NIKOLAI POV:
How can life be so cruel? It gives you the love of your life and then takes it away from you once you fall in love
If I could turn back time and switch spots with her I would in a heartbeat.
I've locked myself away from everyone. I can't remember the last time I ate or drank anything. All I have done is cry in my room and mourn her
My pillow is drenched in my tears. Everything reminds me of her and how much of a beautiful person she was
Even Referring to her in the past tense hurts
I still can't come to terms that I'll never see her again. That I won't be able to hear her laugh or see her beautiful smile anymore
all my happiness died with her.
Yesterday night was the first time in a while that I got a full night's rest but I was suddenly woken up by my phone going off
"Hello" I answer groggily
"We found her," Vinnie says causing me to jump up to my feet
"What do you mean you found her?"
"Well we think we found her come over well explain in more detail" Vinnie explains before hanging up
I quickly put on some fresh clothes and jump into my car
I speed all the way to their house and jumped out of my car rushing to the front door
As I was about to knock the door opens and I see Vinnie but for a split second I saw Valentina instead
"Good you're here follow me"
We walk up to the third floor and there I see Alejandro and Damien yelling orders at people while the rest of the brothers get ready to head out
"Can you quickly summarize what's going on here?" I ask
" you know how I was always telling everyone Valentina was alive?"
"Yeah"
"Well earlier today during lunch I mentioned it again and usually my brothers and dad just think I am in denial but this time they asked why I think that and so I explained why. I mentioned how john was too stupid of a man to do it alone so I ask ale if we had any problems with any mafia or gangs and he said the only people we have problems with are the American mafia."
"So does the Russian mafia we have always been fighting over territories and shit"
"As we dug further we also found out more stuff like that Anthony has been buying guns and ammo lately and then we found out something else"
"Which is?"
"He's been coming in and out from this old warehouse that is a couple of hours away. He always goes in at the same time and comes out"
"And you think she might be there?"
"Yeah hopefully she's there"
"Then what are we waiting for then?"
"You," he says
"Why?"
"Because you love my sister as much as I love her and I think you have a right to go and save her with us"
"I didn't bring any protective gear though"
"We have some downstairs in the training room follow me"

Once I was done putting on some protective gear Vinnie told me that we'll meet up with the rest of his brothers and their dad in their warehouse
"Why are we going to your guy's warehouse?" I questioned getting into the front passenger seat
"So we can plan out how we can get in and how everything will unfold," he says getting into the driver's seat
"Should I call some of my men to come and help us?" I ask
"The more the merrier"
"Why do you think she's still alive?"
"I don't know but I can just feel she alive"
For the rest of the car ride it was silent but a peaceful type. During the car ride, I called and told my soldier to get ready.

"Let's go into the meeting room to discuss the plan" Damien instructs
From the outside, the warehouse looked old but once we got in it was luxurious. I wasn't surprised though since the Russian mafia also did the same.
When we got to the meeting room we all sat around a large round table to discuss the next steps
"We will surround the warehouse from all angles and have snipers in every direction just in case anyone tries to escape. While I, Nikolai and you boys will head inside the warehouse. Well storm in and kill anyone we see and then look for Valentina" Damien instructs
"Nikolai, is there any way we can borrow some of your men?" Alejandro asks
"Already called, they are on their way"
Alejandro nods in understanding
"You will all be paired up with a group name. Alejandro and I are group one, group two Elijah and roman, group three the twins, and finally group four Vinnie and Nikolai"
"Once Nikolai men are here we will gather everyone and explain their positions," Damien says
We continued to make a plan trying to perfect the plan as much as possible so nothing goes wrong
"My men are here" I inform Damien
"Alright, then shall we go?" he says
We all walk out of the meeting room and head to where the rest of our men where
"Now that everyone is here well-assigned everyone a group and each group will have a specific job to do to ensure the safety of everyone. What we are diving into may become a bloodbath so if you die just know it was for a good reason" Damien said before putting everyone in groups
"Now that everyone knows what they are doing we should head on out"
Once Damien finished his sentence all the men yelled 'yes sir' before walking away to settle into their vehicles
We quickly re-checked the plan so that nothing goes wrong and once we made sure everything was good we all head to our cars
"You wanna drive?" Vinnie aks
I nod
"Well then let's get going"
