I swear some of you probably move faster than the speed of light after seeing all those comments and votes just makes my entire day, I love it. Seems like you all especially enjoy how I made Kanzaburou's personality, which I'm glad. Now here we are, the Unbirthday party chapter, but before I begin, I wanna start off by saying I appreciate how you guys really enjoy my book but please don't copy my work or take credit for it. I've worked really hard for it and I don't appreciate anyone stealing anything from me or anyone. Another note, should I use "Dorm Leader" instead of "Housewarden" or maybe "Unique Magic" instead of Signature Spell" cause idk, I want y'all to tell me what would make sense to you all. Also this chapter contains some backstory for our main character, of course some of it is not officially but hey, just roll with it for the sake of the story! The night for the three along with Grim and Kanzaburou went by rather smoothly aside from the small panic attack Deuce had.
They stayed up a bit to talk and have tea until they finally got ready for bed. Now here they were all asleep while (Y/N) had another strange dream.

"To whoever painted my roses red, that someone will lose his head!" The Queen exclaimed as she held a small tree in her hand.
"Y...your majesty please, if there is anyone to blame it's him!" The Three of Clubs said as he immediately pointed at the Two of Clubs who was standing next to him.
"Please you highness, have mercy! It was the Ace, not me!" The Two of Clubs said.
"So it was you, you painted the roses?!"
"No, No not at all my Queen!" The Ace of Clubs said then pointing at the Two of Clubs whom had the evidence on him.
"Then he will pay!" The Queen yelled.
"It's almost like when we helped Cater senpai..."
The female dream continued as she continued watching the scene before her unfold. The angry Queen of Hearts and frightened cards.
"What will happen to them..."
The Two of Clubs eyes seemed to widen upon hearing his name. "No please, it wasn't my your majesty!"
The Queen then slammed her hand on a table, her temper only seemed to grow more and more. "Enough of this nonsense! All of you, off with your heads!" The Queen yelled at the petrified cards before her. Soon a few red cards came out and started to drag out the other cards whom were still pleading.
"Yay, how fun!" The Queen exclaimed as she clapped her hands excitedly like a child.
"What a Tyrannical queen...a shame for those cards.."
(Y/N) thought as she watched the cards get dragged away all while the Queen simply laughed at their dismay.
"What a fitting end. A Color, you can't mend. Everyone knows the Queen's roses should always be red." The Three of Spades said and soon, the dream ended.
The raven haired female then woke up slowly sitting up as she rubbed the sleep out of her eyes.
"Another strange dream..."
(Y/N) then let out a sigh unsure why she got such a weird dream before quietly stepping out of the room to get herself ready for the day as she left the sleeping males behind.

"Good Morning (Y/N)." Deuce greeted the female as he made his way towards the living room, the orange haired male trailing not too far behind.
"Good morning to you too Deuce. Ohayō Ace." She greeted the two before taking a seat on the tatami mat. "I made breakfast for you guys, you should eat. Grim and Kanzaburou are having theirs now."
She said as she calmly looked back at her crow who was eating away at a couple of berries. Her words making the males blush not really expecting the gesture.
"She really would make a great wife someday to anyone.."
"Thanks (Y/N)" Ace said as Deuce nodded thanking the female.
"Today is the Unbirthday Party and if we're late, we'll lose our heads." The blue haired male said as he looked at the two as the female nodded.
"I wonder what it's like at a party....everyone back at the Corps looked so happy when they came back from one.."
Soon, a knock on the door was heard interrupting the female's thought before she soon got up to get the door, Kanzaburou now done with his breakfast decided to follow after her.
"Wonder who that could be." Ace said as looked over towards the door along with Deuce.
The female opened the door only to reveal a grinning Cater waiting outside the door.
"Good morning senpai." (Y/N) greeted as she let the male in.
"Heyyy, how my favorite little prefect doing this morning?" Cater smiled at the female before looking at the crow. "Morning Kanza- whoa..." He said before he soon got cut off eying the place.
"I can't believe this is the same Ramshackle. I can't even recognize the place from the inside! This furniture looks so cool!" Cater said mesmerized by everything within his sight before taking out his phone. "Totally Magicam worthy, 10/10."
"Thank you senpai. I like to think I'm a very diligent person." (Y/N) said.
"Caw! She has a lot of free time too!"
"Why are you exposing me..."
"Morning Cater." Ace greeted the orange haired upperclassman who continued to to take pictures.
"The place looks really nice don't you think? It left me pretty speechless." Deuce said in admiration as he smiled at the female.
"Thank you. It's almost like my estate back at the Slayer Corps." (Y/N) said as she watch Cater taking pictures.
"So you live in a giant house?!" The orange haired upperclassman asked in disbelief.
"Yes, I suppose, but it's just me and Kanzaburou back over there..." She mumbles as Cater put his phone away.
