"You can't beat her - run!" Gyuki ordered, sacrificing the idea of saving pride and decided that running away was most definitely the best option out of the two that could be weighed.
"Run? I can't do that." His stubbornness showed, refusing to retreat and run away. There was a side of him that refused to let go of that pride.
"You have to! Running away will ensure safety! Even I - a Bijji - know when to preserve my own life! What about Ay?!" If a Bijuu died they would eventually come back to life.
'Cause the chakra would form back, recreating the Bijuu that the mighty Sage of Six Paths had created by splitting up the 10 tails.
"No... I can't do that. Not because it's cowardly of me to do so, but because I must fight." He rose, his body aching as he trickled with an abundance of water.
"There are many more opportunities to fight once you make it out here alive by running away. You don't always have to fight."
Killer Bee chuckled.
"I don't think you get what I'm saying. What we are currently in is a war that will shape our planet. Running away is most certainly efficient." His eyes steeled with resolve.
"But it won't fix the regret that I will feel later on." This was a war that will take countless of lives away from their loved ones. And Satsuki will be one of the people who will result in creating that cataclysmic havoc that will shift the balance of the world once more.
"Because I know... that if I don't fight this scary girl right now... more people will die because I ran away." It didn't matter if he died fighting her. As long as he was able to damage her even the slightest amount, maybe, just maybe, a few lives will be saved, forever preserved.
And, just like Madara had said, the gears of potential begun to spin once more. Those who were worthy will see themselves in a new light.
The gift of awakening latent potential was not an automatic mechanism that would awaken for those who hold the power to wield their latent ability.
No.
It's only for those worthy of seeing the light. Buddha saw things that Madara would never. And, as Buddha said this favor, he did not do it without holding back a bit of information.
"I was once a human who had attained enlightenment. And as such, I know what pushes the buttons of humanity and what drives them forward the best."
Because he was once just like them.
"If they find it, then they'll achieve a new level of power that they did not see before."
There was no hidden motive behind this favor, only perceiving that this was the best for humanity. With no bad intentions, Buddha was truly:
The Most Human God.
That's right, what humanity needed to reach the new heights of power, they did not need to go after the thought of finding themselves.
No.
All they needed was to find: Salvation.
Satsuki narrowed her eyes as she watched a wave of chakra circulate through the area, advancing like slithering snakes.
"So this is your way to show resolve." Satsuki saw the increase in power that surpassed the display of power from before.
He's even more stronger than when he was in that full on Bijuu state. That was most certainly surprising to her. To grow this much in a few seconds only meant one thing.
"You're experiencing that phenomenon."
Over the past few months, there had been cases of people gaining a tremendous amount of power in a short amount of time.
Genin had made leaps in power, being able to gain the power of a Jonin in under 2 months. Of course, the power that they manage to gain over a period of time varied.
Some were only able to gain a bit of power, and some gained so much power that others could only comprehend.
And, of course, this was the result of Buddha's gift to mankind. The power varied due to others reaching the maximum potential with the body that they had.
The power could also increase even further in the future, but that'll depend on someone's resolve and work ethic.
People did not realize that this was the work of a God, believing that this was a sign of humanity's light at the end of the tunnel.
And the one thing that was a reoccurring thing that shared was that each individual had reached their own version of salvation.
They had reached a shittier version of Nirvana.
Killer Bee wiped the blood off of his face, flicking it away and diluted the water with the scent and taste of blood.
"While the power may vary, those who are already strong will become even stronger than before. Their latent ability may not awaken fully, but even an increase of 10% can bring a Chunin to the level of a Jonin."
In that moment, Satsuki felt the pressure of a demon who had awoken after surviving the belly of the beast that had swallowed them up whole.
"Maybe you'll be more of a threat to me after all," Satsuki said, grinning as she stood defiantly against Killer Bee.
Those who were weak could reach Jonin in just a few months, those who were Jonin could be a contender to becoming a Kage.
And those who were already at the level of a Kage could reach the most raw and untamed amount of power possible.
Killer Bee's latent ability was quickly unraveling. While not fully, Killer Bee had unlocked a whopping...
180% of his latent ability!
He had found his own salvation.

"What?! Kurotsuchi has been captured by that brat?!" Onoki yelled through the transmuter, severely hurting Shikaku's ears with such intensity.
"Sadly... yes."
A yell of outrage came through from the otherside of the transmuter, further hurting Shikaku's ears with great intensity.
