him
(Y/n): use water shuriken!
Greninja summons water in his hands and then swiftly throws them in rapid succession and in three strikes Houndoom collapses to the ground unable to battle further
Mable: *returns Houndoom* not just strong... TOO strong! Not ordinary, indeed...
(Y/n): again creep
Mable: hrmph! I've no patience for losing. Let's get out of here!
And Team Flare make haste and leave the area leaving Trevor, (Y/n) and Abomasnow behind, then Trevor speaks up
Trevor: doesn't battling with Team Flare scare you, (Y/n)?
(Y/n): nope
Trevor: I'll admit it scares me. I don't like battling them... but we managed to protect Abomasnow by pitching in there. I know I'm the reversed type and I'm ok with that, but it's important to be bold when necessary
(Y/n): I couldn't have said it better myself
Trevor: now Mamoswine doesn't have to worry about Abomasnow anymore and that's what matters. All's well that ends well!
(Y/n): you betcha!
Trevor then smiles at (Y/n) and makes his way out of the Frost Cavern and as (Y/n) leaves Abomasnow stops her
Abomasnow: snooowww!
(Y/n): you want to give me something?
Abomasnow nods and hands over a Abomasite to (Y/n) which leaves the Trainer in shock
(Y/n): oh wow! Thank you!
Abomasnow: snowww!
After putting the new Mega Stone away (Y/n) makes her way out of the cavern and back towards Dendemille Town and meets back up with Serena and Shauna whom are standing outside the Pokémon centre
(Y/n): hey!
Serena: hey (Y/n)
Shauna; (N/n)! You're back also did you do something to stop it from hailing?
(Y/n): yeah... Team Flare we're in the Frost Cavern harassing an Abomasnow and giving it to use it's ability
Serena: oh no!
(Y/n): but don't worry, Trevor and I handled it and the Abomasnow is fine now
Shauna: well that's a relief, now let's head over to Anistar City!
(Y/n): sounds good to me
Serena: and we get to ride Mamoswines to get through the thick snow on the Route
(Y/n): well what are we waiting for? Let's go!
Both Serena and Shauna giggle at (Y/n)'s enthusiasm as they head over to Route 17

After finally getting through Route 17 and enter Anistar City until they're stopped by a voice
Sina: hold it you three! *Sina walks in front of the group* I came in place of Dexio to tell you all something. There's a person here in Anistar City who knows about the Legendary Pokémon
(Y/n): wow, that was quick *notice Sina walking off* oi! You're not going to tell us who this person is?!
Sina: *remembers something* oh, I almost forgot! I brought some gifts for you three! Please put them to good use! *hands the trio some Repeat Balls*
(Y/n): I'm not going to use them to spite you
Sina: Repeat Balls make it easier to catch kinds of Pokémon that you've caught before! Even though they're the same species, the strengths and natures of individual Pokémon can be really different
After her explanation Sina walks off and doesn't look back as (Y/n) was about to chase her down Serena stops her
Serena: hey don't get to emotional about it, let's focus on the Gym battle first then we'll look for the person that knows about the Legendary Pokémon
(Y/n): *groans in frustration* fine let's go battle the Gym Leader
With a small smile of victory on Serena's face, the trio walk over to the Gym ready to fight the Gym Leader

After having her mind blown at what she step into (Y/n) ventures around the place until she now finds herself standing face to face with the Gym Leader Olympia
Olympia: a ritual to decide your fate and future. The battle begins! *gently floats off the ground*
(Y/n): oh ok!
Olympia brings out her first Pokémon that being a Slowking and (Y/n) brings out Zoroark with her illusion up looking like Gogoat
Olympia: Slowking use psychic!
(Y/n): use shadow ball!
Slowking's eyes glow light blue as it tries to use it only to do nothing against Zoroark whom smirks at this and creates a purple and black ball in front of her mouth and fires it at Slowking which hits it's target and faints the Royal Pokémon
Olympia: interesting... but no matter *brings out Meowstic*
Olympia: use fake out!
Meowstic runs up to Zoroark and claps its paws together. When it claps, a large shockwave of air comes out of them and pushes Zoroark back and dispels the illusion
Olympia: an illusion? Very clear young one
(Y/n): thanks?