"Well, I hope you guys enjoyed your little sleepover cause now, today is the Unbirthday Party and you know what the means." The orange hard male said as he then faced Ace. "Give one of the tarts to Riddle and apologize."
"Senpai, if you don't mind answering, I wish to know...what is a party like?" (Y/N) suddenly asked the orange haired male who stared at her with a look of pure utter disbelief.
"What? What are you talking about?" Cater asked slightly confused by the sudden question as Ace and Deuce looked at the female with an sympathetic stare. "It's like, the coolest things ever! They're pretty fun too and some can be pretty fancy depending on which ones you go to."
"I see..." (Y/N) mumbled.
"What's with the weird question?" Cater asked the female only to receive a response from Ace and Deuce instead.
"(Y/N) has never been to a party or any kind of celebration before.." Deuce told the orange haired upperclassman.
"She wasn't invited to any by the people in the organization she worked at. So it would just be her and Kanzaburou. She's not really liked by any of them.." Ace added.
"They're all on my list!" Grim exclaimed suddenly.
"Caw! This would be Tomioka sama's first official invitation! I'm so happy for her!" Kanzaburou cried out happily.
"(Y/N)..." Cater mumble as he then pulled the female into a hug surprising her. "I promise you, I'll always invite you to everything! You won't be lonely as long as I'm here. Both you and Kanzaburou!" Cater cried and he continued hugging the female.
"Senpai...can't..breath.." The female uttered out before being let go by Cater who gave a sheepish smile as she gasp a bit for air.
"Yea yea! And who told you, you could be so close to her anyways?!" Grim said as he eyed the male.
"Haha, that's enough of that yea? Let's just focus on Ace's tart problem with Riddle. The Unbirthday Party will be starting soon!" Cater told them.
"Oh yea, that's right." Grim said almost eagerly.
"Anyways, after the whole fiasco yesterday it's probably best if you guys hurry. We need all the extra help we can get." Cater said.
What does that mean?" Ace asked.
"Don't worry about it." Cater shrugged as he smiled at the male before walking out the door with the other following suit. "Just talking to myself but I totally got it all under control!"

The group finally arrived to the Heartslabyul dorm, Ace already having his mind set in his plan to get it over with.
"Ok, so I'll just find Riddle, give him the tart, and apologize." Ace said.
"Hey me! You're finally here! I've been waiting!" The group turned to see Cater waving at them but he had a gym uniform on.
"Yea, sorry about that me. It's good to see me as always!" The Cater who walked with the group said.
"This is throwing me completely off."
"Caw! I can't process this monstrosity!"
"Kanzaburou..."
"Caw...it's true.."
"There's two Caters?!" Deuce exclaimed.
"You're a twin senpai?" The female asked as she looked at the two Caters slightly confused.
"Nope, not at all. This is just my unique magic, Split Card. With it, I can make clones of myself. Pretty neat huh?" He said as he smiled at the female.
"Hm, so this is how you were able to keep coming at us.." Deuce said.
"Welcome back, you're late." Another Cater said, popping out of no where. He had on a lab coat.
"How's my favorite prefect?" A Cater wearing ceremonial robes called out cheerfully smiling at the raven haired female.
"There's more?!" Ace exclaimed.
"Caw! They just keep coming!"
"By the way, I'm the real Cater." The Cater who was wearing a gym uniform said. "The more copies I make, the more exhausting it gets. Soooo I can't really keep this up for long. But seriously, it's off with our heads if we're late so I need your help then I'll take you to Riddle."
"Alright senpai." The female said giving the orange haired male a small nod.
"Ugh, again? More stupid roses?" Grim said as he groaned in annoyance.
"Not this mess again.." Ace said as he let out a sigh.
"Caw! I bet you all wish you didn't have disposable thumbs like me!
"This damn cheeky bird, I swear one day I'll deep fry him."
"Let's just get this over with." Deuce then agreed making Cater smile.
"Alright. You hear that everyone, let's go and get to painting! "Cater said as his clones all agreed enthusiastically.
"Sir yes sir!

"Well, this went a whole lot better than yesterday." Deuce said tiredly.
"I'm impressed. You all did so well and right on time too!" Cater said as he smiled at the group.
"Caw! And no roses caught on fire Surprisingly..Grim. Good job fire hazard!"
"Why is he like this.."
"Hey!"
"Haha that's right!" Cater chuckled at Kanzaburou words before his eyes soon widen. "Oh, it's almost time now! Ok, time to sadly say goodbye to all my hot clones, that's it for now!"
"Sir yes sir!" All the Cater clones said before they all disappeared from plain sight.

"All hail our leader, the red crimson ruler
himself, dorm leader Riddle!" A Heartslabyul student said.
"Dorm leader Riddle, hurray!" Everyone cheered.
"The roses are red, the tablecloths are white, it seems like this will be a perfect Unbirthday Party." Riddle said while looking at the decorations before taking a seat at the head of the table. "Is the dormouse alseep in the teapot?"
"Of course and we've also put jam on its nose." Trey said.