"That kid! If he wants to fight me so bad I'll give it to him!" Onoki moved to flee the base that they had established and was about to fly away before Gaara created a veil of sand to catch him.
"Tsuchikage-dono - it's not time to be provoked. Naruto is a cunning man with methodical planning. If you go there right now you'll be falling for his trap. You and us don't want that to happen." Onoki gritted his teeth together, releasing himself with ease.
"You only say that because you aren't in my position!" Before things could escalate Tsunade had intervened.
"There's no need to fight because there is an obvious choice in all of this." Things settled down, calmly shifting downwards from the rough atmosphere.
With a serious gaze, "Shikaku had said that our deadline is by tomorrow night. We don't have to give our answer until then, meaning that Naruto won't hurt Kurotsuchi during this time period." She pointed out a logical point.
The Mizukage, Terumi Mei nodded.
"I agree with Hokage-dono. By waiting until last minute to give our answer, we'll be able to figure out a plan to work around this. If worst comes to worst, we'll fight Naruto without fear."
They begun to talk, figuring out a plan alongside a ticking time bomb that sat amongst them.

"Wow! To think you'd become this powerful!" Satsuki exclaimed, exchanging punches at blinding speeds. With each punch that shot forward, the water shook with terror.
Killer Bee stayed quiet, silently taking the punches and kicks to the face as he too did the same to Satsuki. Backing away, Satsuki disappeared and reappeared behind Killer Bee.
"Peek-a-boo!"
Reacting quickly, Killer Bee turned around to sound her movement. Satsuki's eyes did not waver in surprise, fully expecting his power.
He sent a kick
*BLAST!*
Using the vectors that exist at subatomic levels, Satsuki was able to use vibration emission to essentially redirect the kick away with a greater amount of force.
Satsuki saw Killer Bee immediately get up, reappearing from behind. Satsuki widened her eyes at amazement at the display of power.
He got better! Satsuki thought, dodging to the side before clapping her hands together to use vibration emissions before enhancing the magnitude vectors to create a loud sound that blasted everything around them.
He had gotten a tremendous boost in power, but he had only scratched the surface of the latent ability that he had awakened.
He's getting stronger, and it won't be long before he'll trouble me. Satsuki mused before using a numerous amount of vectors.
Magnitude vectors that can be used to alter size and length, branching off to different sub-powers that Vector Manipulation can manipulate.
Direction vectors that can be used to accelerate and change direction of an object. Other types of vectors have these two components that make up vectors all together.
And lastly, the vectors that exist in a person's body.
"Human bodies are fascinating, huh? We're able to move and think and we hold intelligence that is far too dangerous for our own good." Her body began to accelerate.
Power and speed surged through her body.
"But as a living organism, we produce something that runs through our body." Electricity begun to radiate from her body.
Bioelectricity!
"And not only that; as people who wield chakra, the Raikage had created a technique that used lightning chakra to wrap themselves in lightning." The blue hues magnified.
And using magnitude vectors, Satsuki increased her weight. For a split moment, Satsuki weighed even more than a Sumo wrestler.
"Velocity!'
"Acceleration!"
Not being slowed down one bit, Satsuki appeared in front of Killer Bee, a whirlwind forming under her pressurizing power.
Killer Bee tried throwing a punch, but soon failed once a punch shot to his stomach at blindings speeds that surpassed lightning over hundreds of times.
"Straight Punch!"
In a Kiba dachi stance (Horse riding stance ;) ), Satsuki had done a basic punch through art of Kyokushin Karate.
Killer Bee had been sent many miles away.
"Heh... this is the first time I tried this on a person. If you weren't experiencing this phenomenon, you would've died from that hit and would've been sent even further away. " Bioelectricity and her lightning affinity wrapped all around her as she appeared over Killer Bee in a matter of seconds.
She smirked. "Come on, keep on getting stronger so that this fight will not become a bore." With an order, Killer Bee responded with 2 tails of bubbly red shivering with might.
"I'm... far from done!" Before Satsuki could use vibration emissions, she was thrown back with a throw that resembled something of Judo. Freezing time, Satsuki immediately appeared above Killer Bee with an axe kick.
Killer Bee found himself drowning in the submersive water that consumed his entire body without a single ounce of mercy.
No! No! No! No! He screamed inside of his mind. He just needed to usher out more power - he was almost there! He just needed... just needed-
MORE POWER!
An explosion occurred that created numerous waves and destroyed the mountains. Satsuki smirked, a wave of excitement washing over her as she felt her hair flail around.
