Zara's Pov
"Okay what are we going to do today?" I asked
"I don't know! you say you are good at planning" Rachel said and I nodded but today I didn't want to plan anything.
"How about we just go with a flow?" Amara said
"That seems nice we can do that." said Shara
"Well there's a small café here why don't we have breakfast there and then go on." Rachel said and I stopped near the café.
Once we all got settled in one corner we started ordering our food.
"So Amara tell us about yourself." I asked
"Well am Amara Bella Valentino. Am an Orphan. My parents died when I was pretty young and but they were really nice parents they left a ton load of money for me so I can study and become a person who they wanted me to become. I love cooking and baking am a bad painter I tried to paint on different occasion but I failed every time.
"Do you want to paint?" Shara asked Amara
"Nope I don't want to" Amara said laughing
"But I do want to see you'll paint" She said looking at us and I looked at Rachel with horror
"No that should never happen. You don't want Aunt Cara with a gun in her hand." Rachel said with terror.
"She's right truthfully we don't really know how to paint its all Shara." I said smiling and looked at Shara.
"Why is that? I mean your mum is a well known painter and her work is the best" Amara said knowing the basic information about my mother
"Have you ever seen my mother with a gun. She literally terrified us when we were young all of us. If it wasn't for Aunt Rua convincing my mother to let us be it would have be bad but my mother was unhappy to see none of us have her trait she was disappointed but then came this little chick crawling into her studio when she wasn't there and started playing with all her colors so happily. When mom walked in she was shocked to see her in the studio while everyone was searching for her around the house she was playing with the colors and since then she kept going to her studio and mom got her heir." I said and smiled at Shara
"Well she saved us all" Rachel said happy dancing
"Well Aunt Cara still has the painting I did for the first time." Shara said with proud smile
"Is it? Then I think our next stop will be your mother's studio" Amara said and I was shocked
"No No we are not going there at all Nope." I said
"Zara please let go I want to see your mum paint come on let go please please" Amara said
"Please Zara Please let go I did a new work I want to show you guys" Shara said and I looked at Rachel and she put her hands in the air
"Zara ! Please" Amara and Shara said and gave me a puppy eyes
"Alright" I said and they both jumped in there seat.
"Lets go! Lets Go!" both of them squealed
"First I need you two to eat and then we will go." I said and they ate they food I took both there pictures and sent it to Elijah knowing he will love it and instantly I got a reply from him
"Cute aren't they" he replied
I just rolled my eyes at him and saw the two girls eating food as if it is the last time. When Amara said she was an orphan it broke my heart. I thought she was mysterious but she isn't I just hope what am thinking is true.
After eating we all went to my mother's studio she was there talking with her employees when she saw us coming she ran towards the door.
"O my god! My girls are here" She said squealing
"Hey Mom" I said hugged her and one by one everyone greeted her and when it was time for Amara mom said.
"Finally, for once that boy gave you some life"
Amara laughed and greeted mom with a smile "Hello Ms. Johnson"
"Please cut the formalities it's Cara" Mum said hugging her and looked at us once again and asked
"So how come you girls are here?"
"Amara wanted to see your work and Shara wanted to show her work to us so here we are." I said
"So what are you waiting for. Lets go!!!" She said excited and pulled my hand along with Rachel's
After awhile of looking around the studio Amara liked a few pieces and Shara's new piece was amazing. By we were out of mum's studio it was already 6 PM so Rachel said she wants to pick again and I let her be and of all the places she could pick she picked a .
Night Club
When Rachel said we are going to the new club that was opened recently and she wanted to go and I said yes to the idea. I needed some nice drink so we went to Rachels place knowing she will have some nice dresses. Shara was still a minor so we left her at her house and the three of us went to the bar.
Once we reached the bar the bouncer let us in ones we showed our id's. When we went inside the club was beautiful nice neon lights and good music I was still not done admiring the insides when Rachel pulled Amara and I to the bar counter and immediately started ordering drinks. One look at Amara and I know she never drank.