"Good."
"Hey, hey! Look at their outfits! Pretty cool don't you think?" Grim said mesmerized by the uniforms the Heartslabyul students wore.
"Pretty cool don't you think? They're the a Heartslabyul dorm uniform. Style is so on point and it's totally magicamable. Which reminds me, I need to change." Cater said as he then changed his attire to the same uniform.
"Whao cool!"
"The Queen of Hearts rules states that proper formal attire must be worn at parties. As your senpai, I'll do you a special service and help coordinate your outfit as well!" Cater said before a bright light surrounded them now changing their outfits.
"Awesome." Deuce said.
"Looking good as always." Ace said with a smirk.
"I look soo cool, look (Y/N)!" Grim exclaimed.
"Caw! A ribbon? I'll allow this because next to Tomioka sama I look better than the rest of you! Tomioka sama looks amazing as always!"
(Imagine the bow tied around Kanzaburou's neck! How cute.)
"Hm..I like it, it's very nice. Thank you Kanzaburou." The female nodded at her crow while the males stared at her blushing a bit.
"Kanzaburou is right, she does look amazing!"
"No matter what she wears, she still looks beautiful."
"You look very cute (Y/N), totally Unbirthday Party ready!" Cater said as he winked at the female. "It suits you."
"She does look nice doesn't she.."
"Thank you senpai." The female said before Grim stepped in.
"Hey! Enough staring at her, we have a mission and I won't let you bother (Y/N) with your lame hormones!" Grim said glaring at the males.
"That's right!" Cater nodded agreeing to other Grim. "Well then, let's head to the party. Don't forget the tart for Riddle." He said.
"Got it."
"Before the croquet match, let's make a toast. Does everyone have their tea cups with them?" Riddle said as he held his tea cup. "A toast, it's no one's birthday but an Unbirthday party! Thank you and a merry Unbirthday to you all, cheers!"
"Cheers!" Everyone cheered following suit as they raised their own cups.
"Ace, now's your chance!" Cater said to the male.
"Right." Ace nodded as he grabbed the tart now approaching the redhead male.
"Good luck Ace." (Y/N) said to him as he thanked her.
"Thanks (Y/N)." Ace said giving the female a small smile.
"Caw! I'm coming with you for moral support!"
Kanzaburou cried out as he perched himself on the orange haired male's head making (Y/N) deadpan at the crow.
"At least he cares, I think?"
Ace only nodded in response as he then approached Riddle, tart in hand. "Er, I um....excuse me, dorm leader sir.." Ace said sounding unsurely.
"Caw! Out with it!"
"Oh,..you're the tart thief." Riddle said as he glanced at Ace and Kanzaburou.
"Y...yea, sorry. I kinda wanted to apologize for the tart so I baked you a new one." Ace said as Kanzaburou nodded in agreement.
"Caw! And you better be grateful you hear! I worked really hard making this!"
"You didn't do anything!!"
"I see. So tell me, what kind of tart is this?" Riddle asked now curious.
"Oh, well I'm glad you asked. It's actually a chestnut tart and a lot of effort was put into making this." Ace explained.
"Caw! It was all blood, sweat, and tears! I even saw the death of my distant unborn grandchildren because of it!"
Upon hearing this (Y/N) could only shake her head disappointedly at her crow all while Deuce shuddered at the memory.
"What?!" Riddle exclaimed staring at Ace with wide eyes.
"W...what's wrong?" Ace asked stating at the redhead before him.
"Queen of Heart's Rule 562: Never bring a chestnut tart to an Unbirthday Party! A complete violation! You have ruined a completely perfect Unbirthday Party!" Riddle exclaimed angrily.
"Caw! What a stupid rule!"
"Well, yea he's not exactly wrong about that."
"Seriously how many rules are there!?" Deuce asked.
"562 rules seems like a bit too much if you ask me....." The raven haired female said.
"Oh no, looks like you're so totally screwed." Cater whispered as he then looked at the green haired male. "Hey Trey, did you know about this?"
"No sorry, I was only able to remember the first 350 of them." Trey said back to him. "I wasn't even aware there was an actual rule about tarts, let alone this."
"How many rules even are there.." (Y/N) then asked only to earn a shrug by Cater.
"In total there are a total of 810 rules! And as dorm leader I remember each and every one of them!" Riddle said as he gave the group a hard stare. "As Heartslabyul's dorm leader, and also honoring the strictness of The Queen of Hearts, this is something I cannot turn a blind eye towards!" The redhead said.
"Queen of Hearts? More like the demon king twin if he were a she and human..."
"Go and dispose of this tart immediately and throw away these rule breakers!" Riddle exclaimed as he gestured towards the group.
(Y/N)'s dark blue orbs widen at the redhead's sudden words a bit shock. Was he really serious?
"Wait what!?" Ace exclaimed now looking shocked. "Is this also another one of your stupid rules!"
"Caw! You better not throw it away you wannabe red pepper, I worked my feathers off making this!"
