Me, Tavia, Indra, and others were making our way to the mines while Clarke is telling the plan to some of our people.
We walked in complete silence, the only noise that could be heard was our footsteps against the damp floor.
"According to Lincoln's map, we're getting close..." Tavia muttered
"It's a maze... he should be here to guide us." I sigh
"He wasn't ready. He knew it. He'll do good fighting with the commander." Indra reassured
"It meant a lot that you forgave him." Tavia smiled
"He earned it. I known Lincoln since he was a boy. He has always questioned our ways. If he ever chooses sides again the clans again... not even his bravery can save him." Indra frowned
Suddenly we heard a lound clang noise and the guards pointed their guns in the direction and began to shoot. Idiots.
"Stop shooting!" I yell
"Let me pass I'm not the enemy!" Indra orders
"We don't kill them unless-" I was cut off by reapers charging at us
"Now!" Jackson yells
Suddenly the tone generators went off causing the reapers to groan and fall to the ground. Jackson then urged Tavia to grab the tranquilizers and she quickly rushed to get them.
Jackson stabbed the reapers with the tranquilizers and we looked around before moving on.
Indra turned one of the reapers and paused for a long second
"You knew him?" I asked
"He'll be okay. Abby will help him." Tavia reassured
Indra stood up and took out her sword.
"Let's go. We have to find the door." Indra nodded

After what felt like hours but was only minuets, we found the door.
"We found it." Tavia smiled
"You found it." I corrected
"It seems that we did not need Lincoln after all." Indra says, proud of Tavia
"Thank you." Tavia says sheepishly
"You've done well Octavia... kom Trigedakru and Aurora kom Trigedakru. You are the youngest in your clan to go to war. Congratulations." Indra nods
"What dose that mean?" Tavia and I ask
"What do you think it means?" Indra questions
"I think I wanna hear you say it again.." Tavia says
I nod in agreement.
"You are one of us now." Indra says before we begin to walk forwards.
While at the door, we hear the horn, signaling the retreat. We look at each other in confusion before Indra speaks up
"We're retreating."
"That can't be right." I mumble in confusion
"We have to go now." Indra orders
"Indra wait. They're still in there." Tavia protested
"And our commander is still out there. Under attack for all we know." Indra fires back
"I don't trust her. Not after Tondc." Tavia frowns
"I gave you a direct order. Aurora can do as she pleases because she is not my second but you must do as I say." Indra grumbles
"Please. This was the plan." Tavia begged
"Plans change." Indra said
"Octavia, Aurora. Let's go." One of the seconds urged
"I'm not going anywhere without my brother." Tavia says
"And I'm not leaving my people to die." I add
Indra holds a knife to Tavia's throat and I put my hand on my sword, ready to attack if she hurts Tavia.
"You are no longer my second."
"Octavia, Aurora.. please. Come home with us." Jackson pleaded
"I have no home."

