"So how have you been?"My therapist asked.
"Umm I've been okay."I said with a shrug.
"Elaborate."She said opening her notebook.
"About two weeks ago I started back cutting myself to release some of the bulit up emotions I was holding in. Other than that I've been okay."I said honestly.
She sighed before looking up at me.
"How did you feel after?"She asked.
"The same but the pain felt good."I said honestly.
"Have you been taking your medication?"She asked.
"Depends on how I'm feeling that day."I said.
We continued are session for another thirty minutes before it was over.
"Have a blessed day."I said to the receptionist as I walked out the building.
I got into my car. I took my phone out my purse going to apple music putting my r&b playlist on shuffle.
I took my phone off of DND before checking my notifications.

I put my phone on my car tripod before pulling off.

I pulled up to Mar's house right as he pulled in.
I wasn't even mad at him for the whole Jayybo situation. I honestly stopped being mad about it once I ate that day.
I pressed the lock button on my car key before walking up to his porch.
"Hey."I said as he walked up on the porch.
"Wassup."He said unlocking the door.
I walked in and went straight to the living room. I sat down on the bean bag he had in the corner.
I watched as he took his gun and wallet out his pocket sitting them down on the coffee table.
"So what'd you want to talk about?"I asked.
"I wanted to apologize for the way I came at you over the whole Jayybo situation."He said.
"I wasn't mad at you."I said honestly.
"I just didn't respect the way you came at me."I said honestly.
"And I apologize for that I should've listened to what you had to say before snapping on you."He said.
"I accept your apology."I said with a light smile.
"I'm about to hop in the shower I'll be back."He said standing up from the couch.
I nodded before getting on my phone going to Facebook.

"I'm hungry."I mumbled standing up.
I threw my phone on the bean bag then went to his kitchen.
I opened the refund not seeing it was basically empty.
"The fuck do this nigga eat?"I mumbled grabbing a popsicle out the freezer.
I picked my phone up off the bean bag seeing Macc texted me.

"C'mere."Mar yelled from his room.
"Stop yelling."I yelled as I made my way down the hallway.
"What was the point of saying that if you were just going to yell back?"He said stale facing me.
I shrugged.
"Why you don't got no food."I said as I finished popsicle.
"I haven't felt like going grocery shopping."He said.
"A disgrace."I said.
"What you trying to watch."He said as he laid in the bed.
"Barbershop."I said grabbing some sweats and a wife beater out his drawer.
"And order some food."I said going into his bathroom to put on the clothes I grabbed.
"What you want?"He asked.
"Asada burrito and a sweet tea."I said.
I grabbed my outside clothes walking out the bathroom I sat them on top of his dresser.
I got in the bed and laid next to him.

"Kori answer your phone."Mar said damn near throwing it at me.
"That was rude."I mumbled grabbing my phone.
I turned down the brightness some before clicking on Raniya's contact calling her back.
"Can you please come over?"She asked.
It sounded as if she had just got done crying.
"I'm on my way."I said hopping out the bed.
I was worried. Raniya hardly ever cried and whenever she did I knew something was truly bothering her.
"I'll see you at the shop."I said to Mar as I slipped on my crocs and grabbed my purse.
"Come lock the door."I said as I walked out his room.
"Drive safe."He said kissing my forehead before I walked out the front door.
"I will."I said walking to my car.
I got in and turned the heater on low. I grabbed a piece of gum out my middle console and popped it into my mouth.
I pulled off from Mar's house. I drove in silence until I reached Raniya's house.
I quickly parked before taking the elevator up to her apartment. I did three hard knocks before she opened the door.
I looked at her face seeing her eyes were red and puffy. I locked the door behind myself.
"What's wrong?"I asked sitting next to her on the couch.
"My mom's in a fucking mental hospital and cps took Kaliyah."She said with her voice cracking.
I wrapped my arms around her and allowed her to cry into my chest.
"What happened? I thought she was making progress."I said softly.
"She was but Lori said she was becoming emotionally manic. Since I'm still in school they still consider me a minor so I can't get custody of Kaliyah."She explained.
"What the fuck."I mumbled.
"I'm so drained Kori. I need a break."She said lifting her head up.
"Want to go on another vacation? Want to go to therapy?"I asked.
"Want me to get some weed?"I asked.
She laughed.
"Girl."She said looking at me.
"Whatever you want ima get and you know this man."I said.
"We could try and kidnap her how Star and Alex did Simone."I said making her laugh harder.
I smiled. I hate seeing her sad.
"I just don't know what I'ma do."She said lowly.
"My dad could try and get graudianship over her until your mom's better."I said.
"Kori no that's asking too much of y'all."She said.
"Girl I should slap you."I said pulling out my phone calling my dad.
He answered after the fourth ring.
"Savanna what do you want it's 3 in the morning."He said in a raspy voice.
"Well hello to you too."I said.
"I'm five seconds away from hanging up on you."He said seriously.
"Well anyways Kaliyah needs a graudian."I said.
"Why what happened?"He asked.
"Nicole's in the mental hospital and their not allowing Raniya to have graudianship"I said keeping it short.
"I'll call my lawyer in the morning."He said.
"That's why you're my favorite dad."I said.
"Get off my fuckin phone."He said hanging up.
Raniya laughed.
"I love you."She said hugging me tightly.
"I love you more."I said wrapping my arms around her.