"But...you didn't do anything.."
"Yea, what he said! If not, just give it to me. I'll eat it gladly if you want it gone so bad!" Grim said almost immediately.
"Dorm leader please, let me apologize." Trey said as he walked up to Riddle now apologizing to him. "I was the one who suggested we should make a chestnut tart."
"Who knew there would be a rule about chestnuts..." The female mumbles.
"We totally didn't know, sorry dorm leader." Cater then added also apologizing to the redhead.
"Making the tart was never the issue. The fact that you brought it here was the actual problem." Riddle said sternly.
"But..." The raven haired female started off before glaring at the redhead male. "That's stupid. Anyone who follow such a rule is stupid. Ace worked really hard to make that tart for you. We all did." She spoke in the same stern tone as the readhead before her all while the other males looked back at her with wide eyes.
"Caw! I dare you to push Tomioka sama more you wannabe red pepper!"
"If this is what she looks serious I'd hate to see her angry."
"Yea, all you do is add one stupid rule after the other! You sound like a damn annoying brat!" Ace exclaimed angrily all while Kanzaburou, and Grim agreed.
"Ha...did you just call me stupid?" Riddle said as he then narrowed his eyes.
"Caw! Are you death?! Clean your ears kid of course we did!"
"Oh Kanzaburou I take back what I said about you earlier. I love you, you dumb bird."
"Hey uh, that word is kind of a not it around here. Let's just calm down and not dig anymore deeper holes." Cater said as he gave them all an awkward smile before look at Riddle. "And Riddle, please remember these guys are new students. They've only been here for just a few days, they're all still learning."
"No, I just got started. Throwing away a perfectly good tart and obeying some stupid rules is just crazy. Anyone who does this is an idiot and anyone who actually follows this is also stupid so stop messing with me." Ace said angrily.
"I agree. Rules are meant to be followed but this is a bit much." Deuce said now agreeing with Ace.
"It was a small mistake..." (Y/N) said now letting out a sigh.
"So you're all trying to go against me now, is that it? I see. But I'll tell you this. If even the slightest rule is broken it could lead to a huge problem later on." Riddle said as he glared at them.
"I'm sure everyone here feels the same way. They're all afraid of getting their magic sealed away because of you." Ace said sternly as Kanzaburou nodded in agreement from atop of Ace's head.
"I...no, that's not..we um.." A Heartslabyul student spoke rather nervously now avoiding eye contact.
"Well?" Riddle said now eying the student.
"No, not at all dorm leader sir!" Another Heartslabyul student said.
"Jerks! How dare you!?" Grim said.
"Caw! You little shi-"
"Kanzaburou...."
"Caw...I'm sorry Tomioka sama..."
"I mean, he's not wrong. Should of let him continue.." Ace mumbled as he crossed his arms over his chest now taking Kanzaburou's side.
"Since the year I became dorm leader, there hasn't been a single student from Heartslabyul dorm who has been held back or dropped out! In this dorm I stand with the highest academic marks! And because of this, I am correct! If you would just listen and obey me without questioning me, then everything would be ok!" Riddle said.
"Wait, please listen we-" Deuce said before being cut off by Riddle.
"It's not off with your heads because I want to do that! I do it because the rules must never be broken! By breaking the rules you leave me no choice!" Riddle exclaimed as the female's eyes widen upon hearing those familiar words.
"O-off....with...."
(Y/N) let out a shaky breath as she clutched the handle of her blade. Kanzaburou noticing the state of his own owner from atop of Ace's head called out to her with worry laced in his tone.
"Caw! Tomioka sama! Are you ok?!"

"(Y/N), I need you to run...now!" An older raven haired female yelled at the younger girl who was trying her best to protect the younger female.
"Nee san, please no! You'll get hurt!" A young (Y/N) begged as pulled on her older sister's kimono.
"Two human girls out here before me, what a delight. And what makes this even better is that there is not a single slayer in sight to be seen!" The demon spoke before laughing manically. "Neither of you smell of marechi but would still make for a great meal!"
"I can't leave without you nee san!" The young female shouted only to be shoved out of the house by her sister.
"I love you (Y/N)..." The older female said with a small smile as she stood between the younger female and the demon.
"You're a courageous one aren't you? Well how about we get rid of that...let's get things rolling before the sun comes out!" The Demon spoke as he grinned at the older female. "Off with that pretty little head of yours!" He exclaimed before decapitating the older female's head from her body.
And that was the last (Y/N) saw of her sister. Depacitated body with her head a couple of inches away from the young female's trembling figure.
"Well now, now that, thats been dealt with...looks like you're next!"

"Alright, how about we all calm down. Everyone say, yes dorm leader Riddle." Cater said trying to ease the tension.
"Sorry but I can't do that." Deuce said.
"Caw! My loyalty lies only towards Tomioka sama not a measly little fire ant!"
"Cough. And Crowley apparently. Cough."