His body burned as he rose from the depths of the water, steam rising from his body. He could feel, and the warmness of the steam radiate.
With 4 tails around his back, Killer Bee evolved back into the state where only the crimson hues that circulated around his body existed.
I will not give up and drop dead, until I fulfil my goal, my salvation. Even though he was continuously rising in strength, Killer Bee could feel it.
The ceiling of potential that Satsuki was unseeable from where he was at.
"That look in your eyes is good. With that look, lays dormant the latent ability that you" --She appeared in front of Killer Bee, a grin on her face-- "possess! The salvation that you hold will be the key to your inevitable defeat!" With tendrils of lightning coursing through her, Satsuki went for another axe kick.
*SWOOSH!*
"The same trick won't work twice!" Satsuki was thrown away through the use of the tails that swayed from Killer Bee's buttocks.
"So it seems!" Satsuki moved to freeze time.
*BAAAAAAM!*
Her eyes widened as a punch dove into her stomach, causing a rush of blood to exit her mouth soon after. Breathing heavily, Satsuki rose to her feet.
He's able to react to the Jikan! How undesirable that is. Satsuki mused, holding her stomach to caress it with tenderness. She widened her eyes as Killer Bee appeared from behind.
Satsuki did not falter. "You're strong!" She exclaimed, redirecting the swaying tail that shot from behind through the use of momentum vectors. Grinning, Satsuki shot a jab forward, distorting everything around them.
Satsuki clapped her hands, sending tendrils of electricity all throughout the area. Satsuki backed away, manipulating all types of vectors.
They continued to evolve further, becoming another entity entirely.

Naruto sat on a giant skeletal figure that had been dead for many long centuries, only leaving bones that did not decay at all.
He breathed as he calmly assessed his surroundings in utter silence. As he sat there, Naruto could only feel the fresh breeze that rushed all around him.
"It seems that they are treading this situation lightly. What do you think?" Naruto asked the person who was hanging on to the large bone with a rope that played with their life.
"I'm expendable - we'll win this war even if I have to be sacrificed," Kurotsuchi said. Naruto shook his head lightly.
"How naive. You underestimate the gentleness of a human. They'll try and save you two." Naruto eyed the hanging Kurotsuchi, noticing the lack of fear in her eyes.
She was fine with dying; as long as they succeed in winning the war.
She widened her eyes. "What do you mean? Two? There's only me." Naruto smirked, glancing at her before looking at the distance.
"Just as you and everyone was prepared, I am no exception to it. You may have perceived the trap that I had laid in front of everyone, but that was intentional." Naruto decided to explain what he was planning since it wouldn't change a thing.
Nobody was saving her.
Because they'll die trying.
"I had analyzed the most fragile out of the 5 of the Kage. I had concluded that it was Onoki. He is a boastful person and has a lot of pride that gives little respect to those drastically younger than himself. But he can exceptions, since you and Akatsuchi are those exceptions."
"You're wrong. Just because he can make those exceptions, does not mean he should prioritize us over the war." Naruto suddenly remembered a few words.
Comrades.
Scum.
"I don't think so - Onoki is not as scummy than one would think. Under that veil of pride, is a man who cares... even if it's the most subtle type of caring." Naruto looked into the distance a bit more.
"And the second most fragile person: The Fourth Raikage - Ay." Kurotsuchi widened her eyes, realizing what Naruto was planning.
"Wait... that mean!" Naruto nodded, a devilish look residing in his eyes that glistened with an azure glow.
She glared at him. "But he's the Jinchuriki of the 8th Tails - you're underestimating his strength." He shook his head in response.
"You're underestimating her strength you mean. I took extra effort in nurturing her abilities more than anyone." He knew of the devastating potential of being able to manipulate vectors.
"And thus I ensured her safety in this war; because she's the strongest person right after me." But this brought the other question.
"What about your other allies?"
"Hm? Their roles in this war aren't as important as Satsuki's and I. But even if they do die during this war..." Naruto remained calm as wind whirled around him.
"They won't die a meaningless death. I will give them a meaningful death through our sublime victory."

Satsuki shot around, dodging and weaving the abundance of swaying tails that narrowly missed her skull with dancing fury.
With each attack that clashed with fiery blazes, shockwaves that shook miles on end became known, shifting the world to its very core.
Satsuki backed away, hoisting her foot up while augmenting her body with electricity and acceleration with the use of vectors.
