'it's been a year since we've met, (M/N)' haru thought, watching said male struggling to carry a kinda big pot to the back. (M/N), who noticed haru's staring, shouted "It would be nice if you help me with this!" Trying his best to not break the pot when he put it down.
"Well I would, but this to amusing" Haru said giggling a bit. (M/N) ears soon went down when haru's giggling went to a full on laughter. Glaring at the girl, he said "I'm just gonna put them in the back later then" finally calmed down from her laughing, she said "sure, go ahead, I'm sure the back can wait" (M/N) looked at her weirdly before he walked to the door. "I'm gonna go for dinner, do you want to come?" (M/N) asked "yeah, let's go" Haru said running to catch up with (M/N) who had already left.

"You know... you're sometimes kinda mean
(M/N), you know that, right?" Haru said walking side by side with (M/N).
"What? No I'm not haru, it's you whose the mean one here" (M/N) said glancing at her with a look she can't read.
"Yeahhh right (M/N)" Haru said now walking ahead of (M/N). He stop for a second, watching as haru soon got further away from him.
"At least I'm not a slut" (M/N) murmured.
"I heard that!" Haru shouted from across the hall turning around to face (M/N). Though she doesn't seem offended.
"HUH!? But how?! You're across the hallway?!" (M/N) shouted as he ran towards haru.
"Look at these ears (M/N) and you also have ears like mines" Haru said pointing at her ears and his ears.
"Yeah, yeah haru, I get it. And hurry I'm hungry" (M/N) said running to the cafeteria
'He's so weird' haru thought, giggling a bit before running after (M/N)

Haru sighed as she and (M/N) both sat down on the sidelines outside if the cafeteria.
"It doesn't matter where we sit, delicious food is still delicious" (M/N) said, already eating.

Ever since (M/N) and her become friends, mizuchi started to spread rumours about (M/N) as well, saying that he is haru's evil sibling or something. They're not even related. Sure they'd both look the same but still.
Haru felt bad how (M/N) is getting treated by just being her friend, he doesn't deserve this.
But he said so himself that he is okay with it.
He is weird...

The food is delicious.
But sadly, that didn't last long as mizuchi and her two friends came to them with 'friendly' smiles.
(M/N) then remembered what mizuchi's two friends did to him earlier that day.

Doing what haru told him to do, (M/N) was watering the flowers, humming a little song.
He gasped, stepping back and dropping the watering can when suddenly, stuff fell down on the poor little things.

'Wait... is this my stuff?!'
Looking up where his things came from, he saw mizuchi's two friends at his dorm window laughing. Looking down at the flowers that was crushed by his things he put his hands on his hips.

"They were pretty blooms..." (M/N) mumbled
"Hey! Sorry about that, you okay?! The wind must've blown it off! Hahahahaha!!!"
"Of course you're okay! There's always someone there to rescue you! Right?! Hahahaha!"
Looking up at the two, his expression turning into a frown (M/N) shouted "I'm fine, you two can't hurt me so I don't know why you two bother trying?!" it was silent up there for a second before he started to hear a weird noise up there, then he saw... his bed?! "Huh?.."
"Oh-...!" Ducking down to avoid being hit from his own bed, he stood up and looked up at the two again, glaring at them.
"Hahahahaha!!! Guess you better move out then! Hahahaha!" Finally going away, (M/N) stood there alone.

And he had to dragged his bad and take his stuff back to his dorm.
"Wow. I am impressed, the whole school is ignoring you two and yet you both sit here still so strong haru, (M/N). A little risky wouldn't you say? For a small bunny rabbit like you two just sit alone after that student got devoured like. Your. Lunch." Mizuchi said
'Suddenly the food doesn't taste so good' haru though putting down her spoon and getting up, (M/N) following.
"Rather then spreading rumours about me and (M/N), maybe concentrate on getting back together with your boyfriend?" Haru said smiling at the harlequin rabbit before her.
"Huh?!... who do you think you are?! None is that is yo-""actually, he's the who kissed me. besides, a guy who gets excited over one little kiss? Kinda tells you something, does it?" Haru said cutting mizuchi off, it looked like she didn't know what to say, she looked like fish.
(M/N) as haru continues to smile at mizuchi.
Mizuchi got nothing to say... but looking at the laughing boy, she got an idea.
Finally calming down from his laughing, (M/N) said "Well, excuse us mizuchi. We got flowers to care for, so would you kindly move aside-huh!" as (M/N) was trying to pass her, mizuchi pushed him, failing to catch his balance. he fell down on the hard ground.
"Hey!" Haru shouted, trying to push mizuchi, but her friends grabbed her arms and held her back from stopping mizuchi. "Let go of me!"
Getting a bucket of water she told her friend to get before they got here, she splashed the water on (M/N) and looked at Haru.
"Don't forget, my boyfriend and I are both harlequin rabbits which makes us endangered species couple, you both are nothing compared to us! A common dwarf rabbit whose trying to destroy a couple with obvious pedigree. I guess I'm just going to have to tell everyone at school that you're fooling around with other guys, let's go." Throwing the empty bucket at (M/N) and walking away as her friends let go of haru and followed her.
Once they let go of haru, she immediately ran to (M/N). Jumping down and helping him up.
"Jeez, I'm sorry (M/N), I should've done something. Are you hurt? That was a hard fall" Haru asked helping him on his feet.
"No, it's okay haru. I'm okay, just a little wet, that's all" (M/N) said looking down at his wet uniform.
"A little?" Haru said giving (M/N) a look.

(M/N) sighed as he waited for his clothes to dry. He told haru to go back to her dorms so she wouldn't have to wait for his clothes to dry, and it was also getting dark and he doesn't want haru to get hurt. But he managed to convince her to going back to her dorm.
'Stupid mizuchi and her friends' he thought, sitting on the led of a toilet.

'Wow... are girls always like that?' He felt like he wasn't supposed to be there but here he was watching from the side as haru and mizuchi basically had a mini war. Maybe if he hadn't join in and none of this would've happened. Forgetting about earlier, he
Checked if his clothes are dry, and yep, it is. he put it back on and walked out of the stall.
'Finally' walking towards the sink, he looked at his reflection and covered his right eye.
"I look like haru..." laughing a bit he washed his hand and walked out of there.
Now outside, he looked around for any signs that haru is still here are not. Relief came over him as he didn't see haru or anything that look like haru was hiding in.
'Me and haru have been friends since I got here, she was my first friend and I was hers. We're both weak and small, and people see us both like little tiny ants, we can just die just like that' (M/N) thought as he went down the stairs. glancing at the water fountain and stopping on his tracks. 'maybe I'll just stay out for awhile, I'll probably gonna get suspended if I get caught. But who cares?' He thought, now walking towards the fountain.