"I refuse to bow to a selfish tyrant like him!" Ace exclaimed while (Y/N) shuddered as the redhead's words replayed in her head. Her eyes gazed on the ground as her hand still rested on the handle of her blade as now Grim stared at her with worry.
"What..what did you just call me?" Riddle said as he glared at Ace.
"Caw! So you are death! He called you a self tyrant and I said you're a fire ant! I eat fire ants like you for breakfast!"
"Yea! A crazy tyrant who throws away food! Why not just give it to me?!" Grim then added.
"Off With Your Head!"
Riddle said as he then used his unique magic on Grim, Deuce and even Kanzaburou. All three now collared.
"Gah!?" Deuce exclaimed.
"Not again!" Grim cried out.
"Caw! I'm hit! Tomioka sama, I'm hit!"
Just as he used his unique magic, (Y/N)'s eyes widen as she then swung her nirichin blade at the redhead male.
"(Y/N) no!" The other males called out as Trey then held the female back by her arms making her drop her nirichin blade. The only thing the female could do was simply stare at the redhead with tears streaming down her face.
"Tomioka sama yes!"
"I mean.."
After a couple of minutes she stopped struggling and Trey soon let's her go.
"(Y/N)..." The green haired male spoke but she simply ignored him before she bent down and picked up her now collared kasugai crow.
"Senpai..I-I'm....sorry.." She mumbles not making eye contact with any of her upperclassmen.
"Caw! Tomioka sama you didn't have to apologize to this nasty little creature! He's beneath you.."
The female didn't say anything as she simply held the crow closer to her before Grim then jumped on her shoulder trying to comfort her.
"Come on (Y/N) let's leave these pathetic humans..." Grim said as he glared at Riddle before snuggling into the female's dark tresses.
"Trey, Cater. Throw them out immediately!" Riddle ordered.
"Yes dorm leader sir.." The two said in unison walking the group out before Cater quickly picked up (Y/N)'s nirichin blade and followed after Trey.
"Hey, aren't you guys supposed to be our mentors?!" Deuce said.
"Yea sorry, but we can't go against our dorm leader." Cater said.
"Sorry." Trey apologized.
"Well if that's how it's gonna be, then bring it!" Ace exclaimed.

And before they knew it, they were all then dragged out by the two Upperclassmen, with the exception of (Y/N) who was walked out by Trey who tried to cheer up the female unsure why she was upset and crying earlier.
"Well that could of gone worse don't you think?" Cater said.
"We'll try to calm Riddle down, so he'll let you back in the dorm once you apologize to him." Trey said.
Ace glared at him before yelling angrily. "I will never apologize to him!"
"Yea, sure." Cater said before approaching the female. "By the way (Y/N), you dropped this. Since you carry this around a lot I guessed you kinda wouldn't want to lose it." The orange haired upperclassman said to her.
"Thank you senpai." She said.
"Hey (Y/N), what was that all about back there?" Deuce asked now curious.
"Yea, you almost literally had his head." Ace said.
"Caw! That little fire ant triggered a bad event from Tomioka sama's past!"
"What..what does he mean?" Trey asked now worried for the female as Cater and Grim looked at her with concern.
"What he said...reminded me of my older sister.." The raven haired female said in an almost hushed tone. "Off with your head...she, my sister died because a demon decapitated her before my very eyes when I was very young...he said those exact same words to her before killing her......" (Y/N) finished explaining as she now felt tears slowly well up in her eyes.
Trey could only stare at her in shock. So that's why she had such a reaction. Riddle seemed to trigger a past experience and caused her panic. He probably even reminded her of the one who killed her older sister.
"If you ask me, she still should of done it.."
The green haired upperclassman then pulled her into a hug making her flinch slightly before slowly relaxing. "I'm sorry for everything you have been through (Y/N). I'm sure Riddle meant no harm by it...I'll talk to him, but please know he wouldn't harm you or Kanzaburou for that matter." Trey said as he pulled away from her before giving her a small smile.
Cater gave her a small smile before patting her head gently. "Come on, let's go back." He said to Trey as the green haired male nodded and the two walked back.

"Now, let's get this party back on track! We still need to have the croquet tournament!" Riddle said as he let out an annoyed sigh. "We're fifteen minutes behind schedule, outrageous!"
"Yes dorm leader Riddle." Trey said.
"Are you sure you're alright with this?" Cater asked the green haired male.
"What do you expect me to do?" Trey said as he let out a small sigh. "There's nothing I can do.."
"Tch and tell me.." Riddle said as he then look up at Trey and Cater. "Why was it that I almost literally lost my head today to that Ramshackle prefect?!"
"You uh...you kind of reminded her of someone....." Cater trailed off as he looked away rather nervously not waiting to make eye contact with the redhead.
Riddle simply rose an eyebrow as he stared at Cater before looking back at Trey. "What exactly is that supposed to mean?"