Tavia and I were sitting outside the door for about a half an hour before hearing a loud buzz.
"It's about time." I sigh before standing up
To our surprise, we see Fox get dropped down some sort of death chute. Her body is pale and her eyes are closed.
"Fox." Tavia whispered
We hear footsteps and we take out our swords only to come face to face with Clarke.
"Octavia. Aurora. You stayed." She smiled
"Yeah screw you. Of course we stayed unlike some, we know where our loyalty lies." Tavia sneers
"We have to get in there." Clarke says, ignoring Tavia
"If that was possible do you think we'd still be out here?" I scoff
"Why did Lexa sound the retreat?" Tavia questioned
"She made a deal with them. They freed the grounders so now we're on our own." Clarke sighs before banging on the door
"Stop! They'll know we're here!" I remind
"What about Lincoln? There's no way he'd just leave." Tavia says
"He didn't. They took him."
"What is wrong with you?" I question
This isn't the same Clarke that cared for me when I was little. She barely even notices me now.
"I am getting through that door." Clarke said, frustrated
"That's your plan? Bellamy is counting on you. Everyone is always counting on you." Tavia reminds
"What do you want from me?" Clark yells, tears brimming in her eyes
"You trusted Lexa. You let a bomb drop on Tondc. You let all those pe—"
"I am trying the best I can!" Clarke screamed
"It's not good enough." I say
Clarke looks down at me with a saddened look on her face. She knew deep down that she messed up big time on our relationship but was too stubborn to admit it.
Suddenly we hear a beep and the door opens revealing Bellamy, Jasper, and Monty
Tavia and I run up and hug them all.
"I knew it you two are too scrawny to drill into." Tavia laughs
We see a girl in a suit and our faces drop a bit.
"It's ok. She's with us." Jasper reassured
"Where's your army?" Bellamy asked
"Gone. Just like yours. Say you have a plan." Clarke asks with pleading eyes
"Not really. We need to talk to Dante. Maya says he's in quarantine." Bellamy informs
Suddenly Maya's suit started to beep and Jasper announced that she only had 30 minuets left of oxygen.
"It's her last tank." He frowned
"Okay we'll find you another one." Clarke reassured
"All supplement O2 is on level 5..." Maya shook her head
"Then we'll get you to level 5." Jasper said
"5 isn't safe for any of us." Mays sighed
"We'll take the trash chute to get in." Jasper said
"To get in yeah. But every solider in this mountain is on level 5. We'll never make it out." Bellamy reminded
"We can do this. We'll split up." Jasper protested
"Alright. You go for Dante. We'll help Maya." Tavia nodded
Tavia and I took out our swords and headed into the hell hole with everyone.

We successfully made it to level 5 through the trash chute and Maya instantly took off her helmet to breath in the clean air.
Tavia and I were on high alert, aware of our surroundings. Anyone could walk up to us at any moment.
"She's safe. Can we go now?" I ask
"Cage knows I was helping you guys. He's in level 5." Maya says
"So what do we do?" Tavia asks
"We kill Cage." Jasper simply states
We all nod in agreement.

"This is taking too long. What if she got caught?" Jasper worries
"We would have heard something." I reassure
"What if she didn't find Sergeant Lee or what if the protocol changed?" Jasper worries
"Jasper, a warrior dosent worry about things he can't control." Tavia rolls her eyes
Suddenly the door opened to reveal Maya and sergeant Lee. Jasper hugged her with a big smile.
When Lee saw us, he aimed his gun at us, causing us to hold our swords up towards him and get up into our fighting stances.
"Lee put it down!" Maya yelled
"You didn't say they were outsiders." He said
"They're not..." Maya said
"Yes they are." Tavia and I say together
"Look they're with us. Cage is in the dorm they brought another group in. More marrow." Maya changed the subject
"How many soldiers with Cage?" Jasper asks
"6. Why?" Lee questions
"Just get me close. They'll be happy you found another 8 doses. I need a.."
I pulled out a pocket knife and handed it to him.
"Aim for the throat. Slash don't stab." Tavia instructs
"Make it deep." I add

"Long way from the ark huh?" Maya asks making small talk
"Not my ark. I didn't have a view." Tavia sighed
"Still... wish I could see it."
"Maybe you can. There's an airlock we used for Emerson." I say
"So I could live in a cell?" Maya frowned
"At least you could live." Tavia reminds
Suddenly the door opened and a couple came in, making out. They didn't notice us at first but when the did, they yelled.
Tavia and I rushed towards them while Maya tried to stop us.
We run into two guards and I throw my knife into one of them as Tavia slides on the floor and kicks the other guard, then stabs him.
I walk up to the guard I threw my sword into and take it out.
We walk into the dining hall and the people around us instantly get scared and run from us. The guards quickly run our way, holding their guns at us and demand for us to hold our hands up.
We slowly raise our hands while looking around the room, seeing the faces of terrified people.
The guards put us face down to the ground and were probably getting ready to take us to get our bone marrow extracted.
Suddenly, we were released? We heard blaring alarms and looked around us to see everyone's skin blistering.
"Maya!" I yell
I place her head on my lap as I stroke her hair.
"Look jaspers here!" Tavia says
Jasper holds Maya in his arms with tears in his eyes.
"She was innocent..." Jasper cried
"None of us are innocent." Maya whispers before taking her last breath
"Yu gonplei ste odon." I frown
We barge into the dorm and quickly uncuff everyone while they thank us.
We finally got our people out of this nightmare.