*BLAST!*
The kick blocked and countered the fist that threatened to take her life away. She grinned as she danced under the spotlight of her martial arts.
This was what she liked doing.
Using vectors to improve her martial arts. While it may not be the most efficient thing since she has to multitask through multiple concepts, this was what she wanted.
Although that did not mean she wasn't capable of doing something higher than just augmenting her body through vectors.
Rising her arms, a veil of water appeared, surrounding Killer Bee with untamed power coursing through his veins. But this was not going to stop him from giving up.
He'll never give up.
Even if the person was stronger than himself.
"I got defeated..." Killer Bee said, his voice trailing as he looked at the person who he held dear to his heart.
His adoptive older brother, The Fourth Raikage - Ay.
Ay shook his head. "Bee... there's no reason to sulk." There was a bittersweet tone that gave away of the hopeless feeling he felt.
"But... but... I couldn't defeat him. I felt my bones and efforts become crushed up under his eyes. There was no effort under his palms. I was worthless under his strength." Ay clenched his hands together, forming fists.
Ay's eyes had a tear look.
He also felt the worthlessness.
"Hey Bee..." He looked at Ay as their bond strengthened more than ever. This was a bond that they had as adoptive siblings that held revered strength.
"There's no reason to feel sad; because I'll return the pain that he gave you back ten fold." A subtle fire danced inside of him. He had experienced lost against Naruto so easily.
He wouldn't let it happen a second time.
He was wrong.
The 5 Kages were soon crushed, suffering a horrible defeat against the strongest man.
Satsuki felt a skull-crushing punch enter her vision, crashing into her face as blood gushed out, blasting her off. He had exceeded the oppressing power of the waters that had been moving due to her manipulating vectors.
His power increased once more, his body reaching the upper limit of his restricted latent ability. Satsuki landed on the water, gritting her teeth as she moved to the side and dodging a swift kick and quick tail from Killer Bee.
"Do you feel it?! The strength that lets you belittle those weaker than yourself?!" Satsuki clapped her hands together, increasing the rate of vibration in subatomic vectors.
*CLAP!*
Satsuki grinned as she shot forward, readying her augmented body that had been strengthened to the point where even Kages would fear a single attack.
*CLASH!*
Satsuki jumped up slightly, leaving a rippling effect occur on the surface of the water. With elegance and smoothness, Satsuki spun as she shot her leg towards Killer Bee.
"1080 Degree Kick!"
It was supposed to be glorious, full of sublimity; but it did not turn out the way that she had hoped for. Satsuki felt resistance press against her leg.
"This... is... not... ENOUGH!"
With a mighty roar that shook everything around them, Satsuki was pushed back due to the sheer intensity behind the intent of the roar.
Satsuki widened her eyes as numerous grazes appeared all around her beautiful face. She could feel the tingling pain from each of the grazes, and the trickling blood that came along with it.
Satsuki breathed in through her nose and exhaled the same way. Killer Bee's body begun to transform once more, transforming into the Gyuki with the whopping 8 tails swaying from behind.
Satsuki saw the brownish-pink that held overwhelming presence.
To think his latent ability awakened this much; and he has evolved even quicker than those who came before him. Satsuki thought as her mind raced with ferocious intensity.
"I'll do everything in my power to... defeat you!" Satsuki looked upwards, seeing Killer Bee appear above her. Her eyes widened.
This was rather troubling. "Even with all of that mass! That speed is fucking terrifying." Satsuki jumped away, propelling herself with a Shinra Tensei that did not work at all.
Even though she got away, she wasn't able to move in time for her to avoid the waves that shimmered towards her and everywhere.
Shit! To think he might be able to become even stronger than this - this planet is fucking doomed at this point. Satsuki thought, splitting the water apart by manipulating the vectors that existed in the air molecules.
Manipulating the air, Satsuki struck down the water, splitting the part where she resided, giving her a momentary interval to get away that existed before the water submerged her back.
As her body was soaked in water, Satsuki huffed, gasping for air.
Satsuki's face distorted, glaring at the mighty Jinchuriki that housed the 8th Tailed Beast that people around the world feared with absolute terror.
To gain momentary space, Satsuki was immersed in her own power.
If I do a kick or punch he'll be able to dodge it easily; even though the spread would be heavily concentrated, the coverage would be horrible. The Shinra Tensei would be better, but she knew better than to think that Killer Bee would be pushed back.