"(Y/N) lost her elder sister in an unfortunate event when she was quite young, and you triggered her alone with your words and possibly your behavior alone today. She seemed to also recall the way her sister died and the murderer of her elder sister because of it all..." Trey said sadly.
"Yea, she must of had a pretty bad panic to go out like that if you ask me." Cater said now recalling how the female nearly decapitated their own dorm leader all while Kanzaburou cheered her on.
"I see..." Riddle mumbles taking in their words a slight feeling of guilt washing over him.

"Gah! Screw that tiny little red tyrant! Who does he think he is?! The Queen of Hearts?!" Ace questioned as the others simply stared at him.
"Disobeying the dorm leader and getting kicked out of the dorm. I have now strayed father and farther from become the perfect honor student...." Deuce cried out soft as (Y/N) patted his shoulder while Kanzaburou rested on his head trying to console him.
"Caw! I cannot let the godfather of my future children be upset!" Kanzaburou exclaimed as he brushed against the blue haired male gently trying to cheer him up.
"This stupid collar is tight and it hurts!" Grim growled clawing at the collar.
"I can't believe I almost decapitated your dorm leader..." (Y/N) said while shaking her head disappointedly at herself.
"Caw! Wait?! How am I supposed to see my beautiful wings now?! Deuce, Tomioka sama, please console me...boohoo.."
"Ooh, don't you all look stylish with your matching collars. It's all quite impressive." A voice said next to the female.
"Gah! A floating head?!" Grim exclaimed while (Y/N) stared with wide eyes in shock.
"Caw! Hold me Deuce!"
"Oops, seems I forgot the rest of my body." He said before the rest of his body appeared as he then threw his arm over the female's shoulder grinning at her and the males.
"Hello there."
He had short, choppy purple hair with his bangs cut in a curve, as well as three bobby pins pinned to the bang on the left side of his face. He had a pair of purple cat ears with a piercing of a speech bubble containing the word "up" in his left ear as well as three arrow piercings in his right ear. He had yellow eyes with slit pupils. He wore a baggy white shirt over a striped purple t-shirt, and blue pants with a purple belt. His nails were painted purple and he wore a ring that was shaped like the cheshire cat's smile. All in all he looked like a very carefree person in (Y/N)'s opinion and just like Ruggie she wanted to pet him.
Whoa, so you actually have a body? Well then, who are you?" Deuce then asked the mystery male.
"My name is Alchemi Alchemivich Pinka. Am I a cat? Am I a person? Who knows..maybe I do." The purple male hummed as he then decided to hug the female to which (Y/N) could only stare at him blankly.
"He's very affectionate...."
"Why the hell is he getting so close with her?!"
"Wait, what was that?" Deuce said.
"That sounds like a mouthful..." The female mumbles as Grim nodded in agreement.
"Just call me Chenya." He said as he chuckled a bit now playing with the female's hair. "I'm not quite from around here."
"Caw! Don't get so cozy with Tomioka sama!"
"Yea, what he said!" Grim quickly added all while Chenya just ignored them while trying to swat Kanzaburou from time to time as he still held the female in his arms.
"What dorm are you from senpai?" (Y/N) asked feeling as if struggling against the male's hug would be futile.
Chenya grinned at her words before speaking. "Go ahead and take a guess."
"Oh, I know! He's got cat ears, so he's has to be from the um...Pajamaclaw, right? No wait...it's Bananaclaw!" Grim said.
"Nope! Incorrect. Bananas actually grow on trees, don't they? Me, on the other hand, I am a cat."
"Caw! And that's Savanaclaw you idiot!"
Deuce nodded agreeing with Kanzaburou. "Besides, other dorms have students with
animal ears, too. It's not just Savanaclaw."
"Whatever. After that whole Riddle tyrant fiasco I'm not in the mood so just go away and leave us alone." Ace said as he crossed his arms over his chest.
"Riddle, a tyrant.." Chenya chuckled as he repeated Ace's words. "Well, you're not exactly wrong about that. He's always been so serious, even when we were little kids."
"Do you know something about him?" Deuce said now eying the purple haired male curiously.
"Maybe I do, but then again maybe I don't don't. If you think I know, then there's your answer." Chenya said still hugging the female.
"Well, what is it?!" Grim said.
"That wasn't even an answer...." (Y/N) mumbles.
"Yea! Tell us what created him into being such a controlling little tyrant!" Ace exclaimed.
"You should asked your glasses wearing friend all about it. He may have all the answers you're looking for." Chenya said.
"Glasses? You mean Trey?" Deuce asked.
"Mmhm. He's known Riddle ever since we were are small children. If you want to know more about Riddle, then go talk to him." The purple haired male said.
"Childhood friends? Really, are you sure...cause it sure doesn't look like it." Ace said making Chenya chuckle.
"Well it seems as if there's nothing more for me to talk about. Go one and ask him for yourselves don't just stay here and ask me. See ya." Chenya said now fully disappear to who knows where, but before doing so he gave the Hashira a quick kiss on the cheek then disappeared.
