Narrator's P.O.V
After making that promise to Yn, Taehyung looked away from her and awkwardly asked;
"So.. you're not hurt, right?"
And immediately after he said that, Yn quickly looked at him with soul perching eyes saying: "Are you fucking serious?!"
"A-Are you serious-"
"I just thought I'd ask!"
"Taehyung.. I love you but you make me want to kick you in the-"
"Okay okay, I'm sorry. I'm sorry Love-"
"You better be.."
After a moment, Taehyung awkwardly asked;
"Soo... how long are you... going to be like this?"
He tried to ask carefully but of course.. he instead caused another problem as she offendedly asked;
"Be like what?!"
"Nothing.. nothing Love-"
But again, before he could finish that sentence, Yn cuts him off with a scoff as she says;
"I can't believe I'm over here dying in pain while you think I'm acting dramatic-"
"I said I was sorry-"
"Sorry isn't going to cut it."
Teahyung frowned at her words but then he smiled as he softly asked;
"Is there anything I can do for you?"
"Well.. since you asked Honey.. there are a few things you can do for me.."
For some reason, Taehyung had this uneasy dropping down but he smiled for his Love anyways and softly said;
"Of course, just name it Love."
- 1 hour later -
7:12 am
"Appa... what are you doing?"
Taeyung asked his Appa after he got dressed for school, in asking his Appa that question, Taehyung was holding a breakfast tray and quickly said;
"Your Eomma..."
Suddenly he paused as he tried to think if what to say to his son without mentioning periods so after a moment he blurted out;
"Um.. she's sick! Yeah.. she's sick and she has a really bad stomach ache and-"
"Teahyung!"
"One sec Love!"
Taehyung called back and hearing his parents going back and forth, Taeyung nods before asking;
"Um... okay. Will she feel better-"
"Of course she will-"
And yet again, before Taehyung could finish that sentence, Yn's cries got even louder which both worried and scared him as he was now hearing her yell;
"TAEHYUNG!"
"I'm going Love-- Oh before I forget.. you're going to be stay home today to take care of Eomma-"
Taehyung quickly said while shooting a quick smile to his son but before he could actually leave to attend to his Love, Taeyung quickly blocked his way and asked;
"What?!"
"I'll be right back-"
"Appa... please don't make me stay-"
"You promised that you were going to apologize tomorrow and tomorrow is today-"
"But I need more time! She sounds really mad right now-"
"Baby bear.. please just take care of your Eomma for me, okay?"
"Okay.."
Taeyung mumbled as he stepped out of the way and just as he was about to say something else, his Appa walked into his room to see his Eomma.
Great... so much for his surprise planning to make it up to her.
Now what was he going to do?
Taehyung's P.O.V
After talking with Taeyung, I quickly go inside our room when Yn is sitting up on the bed, waiting for her breakfast but I frowned when she said;
"I wish you weren't going to to work."
"Aw Love, come on.. you know I'll be back tonight and actually you won't be alone, Taeyung is going to stay with you-"
In saying this, we both heard Taeyung letting out a groan of frustration in his room, hearing this made Yn sigh as she said;
"I don't think he wants to stay here with me..."
"Don't be silly Love.. he's just-"
"APPA!"
Hearing Taeyung's sudden yell made Yn flinch and I smiled as I gently placed the breakfast try on Yn's lap and after giving her a kiss on the cheek, I reassuringly said;
"Don't worry, I'll go see what's happening.. while you enjoy your breakfast Love."
I smiled when she nodded and began to eat while I excused myself and ran out of the room, leaving her to eat her breakfast alone.
After I went inside Taeyung's room, I worriedly say;
"Yes Baby bear? What's wrong-"
"I don't want to stay with here..."
In hearing his quiet words, I sighed as I closed the door and sit down on the floor next to him and whisper;
"Is it because of what you said yesterday?"
After I asked that, I could see Taeyung's face fall as he turns away from me and mumbles;
"It's.. more than that."
Then after I nodded and thought for a moment, I quietly asked,
"Hm.. well what do you want to do?"
After I asked that, Taeyung turns to me with a hopefully look in his eyes as he carefully says;
"I want to go to work with you..."
- Timeskip to Taehyung and his son at work -
8:00 am
Narrator's P.O.V
After leaving Yn with painkillers, and a bit of money, Taehyung and his son leave the house to go to work.... and the second Taehyung walks into his company building with his son in his arms, he is met face to face with.... him...
"Oh! Mr. Kim, I.. I know I'm early for our meeting but I wanted to to talk to you about your answer-"
"Please.. wait for me in my office. I'll have..."
Suddenly pausing, Taehyung quickly scanned around and immediately spotted Jimin carrying some files from Lisa's desk,
"Jimin!"
"Yeah Taehyung? Oh hey baby bear-"
"Jimin.. please take.. Mr. Chang to my office and wait for me there until I can come in."
"Of course, come with me Sir."
Although Jimin was speaking politely, he kept his guard up as he walked off with Yn's abusive ex and after they left, Taehyung took his baby bear to the new day care that he build for all of the staff who had children and after playing with him for a bit, he got up, making Taeyung run to him and hug him,
"I don't want you to go Appa.."
"But baby bear-"
"Nooo!"
"Baby bear.. please just wait for me here and I'll be back in a few minutes-"
"No!"
"Baby-"
"You never want to stay with me!"
Taeyung yelled making the other parents and their children look over at the father and son and feeling all eyes on him, Taehyung kneeled down as he calmly said;
"Taeyung-"
But of course, his son wasn't going to listen and then it.. happened.
Taeyung fell to the ground and started to have a loud tantrum.
Now.. Taeyung rarely had tantrums and when he did... something was seriously wrong and this worried Taehyung as he tried to calm down his son;
"Baby bear.. please stop... you knew I had a lot to do today, I told you in the car on the way here, remember?"
And just as Taehyung was about to pick him son up...
Taeyung kicked his Appa in the face.