"Hey! it's alright if you don't want to drink." I said and smiled at her
"Thank you! I just never drank and am not a very fond person to drink." She said
"Its all return on your face." I said laughing
"What are you two talking about?" Rachel asked
"Amara here doesn't drink" I said and Rachel looked shocked
"Seriously Amara you should drink this shit is amazing and believe me you will love it." Rachel said and I laughed at her. Rachel has high tolerance towards alcohol but she still doesn't go beyond 4 or 5 drinks.
"Nope, I will pass" Amara said closing her mouth with both her hands like a child.
"Come on just one and I will not give you any after that." Rachel kept insisting and after what felt like hours she convinced Amara for one glass. Amara took the glass in her hand still unsure about drinking.
"If Elijah asks its on you two I am innocent" Amara said and she drank the vodka in one shot making her throat burn.
"How in the gods name do you'll drink that shit." Amara yelled making Rachel and I laugh
"We are experienced and we know....." I didn't hear anything what Rachel saying because I felt someone staring at us. I turned to look around and locate the person until I found someone up on the stairs looking down at me with so much intensity that I almost missed the person who was about the stab me.
"Well I don't like getting caught off guarded" I said and caught the man's hands just before he could slice through me and kicked the man in the gut. Rachel immediately pulled Amara behind her back and I saw too many people coming to strike. I looked up one more time and saw the man looking angry and shouting orders to people. That's when I saw guards fighting the disguise men. Rachel & I fought every person who tried to attack us while protecting Amara.
"What the Fuck?" Who are these people Rachel yelled
"No idea!" I said and saw a man running towards me with a knife when suddenly Amara caught the knife and kicked the man. Amara's hand was bleeding by now and I was worried.
"Hey you alright" Amara asked me and I immediately took her hand to examine the wound when someone was about to strike Amara the man from upstairs caught the man and started fighting with him.
When all the guards had the men under control and the entire club was cleared out by then. Rachel was dressing Amara's wound and I was trying to talk with the men when the boys ran inside the club. Elijah ran towards we and checked if I had any wounds and looked behind me to see Rachel and Amara. By now Rachel was done dressing Amara's wound and Elijah walked towards her briskly.
"What the fuck happened her?" Elijah yelled when he saw Amara's wound and the boys each checked us with anger simmering in their eyes and non of us answered Elijah
"I asked what the fucking hell happened here? Why are you three in a club? How did Amara get hurt? Zara have bruises forming on your body and Rachel you have cuts and a slit lip. What the fuck?" Elijah yelled
"Okay clam down first" Amara tried talking him out brave.
"Calm down? Seriously Calm down" It was Alex and Xavier who yelled this time.
"Who the fuck is the owner here?" Zach asked and this time the man who I saw and saved us took a step forward and said "I am"
"Theodore Knight" He said and Elijah moved forwards along with the boys going behind him.
"Elijah Williams" He said
"I know you Mr. Williams and I was the one who asked to call you up" He said with equal confidence.
"May I know how all this started or better can I see the footage of the fight." Elijah said
"Sure why not" Theodore said and looked at me. We followed him up to the security room and saw the live footage. Suddenly Xavier and Elijah said to pause the video and zoom in on the person with the tattoo. Looking at there face I know there weren't shocked but were angry and furious.
"Send this footage to me along with the men." Elijah said and turned to look at Rachel, Amara and Me and said
"You three we need to have some discussion." He said and pulled Amara with him and one by one everyone left leaving me and Theodore.
"Thank you for what you did back there Mr. Knight" I said
"Your Welcome Ms. Johnson" he said with a poker face.
"You know I saw you staring at us and suddenly someone is attacking us." I said narrowing my eyes at him.
"Are you implying that I am the one behind this." He asked shocked
"If you haven't noticed I helped you and your friends back there Ms. Johnson." He said
"I have Mr. Knight but its never wrong in being cautions and right now am being very cautions." I said and started leaving the room when he said.
"Be careful Amore they might be more of them out there and the Knight might not always be there to protect you."
"I am not your damsel Mr. Knight. I am the Knight" I said and left
Finally, the girls time didn't end well.