"What do you think you're doing? Don't touch her!" Ace said.
"H...hey!" Deuce called out.
"No one makes any sense around here." Grim said.
"Caw! Tomioka sama, are you ok? Did he hurt you?!"
"Y..yes I'm ok, don't worry about me Kanzaburou.." (Y/N) spoke softly blushing a bit. No one had ever done such a gesture to her, so it definitely caught her off guard.
"That little...just wait if he ever shows up I'll burn him!" Grim exclaimed.
"I want to punch him, in his stupid cat face..that was supposed to be me!"
"We're not going to be able to do much schoolwork with these collars on. So let's go see what Trey has to say and.." Deuce said as his gaze landed on Ace who was still angry.
"I'm not apologizing just to get this stupid thing off so just forget it! Don't even bother saying it!" Ace yelled as he crossed his arms over his chest.
"Let's just talk to Trey senpai and see where this will lead us." The raven haired female suggested.

"Queen of Hearts Rule 249: "Those in charge of taking care of the flamingos must wear pink attire." It was your turn to feed and take care of the flamingos today, so why aren't you wearing pink?" Riddle said while looking at the student before him.
"I sincerely apologize dorm leader! It's just....all my pink clothing is being washed! P......please not the collar! Don't cut my head off sir!"
"This is the second time you've violated this rule and I can no longer forgive this. I refuse to turn a blind eyes." Riddle said.
"Off With Your Head!"
"Gah!!"
With that said the student was now wearing a collar just like Deuce, Ace, Grim, and Kanzaburou.
"Write me a 5000 written word apology and weed the garden for a week and then I'll remove the collar." The redhead said.
The now collared Heartslabyul student silently sobbed now staring at Riddle. "B...but I....."
"Do you think I enjoy having to do this?! Enjoy having to punish you all?! You're the ones who break the rules and as much as I would like to, I cannot ignore them. It's all for your own good! Do you understood?!" Riddle said as he then looked at both Trey and Cater.
"Trey, Cater. Remove him at once now!" Riddle ordered.
"Yes dorm leader..." The two upperclassmen spoke in a soft tone ready to escort the now collared student.

After their talk with Chenya, the group soon made their way over to the library where they saw Trey.
"Trey." Deuce called out now gaining the upperclassman's attention.
"Hey, it's you guys. What are you doing here?" Trey asked now facing them.
"We figured you'd be at the library to return the tart cookbook so we waited here for you." Deuce said.
"We can't agree with the way Riddle is handling all of this." Ace said.
"Yea, I'm sure." Trey said.
"But what do you really think about him? You've know him since you were kids, right?" Ace asked.
"What? Who told you that?" Trey said slightly taken aback by his words.
"A weird guy name Chenya." Deuce said.
"Chenya senpai...he's affectionate." The female added as she remembered how the purple male embraced her suddenly and kissed her cheek.
"I see." Trey mumbles.
"Caw! I want him to stay six feet away from Tomioka sama!"
"Yea! I second that!" Grim quickly agreed with Kanzaburou.
"Definitely!" Deuce and Ace added
"Don't I get a say in this?" (Y/N) then spoke.
"No. It's for your own good."
"What did Chenya do to her?"
"Aren't you older than Riddle? Why haven't you told him off already? Get angry at him." Grim said.
"I only do it when it's necessary, but I don't think right now is a good time." Trey said.
"What?! Why not?!" Ace exclaimed.
"All these strict rules, they're what created Riddle." Trey said.
"Huh?" Deuce asked.
"Back home, Riddle's parents were known to be famous healers. Everyone knew their names. His mom was especially talented and she wanted Riddle to live up to her legacy. So from the beginning of the day to the end of the night....every event of his life was planned out for him, all down to the brim." Trey explained to them.
"All....to the smallest detail.." (Y/N) spoke, her words slowly trailing off as she felt a bit bad for the redhead male.
"That doesn't sound very fun." Grim said.
"Caw! Shut up and listen to the story!"
"All from what he ate, to what he wore. Even to who he could be friends with. Every little detail of his life had already been prepared for him. And Riddle obeyed by completing every single task his mother gave him. By the time he was ten, he mastered his unique magic. He's always been a good student, always at the top of his classes." Trey said.
"Caw! Maybe I take back what I said about that little red pepper....maybe.."
"I can't imagine how difficult that must have been for him." The green haired male finished.
"What kind of mother would do that to a child...what kind of parent would do any of that..?" (Y/N) wondered in pure disbelief.
"So he's like this because of his mother, is that it? Geez some piece of work she must be.." Grim said as Kanzaburou nodded.
"Riddle thinks that by forcing these strict rules, he's also benefitting our fellow dorm members. He was built by these strict rules, so to him giving these exact same strict rules will help others grow faster just like him. After all, that's how it worked for him and in the end, anyone who violates these rules should be immediately punished." Trey said.
