"Amaury Guichon," Siri announced.
"Hey, Amaury! I'm almost done!" Iza answered and held her phone to her hear with her shoulder, "just finishing getting dressed."
"No worries! I'm out front in your Mustang."
"Cool! I'll be out soon. Tchau!"
"Where are you and Amaury going?" Hannah asked.
"We're going to look at a couple buildings to see if they'd be a good place for him to have another academy."
"Oh that's really cool!" Myriam smiled, "have fun!"
"Thanks we will!"
Izabela quickly pulled on her shirt and then threw her jacket on. She pulled her hair back and slipped her sunglasses on. She slipped into her sneakers. Iza grabbed her bag and waved goodbye to Hannah and Myriam.
She hurried out of the dressing rooms and through the building. Iza pushed the front doors open. She smiled seeing Amaury waiting outside of her car. She waved to him and skipped down the stairs.
"Hey! Welcome back to Paris!" She gave him a big hug.
"Thank you!"
"How do you feel?"
"Free," he grinned as he opened her door.
"I'm happy that you're happy, Amaury."
"Thank you."
"Of course," she got in, and Amaury closed the door.
Izabela turned around and put her dance bag in the back as Amaury got in. He quickly typed in the address of the building they were checking out. He pressed 'Allez' and started driving.
"If you don't find a location you like, will you build a new building?"
"I think so."
"What are you going to do about the academy in Las Vegas? It still has your name on it."
"I'll probably teach a class or two there a year and have 'guest teachers' the rest of the time," he rubbed his chin thoughtfully.
"That's a good idea. Have you seen this space yet?"
"I have. I like it a lot, but I think it will need a lot of renovations."
"Ahhh," she nodded slowly looking out the window, "this is kinda on the way towards Parc des Princes, right?"
"It is! We'll actually drive by Parc des Princes on the way. Look at you learning your way around Paris!"
"Don't give me too much credit," Iza giggled.
He chuckled, "I give credit where credit is due."
"Well thank you."
It was only a ten more minutes before they arrived at the location. Izabela put her sunglasses on and grabbed her wallet out of her dance bag. Amaury opened her door. She smiled and thanked him as she got out.
"Amaury, salut!" A man walked over and shook his hand.
"Salut. This is my friend, Izabela. Izabela, this is my realtor, Jaques," Amaury introduced her.
"Salut," she smiled and shook his hand.
"Neymar's fiancée," Jacques smiled, "honour to meet you, madame."
"Let's see the place, shall we?" Izabela forced a smile.
"Right away," Jacques nodded.
Izabela had to force herself not to roll her eyes. It got old being referred to as Neymar's fiancée. She knew it'd only get worse when they married. At least when she danced, people knew her name and not Neymar's.
"So, Izabela, you and Neymar are getting married soon, huh?" Jacques looked at her.
"Yes we are. Very exciting. Amaury is doing our desserts and cake."
"Anything for a friend," Amaury grinned at her.
"Is it going to be a big ceremony?"
"Fairly," she nodded before looking at the pastry chef, "what do you like best about this space, Amaury?"
"I really like how much light there is from all the windows. The counters are also all granite which is great for tempering chocolate on," he explained.
"Lots of space for sure. The ceilings are quite high so you can make your very tall center pieces easily," Iza agreed.
"You're right," Amaury nodded.
"Would you like to show Izabela the floor you thought would be good for filming School of Chocolate?" Jacques asked.
"Ooo there's an area for filming?"
"I think the third level would be best for that. It doesn't have too many rooms so it wouldn't take much renovating," Amaury explained as they walked up the stairs.
"That's good. Obviously you'd have to install your fancy chocolate fountains."
"Well yeah. But then it's just setting up work benches," he agreed as they went into the wide open space on the third floor.
"I really do like all the natural light, but wouldn't the sun beating in melt the chocolate?" Iza asked looking at the floor to ceiling windows.
"That would definitely make it more difficult. Jacques, what do you know about the air conditioning system?"
"It's a pretty old building. It would probably need some work," Jacques rubbed the back of his neck.
"With this much sun coming in, you'd need the AC pretty high, and everyone in winter coats," Izabela joked.
"Probably wouldn't need to be that cold," Jacques disagreed.
"No, Izabela is right. It's already quite warm in here, and it's not that warm of a day with only some sun. Not good conditions for making chocolate show pieces," Amaury looked over at the ballerina.
"What about your lecture halls?" Jacques questioned.
"Maybe. Thanks for coming, Iza. You brought up some good points."
"Can always count on me for points," Izabela joked.
"Hah hah. Nice ballet play on words, mon amie. We can show you around more, but I don't think this is going to be a good location," Amaury looked between Izabela and Jacques.