He wouldn't be pushed back with such trivial gravitational repulsion.
I could try doing THAT, but he would for sure be able to dodge it. Satsuki mused, sweat trickling down her face and neck - or way that water.
Deciding to do what she had done earlier, Satsuki used Shinra Tensei to try and push Killer Bee back - that did not work at all.
"That won't work on me!" He resisted the Shinra Tensei; but that had been expected all along. With him being distracted on gravitational push, Satsuki was able to appear in front of him instantaneously.
There was a type of vector called position vectors. As such, Satsuki can manipulate this vector to do something far beyond normality.
By changing and rearranging the position vectors, Satsuki was able to change her position, being able to appear from Point A to Point B without effort.
"Teleportation!"
Satsuki reeled her fist back, using many vectors to augment her body that far exceeded the strength that he had used on Killer Bee the first time.
Satsuki shot her fist that even Killer Bee couldn't see it coming. With a loud boom that shook the country, Satsuki created a large amount of distance between them.
Satsuki landed back on the water, her eyes piercing through the soul of Killer Bee. He looked back, seeing the incredible look that resided in her eyes.
Their roles had reversed. This time it was him looking at Ay as he laid on the hospital bed with numerous injuries on his body.
The same look that he had after he fought Naruto - Ay had it as well.
They had been absolutely crushed by Naruto without him expending any type of effort whatsoever. Naruto had caused them to lower their hopes and morale.
"I thought... we would be able to beat him - but I was wrong." Killer Bee saw his knuckles turn white due to the pressure.
"I failed my duty... as the older brother: I failed to protect you."
Satsuki breathed as she saw Killer Bee prepare for a final attack. She saw the culmination of positive and negative chakra come together, forming into a Bijuu bomb.
"I don't want you to be the one protecting me. For a change, I want to be the one protecting you."
"So it seems you've decided to end this with one final attack." She chuckled as a she smirked at the bomb that would surely wipe this area clean.
"I'll show you... the power of my vectors." The smirk turned into a mad grin. She was inexperienced in her own abilities, but Naruto had given a few pointers that helped her gain more power.
"When using vectors - think big. While anything can be a vector, not anything is labeled as one. That's why there is a clear path for you." He was versatile in every subject, being able to use such knowledge to teach her.
"Under being able to manipulate vectors come with numerous other types of manipulations that is possible through vectors. So I'll teach you something that will increase your power tremendously."
"I'll show you the technique that will give me my absolute win." Her eyes showed fury that increased with ferocious speed.
"Since you can use Vector Manipulation, you'll have access to different types of manipulations that are possible through Vector Manipulation." Underneath the umbrella terms were even more umbrella terms.
"I want you to learn Quantum Manipulation and sub-power of such manipulation."
"I'll show you a bit of my Particle Manipulation."
Due to her having Vector Manipulation, Satsuki was able to manipulate the vectors of subatomic particles, allowing her to access 4 abilities.
The Four Fundamental Forces of the Universe.
Electromagnetism.
Gravity.
Weak Force.
Strong Force.
These four forces were under the palm of her hands. Satsuki huffed as she teleported towards Killer Bee while reeling her two fists back.
"Weak Force on my left hand; and Strong Force on my right hand." The grin full of madness continued to be on her face.
"And the culmination of the two."
"Nuclear Manipulation."
Satsuki's eyes spun with wildness as she combined both forces to allow her to manipulate nuclear energy that would ensure her victory.
"To put it simply, I want you use the concept of splitting the atom apart into creating two smaller nuclei. This concept is called..."
Satsuki reeled both her fists back once more, power radiating from both fists that would soon be unleashed.
Her fists drilled forward as soon as the Bijuu Bomb shot forward. Without effort, Satsuki rearranged the positional vectors to teleport behind Killer Bee.
Her fists shot forward.
"Nuclear Fission!"

Naruto watched from afar, seeing the numerous explosions of nuclear energy that destroyed the land around Satsuki.
He smirked. "Isn't that beautiful?" He asked the two people who were right next him. A bloody Akatsuchi was hanging right beside Kurotsuchi.
Naruto had sensed Akatsuchi awhile back, knowing that he managed to track him down. While it wasn't due to the orders of the higher-ups, he came to him out of his own free will.
And Naruto had crushed him.
"I guess you underestimated her after all."

Done. This chapter is finally done. After so long, I finally finished this chapter after I had spent the past day or two researching information.
Anyway, I don't have much to say other than I'm tired.