Olympia: now use energy ball!
(Y/n): Agile Style; shadow ball then use night daze!
Meowstic creates a green ball of energy in between their paws as Zoroark's battle cry could heard as she makes another shadow ball and once both balls were made and fired at one another as soon as they collide a small explosion is made creating thick smoke which no one can see through, but Zoroark rushes in and her eyes glow light blue and her body becomes surrounded by a crimson aura. She then raises her arms above her head. When she does, the aura around her forearms gets thicker. She then slams her arms down into the ground. A pink and crimson glowing force field of energy appears from the aura around Zoroark's arms and grows larger, spreading all around the battle field making avoiding it impossible and once Meowstic gets hit they faint from the overwhelming attack
Olympia: *returns Meowstic* hmm... it seems that it's finally time then
Olympia brings out one of the strongest psychic type Pokémon; Alakazam, then Olympia brings her hand to an earring and touches a Key Stone
Olympia: Alakazam, break past your limits and go further beyond! Mega Evolve!
A bright light consumes over Alakazam as more spoons appear and their moustache grows and turns white and their feet grasping together
(Y/n): this will be interesting
Olympia: now Mega Alakazam! Use shadow ball!
(Y/n): dodge then Strong Style; bitter malice!
Mega Alakazam's spoons move in front of the Pokémon and creates a shadow ball and fires it at Zoroark whom dodges it with ease as a faint orange aura shines over Zoroark as she let's out a battle cry as she rushes towards Psi Pokémon and starts attacking Alakazam with spine-chilling resentment and once she steps back Alakazam seems to be moving a lot slower
Olympia: now, use energy ball!
Mega Alakazam goes to move but was hurt by the frostbite and while immobilised by the cold, Zoroark rushes at Mega Alakazam again and as her eyes glow light blue and her forearms glow crimson and slams into Mega Alakazam as the aura expands knocking back the powerful psychic Pokémon
(Y/n); now Zoroark, finish this!
With another battle cry and a flash blue aura, Zoroark dashes at Mega Alakazam with blinding speeds and once close enough she launches another spine-chilling attack which causes the powerful psych to faint and revert back to it's original form then Olympia returns them
Olympia: create your own path. Let nothing get in your way. Your fate, your future. *floats back down* Now, the Psychic Badge. A testament of your skill. Proof of your power. *hands (Y/n) the Psychic Badge* now back from whence you came. You can be transported there. Would you like to be wrapped to the entrance?
(Y/n): yes please
Olympia: farewell...
Then a bright light surrounds (Y/n) as she reappears in the main lobby then she walks out the door expecting to meet back up with Serena and Shauna
Serena: I'm sure getting the Psychic Badge wasn't too much trouble for you. Right, (Y/n)?
(Y/n): a little trouble hurt nobody
Shauna: so where to next?
Before (Y/n) could say a word, her Holocaster signals out saying a message has been sent to her. So (Y/n) pulls out her Holocaster and plays the message
Lysandre (Holocaster): Pokémon Trainers. I come to you by the Holocaster to make an important announcement. Listen well. Team Flare will revive the ultimate weapon, eliminate everyone who isn't apart of our group and return the world to a beautiful, natural state. Unproductive fools are consuming our future... if nothing changes, the world will become ugly and conflicts will raze the land from end to end. I repeat. We will use the ultimate weapon and wipe the slate clean. I'm sorry, those who are not members of Team Flare, but this is adieu to you all
After the message finish and the Holocaster closed up, Serena and Shauna looked confused and horrified at what Lysandre just said but (Y/n) had a grim look on her face
Serena: what...was Lysandre saying? wiping the slate clean? Eliminating everyone but team Team Flare?!
Shauna: that can't be right!!
Serena: (Y/n)! We have to stop Team Flare!! But where could there base be?
Shauna: we first met Lysandre in Lumiose City... maybe he's there!
(Y/n): very well then *brings out Charizard and Garchomp* Serena, I suggest you bring out Altaria and ride on them and Shauna hop on Charizard we're making haste to Lumiose City
Serena & Shauna: right!!
As Serena brings out Altaria and gets onto their back, the trio take to the skies and head towards towards Lumiose City and to put a stop to Team Flare's plans