"Makes sense. He was built under a household of strict rules." Ace said.
"Look, I understand why you think Riddle is a tyrant and you don't really agree with his ways, but you have to understand I just can't bring myself to say anything to him." Trey said before letting out a sigh.
"I understand now..." Deuce said.
"I see. I think I get it now. It all makes sense now. After hearing it all I finally understand." Ace said before he then glared at the green haired male. "It's all your fault Riddle is like this." He said sternly.
"W...what?!" Trey and Deuce exclaimed.
"Just what are you getting at?" Grim said.
"Riddle didn't have a choice of who his parents were. But you, you knew what they did to him and you knew it was wrong. You never stepped up to help him, not even once." Ace said as he continued to glare at the upperclassman.
"Well, I..." Trey said as he averted his eyes.
"Sorry senpai, but he's right." The raven haired female spoke softly. "If I were in his shoes I would of at least want the comfort of one close person who I call a friend to tell me that everything would be ok..."
"See, even (Y/N) agrees and now Riddle is making the same mistake his parents did! You're going easy on him just because he had it rough?! Have you not been listening to (Y/N)'s story this whole time, she's had it worse! If you're really his friend then you'll put him in his place! What do you gain for feeling sorry for him?! It leads to nothing, all this is just gonna end up with him being hated and being all alone!" Ace exclaimed angrily all while Trey remained silent.
"Please...it's not best to compare the two.." The female mumbles biting the back of her cheek as gaze landed on the ground.
"I hate to say it, but he's right..the truth hurts but he's right."
"Ace, come on that's enough." Deuce said.
Ace ignored Deuce before he continued his rant still glaring at Trey. "So why don't you go on and do something about it, or are you just afraid you'll lose your head?! Is that is?! You're pathetic!" Ace said now chuckling. "If you claim you're his childhood friend then maybe go on in and act like it!"
"Hey, you all over there! You're in a library so be quiet!" A familiar voice yelled at them making the group turn to face Crowley.
"Myah?! Hey, but you're being loud too!" Grim yelled back.
"Oh.." The raven haired male coughed awkwardly before straightening himself. "My apologies, but the library is a place for silent study or reading. Not a place for making such loud noise."
"We're sorry about the noise Headmage Crowley.." (Y/N) spoke before Kanzaburou made his way towards Crowley, obviously happy to see the male.
"Why......why do you keep doing this.."
"Did..Kanzaburou just betray (Y/N)..?"
"We we're simply having a talk with Trey and getting some information that's it." Ace said as he gave a small shrug."
"I see but tell me now, what is it that caused you all such long grim faces." Crowley said as he stared at the students before him.
"Caw! I was hit critically by that demonic red pepper!" The female's kasugai crow cried out now dramatically weeping into Crowley's arm.
(Y/N) and the others simply deadpanned as they all watched how the female's over dramatic crow was being comforted by Crowley.
"What a drama queen."
"Looks like the Headmage actually does have favorites."
"Tell me what happened." Crowley said as he pat the crow gently before making eye contact with Deuce.
"Well, you see..." Deuce said as he began to tell the nightmarish story.
This was gonna be a long day for sure.

• (Y/N) has never been to a party before, so being invited to the Unbirthday party made her rather happy.
• Cater uploaded a bunch of pictures of the Ramshackle to Magicam.
• Cater couldn't believe (Y/N) has never been to a party. Just the information itself shocked him.
• Cater and Trey have now also joined the Tomioka (Y/N) Protection Club.
• (Y/N)'s outfit was purposely meant to match Kanzaburou's bow for the Unbirthday party.
• Everyone thought (Y/N) looked very pretty wearing the Heartslabyul uniform agreeing it suited her.
• If someone were to bad mouth (Y/N) on how she looked during the Unbirthday party, Kanzaburou was prepared to gauge someone's eyes with his talons.
• By hating the Queen of Hearts rules and having a grown dislike for Riddle, Kanzaburou and Ace found a common interest.
• Riddle reminded (Y/N) of the same demon who killed her sister.
• (Y/N) would of actually decapitated Riddle if it weren't for Trey quickly holding her back.
• Kanzaburou started to grow genuinely worried when (Y/N) didn't respond to him the moment she had a small panic attack.
• Seeing (Y/N) cry for the first time was heartbreaking for everyone. Especially Kanzaburou.
• Riddle wants to apologize to (Y/N) but doesn't know how to start.
• After being told what happened, Riddle felt guilty for being the cause of (Y/N) tears and panic attack.
• Trey wants Riddle to apologize to (Y/N) just like she did to him.
• Chenya already has a nickname for (Y/N). Little mouse. 🐭
• Before she told them, Kanzaburou was the only one who actually knew about (Y/N)'s past and what had happened to her sister.
• Ace and Deuce didn't like how affectionate and close Chenya was being with (Y/N).

• Chenya is now on Kanzaburou's must watch list, along with Ruggie and Cater.
